Burnt Out

Being pesronally objective can be down right impossible.
With past experiences making us who we are.
All judgements are clouded, by somekind of bias.
Some are not any less wrong.
But in the face adversity, it is the seconds before a decision is made that are the most important.
And who has the right to judge those put in that position.
All we can we do is remove them and say it is not your fault.
We expected you to do something we ourselves would have extreme difficulty with.
You did us an honor, with courage, and an unkeen ability to keep down your emotions.
Now it is somebody else turn.
Let us do you atleast that favor.

You cannot avoid making judgements but you can become more conscious of the way in which you make them. This is critically important because once we judge someone or something we tend to stop thinking about them or it. Which means, among other things, that we behave in response to our judgements rather than to that to which is being judged. People and things are processes. Judgements convert them into fixed states. This is one reason that judgements are often self-fulfilling.

More Difficult It Became To Be Objective

For many years I did my best,
To be objective.
With attempts to reject...
My own introspective thoughts.
Or be perceived as being,
Subjective in my perspective.
And yet be expected to accept.

But having experiences,
Kept me reflective.
And more difficult it became,
To be objective and remain...
Emotionally disconnected.
Especially when I became more affected,
By being the subject of much insensitivity.

Tribute To Courage

Courage is doing what is right
Without having to be told
Courage is manning up
When you know you've done something wrong
Courage is looking the enemy in the eye
And telling them to just bring it
Courage is having fear
But still staying strong
Courage is facing adversity
But being able to overcome it
Courage is leaving your family behind
To defend the country you love
Courage is being a soldier
In the greatest army in the world
Thank you for this courage
That lets us live free
May God bless you
And come home safely to your families

Your Face...

stay still, do not turn your face
to the extreme end, , , this is the right angle
i click the camera,

this is the side of happiness, keep your cool,
do not move, do not change the angle,

now, try moving to the extreme left,
this will be the same face, but the extreme one
on a 190 degree turn, shows the other

side of you, and this i will try to take too,
this face of sorrow,
this angle of lament, , , , you see, it is the same face

with just one turn, a little change,
at the extreme, i can see both of you...

20 Seconds of courage

20 seconds of courage is all we need to change the world. Maybe if we all had a little more courage the world would be a happier place.

20 seconds of courage is all we need to tell that someone what you feel for them

20 seconds of courage is all we need to have a happy life

20 seconds of courage is all we need to change the world.

The ability to make judgements that are grounded in solid information, and employ careful analysis, should be one of the most important goals for any educational endeavor. As students develop this capability, they can begin to grapple with the most important and difficult step: to learn to place such judgements in an ethical framework. For all these reasons, there is no better investment that individuals, parents and the nation can make than an investment in education of the highest possible quality. Such investments are reflected, and endure, in the formation of the kind of social conscience that our world so desperately needs.

The time is running out

The time is running out
I face the worst possible rout
I still do not know what is it all about?
There is more of suspicion and clout

I bow down to God and pray for courage
I knell down and sincerely ask about the ways to manage
This is the only when to come out of crisis
The religion and belief has its deep basis

I am tired of all these politics
I am not convinced by any of statistics
It has nothing to do with my inner voice
I prefer peace with less noise

I search peace from all the direction
But it needs all resolute actions
I can not afford to be impatient
As the situation is very complacent

Let time run out and pressure too mount
It should not off balance or lead to any amount
It is constant drive and frantic search
I can not halt but have to make march

It is compelling me to withdraw
I am unable or in position to draw
It is pushing me to the extreme corner
I am asking for favor and support to garner

I have no strength to go further and move
It has developed fatigue and can’t remove
It may strand me and prove disastrous
I have to move on continuous

I had decided to give up at one stage
In such condition it is difficult to manage
The desperate search should not be left
The need to go on is definitely felt

I would love to move on
The crisis should be blown over and won
It may prove suicidal if relented
You will be pushed and shunted

I need moral support from friends
To some extent It may help to end
It encourages you to stand up and fight
Only the search and cause should be right

It is very hard and truly unbearable
I have many doubts but still capable of
It may not ruin me completely but Cripple
The misery will be doubled or tripled

I may be hardly in position to go ahead
You all have to land me support and lead
I know the fate and can clearly read
I want to live with honor and raise the head

Come to my rescue if you really can
From pillars to post I have ran
It has paid me no reward on return
I wan t it to be changed or turned

Stupid Mistakes We Men Make

The time is growing near- and we are about to part.
I did something stupid and it really broke your heart.
A sexual chance had arose, and the wrong
Decision I had chose.

How could I accept something that was given for free
And let my sexual desire over power me.?
Man sometimes uses the wrong head
And we plop right into bed.

In this position I would not be
If I was to have stopped and thought it out
Of this I have no doubt.

How could I have done such a stupid thing
Knowing in my life, the grief it would bring.
I had vowed that I would always be true
And I broke that promise to you.

I see the hurt in your eyes, as you gaze
Upon my face for the very last time.
Now I am on bended knees
And to you I do plead.

Even a dog deserves a break, we’re all human
We make mistakes.
I made a mistake, I don’t deny
And I will live with it for the rest of my life.

But if you deny the love that we both knew
Wouldn’t you be making a mistake too.
Don’t make a mistake like I just did
For with this decision you must live.

Edward De Bono

Design is really a special case of problem solving. One wants to bring about a desired state of affairs. Occasionally one wants to remedy some fault but more usually one wants to bring about something new. For that reason design is more open ended than problem solving. It requires more creativity. It is not so much a matter of linking up a clearly defined objective with a clearly defined starting position (as in problem solving) but more a matter of starting out from a general position in the direction of a general objective.

Lack of Courage

Most days I feel
Like I am
Losing so much time
Sitting
Waiting
Hoping
For you to change

Never knowing quite for sure
If it is me or you that must change

Always believed that by
Not moving
Making no decision
Is the same as making one

Wondering if it is due to my lack of strength
Or no courage
To take those hits
That will happen if I choose
To move
Now

Wish I knew if this was truly my choice
Or one made only by lack of my courage

Courage, Honor, Duty.

Courage is a big word, but not many have that,
Falling apart, full of fear for everything, never became a true diplomat.
Courage is when you face your daily life happily
Enthusiasm, never blame, in calm & peace all the time, not just for temporarily.

Honor is when you learn to have a good manner
Never become a rude gabbler
Honor yourself & others no matter what,
From the heart, never a false performer with a short cut.

Duty is when whatever you do you do it well,
Everything is for your own satisfaction, not for show up, I can tell.
Duty gives you purpose in your life,
With long, healthy & happy feelings, without any strife.

Courage, Honor and Duty what the military is teaching,
Which is a perfect idea for everybody who are living.
If you can adopt these for all the time
Your life will turn into a lovely rhyme.

Sonnet: Do Not Judge Others Rashly

’Tis easy pointing fingers at others;
’Tis easy passing rash judgments on all;
’Tis easy finding faults with your brothers;
’Tis easy making fun when others fall!

Measures you use unto every neighbour
Shall turn to be the ones used against you;
Let not the people’s blunders you bother;
Don’t jump to conclusions as some may do.

Great deal of wisdom is needed to judge;
Leave God to judge your foes who hunt you down;
Justice and fairness stand upon a ledge;
Even the wise are prone to errs common!

Don’t pass unfair judgements on innocents;
You can’t undo any day, thus made dents!

Seconds

All day
Hiding from the sun
Waiting for the golden one
Waiting for your fame
After the parade has gone
Outside was a happy place
Every face had a smile like the golden face
For a second
Your knuckles white as your fingers curl
The shot that was heard around the world
For a second
It took seconds of your time to take his life
It took seconds
It took seconds of your time to take his life
It took seconds
It took seconds of your time to take his life
It took seconds of your time to take his life
Seconds
Seconds
It took seconds of your time to take his life
It took seconds
It took seconds of your time to take his life
It took seconds
For a second
It took seconds of your time to take his life
It took seconds
It took seconds of your time to take his life
It took seconds
For a second
It took seconds of your time to take his life
Seconds of your time to take his life
For a second
For a second
For a second

The Courage To Be Honest

All he has done,
Is to remove hypocrisy...
From the decision making process.

And although this is historic,
In the eyes of those self righteous...
He has shown an ability as a leader,
To have the courage to be honest.
And for those hiding behind shadows,
This is incredible news.
It is unbelievable!
Leaving many to say,
He has done this for political reasons! !

Duh!
Let's evaluate his position.

He once had taught law.
He has interpreted the constitution,
As documented by the founders of their society.
Especially the part that says,
Protecting the rights of all people...
Regardless of their religious affliations.
That part.
That part that states...
Everyone should be treated equal.

And for the people observing this...
He has exposed his willingness,
To represent ALL people...
AND not to defy God's wishes.
For those thumping upon their Bibles.
With a cutting to paste their re-writes.

However...
He has offended those who would rather live lives,
Pretentiously.
Offending the ones who advocate for family values,
AND standards...
But whose leaders of their moralistic foundations,
Are being investigated for crimes of all kinds.
You name them!
They are there in full representation.

And THEY...
Regardless of their religious affliliations,
Or political indoctrinations...
Have used their own beliefs,
To prove they are out of their minds.

Although insist their own ignorance should be followed.
No matter what the evidence is...
That has proven them to be selectively crazed.
And these days...
Quite blatant about it!

Definite Maybe

Got a letter through the post that says I dont exist.
Apparently the new computer thinks I wont be missed.
We need more facts, perhaps you would find out and forward them.
Theres no proof or trace or date or place or where or when.
Central informations got no news today (today).
Is there a change in my position?
No decision, no decision.
All I ever get is a definite maybe.
Head office thinks Im dead,
But Im not even ill.
How do I get attention,
Tell me who I have to kill.
Is there a change in my condition?
Not today.
The answer comes with repetition,
No decision, no decision.
round and round the circle goes,
Stood in line but the counter was closed.
And when I ask who is responsible,
Nobody knows, try one of those.
All I want is a yes or a no,
(all he wants is a yes or a no).
But all I ever get is a definite maybe.
Tried to make my life a misery,
But they dont want to know,
They dont want to know,
They dont want to know.
And all I ever get is a definite maybe.
No decision, no decision.
Surely there must be a way to open all the doors,
And wade through all the petty bureaucratic little laws.
Frustration everywhere I turn, I just get more and more.
Everyones got problems and theyve heard all mine before.
Oh, Im tired of making endless calls.
(somebody help this poor man.)
Banging my head against the wall.
I walk along an endless corridor,
Then I knock on the door, then I realize
That Ive been there before.
No one here can hear my case.
So all I ever get is a definite maybe.
When they say, no news today, get back in the queue,
What can I do? what can I do? what can I do?
No decision, no decision.
No decision.
All I ever get (no decision) is a definite maybe (no decision).

Busted

Ooh what you fell into
Its really nothin new
Well its the same thing every day
Im in the wrong place at the wrong time
With what I do and say
Ive tried and tried to right my wrongs
And turn em all around
Turn em around, turn em around, turn em around
Chorus
*busted
Busted for what I did
I didnt think it so wrong
Busted
Busted for what I did
I didnt think it so wrong
Busted
Busted for what I did
I didnt think it so wrong
I didnt, I didnt think it so wrong, well
Well I made a big mistake
But baby thats the breaks
I cant erase whats done is done
Dont have the best of luck
I think enuffs enuff
And my mind is on the run
Time to go, time to show
Well turn it around
Turn it around, turn it around, turn it around
* repeat
Now Im faced with another mistake
Every step I take, and every move I make
Face to face, another disgrace
Face to face, but thats the breaks
Wouldnt trade place
To see the look on your face
Tell me where youve been
Youve got to keep it in
And baby, please dont give it up
Im gonna be with you
Deep inside of you
Ill never give you up
Ive tried and tried
To be so strong
An turn it all around
Turn it around, turn it around, turn it around
* repeat x3
Busted
Busted for what I did

Introducing Doubt To Weaken

Remove I've done,
From a confinement to undo.
And to choose to escape,
From perceptions...
Time,
Has taught me to erase.

Remove I've done,
The faking of false faces.
Kept to do,
In fear that I would offend someone...
And masquerading in pretense,
Would find my presence more accepted.

Remove I've done,
Notions of impressions to give.
And to strip myself to expose my identity,
Has meant more to more...
Than the approval of someone lessened,
By a harboring of their own hidden insecurities.

Removed from me I have done,
Those kinds of deliberating limitations.
Introducing doubt to weaken,
My desire to live my life...
Free of anyone's ability,
To qualify the passing of their judgements.

That action,
Is not invited or solicited in defining my life...
Lived the way it has been intended.
