Some researchers sensibly suggest that rather than worrying too much about which programs our children are watching, we should concentrate on trying to reduce the total amount of time they spend in front of the screen.

Self Actualize
We incarnate here to self actualize-
getting rid of our programs as we realize.
We have our lost ourselves from total abundance
we come back to unravel into complete oneness.
Oneness with source where no time exits
oneness with all creation in total bliss.
So the programs we don't even realize are controlling us
we can transmute them by getting back to full consciousness.
Go to www.holistichealingsoulpath.com and read what to do
you can get healed from all the programs that stop you
from self actaulizing the golden self you are
we are energy beings, we are shining stars.

Researchers have found very little difference between men and women in terms of the amount of time spent gossiping.
I spend so much time on the screen when I am writing, the last thing you want to do is spend more time on the Internet looking at a screen. That's what I hate about all this technology.

Little More Time With You
Notes:
Jt on sony.com: yer love jones.
Gotta watchdog watching me
Watching me packing my bags
He knows Im leaving town
I can see that its a drag
Why leave the life I love
Here in the great state of maine
Just to ride that shining rail
Just to size that ball and chain
Gotta spend just a little more time with you
Thats why
Gotta spend just a little more time with you
Oh oh oh
Gotta spend just a little more time with you
Yes I do, yes I do
Gotta spend just a little more time with you
Oh oh oh oh oh
I passed on the cocaine
Said bye-bye to my methadone
Put down the bottle for one more day
Backing off of my tobacco jones
Still I feel like a hopeless junkie
Like a man who cant say no
I look back and theres that monkey
Rascal wont let go
Gotta spend just a little more time with you
I get high and I cant come down
I get high just hanging around
I get high, I go lost and found
I get high oh I oh i
Gotta spend just a little more time with you

But when others suggested that the poor should not simply be the objects of these programs but also the subjects - that they should be actively involved in shaping the programs, making decisions about how to spend the money etc. - some of the previous supporters reconsidered.

Black Bruises I
I can stare into the blackness,
the void of many abysses
behind every dark curtains
I can endure calm and silence
watching pole dancers grind,
watching stars scintillate,
watching still shadows on the walls,
watching dislimned reflections,
watching trees pass me by,
watching ethers wash the screen,
watching my lonely feet,
watching little things sway;
but am I the only one watching
these black bruised visions?

Mrs Vandebilt
Down in the jungle living in a tent
You dont use money you dont pay rent
You dont ever know the time
But you dont mind
Ho hey ho...
When your light is on the blink
You never think of worrying
Whats the use of worrying?
When your bus has left the stop
Youd better drop your hurrying
Whats the use of hurrying?
Leave me alone mrs vandebilt
Ive got plenty of time of my own
Whats the use of worrying?
Whats the use of hurrying?
Whats the use of anything?
Ho hey ho...
Whats the use of worrying?
Whats the use of hurrying?
Whats the use of anything?
Ho hey ho...
When your pile is one the wane
You dont complain of robbery
Run away dont bother me
Whats the use of worrying?
Whats the use of anything?
Leave me alone mrs washington
Ive done plenty of time on my own
Whats the use of worrying?
Whats the use of hurrying? (no use!)
Whats the use of anything?
Ho hey ho...

In The Name Of The Children
While chilling one Saturday at home
My door was darkened
By a pair of campaign workers
As they explained their candidate’s position
Which I vehemently disagreed with
They hit me with the big one
In the Name of the children
In the name of the children
Has been evoked hundreds of times
By disingenuous people
Trying to infiltrate and pollute my mind
I think about
What all mankind is done to children
Over Hundreds of years with their stratagems
In the name of the children
They have closed down factories and offices
Escorted moms and dads from premises like criminals
Created wars and limited incursions, leaving children
Fatherless, motherless, homeless and with less
In the name of the children
They exploit their names without shame
Spend their money with impunity
Cut back on school learning programs
And blamed it on them for wanting to learn
All, In the name of the children
So I implore these bottom feeders
In the name of the father, Son and Holy Spirit
To really do something positive for the children
In the name of their own salvation

Specialty
Dont chop off his head
To make yourself look tall
Dont tear a strip off
To make yourself feel wonderful
Who wants to compare
As if this was a competition
Leave that to teachers at school
Must preserve their tradition
bout time you realized
You are a specialty
There is no one like you
Spend your life worrying
bout what you could have been
Cant you like being you
Dont need a scalp
Dont need to be a juror
Take care of yourself
No need to feel so insecure
Waste of energy
To prove a holier than him
Waste of energy
To find out who commits what sin
bout time you realized
You are a specialty
There is no one like you
Spend your life worrying
bout what could have been
Cant you like being you
Dont chop off his head ...
bout time you realized ...

Whoevers Watchin
Im not wasting my time on earthly longing
Let that glory leave me be
Im just tasting my life story
Just a page in history
Chorus:
Whoevers watching
Must be watching over me
Whoevers watching
Must be watching over me
Well Im not hurting like I used to
I got lucky cant you see
Love came searching
It could choose you
Loves the greatest victory
Repeat chorus
I always look to the sky
And held my head high
Had to be what I had to be
Till the day that I die
Yes I wonder why
Somebodys watching
Watching over me
Repeat chorus (first two lines)
Well if you know me
You know Ive squandered
Everything thats dear to me
Still I stand here in total wonder
How its all come back to me
Repeat chorus
Repeat chorus (first two lines)
