Dreams must be heeded and accepted. For a great many of them come true.

When You Wish Upon A Star
dreams come true (dreams come true)
dreams come true (oh oh, oh yeah)
dreams come true (na, na na, na na)
they do (they do)
when you (when you)...
When you wish upon a star, (a star,) makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires will come to you (it will come to you)
If your heart is in your dreams, (your dreams) no request is too extreme
When you wish upon a star as dreamers do (ooh ooh).
(Oh, Fate is...is kind...)Fate is kind, she brings (she brings) to those who love
The sweet fulfillment of their secret longing
(oh oh oh. like...) Like a boat out of the blue, Fate steps in and sees you thru
When you wish upon a star, your dream comes true
When you wish upon a star, your dream comes true
dreams come, dreams come, dreams come true
dreams come, dreams come, dreams come true
(and they don't stop) dreams come, dreams come, dreams come true
(make a wish and) dreams come, (your dreams...) dreams come, (your dreams come...) dreams come true

We grow great by dreams. All big men are dreamers. They see things in the soft haze of a spring day or in the red fire of a long winter's evening. Some of us let these great dreams die, but others nourish and protect them nurse them through bad days till they bring them to the sunshine and light which comes always to those who sincerely hope that their dreams will come true.

Put Me First
I accepted
that you did not put me first.
But you kept
putting me last. All the time.
Last
was the last place I wanted to be.
I once wanted
to be put first. By someone. Sometime.
I accepted that you
did not put me first.
But last
was a place, that I could not, bear to be.
Last was a place,
that ones true love, cannot placed be.
Ones true love,
is someone we run to, have to see.
I accepted that you did not
put me first.
But you
did not love me enough my love.
You neglected me,
rejected me, when me you did not see.
Therefore you
are going to lose my love.
Do not
forever try my sacrifice love.
Or else
I shall die, when I say goodbye, my love.

Because Of You
well i see the color in your eyes
they set me free, they get me high
no sister flower will be denied, girl
the heat of affection, a fragile mind
because of you(hold) man my dreams came true
because of you
because of you(hold) man my dreams came true
because of you
and i feel the warmth in your touch
my ego trips, i cant get enough
that satisfaction lies in your, girl
i wrote this song, so you'll understand
because of you(hold) man my dreams came true
because of you
because of you(hold) man my dreams came true
because of you
because of you(hold longer) my dreams came true
because of you
because of you(hold longer) my dreams came true
because of you
because of you (hold)
because of you

Not Everyone Can Be Famous
Not everyone can be famous though many yearn for fame
In a World where millions do die without a penny to their name
And that any hope of an egalatarian Human World cannot exist cannot be denied
Whilst the gap between the haves and the have nots is growing ever wide
Their dreams of great wealth and fame millions do pursue
But for many of course such dreams never come true
And many who have great dreams die in poverty
For dreams are just dreams that's how it seems to be
Around the World today in every village, city and town
People daydream of great things of wealth and renown
And though to live in poverty only the saintlike would choose
For one for to win many destined to lose
To achieve in a big way seems a human need
And though many strive for success only few do succeed.

When Dreams Don't Come True
One day I woke up
Everything was messed up
Somehow I wish I could fix it
But that's a dream that will never come true
When dreams don't come true
When you cry
In the night
You wish someone was there
But no one comes
When you're down
On the ground
You wish someone was there
To tell the truth and care for you
When dreams don't come true
Today was the worst day
That ever happened to me
Someone once asked me
How has your day been
Then I said
I think my life will end today
When you cry
In the night
You wish someone was there
But no one comes
When you're down
On the ground
You wish someone was there
To tell the truth and care for you
When dreams don't come true
When dreams don't come true
When dreams don't come true

True Love
True love passes all understandings.
True love expresses loyalty.
True love hurts but can learn how to mend.
True love dreams the highest dreams.
True love waits until the stars visit the day.
True love seeks good for the other.
True love lends forgiveness.
True love cries but washes away the pains.
True love makes an ignorant boy a mature man.
True love softens the heart of a girl to a nurtured woman.
True love never lies.
True love loves a person until forever.
True love sees love even though the hair is white.
And most of all.TRUE LOVE never breaks promises,

Lonely tears roll down
As midnight comes around
But I can make it trough
In sweet dreams of you
In the shadow of the night

Did, it all comes true
In sweet dreams of you
In sweet dreams I see
The way thing you to be
When your love was thide
And your heart was true
In sweet dreams of you
Oh, I call out your made
And you come to me again
The way you used to do
In sweet dreams of you
In sweet dreams of you

On Dreams
I don't know what I'll do if my dreams don't come true
I suppose it doesn't happen very often anyway
After all it's a reward reserved for only the hardest of workers
That of which I surely cannot be
Yes, I don't know what I'll do if my dreams don't come true
I suppose I'll get married and start a family
I'll tell my kids to reach for the stars
And never stop dreaming
Then I'll have a beer and sigh
And watch TV until I fall asleep
I should be thankful for what I have
But to be honest
I just don't know what I'll do if my dreams don't come true
I really shouldn't let such thought cross my mind
Dreams can be dangerous
Dreams can turn into nightmares
I've seen what happens to the stars in Hollywood
I should consider myself lucky
Then again
When it comes down to it
I don't know what I'll do if my dreams don't come true
But what dreams do I have?
Where do I begin?
I can't be a painter
I'll end up like Van Gogh
I can't be a poet
I'll end up like Kerouac
I can't be a journalist
I'll end up like Thompson
I can't be a writer
I'll end up like Hemingway
That's right
My dreams will surely be my undoing
What a blessing it will be to look back on a lifetime of sin
My face warm with nostalgia
Flipping through old photographs
As I wonder to myself how my life was saved
But
I can't stop the thought from searing my mind
I simply don't know what I'll do if my dreams don't come true

When My Dreams Come True
I.
When my dreams come true--when my dreams come true--
Shall I lean from out my casement, in the starlight and the dew,
To listen--smile and listen to the tinkle of the strings
Of the sweet guitar my lover's fingers fondle, as he sings?
And as the nude moon slowly, slowly shoulders into view,
Shall I vanish from his vision--when my dreams come true?
When my dreams come true--shall the simple gown I wear
Be changed to softest satin, and my maiden-braided hair
Be raveled into flossy mists of rarest, fairest gold,
To be minted into kisses, more than any heart can hold?--
Or 'the summer of my tresses' shall my lover liken to
'The fervor of his passion'--when my dreams come true?
II.
When my dreams come true--I shall bide among the sheaves
Of happy harvest meadows; and the grasses and the leaves
Shall lift and lean between me and the splendor of the sun,
Till the noon swoons into twilight, and the gleaners' work is done--
Save that yet an arm shall bind me, even as the reapers do
The meanest sheaf of harvest--when my dreams come true.
When my dreams come true! when my dreams come true!
True love in all simplicity is fresh and pure as dew;--
The blossom in the blackest mold is kindlier to the eye
Than any lily born of pride that looms against the sky:
And so it is I know my heart will gladly welcome you,
My lowliest of lovers, when my dreams come true.

Dreamz
what is a dream if you cant achieve it
what is a dream if you dont believe it
i want my dreams to all come true
i want my dreams to be shared with you
a dream is a place of magical things
a dream is a place where bluebirds sing
all our dreams we are longing for
a dream of you that i adore
why is dreams all filled with joy
when after a dream it is destroyed
why is dreams of something we cant have
when we dream of the things we once had
dreams come with so many meanings
happy and sad so many feelings
so why do we dream if it hurts inside
when we watch our dreams all fade and die
if i was a dream id fly away
id dream of happiness and make it stay
what is a dream with no ending
why do dreams start descending
what is a dream that aint complete
why are dreams so discreet
dreams are full of many things
dreams are full of true feelings
believe in dreams and youll succeed
believe in dreams yes i do indeed

Forgive us God
God is great,
When we achieve,
God is great,
When we succeed,
God is great,
When we’re accepted,
But oh!
We blame him,
When we loose,
When we fail,
It was our mistake,
We failed to behave,
We planned not plans.

What Is Accepted Without Fact
It is incredulous!
'What?
What's incredulous? '
What is accepted without fact.
'What is accepted without fact? '
That which is not true.
'What is not true? '
Nothing!
'That's incredulous! '
That is what I said.
'Correction!
You said, 'It is incredulous.'
Not that 'nothing' was.
And no need to sneer at me!
Who brought the subject up?
You! '
...are an idiot!
'R 'is' an idiot.
You did not say that correctly.'
It is incredulous!
'Whatever.
I'm not going through this again.'

Dreams We Had
Dreams we had
as a youth,
dreams long gone.
Dreams not fulfilled,
only talk was done,
dreams faded away.
Walk toward your dreams,
not away from them,
dreams can become real.
Your youth only stays
for a short moment,
then like a vapor, its gone.
Chase your dreams now,
no matter what anyone may say,
dreams can come true.
Dreams Do Come True
Intro:
Like the morning sun
His love moved across every inch of my body
And the heat from the fire burned me up with desire
I thought Id died and gone to heaven for sure
This morning when I opened my eyes
There to my surprise
Lay that angel I thought had been only a dream
And so I said a little prayer
And thanked god, that he was there
Oh, this is a dream come true
1st chorus:
Dream do come true
I know cause I found you
I never thought they did
But now I do
Dreams do come true
It was love at first sight
And it was love all night
And the way he made love to me
Fulfilled all my fantasies
Ooo, this is a dream come true
2nd chorus:
Yes, dreams do come true
I know cause I found you
I never thought they did
But youre living proof
That dreams do come true

Time Is Runnin
Words and music by rick nielsen
Time is runnin out of control, ooh
Help all my dreams come true
Time is runnin out of control, ooh
You make my dreams come true
Here comes the night
Gone are the days yeah
When we could just sit here and talk for hours
Didnt have much to say
Time is runnin out of control, ooh
Help my dreams come true
Time is runnin out of control, ooh
You make my dreams come true
Now everything seems so serious
We all had our fun in the sun
We all wanna take too much out of life
Fooling ourselves in the long run
Time is runnin out of control, ooh
Help my dreams come true
Time is runnin out of control, ooh
You make my dreams come true
Tryin to beat the clock
It never stops tickin the time away
Tryin to beat the clock it
Never stops, never stops night or day
Time is runnin out of control, ooh
And my dreams come true
Time is runnin out of control, ooh
You make my dreams come true
(repeat to coda)

Dreams Realised
We all have dreams
of places we yearn to see,
I was lucky this year
when my dreams came true,
but was also lucky in other way
as several other dreams came true.
Having that dream now realised
other dreams I want
to make come true.
I know in my heart they will
and it will only take a matter of time.
Until then I will enjoy
everyday that I have
waiting for the next dream to be realised.

DayDream
I am a little fairy that dreams a lot.
I sit on my little mushroom daydreaming,
About what the world would look like if I was big!
Everything would look really small,
The birds and the other fairies would be small.
Never let anyone tell you that dreams are for fools.
Someday your dreams will come true.
Remember if you wish upon a star long enough,
Your dreams will come true.

That Which I Do Not Know
How do I know what I know?
I've accepted faith as my reward,
For understanding.
I've accepted the experience of stumbling...
And not allow defeat,
To stop an ability I have to get back on my feet!
I've accepted humiliation to assist in my self evaluation.
I've accepted criticsms of all kinds.
I've accepted heartbreak to mend any bitterness.
With a forgiveness that God will defend...
And correct misdeeds done!
How do I know what I know?
I know I did not bleed without pain!
I know I did not recover from wounds alone.
I know I don't have all the answers!
And that was the beginning...
Of knowing something I could not debate.
It is what it is.
And could not be what it is not!
How do I know what I know?
That which I do not know...
I do not!
And I will admit,
I am prepared to learn.
'That' I choose not to stop!
I am not living my life to hide from it!
Or deny what it has to offer.
I do observe some fantasizing pain.
I am not that advanced!

They've Got All Of That In Abundance
Every opportunity they have EVER had,
Has walked amongst them.
Staring them in the face.
Following them home and knocked on their doors.
Offered them a smile and a quick hello.
Sat and stood near them wherever they went.
Or decided not to go to come back,
Had been at their fingertips or within reach.
And even tried to leave them messages,
By telephone.
But...
They did not or could not recognize,
What they had before them on a daily basis...
Right before their eyes,
As opportunities.
Or dreams to them sent.
They saw the experience of it all...
As reasons to complain, blame and find fault.
And the only thing they sought with a seeking to wish...
Is the creating of their own dilemmas and conflicts,
Ignorance, self defeating, deceit, cheating and lies.
And they've got all of that in abundance.
And none of this is in disguise as dreams they wished,
That for them have come true.
And if these 'dreams' were not indeed from them wished,
Why do they for them exist?
If not wished...
Why have these realities become accepted?
Who has entertained these minds to find what they've receive,
As gifts?
