Ramadan

Adam ate
Only one
And he was
Kicked and thrown
But I ate
Eleven
Still I am here
And entertained
Till the month
Of Ramadan
To be forgiven
Of my words
And deeds
Evil
But I wonder
The river
Full of flowing water
Erosion
At the both end
In full swing
I dropp some boulders
But it keeps
Spreading

Throat and tongue
Full of filthy words
And Sour pickle
I sing
Seek pardon
Pray and praise
All these things
Become nothing
But noise
During months
Eleven
Overweight
With illegal diet
Out of practice
Out of ring
I play
But fouls.

Lust and greed
Eaten away
My flesh
Coveting
Has burnt
The soul
Only skeleton
Left
On the bed
Lying I see
The fan
At the ceiling
With ball bearing
Moving
With high speed
I stand up
And switch off
But it keeps moving.

ELEVEN

Eleven, eleven, eleven years old,
intrepid, courageous, becomingly bold,
awaiting the whistle to aim at the goal,
youth victory snatches to go for the gold.

Eleven in yellow, eleven in blue,
first warm up, then face out, they know what to do,
team practice their axis extended, each soul
feels ready, steels steady, heart heady, on cue.

Eleven enthusiasts, courage extolled,
engage without rage on the field that has told
long tales of hopes met or defeats swallowed whole,
on one ball all focus as onwards its rolled.

Eleven, eleven, well matched, tackle through,
a game which enflames passions partisan, true,
team work all important as each knows the role
to play so the day stays as record all view

After All There Is No Route To This And That

after all these, you stand alone to be judged, and you think
this has something to do with content, your flesh and bone, your words
and deeds, the meaning of what you want to tell them,

you get it all wrong and the world of magic and imagination laughs
you have not done them wrong
you have not done them right either

you may not believe this and that
but rightly so, the passing wind, the flowing river, the moving sea

the breathing baby, the sleeping meadows,
all these, including the eternal movement of the galaxies,

the unbending light, the constant ebbing and growing of the tides
all these, must have given you the hint of the truth

it is in the flowing of the sound, it is in the journey
of all things and thoughts

these make our world, all these, not the content but the style
the art, not the words but how you sing it.

A Fishhook

The dead are raised up and many are shocked!
For the blind receive their sight to tell a story;
So come and let me show you the lepers who are cleansed.
The lame do walk and the deaf do hear,
But now the day is almost over on this love that muses;
For the water bottles of the heavens are lying under the lotus trees.
Life is like the boiling pot on the fire and,
To pull out Babylon with a fishhook!
For my friends have afflicted me with their words and,
Now around me are wells without water in them.
Beguiling unstable souls,
Of eyes full of fornications!
And in the uncleanness of their lust they fell into the deep waters.
They allured through the lust of their flesh but,
I need a fish's hook to stand up strong by the water side;
And like the early and the latter rains in the land of destruction.
Sleep like he slept and pray like he prayed,
Walk like he walked and cook like he cooked,
For i have seen eyes full of adultery around me!
And the blind received their sight to tell a story.

Full Speed Ahead

Full speed ahead my child
God is right by your side

Full speed ahead my child
Hate will not come close to
Where love abides

Full speed ahead my child
No turning back
You've got nothing to hide
And He is on your side

Full speed ahead my son
You've changed the course of history
Something never thought could be done

Go forth in peace my child
Let not pride in your heart abide
Stand firm in your beliefs
As others watch in disbelief

Now full speed ahead my child
Do your job with pride
Thus saith the Lord!
For he has spoken
And his words can never be broken

As you go full speed ahead
Tarry for the living and not for the dead
Don't forget to keep the Lord in view
No matter what valley you might be travelling through

Go forth in peace my child
Full speed ahead
You are Barack Obama
Born to lead
No longer will you be judged by your color or creed

So full speed ahead
Never look back
God is taking you on a journey
He has got your back!

Looking Around

Looking around me,
Theres not so much in life I miss.
Things that I cant see,
Ill touch and Ill feel then Ill kiss.
Then I saw you standing there
With a smile I couldnt share,
Just looking around evrywhere.
All the things Ive wanted to do
Take so much time to get around to you.
Just reach out and catch and hold on,
Leaving trails of dust and lust,
Never even lyng or tryng, keep on moving, never dying.
Tunes that I cant hear
Would take me for a while my smile.
Fares that are too dear,
Id rather walk out another mile.
Then I heard a tune so right,
It was in the dark of night,
Just listning around evrywhere.
All the things Ive wanted to do
Take so much time to get around to you.
Just reach out and catch and hold on,
Leaving trails of dust and lust,
Never even lyng or tryng, keep on moving, never dying.
Smiles that I dont see,
Ill make them up as I go on.
Laughs that just cant be,
Ill make and laugh at evry one.
Then I saw you in your place
With a laugh upon your face,
Just looking around evrywhere.
All the things Ive wanted to do
Take so much time to get around to you.
Just reach out and catch and hold on,
Leaving trails of dust and lust,
Never even lyng or tryng, keep on moving, never dying.
Looking around with my feet on the ground
Full of words and of sound, bringing smiles all around.
Satisfy me with your words that can be,
Full of sound and Ill see Im just looking around.

Fasting

Fasting will enable you to color yourself
With the color of God
It is a wonderful way to go to paradise

During fasting
We do not eat, drink and enjoy sex
We do not sleep and drowse
We do not tell lies
And refrain from talking too much
Because these are some of God’s qualities

During the month of Ramadan
We perform more Salat
Than any other month
Because Salat is the best worship
And it safeguards us
From doing evil things

During the month of Ramadan
We give alms and charity
To the needy ones more than ever
Because God is the Kind and Giver

During the month of Ramadan
War is forbidden for the Muslims
Because God loves peace

In the month of Ramadan
The prestigious night exists
So that we can satisfy God
And become successful

Hospital Sadness

As I lie around in this bed
Absolutely bored out of mind
I have sad thoughts in my head
I wish that these sad thoughts were left behind
My eyes are flowing with tears
Like a river bank flowing with water
My mind right now is full of fears
Mentally, I am not at my best.

I am
Lonely
Bored
Depressed
Sad

Th is is not where I belong
I want to tell the nurses so long
This is making me sad
When I am out of here I will be glad
I am lying around yearning for the days of home
Where I am free to roam
And not to confirm to one place
I wish time was moving at a fast pace

I miss my friends
I miss my family
I miss everything

I Will Over Come, With Adversity In Full Swing

I will overcome.
With adversity in full swing
I will rewrite it all.
Including who I am.
Destroying the victim
Becoming the savior.
There is just no victim here
Never again.

Listen to me a I scream.
My lungs are exploding.
No more mere whispers.
No more falling on deaf ears.
Killing every once of doubt.
Dedication with greatest sensation.
A fabulous celebration.

I will overcome.
With adversity in full swing
I will rewrite it all.
Including who I am.
Destroying the victim
Becoming the savior.
There is just no victim here
Never again.

My soul burns as never before
This is my new heaven
This is my new hell.
And all I want is more.
An undying hunger as the clock strikes eleven
This is no longer my dirty dusty old shell.

I will overcome.
With adversity in full swing
I will rewrite it all.
Including who I am.
Destroying the victim
Becoming the savior.
There is just no victim here
Never again.

I'm no longer a man in hiding
I am a man now confiding
With every secret we go deeper
The mountain is now getting steeper
So I tie my boot
And I ready my rifle to shoot

I will overcome.
With adversity in full swing
I will rewrite it all.
Including who I am.
Destroying the victim
Becoming the savior.
There is just no victim here
Never again.

My dreams are in my sights
My passage with spiritual rites
Bound to nothing and no one
Oh the possibilities that have come
Everyone looks better then the next.
I am attacking another T-Rex.

I will overcome.
With adversity in full swing
I will rewrite it all.
Including who I am.
Destroying the victim
Becoming the savior.
There is just no victim here
Never again.

Who Will

Who will want to keep you when you get old
When your soul has been bought and sold
That, I would really would like to know.

Who will want you in your twilight
When you are full of vengeance and false pride
Or would anyone, want you at their side.

Who will want to walk with you done the street
When you have no one new for you to meet
Or will people shun you, that you do greet.

Who will want to be there to hold your hand
When you get old and alone and you cannot stand
And then of your past deeds, you will finally understand.

Who will be with you in this journey of life
When you come across darkness and event light
Will you be alone, and emptiness is in your sight.

Who will forget where you have been
When your heart is still full of evil and sin
Will you remember in life, there is only but one end.

Who for you will cry and weep for you a tear
When you are no longer here
Will they even care, for your sorrows to hear.

Who will even think about you when you are gone
When there life is still moving on
Do you wonder, if you will be remembered as just a pawn.

Who will always think and worry about you
When you live your life and the things you do
So I wonder for you, if there will ever be a who.

A thought itself a fear

It is the life itself that I fear
Full of challenges and agony to bear
It was never a threat
Still it made me to sweat

I have loved it to full extent
I have nothing to comment
No praise either or to lament
I consider it as heavenly sent

Simple thoughts have made me poor
It made me to knock from door to door
I had courage to withstand till the last
Life was moving very fast

I had tested it as sour
There was definitely a down pour
I faced with complete vigor
I did not consider it major but only minor

I would love to spend it in hilarious way
You may have definite role to play
I shall surrender completely with nothing more to stay
I shall not hide the face and run away

Step Out In Faith

Some seek God’s face both night and day
For months and even years
They’ll kneel and pray and pray and pray
With heart and soul in tears

They know The Lord can do this thing
Their faith in Christ is strong
And so with prayer God’s praise they’ll sing
Believing nothing’s wrong

But faith is not just sitting still
True faith dictates we stand
If through our deeds we do God’s will
Then God will lend a hand

We need to move we need to stir
We need much more than talk
If mighty things will soon occur
We need in faith to walk

Its good to pray its good to praise
But yet there’s so much more
Consulting God in all our ways
Opens many a door

Step out in faith but not as fools
Learn first to understand
Obey The Lord obey His rules
And see God mighty hand

The Lord may love the songs we sing
Our ways are His concern
He’s not a puppet on a string
Nor water tap to turn

Think not The Lord has all to do
When faith has been received
Action must come from me and you
In Him we have believed

The People In The Trees

You can hear them cackling
In the woods; and in the trees
with mouths full of dirt and weed
and hearts full of lust and greed

They crawl onto your mantelpiece
and leave things for you to see
Just small little trinkets
telling you not to leave

remember if you ever try to deceive
The people in the trees
that the chimney's always open
and it's only your life that they need

so please don't leave the windows closed
For it's hard for them to breathe
with mouths full of dirt and weed
and hearts full of lust and greed

Eleven rules of football

I took my little boy
to a nearby football pitch
He said he was tired
of playing hide and seek
He now wanted a football
to play around and kick

As he clutched my hand
I spoke to him
and tried to make him understand
the eleven rules of football
taking into consideration
that he was quite small

Now rule number one
Football is made of eleven strong men
When one or two are naughty
you may still get away
with playing nine or ten

Rule number two
When a member of your crew
hits the ball into the net
A goal is scored
that I can place a bet
For I am very sure

Rule number three
The maximum number of players
you can substitute is three
It does not cost a dime
It is totally free

Rule number four
There are rules you must comply with
When a team commits an offense
named a foul
before the game can commence
A small advantage has to be given
to the otherside

Rule number five
A freekick
is given after a foul
Sometimes awarded after
unnecessary dives

Rule number six
When you are shown a card that is yellow
Its time for your temper to mellow
or you will get the referee quite mad
and he will dismiss you with a red card

Rule number seven
A penality is like heaven
It is awarded
when a player breaks the rule
maybe by using his hand as a tool
to play the ball inside the penalty box
its time for him to go back to school

Rule number eight
A thrownin
Is when the ball is kicked out of the field
It's one of footballs favorite sins

Rule number nine
Offside is
When you are the only one running
alone to score a winning goal
you must hesitate
till you see a single soul

Rule number ten
A game lasts
for ninety minutes
You are beat
When your team has less goals than the other
That is when you must admit defeat

Rule number eleven
when your team is losing
you have to sing something amusing
saying
All we want is a goal
While we are dressed in coloured charcoal

Now my little boy
I said
These are the eleven rules of football
lets go and practise inside the sports hall

God, is this the world you have created?

1-The minds full of lust
The minds full of lies

2-The world full of darkness
The world full of dirts

3-The world full of people like you like me
Using beautiful words when we need

4-The world full of injustice
Both in West and East

5-The world full of women who have lost their purity
For earning property

6-The world full of hate
In each time, in each date

7-So many racism, so many contempt
So many people who always pretend

8-GOD,
Is this the world you created

9-GOD,
I am sick and tired of living
there haven't been anything interesting
for me on your earth

Inaudible Melodies

Brushfire fairytales
Itsy bitsy diamond wells
Big fat hurricanes
Yellow bellied given names
Well shortcuts can slow you down
And in the end we're bound
To rebound off of we

Well dust off your thinking caps
Solar powered plastic plants
Pretty pictures of things we ate
We are only what we hate
But in the long run we have found
Silent films are full of sound
Inaudibly free

Slow down everyone
You're moving too fast
Frames can't catch you when
You're moving like that

Inaudible melodies
Serve narrational strategies
Unobtrusive tones
Help to notice nothing but the zone
Of visual relevancy
Frame-lines tell me what to see
Chopping like an axe

Or maybe Eisenstein should just relax

Slow down everyone
You're moving too fast
Frames can't catch you when
You're moving like that

Well Plato's cave is full of freaks
Demanding refunds for the things they've seen
I wish they could believe
In all the things that never made the screen
And just slow down everyone
You're moving too fast
Frames can't catch you when
You're moving like that
Slow down everyone
You're moving too fast
Frames can't catch you when
You're moving like that
Moving Too....

The Happy Sadness of Golf

It’s not a sport or pastime … and usually not fun.
You’re reduced to a mumbler before you are done.
The book says to hit against your left side.
Seems like hitting the ball is what should be tried.

Then there’s that bit about not moving your head.
That’ll be no problem … as soon as you’re dead.
Down and behind the ball is what they say.
Just more of the same … your game’s going that way.

And what’s the deal about a full shoulder turn?
One try and it’s wheelchair racing to learn.
And be sure your follow-through finishes high.
No matter your shot’s an unplayable lie.

Or maybe your release wasn’t just right.
Keep the faith, hacker, the nineteenth’s in sight.
Then they wreck the course with water and rough.
Just making small holes is rotten enough.

Ah, putting; yes, putting … what a miserable part.
A three-footer with a break can tear out your heart.
The worst things of all are those ugly out-of-bounds
With their penalty strokes and club-throwing sounds.

Lessons, hope and practice … no, they’ll never pay.
Watch golf on tv … you’ll be saner that way!

Ramadan came
Ramadan came
Ramadan; at our door
Ramadan holds our hope
Ramadan, month of our hope

the month of Qur'an
the mercy of Allah
Submission to Allah

the month for the faithful
the men and the women
IN alignment of Muhammed
Praying for Allah
At the dawn to the dusk
And the dusk to the dawn
Evils chained, chained
then..
The season for rewards
came..
And ultimate success
came..
which hidden at night
came..
For obedience of Allah
The night of decree
came..
Which bitter than a thausand
than thausand, thausand months
Devout taking mercy
The glory for the faithful
In peace at the heaven
The month of the faith
Ramadan came

The Fairs Moving On

(words & music by fletcher - flett)
All the rides are over and done
Its late and no prizes are left to be won
The rides are closed, its the end of the day
The horses are moving away
Yes the fairs moving on
And Ill soon be gone
Remember the love that weve known
Yes the fairs moving on
But I wont leave you long
Its the last time youll be on your own
The music has ended, the carousels still
The horses in boxes with the big ferris wheel
The canvass and glitter are safely on board
The trailers will soon hit the road
Yes the fairs moving on
And Ill soon be gone
Remember the love that we had
Yes the fairs moving on
But I wont leave you long
Im coming back so please dont be sad
At dawn Ill be gone but Ill soon return
Till then the fairs moving on
Till then the fairs moving on
Till then the fairs moving on
Till then the fairs moving on
