Ed, we just witnessed a peaceful transition in government. Do you realize how miraculous that is...Today, tiny Cicely, Alaska, stood up and put another W in the win category for democracy.

So I think that if we want to have a Congress, if we want to have government that looks like America, if we want to have government that is truly a representative Democracy, then we need to clearly address how we get our campaign laws out of the way of Democracy.

What is good for Alaska is good for the country. Transferring power from the federal government to the states provides opportunity to all states, not just Alaska.

Many forms of Government have been tried, and will be tried in this world of sin and woe. No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all-wise. Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time.

i lied when i told her that i am in Alaska
to make fun of life
when you feel that you are like
inside a can
of milk
i told her by way of a joke
that i am in
Alaska...
of course she does not believe it
for all the while
she knows
that my only Alaska is no other
than the
Condensada.
But i get the point though
albeit in a manner that is subtle
that indeed i am in Alaska
that cold round can
so sweet with all the condensed
reconstituted milk
causing Diabetes

I Am Peaceful
I am peaceful as the green blue sea
I am peaceful that's what I want to be.
I am peaceful so that my world can be calm
I am peaceful so I feel no problems at all.
For being peaceful helps me think clearly
helps me realize whats dear to me.

I always assume that democracy is the only good form of government, quite frankly, and democracy is always to be preferred.

But again, you know, the views that we've expressed are transferring power back from the federal government to the states, giving Alaska an incredible opportunity to expand its economy, especially at a time when our federal government is coming close to bankruptcy. So that is a broad-based appeal. It's not an extreme view.

Enriched
What was difficult?
A decision made to be me.
A decision to leave,
Everything and everyone...
Who did not grasp,
Their own identity.
And when clarity came,
And stared in my face...
I stood and stared right back!
That was the most difficult thing I did.
And since then...
I recognized,
How many had not done that.
How many,
In fact...
Did not know who or what they were.
And I did not fully realize until I witnessed them...
How long I had been back then,
Like them...
In hiding!
Pretending I knew the life I lived.
But today I do not seek,
Acceptance from anyone to qualify that.
I did not know that finding myself,
Would leave me feeling so enriched!

Listen, walmart is laughing
Listen, Walmart is laughing
That we have democracy
We have not riotous democracy.
Our democracy is peaceful
Our people are really fool.
It is fact our mentality is colonial
And we are not influential.
Listen, walmart is laughing
And we are enjoying.

Democracy v Liberty
The fathers of democracy.
The ancient Greek philosophers
were dependent on slavery.
Which leaves me in a quandary.
How can it be democracy
to have such inequality?
I think democracy should be
a universal human right.
Though it is not quite obviously.
An ideal to aspire to.
Which one day might be possible.
The time has come now to review.
What we mean by democracy.
If everybody has their say.
It might well lead to anarchy.
When we elect a government.
The will of the majority
is what they’re meant to represent..
But it seems they rarely do.
This cannot be democracy.
the many are ruled by the few.
Who gain control quite legally
because their wealth allows them to
encouraged by our apathy.
The systems open to abuse
The people have the power to
insist on change; which we don’t use.
We vote or not just as we choose.
A facet of democracy.
I would be hesitant to lose.
It seems to me democracy
is something which we can’t achieve
and still retain our liberty.
There is no way that I can see
which will be fair to everyone.
I must admit despondently.
A partial democracy
is what we have and will retain
a curb upon our liberty.
You have no reason to complain
if you choose not to use your vote.
You have the freedom to abstain.

For Government To Be Fair!
for any government to be fair,
every citizen has to be
just as important as every other.
every citizen has to have equal rights,
whether black or white,
rich or poor, gay or straight.
whether they believe in the same god,
in another, or in none.
whether they speak english,
or another language.
whether they are educated,
or not!
every citizen has to have an equal chance,
for employment, for education,
for housing, for love and happiness.
and every citizen has to respect,
both himself, and others...
this government should be
a government by the people...
any leader should be from among the people.
government, small in tether,
large in affirmation!
we're not anywhere close to this in America!
we have been sold out by our own greed,
and have chosen in our apathy to follow the lie.
now it's come to a head!
what we do next determines if democracy works.
what we do next defines our level of humanity.
call it democracy, call it socialism,
it doesnt matter what you call it.
what it has to be is redemption...
what it has to bring, is freedom!
finally!

Cicely Bathing
The brook told the dove
And the dove told me
That Cicely's bathing at the pool
With other virgins three.
The brook told the dove
And the dove told me
That Cicely floating on the wave
Woke music in the tree.
The brook told the dove
And the dove told me
That Cicely's drying in the sun,
A snowy sight to see.

Someone Else
Sit here alone
I wonder whats the use
Im so bored Im just killing time
Can you explain to me
I just dont understand
Why my skin has wore so damn thin
I realize that its been worse before
I realize.....
Dont wanna not gonna
Dont have to be myself today
I want to wake up as someone else
Dont wanna not gonna
Dont have to be myself today
I want to wake up as someone else again...
Im so tired today
I think Ill just lay down
Hibernate just for a year or so
No matter what I do the day just slips away
I need to take some time and start it all again
I realize that its been said before
Although I try I dont know whats in store
I realize.......
Dont wanna not gonna
Dont have to be myself today
I want to wake up as someone else
Dont wanna not gonna
Dont have to be myself today
I want to wake up as someone else again...
I realize that is has been worse before
I realize.....
Dont wanna not gonna
Dont have to be myself today
I want to wake up as someone else
Dont wanna not gonna
Dont have to be myself today
I want to wake up as someone else
Dont wanna not gonna
Dont have to be myself today
I want to wake up as someone else
I have to except that
I guess Im stuck with me today
I have to wake up and be myself again

In democracy
Writ of the peole runs.
In democracy
Repesentatives should not
Called leaders.
In democracy
Representatives must not
Act as er whim.
In democracy
Representative should not
Show dictatorial style.
In democracy
Representative should not have
Arrogance of power.
In democracy
Treachery and
Ruthless decisions
Not good.
In democracy
The representatives
Should be sensitives
Towards sensitive issues.

Caroline Says Ii
Caroline says
As she gets up off the floor
Why is it that you beat me
It isnt any fun
Caroline says
As she makes up her eyes
You ought to learn more about yourself
Think more than just i
But shes not afraid to die
All her friends call her alaska
When she takes speed, they laugh and ask her
What is in her mind
What is in her mind
Caroline says
As she gets up from the floor
You can hit me all you want to
But I dont love you anymore
Caroline says
While biting her lip
Life is meant to be more than this
And this is a bum trip
But shes not afraid to die
All her friends call her alaska
When she takes speed, they laugh and ask her
What is in her mind
What is in her mind
She put her fist through the window pane
It was such a funny feeling
Its so cold in alaska
Its so cold in alaska
Its so cold in alaska

Democrazy
DEMOCRAZY.
Melvin Banggollay
Many says
Democracy before
Is a government of the people,
by the will of the people,
for the people,
but to many people
fooled by other people
It's a government to off the people
, to buy the people and
fear the people
and this defines democrazy
of crazy people to off the people,
buy the will of the people
and fear the people.
Government must be sensitive enough
to respect the will of the people
for democracy to be always
a government
of the people,
by the people
for the people.
