And never - not in a single case - was the explanation, 'I was pressured to do this.' The explanation was very often, 'The limited data we had led one to reasonably conclude this. I now see that there's another explanation for it.'
The evolutionary explanation for origins, although impossible either to prove or to test scientifically, is nevertheless defended by its proponents on the basis that it is the only explanation which is naturalistic, not involving the 'supernatural' element of a divine Creator.

What does it feel like to be a parent? What does it feel like to be a child? And that's what stories do. They bring you there. They offer a dramatic explanation, which is always different from an expository explanation.

Existence is a mystery, and one should accept it as a mystery and not pretend to have any explanation. No, explanation is not needed — only exclamation, a wondering heart, awakened, surprised, feeling the mystery of life each moment. Then, and only then, you know what truth is. And truth liberates.
No Rest Is Condoned
An explanation,
Taking longer...
Than it does the Sun to rise,
And set...
Should be forgotten.
Since a reason to do it...
Leads someone to regret,
Additional questions connected...
That will upset if not answered,
As expected.
It is best to leave,
A perception one gets...
Alone.
Unless no rest is condoned,
Upon entering one's home.
And someone else residing there,
Is 'issue' driven to elicit one to madness.
And an explanation is not a motivating factor,
That is wished.
But the seeing of one crazed satisfies.

Father
as father begs, the son in a compromise
goes with him in that dome
where there are candles
some have already burned themselves
and some have just been lighted
by the hand of the caretaker.
there had been so many misunderstandings
unresolved anger
the son keeps the hate as the father keeps
the silence
there is no available explanation
there is simply none to mention
for the moment
the father looks behind and tells the son
i am of the past
my candle melted to the ground
there is no rekindling
the father points to him another candle
about to end its life
and he tells the son, that is yours
the father is talking about a life of the past
and the shrinking future
the son now must explain too
how hate kept him
there is no explanation
there is simply nothing to mention
the candles melt to the ground
offering a smoke as left-over of its short existence
that is the only possible explanation

A Strange Feeling
I have never been to this place before,
yet I feel that I have, I’m absolutely sure.
The whole place seems so familiar to me,
how can that happen, it just cannot be.
That man over there has stood up and pointed,
the expression on his face, he’s so disappointed.
I’ve seen all this before it’s like a replayed scene,
but it’s impossible it could never have been.
That running three legged dog; well I’ve seen it before
and not in a Lowry painting, somewhere else I’m sure.
The position in which everyone’s standing here and now,
we’ve stood them before, but I don’t know how.
The tall man over there who was so agitated before
he’s going to cry and slump to the floor.
Even though I can say what people will do and when,
it’s only here and now, as it’s about to happen.
Would I consider dreaming as a possible explanation?
I suppose I would after some deliberation.
Is there another explanation? Well, I haven’t got a clue,
except of course for déjà vous.

There Is No Direction On These Fears
a trembling hand
shows to you that there is no specific
explanation for fear
the directions of the veins
bluish
do not give you the specific
symptom
for like fear
everything goes and spreads
you want to cite
a specific explanation
there is none
some let their bodies fall
at heights that will not warrant the hint of survival
but some knows the trick
the let fear pass
for all fears pass
and wait for the calming of the storm
wait for the boat
that takes you back home

Defense Mechanism
you have offended me
and you know that i do not demand any explanation
for like the way all things go
as nature to its due course must take
planets keeping its own orbit
galaxies moving to its charted direction
flowing and floating
you very well know me
i do not demand an explanation
i owe you nothing and the guilt inside you
grows like the usual cancer
i carry within me this innate peace
this peace that i treasure
a song it whistles
something in you owes me
but receive it i will not
nature shall i let go
not i, but it, shall take the inevitable revenge
your misfortune comes like a flood
the clouds are heavy with rain
and you, the lonely river, shall catch
the burden of too much water

A Caution To Reece Kay
you may consider this:
we become extinct because of anger, we kill other people's dream,
we forget
we too need to dream, and without dreams we become extinct
anger extinguishes dreams
this is the caution
this site may love dreams too of other people who simply want to dream
and it does not want anger because anger kills dreams
now you are angry and you must suffer,
to extinction you become and you cannot be heard
because now nobody listens
goodbye,
scream in your posts, no one minds reading you anymore
demand an explanation
no explanation shall be written...

Go For The Throat
Words and music by rick nielsen
Don't call me baby
Don't call me your inspiration
Don't call me jealous
I don't need you
Don't try to use me
You can use your own imagination
Just a little bit of information before i leave you
You gotta go for the throat (you can use your own imagination)
You gotta do it alone (just a little bit of information)
I am what i am (you can use your own imagination)
When i go for the throat
Don't try to please me
You just give me idle conversation
Doesn't give me any indication or reason
Don't try to use me
You can use your own imagination
Must be some sort of explanation or reason
And i go for the throat (you just give me idle conversation)
And i do it alone (you can use your own imagination)
And i am what i am (must be some sort of explanation)
When i go for the throat
If i say it again would you listen to me
If i shout it this time
If i say it again would you listen to me
If i shout it this time
Get a grip on yourself try to do it in time
Gotta say to yourself
If i say it again would you listen to me
If i shout it this time
I can't stand it no more (you can use your own imagination)
I go for the throat (just a little bit of information)
I do it alone (you just give me idle conversation)
I am what i am (you can use your own imagination)
'cause i go for the throat (must be some sort of explanation)
I can't stand it no more (you can use your own imagination)
I am what i am (just a little bit of information)
I do it alone (you just give me idle conversation)
'cause i go for the throat (must be some sort of explanation)

Hold On
I hear the phone, it rings so violently
Cant leave my room, cant breathe since she left me
I will admit, I hate those things I said
Girls always cry, guys will never admit they did
Hold on, hold on
Hold on, hold on
Dont tell me that its over
Im not used to this temptation
And when you come back running
Theres no use for explanation
I think things are too hard for
Even with my expert knowledge
Most girls get them in trouble
Because they are rarely honest
Whats with the jokes, all the routines they play
Screw with my head, now I cave in till they their way
Guys like to run, chicks like to yell, you see
Guys hate to fight, girls think its therapy
Hold on, hold on
Hold on, hold on
Dont tell me that its over
Im not used to this temptation
And when you come back running
Theres no use for explanation
I think things are too hard for
Even with my expert knowledge
Most girls get them in trouble
Because they are rarely honest
Hold on, hold on
Hold on, hold on

Flaming Pie
Makin love underneath the bed
Shooting stars from a purple sky
I dont care how I do it.
Im the man on the flaming pie
Stick my tongue out and lick my nose
Tuck my shirt in and zip my fly
Go ahead, have a vision.
Im the man on the flaming pie
Everything I do has a simple explanation.
When Im with you, you could do with a vacation
I took my brains out and stretched em on a rack
Now Im not so sure Im gonna get em back
Cut my toes off to spite my feet.
I dont know whether to laugh or cry
Never mind, check my rhythm.
Im the man on the flaming pie
Im the man on the flaming pie
Now everything I do has a simple explanation
When Im with you, you could do with a vacation.
I took my brains out and stretched em on the rack.
Now Im not too sure Im gonna to get em back.

You Keep Your Lips and What's Behind Them Zipped
You keep your lips and what's behind them zipped.
No explanation do you give for this.
But then you expect understanding given for it.
And you're bottled up.
You're bottled up!
You do a tantrum dance and go into your fits.
You spit words of venom with a delivered hiss.
And then you wish somebody to bring to you gifts.
And you're bottled up.
You're bottled up!
What makes you think you are deserving of it?
You're not even using those you've been blessed with.
You curse the Earth and spit on it,
When you should give it a kiss!
And you're bottled up.
You're bottled up!
And you're bottled up...
With a half filled cup.
You keep your lips and what's behind them zipped.
No explanation do you give for this.
With your jaws tight together like a big hypocrite.
And you're bottled up.
You're bottled up!
And you're bottled up...
With a half filled cup.
You're bottled up!
You are bottled up.
With guts sucked in and ready to explode,
On a moment's noticed!

My Expertise Is In Politics
There was a promise you made.
With the giving to the people,
Of your word you would keep...
Our interests kept as your priority.
Everything you said would be concised and clear.
Free of frivolity...
And you'd make your policies precise and sincere.
Letting people who elected you,
First to have your ear.
However...
As soon as you were sworn into office,
You quickly disappeared.
Do you have an explanation for this.
Please,
By all means.
Your response is what we wish to hear.
'Sure!
And...
You are most deserving.
My fellow countrymen...
Men, women and children alike.
Well...
It is like this,
You asked if I had an explanation?
Explanations I do not make.
My expertise is in politics.
What more did you expect?
That I would be as honest as those...
You helped me in my campaign to eliminate,
Are you kidding?
I have a reputation to protect.
Clear the way for my entourage, please.
Thank you.
And...
Good luck! '
But...
We elected you.
'See my press secretary.
We'll ensure each and everyone of you,
Receives a signed 8 by 10 glossy.'

Change
Once there was a man of power
Had no care for human life
Then one day he saw his living lie
Growing all around him
The wheel of change had taken over
Found a love he never knew
Now he teaches children what is true
Gather all around him
What made him choose to turn away
What makes us change our mind
The will to see turns you around
There is no explanation why
There is no rhyme or reason
Just feel the love and youre alive
Running around in your confusion
From the cradle to the grave
Aint got time to see the world go by
Where are you going
Always moving round in circles
Talking words that never end
Standing in the grip of madness
Why oh why
What are you saying
How can we choose to run away
How do we change our mind
See the perception turn around
There is no explanation why
There is no rhyme or reason
Just feel the love and youre alive
Realise this understanding
Move before it gets too late
Take this chance
Or life will pass you by
This is the only way
We must pull ourselves together
Theres so much we must explain
Got to teach the children what is true
There is no other way
Why did we choose to turn away
Why did we change our mind
The will to see turns you around
There is no explanation why
There is no rhyme or reason
Just feel the love and youre alive
The incredible gift of life
Where the fire within burns bright
Every moment we live is true
And the spirit is all in you
