Failure
My dreams lie on the top of the hill
Covered with mysterious ice
Now and then they call me, my presence
Is needed to make them free.
I try to reach them tying a rope
From the ground to the top
The rope is cut and the knot is untied
By the fate hidden in the darkness
I fall upon the ground with a big thud
Failure falls with thumping success
I relish the delicious taste of experience
As I succeed successively in failures

the Way To Success
failure may outnumber success
failure is there
to make you strong
failure may cause pain
but nothing goes in vain
failure keeps you in touch
with reality
failure gives wisdom
failure gives experience
cowards don't fail
It's for the brave
who leave the shore
to sail into unknown
failure is a stop
in the journey of life
don't stop at the bend
today's failure would be
tomorrow's bigger success
failure is the cradle
in which success rocks.
failure is not a sin
failure is the first step for success
failure teaches you how to succeed
failure always helps in your success
failure helps you from failing
if you fail, it's not the end of the world
try!
success will definitely be on your way
so will run away your failure
but...
never forget your failure in life which helped you in your
SUCCESS

What We Are Now To Both Ourselves
we are two blue clips of the clothesline
we cling to a rope
hold on, hold on
lest we fall to the ground
behind us is this blur
of trees and leaves and twigs
above us the clouds
heavy with rain
then the shower begins
hold on, hold on to the rope
lest we fall to the ground
dead and then be gone

Tie A Knot, Hang On
Life can bring great challenges,
disappointment and despair.
At times we want to just give up,
from pressures hard to bear.
Life on earth can be beautiful.
We must never give up hope.
Tie a knot, and hang on for dear life,
when you're at the end of your rope.
The rope represents our earth life,
whether happy, sad, or fraught.
Our Savior's great atoning love,
represents the saving knot.
If we will but have faith in Him
when our rope is at it's end,
He'll be the knot that stops our fall,
and helps our lives to mend..

Desinding Into My Last Fall
Right now I feel like I am walking on a type rope,
with a broken end hanging out in space,
being prodded by the devil just to see me fall,
and now I am free for the first time that I can recall,
floating on air as descending in my last fall,
that the earth take me up and spit me out,
just before I hit the ground,
and maybe I might just bounce,
then float again high into the sky,
but the ground seems to coming up way to fast.
or I just go splat.

Rope The Moon
(jess brown/jim denton)
I dont have a lot to show
For these years of hard work
If you look at what I own
Still shes always telling me
To hold on to my dreams
Even when my hope is gone
Some may say that dreamings just for fools
And there are times I thought that might be true
But she thinks I could rope the moon
In her eyes there is nothing I cant do
When I think its out of reach
Shes the reason I still try
She thinks I could rope the moon
When I look at the sky
But cant see through the clouds
She shows me the brightest stars
If I think of coming back
cause Im having my doubts
She tells me Ive come so far
Nothing in this world comes easily
But I cant lose with her right next to me
cause she thinks I could rope the moon
In her eyes there is nothing I cant do
When I think its out of reach
Shes the reason I still try
She thinks I could rope the moon
Oh she thinks I could rope the moon

Tying The Knots Of Peace
With knot one,
My spell's begun
May it's power soar
It's for everyone
With knot two
Pure as mountain dew
My motive is
That my wish come true
With knot three
Find Harmony
From Ocean floor
To the tallest tree
By knot four
Open the door
End suffering
And banish war
With knot five
For peace, we'll strive
In tying this cord
My goal comes alive
With knot six
To wings adhere
My wish for peace
An end for fear
With seven knots
Adorn my cord
Be there peace at home
And peace abroad
In tying knot eight
Let peace be our fate
And with knot nine
Peace and love intertwine

On top of the world
The joys of success.
The feeling that you are on top of the world.
The warmth never seems to end.
Past failures seem to be irrelevant.
That is until you fall.
You fall from that throne.
Fear begins to envolope you.
Fear of not knowing when it ends,
and wondering if you can get up when it does.
The chains of failure.
The feeling that they will never be broken
The happy moments are looked at as just dream.
Success was never really achieved.
Staying on top forever is just a fantasy.
Laying in the darkness forever is a choice
To escape the darkness I ask myself one question.
Is the depths of my failure greater the the heights of my success?

Failures
When failures come, oh, do not fret;
For failures, you must not regret;
Through failures, one can turn perfect,
As failure isn’t a great defect!
Each failure gives us chance again;
Through failures, we have much to gain;
So, failures are a boon, not bane;
Yes, failures make a man much sane!
All cannot win in life always;
Set-backs do come to us some days;
With failures, one makes strong a base;
Our failures bestow bolder face!
With failures come, added wisdom;
’Tis hard to hold a large kingdom;
Failures in life are much welcome,
As successes will always come.
Failures help us to love God more;
Failures are winning signs in core;
Failures can open newer door;
Failures can take us to the fore!
Which man on earth had always won?
With rain, there comes a brighter sun;
With failures, one can have much fun;
Failures aid us to faster run!
Failures can help us fare better;
Failures aren’t man’s strongest fetter;
Failures are just a trend-setter;
Failures make us a win-getter!
By failures, one can stop awhile;
Through failures, you run longer mile;
Failures do not remain life’s bile;
Failures help us finish in style!
Failures help us see truth again;
Failures remove the pride and feign;
Failures help us take newer lane;
Failures help us win in the main!
Through failures, we begin again,
And success smiles, easing out pain!

A Daily Joy to be Alive
No matter how serene things
may be in my life,
how well things are going,
my body and soul
are two cliff peaks
from which a dream of who I can be
falls, and I must learn
to fly again each day,
or die.
Death draws respect
and fear from the living.
Death offers
no false starts. It is not
a referee with a pop-gun
at the startling
of a hundred yard dash.
I do not live to retrieve
or multiply what my father lost
or gained.
I continually find myself in the ruins
of new beginnings,
uncoiling the rope of my life
to descend ever deeper into unknown abysses,
tying my heart into a knot
round a tree or boulder,
to insure I have something that will hold me,
that will not let me fall.
My heart has many thorn-studded slits of flame
springing from the red candle jars.
My dreams flicker and twist
on the altar of this earth,
light wrestling with darkness,
light radiating into darkness,
to widen my day blue,
and all that is wax melts
in the flame-
I can see treetops!

Birth Of Rope
A dangling rope is a relative to the unknown,
From the absorption of heat and cold the rope is alone;
Jostled by the windy weather, a bit of string is enough
To relish the conduct of war, the machine always rough.
A rope inhabited me from the start, and the end,
I must work towards a safer future to backbend;
The stringing of life with life applies a fortune,
This mania may be lucky or not, like abortion.

Jumping Rope
We are jumping rope together
we are jumping rope together
unwinding naughty knots of tether
we are jumping rope together
We are jumping rope together
we are skipping beats together
pouting panting chasing chants
unraveling rigid wraps to sever
We are jumping rope together
we are jumping rope together
jointly jogging jagged breath
suddenly we
sneeze!

Hang The Lover (Death Of A Lover)
The rope is loose
Swinging from the gallow
Rounded in a noose
Hard lump I swallow
I have done wrong
Step forward, take a bow
I stole her song
Rope around my neck, allow
Forward I stare
Rope tightens
The blame I bear
Heartbeat heightens
Last words spoken
'I love her you see'
Now only a token
Deaf ears, hear my plea
Upon the stool
Fingers pointing
Stands the old fool
Crowd shouting
Stool kicked away
People blur, out of sight
End of rope I sway
Blackness comes, my last goodnight
Girls lament
The women wail
For the boys there sent
For all men that fail
In the ground
No more worries
A sleep I have found
no need to hurry
Even under the ground
Love! not sinning
Peace not found
Soul still spinning

Illusion and ignorance
To mistake a rope for a snake
Or to mistake a snake for a rope
Is illusion in perception.
To take a rope for rope and
A snake for snake is knowledge.
To take a rope not for a rope
And a snake not for a snake
Is ignorance. We employ
All the three at variant times
At different degrees in life.

Do you remember failures?
Are you asking me? Yes, I remember my failures
Lots and lots of failures in my life,
I look back again and remember these failures
And my God, how deeply was I hurt,
I cried on some of them,
When friends left when love was lost
When relatives did not give support
When I was all alone
When I finally rise again
And recovered from the past, when I learned
And met success again
When I have become stronger
Rising from every fall, recovering from every failure
I always remember them with fondness
The hurts diminishing, the blames now faint
As the new sound of success reverberates
Claiming new friendships and new approaches
And the comfort that life is like that
Success and failure? A seesaw that we really have to play.

It is a mistake to suppose that men succeed through success; they much oftener succeed through failures. Precept, study, advice, and example could never have taught them so well as failure has done.

Failures-Pillars of success
When failure comes our way,
Our heart yearns to slam everything away,
The world around us seems so unfair,
It is intolerable and difficult to bear!
Tears ignore to take a halt,
And we think that it’s our entire fault.
The atmosphere around us does not seem gay,
Of hope, we don’t find a single ray,
We don’t even know what life will bring,
We feel like leaving everything,
No excuse, no alibi, no reason seems valid,
God’s kingdom itself seems invalid,
During failure, this is the case for everyone,
But through failures, we must always learn,
That we must not be in a mess,
For failures are the pillars of success.
And if you arise after you fall,
Be sure that you’ve hit the ball,
Because those who fear are nothing but cowards,
Everything to them seems difficult and hard,
Through failures, we realize the value of success,
And know that it does not have an easy access,
Because success is a peace of mind,
Such a self-satisfaction, you’ll never find!

Knots
tie the knot
cut down the knot
loose the knot
hold the knot
life is filled
with those things
force to knot
avoid to knot
not aware knotted rope
and suddenly get hooked
life is full
with those things
sometimes knot chokes
sometimes it gives hope
you can waste,
choose one, or keep many knots
but life is never far
from those things

Jump (The Velvet Rope)
Some people get lucky
Born with a silver spoon
Other people got to work real hard
A whole life of paying dues
One man got a big old house
Fast car and swimming pool
Another man got a big old wife
Ten kids and one bathroom
[PRE-CHORUS]
Sometimes
We're just stuck
Behind
The velvet rope [x2]
[CHORUS]
You gotta jump up so high
Jump up jump over the rope
You gotta jump up so high
Jump up jump the rope
Some people get lucky
Take a chance to strike it rich
Other people wll they bet it all lose
Ain't life a bitch
One man's on the guest list
Arrives in a limousine
Another man got to stand on line
Outside in the pouring rain
[BRIDGE]
We got the world on a string
Wrapped around our fingers
We got everything we need
We don't need a thing
There ain't no rope that can hold us
Nothing keeps us down
There ain't a rope that can bind us
We're gonna jump up off the ground
