You ask me, my good friend, if I know how to set loose a delirium, a vertigo, a foolishness whatever on these poor masses of people, neat and quiet, who are born, eat, sleep, multiply and die.

Delirium
Delirium
So she thinks she's got a new boyfriend
But the two of them have never met
She's already got his name tattooed
In a heart across her chest
With his pictures plastered on her wall
But he has never called
And even all her friends they say:
'You're living in delirium'
Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da
Babe, you live in delirium
Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da
Secretly she's stalking him on the streets
Making sure she's one step behind
They even went to the movies together
Or at least they stood in the same line
She tells everyone he sends her flowers
And love letters he sends her too
And they talk on the phone for hours
It's obvious shes come on blue
Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da
Babe, you live in deliri
Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da
Babe, you're livin' in delirium
Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da
Every night you find her all alone
Fantasising about the brand new home
And she's waiting for the bells the ring a ding-a-ling
Oh, God, she's lost her mind
And her friends tell her all the time
That it's make-believe
This guy she sees it's her disease
She's living in delirium
She's so happy that she found someone
But she's still living in delirium
She's so happy that she found someone
But she's still living in delirium
Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da
Babe, you're livin' in delirium
Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da
Babe, you're livin' in delirium
(She's so happy that she found someone
But she's still living in delirium)
Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da
Babe, you're livin' in delirium
Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da
Babe, you're livin' in delirium
(She's so happy that she found someone
But she's still living in delirium)
Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da
Babe, you're livin' in delirium
Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da

Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da, Da da da

No Loose Change to Pinch or Lend
Some people come from a run of funds.
To know no end of them to come.
But those who struggle everyday,
Know a price they have to pay.
For them that seems to stay that way.
Some people come from a run of funds.
To know no end of them comes.
But those who struggle everyday,
Know a price they have to pay.
No loose change to pinch or lend.
No foolishness comes to spend...
On items to show all their friends.
No loose change to pinch or lend.
No foolishness comes to spend...
On items to show all their friends.
Some people come from a run of funds.
To know no end of them to come.
But those who struggle everyday,
Know a price they have to pay.
For them that seems to stay that way.
No loose change to pinch or lend.
No foolishness comes to spend...
On items to show all their friends.
No loose change to pinch or lend.
Their pockets have more lint than cents in them.

Friend Is A Friend
A FRIEND IS A FRIEND
WELL BEYOND THE END
BECAUSE A FRIEND
LIVES IN THE HEART
AND IN THE SOUL
WHICH TURNS INTO
SWEET MEMORIES
WHEN YOU FALL APART
AND LOOSE CONTROL
A FRIEND IS A FRIEND
WELL BEYOND THE END
BECAUSE A FRIEND
SHARE A GOOD CHEERS
THROUGH SADNESS AND TEARS
LETTING YOU KNOW
THAT YOU HAVE A FRIEND HERE
A FRIEND IS A FRIEND
WELL BEYOND THE END
BECAUSE A FRIEND IS THERE
THROUGH SORROW AND PAIN
LAUGHTER AND SMILES
BECAUSE AT ANYTIME
A FRIEND CAN BE THERE

Your Hero
The heroes of the masses they live for their renown
And the masses create their heroes and then drag their heroes down
And the masses are unpredictable they change from day to day
And some of their heroes like the Autumn flowers are quick to fade away.
Yet there are millions of unsung heroes and they live on every street
And every day a hero I feel privileged to meet
True heroes male and female yet by the masses unsung
The World is full of heroes of heroes old and young.
Some heroes of the masses are arrogant and proud
And their egos over-swollen from the adulation of the crowd
But give me the unsung heroes who go their own quiet way
Who out of the kindness of their hearts perform one good deed every day.
Many heroes of the masses are not heroes to me
Though every day I walk the street some true hero I do see
Your hero is chauffeur driven and drinks the most expensive wine
And you can have your hero but your hero isn't mine.

The work I did in Vertigo meant nothing if no one cared about the movie. Luckily, Vertigo had a revival and people had begun to recognize there was something special and it gained in reputation. But it just as well could have ended up rotting in film cans somewhere.
A Good Friend She Was
A good friend she was
Would be there for me
Through ups or downs
A good friend she was.
A good friend she was
We laughed and had fun
Her smile was the best
A good friend she was.
A good friend she was
Her caring was amazing
Her love of life showed
A good friend she was.
A good friend she was
Kept her spirits up in pain
Never showed her hurts
A good friend she was.
A good friend she was
Even up until the end
Put my hand on her heart
A good friend she was.
A good friend she was
I will treasure the memories
Of all the joy we shared
A good friend she was.
*Dedicated to my very best friend Maryann whose spirit lives on because you really can't destroy goodness

Anyone whose goal is 'something higher' must expect someday to suffer vertigo. What is vertigo Fear of falling No, Vertigo is something other than fear of falling. It is the voice of the emptiness below us which tempts and lures us, it is the desire to fall, against which, terrified, we defend ourselves.

That Millions Do Live In Poverty
That millions do live in poverty should never be seen as okay
The gap between the haves and the have nots keeps getting bigger by the day
Everyone should have the chance to live happy a home to live in and enough for to eat
There never should be slums and ghettos and never a poverty street,
That millions are born to live in poverty and to end their hard lives in despair
Only tells us if there's a god that god favours the wealthy and that god is not very fair
To leave millions homeless and dying of malnutrition the people condemned to die poor and young
In the refugee camps of the World live the displaced, the poor and unsung,
In the age of celebrity worship the poor in millions multiply
Why millions are destined to be poor don't ask me I wouldn't know why
Even in the World's wealthiest Countries poor people are no longer rare
And millions and millions of have nots in the bigger World out there
And millions are dying of hunger and millions are doing it tough
And millions are displaced and homeless and as refugees living it rough.

In a Breton Cemetery
They sleep well here,
These fisher-folk who passed their anxious days
In fierce Atlantic ways;
And found not there,
Beneath the long curled wave,
So quiet a grave.
And they sleep well,
These peasant-folk, who told their lives away,
From day to market-day,
As one should tell,
With patient industry,
Some sad old rosary.
And now night falls,
Me, tempest-tost, and driven from pillar to post,
A poor worn ghost,
This quiet pasture calls;
And dear dead people with pale hands
Beckon me to their lands.

Magnetic Game
Every poor uses slang
But the crux of the fun
Is that every one wants to be a rich man
If one day I become the richest one
On that day I surely will be a fakir or nun
And my whole property will be for the poor man
As I need nothing more than
Two pieces of cloths
And two timely meals
But in the middle there is a game
Very non-materialistic
People call it name and fame
Towards it every one madly rushes in
As it is very, very magnetic
But you can not earn any thing
Until it is given to you by the masses, the poor man

Poor Twisted Me
Oh poor twisted me
Oh poor twisted me
I feast on sympathy
I chew on suffer
I chew on agony
And swallow whole the pain
Oh it's too good to be
All this misery
Is just for oh poor twisted me
Poor twisted me
Poor mistreated me
Poor mistreated me
I drown without a sea
I'm filled with sorrow
Once filled with misery
And hated the deep dark blue
Such a burden to bear
Poor mistreated me
Finally reached the shore
Survival's gone
Now your feeling cold ever since he was born
Your pain is so over you
Finally reached the shore
Survival's gone
Now your feeling cold ever since he was born
Your pain is so over you
Could ya be my friend
Oh woe is me
Such a burden to be
Oh poor twisted me

Born To Love Me
Bob morrison
Not manyd say shes pretty cause they dont realize
That beauty is often hidden from anothers eyes
But in a quiet moment her beauty starts to shine
And every night Im thankful that shes mine
Oh-oh that she is mine
And she was born to love me in her gentle way
Born to love me each and everyday
Born to love me born to hold me tight
Born to love me everynight, everynight
Ive learned it doesnt matter what other people see
Its what I feel for her and what she feels for me
Shes made my life worth living because she understood
That love is made for giving, shes so good
Oh-oh shes so good
And she was born to love me in her gentle way
Born to love me each and everyday
Born to love me born to hold me tight
Born to love me everynight, everynight
Yes, she was born to love me in her gentle way
Born to love me each and everyday
Born to love me born to hold me tight...

Shallow Grave
When I fall in endless sleep
I hope that I'll be buried deep
Let me be the one that fortune favours
Even good children got shallow graves
Throw another clown to the lions
Throw another Joan on the blaze
Cast me away on the cruel calm ocean
and leave me for days and days and days and days and days
I won't lie in this poor shallow grave
I won't lie, I won't lie in this poor shallow grave
Dig me down deep where the dead men sleep
I won't lie in this poor shallow grave
Bless the poor 'cos like the rich
They all end up in a ditch
In this world of fools and knaves
Even good children got shallow graves
The tinker, the tailor, the fabulous five
Nobody gets out of this alive
Chorus
Dig me down deep where the dead men sleep
I won't lie in this poor shallow grave
Dig me down deep where the dead men sleep
I won't lie in this poor shallow grave
Dig me down, dig me down, dig me down deep
I won't lie in this poor shallow grave

spontaneous lullaby to the dream (for: K.H)
spontaneous lullaby to the dream
============================================= =========
- with the dedication for
'sleepless friend ' (for: K.H)
--------------
that night is so beautiful,
and our sky lightened up with stars.
everything around is sleeping, and everyone
is breathing the dream, only...only not you...
why? why my friend, cannot you sleep?
and maybe it love it defeated you
and now you are only repeating words
I love you...love you...
sleep darling, and not be worry for tomorrow.
what was dark, the new day will brighten.
and will bring new hopes and happiness.
sleep friend, already sleep now.
why? why my friend, cannot you sleep?
and maybe it love it defeated you
and now you are only repeating words
I love you...love you...
sleep darling, I will be
your angel in the dream.
sleep my friend, for you
I will be humming my quiet lullaby.
sleep darling and don't worry for tomorrow.
what was dark, the new day will brighten.
and will bring new hopes and happiness.
sleep friend... already sleep now.
close your eyes... and you will hear it...
close your eyes... and you will hear it...
close your eyes...

I Already Know
There's no need to tell me I already know
That money on trees never blossoms or grow
Forty thousand in poverty for every millionaire
It is a rat race in the big World out there.
A long road to financial success and renown
For those who are born in the poor side of town
Condemned to be poor by their postal address
Without the right postal code the highbrows you won't impress.
It is common knowledge most will tell you so
'Tis not how clever you are it is who you do know
A wealthy person to you can be a good friend
A poor one has little money for to give or to lend.
In life I've been lucky quite lucky enough
I've never been hungry or had to sleep rough
I've never been Homeless or a Stateless refugee
Though I am aware of others poverty.
I already know you don't have to tell me
That money does not grow on a bush or a tree
Yet whilst some are worth millions and billions in money it seems sad to say
That many are dying of hunger every day.

Good Friend
I used to think that you were someone else
Then I'd loose my mind each day
I used to think that I could help myself
But its true
what they say
There is no reason without a way
This is
Good Bye to you and Me
what a good friend you've been to me
and I owe it all to you
every good thing that I do is you
I used to wish that I was someone else
then I'd dream away the day
those dreams have made me into someone new
and its true what they say
there is no better time than today
if this is
Good Bye to you and Me
what a good friend you've been to me
and I owe it all to you
every good thing that I do is you
I am here
I need to say
that I will miss you
everyday
and its true what they say
there is no better time than today
if this is
Good Bye to you and Me
what a good friend you've been to me
if this is
Good Bye to you and Me
well what good friends we will always be
and I owe it all to you
every good thing that I do is you [x2]
its you
Every good thing that I do is you
its you
every good thing that I do
well I owe it all to you
every good thing that I do is

Differences between a Good Friend and a Bad Friend
A good friend would wait for you;
So you could both walk to the bus;
A bad friend would just leave impatient;
“I’d rather go hang with Gus.”
A good friend would help with a chore;
Even if it’s taking out the trash;
A bad friend would just smirk;
“If only you gave me cash.”
A good friend would listen;
To whatever you have to say;
A bad friend would cover your mouth;
“Quit blabbering away! ”
A good friend would say “Come on over.”
Whenever you feel like you’re alone;
A bad friend would yell at your face;
“Just go on back home! ”
A good friend would phone;
To ask how you are;
A bad friend wouldn’t care;
“Wanna go to the bar? ”
A good friend will cheer you up;
Whenever you feel sad;
A bad friend would laugh;
“Well, that’s just too bad.”
A good friend would stand up for you;
When blamed for a crime;
A bad friend would walk away;
“Oh look at the time.”
A good friend would come to your funeral;
And leave flowers in your wake;
A bad friend would blow it off;
“It was his mistake! ”

Blankets
Some blankets are thin
that cover the poor.
They're lucky to have them.
They sleep on the floor.
No pillow to sleep on
to cradle their head,
nothing to sleep on
that's called a bed.
Some blankets are downy
that cover the rich.
No shivering at night
in their warm little niche.
Their heads have been cradled
since they were born.
They sleep in comfort
all cozy and warm.
Some blankets are heavy.
They weigh you down.
You can't move your toes
or wriggle them around.
You lay there quite still
and wrestle with thought.
You think of blankets
that are light.
and if the poor
will be alright?
