2000 Miles
Theres something I need to say
Im not sad youre gone away no way
Wont be calling information
Or waiting at the railway station
You walked out of my front door
I wasnt then but now Im sure
I need to be at least 2000 miles away from you
2000 miles away from you
2000 miles away from you
2000 miles away from you
2000 miles away from you
Had to get me to the church on time
To say that silly I do I do nursery rhyme
Youve been bitching at me for awhile
Say hey now baby dont you cramp my style
Dont go beating me like that
Im glad I wont be coming back
I need to be at least 2000 miles away from you
2000 miles away from you
2000 miles away from you
2000 miles away from you
2000 miles away from you

14 Million Euro In Your Accounts
'E' for Euro and,
'E' for Edward!
'D' for Dollar and,
'D' for Donne!
But, you have 14 Million Euro in your accounts;
And, sa are your friends!
But, this muse of my mind is all about peace.

Ten Euro Note
Ten Euro Note
The old road into town is only used by walkers
now, weird people, who would look out of place
anywhere else and Marian Hyde, who writes
about alternative lifestyles, in the Guardian.
I had found a wallet with a twenty euro note,
photos of a posing nude woman, it belonged to
someone named Carol. I asked around, they all
knew her, a pro who often walked this way.
A handmade and of real leather and on and
impulse I added a ten euro note and wondered
if when I caught up with her she would notice,
or was my motive more self serving?
I met up with Carol at a road side pub gave her
the purse, she opened it counted the money,
said nothing, but she was talking to a footballer
who wanted to be tennis professional.
I walked where I was accosted by a Liverpool
comedian who couldn’t stop telling jokes,
I soon stopped laughing, smiling and listening,
but my disinterest didn’t matter anyway.
Carol came out, joined us, she had bought me
a beer and was in a good mood, the comedian
had fallen asleep, she knew the why of my ten
euro note and I knew of her nude pictures.

EURO-The Football Spirit
What's a ball without a kick
That's almost how we try and trick
Like mountaineers with cold food
We are always down with a football shoot
Craving for the last minute bounce
We end up blowing the goalie down
Football's what we need
Football's what we breathe
That's what we crave for and
That's what we live for
It's the time, it's the year
Only 42 days and we'll clear
the EURO waves and kick it start
with some rocking glory
to end it up with the EURO trophy.

I Still Wait
From 50 Euro to 70 Euro,
But i still wait on my dreams from year to year;
And i am like the wild gazelle in the field of love,
But like a strong and a valiant soldier! !
The mighty one has fallen today in front of me,
But i will still wait for my dreams;
And in the name of love i will always be patience.

70 Euro
70 Euro for my lover in the bush and,
Of all the wonders out there!
But what i know now is,
She is married with children.
Everyday i hope and pray,
And everyday i do work towards my dreams;
For faith without works is no faith at all.
The woman went out to draw water and,
They saw you my love in the bush!
And of the wonders that they met with your children,
But i always have to send you 70 Euro to feed them.

The Economy Part 1
The Economy
Burning bed, the mattress, afire; under it I had two thousand Euro,
as banks can go belly up any time bolt their doors and call the law
to keep the screaming multitude at bay.
Too late, my poor man´s saving burnt to ashes. I shall not cry, soon
the euro will be quite valueless when 10.000 is worth ten pence,
and for that I can´t even buy an ice-cream.
I do regret I wasn´t a good consumer didn´t help the economy
by not using credit cards to buy stuff I didn´t need, I have failed
in my duty as citizen and now harvest devastation.

Hark! The Herald Angels Sing
Hark the herald angels sing glory to the newborn king
Peace on earth and mercy mild, God and sinners reconciled
Joyful all ye nations rise join the triumph of the skies
With angelic host proclaim christ is born in bethlehem
With angelic host proclaim christ is born in bethlehem
Mild he lays his glory by, born that man no more may die
Born to raise the sons of earth born to give them second birth
Veiled in flesh, the godhead see; hail the incarnate diety
Pleased as man with men to dwell, jesus, our immanuel
Pleased as man with men to dwell, jesus, our immanuel
Hail the heaven born prince of peace, hail the sun of righteousness
Light and life to all he brings, risn healing in his wings
Christ the highest heaven adored, christ the everlasting lord
Come desire of nations come, fix in us thy humble home

Making every planet an earth
the wish to be a poet
in Tang Dynasty China
who had written
'1500 years from now
you can have the
literature of the world
at your fingertip the
size of a jade pendant'
the wish to be a poet
2000 years from now
who would write
'the wish to be a poet
of the year 2000 who

you can make an earth out
of every planet in the solar system'.

Fodder for Cannon
Bodies glad, erect,
Beautiful with youth,
Life's elect,
Nature's truth,
Marching host on host,
Those bright, unblemished ones,
Manhood's boast,
Feed them to the guns.
Hearts and brains that teem
With blessing for the race,
Thought and dream,
Vision, grace,
Oh, love's best and most,
Bridegrooms, brothers, sons,
Host on host
Feed them to the guns.

Not Just A Bad Review
We’d not have had a Tisha B’av or Holocaust
if they’d just given us a bad review,
but we’ve been killed by them, not just divorced:
that’s what we mean by “hard to be a Jew”.
The Arabs say we are the favorite folk
of which they wish to be entirely rid;
unfortunately this is not a joke:
it’s still true that it’s shver tsu sayn a yid.
Kenneth Turan, senior movie critic for the LA Times, addressing an audience at UCLA today, was asked whether he thought the role of Jews has historically been fairly represented in Hollywood movies. He replied that it was impossible to do so. “After all, ” he said, “historically Jews haven’t just got bad reviews. I wish that were all that they’ve received.”

No Access To Fast Food, Branded Clothes And
The creation of nations,
that have passion,
for money and power,
is the absolute poverty.
Not having the access,
to shelter, food and clothing,
to have a healthy living.
Fifteen percent Americans,
fall under poverty line,
and they earn,
less than,
ONLY 22K American dollar,
per year.
In other parts of the world,
people live,
in appropriate poverty,
and they live on,
2 dollars a day,
six hundred dollars a year,
five people can eat,
have shelter and simple clothing,
still they are healthy.
slim and fit.
Europeans are clever,
to make the people to believe,
that they are poor,
earning only 800 Euro a month,
Which is above,
the average annual income,
of many developing nations,
where people have,
no access to any wealth and health.
All of us stay in the same earth,
but the value of properties,
and the rental acquired,
through the properties,
differ substantially.
Politicians of the poor nations,
have abysmal knowledge on economics.
To be a rich nation,
we should have values,
but these clowns are short sighted,
to look at the value,
of their own properties!
Do not say that they are poor,
because the term poor itself,
will be ashamed,
for using its credibility,
for wrong purpose.
Please do not call them poor,
when the nations are able to provide them,
the food, shelter and health care.
Find a suitable word,
and leave the poor alone,
who have no access,
to any of these comforts on their own,
and their nations,
are unable to provide them,
the access to the comfort.
Reason for writing this poem.
The feelings of the poor are the same through out the world, irrespective of the countries that they are staying, but the proper definition for poverty should be clarified before classifying the people as poor, which means the poor of one country may be considered as the rich in another country. Then what is the real meaning for poverty?
