Erotic Hair

when my hair
gets long enough
after a month
uncut by
my gay barber
they become
so curly
like my pubic
hair

and women
and even gays
love all the curls
of my hair

erotic hair
and i am wearing it
as a crown

understand
i am coping up
with mid-crisis
and i like to
say

i got hair
and they are too curly
like my
(messy) sex life

listen, my life
begins at 69.

Then I Met You

Then I met you
Thought that Id be happy
Going to be so happy
Living life alone and never sharing anything
Thought that I was finished
Thought that I was complete
Thought that I was whole instead of being half of something
Thought that I was growing
Growing older, wiser
Understanding why this world held nothing for my spirit
Thought that I was destined
Destined to be nothing
Destined to be nothing in this world and then I met you.
I met you
Thought that God had failed me
Thought my prayers were useless
Thought that he would never give the chance for me to praise him
Thought the book was written
Thought the game had ended
Thought the song was sung and I could never sing another
Thought my faith was misplaced
Thought my back was broken
Broken by a weight that I was never fit to carry
Thought I knew this city
Thought I knew all about it
And then one night I went to morningside and you were waiting
I met you

The Human Shape

Racially pure European and Asian
men have straight hair growing
from their heads.
Some other men have hair that's
curly, growing from their heads.
But hair shape is not the shape that
really matters.
Because it's the shape of the human
forehead that makes you a man.
Rather than a chimpanzee.
Whether your skin color is white,
brown or bread-crust tan.

Messy Daughter

Messy daughter
Messy daughter
Makes my blood boil
Ought to just
Follow after
Bin her trail
Of disaster

Put away
Put away
Is it too much to ask?
 Didn't inherit
The 'tidy' gene
Well, at least
SHE'S quite clean!

Keep On Growing

By eric clapton and bobby whitlock
I was laughing,
Playing in the streets, I was unknowing;
I didnt know my fate.
Playing
The game of love, but never really showing;
I thought that love could wait.
I was a young man and sure to go astray.
You walked right into my life and told me love would find a way
To keep on growing, keep on growing, keep on growing.
I was standing,
Looking in the face of one who loved me,
Feeling so ashamed.
Hoping,
And praying, lord, that she could understand me,
But I didnt know her name.
She took my hand in hers and told me I was wrong.
She said, youre gonna be all right boy, oh just as long
As you keep on growing, keep on growing, keep on growing. yeah, yeah, yeah.
Maybe,
Someday baby, who knows where or when, lord,
Just you wait and see.
Well be walking,
Together hand in hand, alone forever;
Woman just you and me.
cause time is gonna change us, lord, and I know its true;
Our love is gonna keep on glowing and growing and its all we gotta do.
Keep on growing, keep on growing, keep on growing. yeah, yeah, yeah.
Keep on growing, keep on growing, keep on growing.

There was a man

There was a man with a golden crop.
Started to see, the growth he had did stop;
Over a few months he noticed as he did look,
A cricket pitch, was now he saw it over took.

There was a lady of almost 60, and in a mood,
She looked in the mirror, found her chin growing a brood;
She tried to pull each new hair till it came out,
But a few weeks later, two no three, new ones came about.

These two met for a cuppa, and a sweet,
And spoke of their problems on their seat;
She said to him why is it to me, such a bother,
I'll soon need to shave, I'm not a guy I'm a mother.

He agreed, and started to laugh, at the situation,
That he also had a problem, a hair complication;
Then she said why do you laugh, it's no joke you know,
But; soon saw why he thought it was fun, said o blow.

He said dear girl, as we get older, I'm losing my locks,
But you sweet ladies start growing a beard so why the knocks?
From the younger generation, that we see everywhere,
After all one day it'll happen to them as well, and see if we care.

Kong's messy poem 1

Tail of echoes
reaches the stream...
Leafs of the music tree
falls in to the waves...
Glistening waves
blows on the leaf...
A song of grace
tells my hand to write a poem...
The messy poem
turns out great...
The messy poem
is this poem...

In A Fighting Mood

mY FRIEND who seems to be losing his mind
is in a fighting mood

Because he loves himself too much
(Not really poetry)
He misses the mark
Delving on the ARROW
rATHER THAN the apple
He hits the forehead of the child of
William Tell

Oh, it's messy
He's messy and needs proper
Psychiatric EvALuation

Nevertheless, we still love Him
Not for what he is worth
But for what he IS.

hUMANITY, humanity
What is happening to you?

When we speak, we regret speaking.
When we write, we always feel pity at the End.

Real Is Beautiful

when you go back from where you
once stayed
you notice that there is a wrong there

and it is messy
very messy

and your friends who cannot believe it
call your attention

it is a shame they say
and it will be damaging to my reputation

but i have no plan correcting it
i leave it there
to show me who i was and why i am at present
elevating myself to another level

after all i am the fruit of so many errors
an improvement of my past mistakes

and i am real

and so i leave things as they are
unretouched and no matter how erroneous they had once become
i still think
that they are so beautiful

because they are real.

What the Little Ones Do For Me...

Bright shining little eyes
Messy little toes
Dirty little fingers
With a snotty little nose.

Pure innocent hearts
With ever learning minds
Only a child are all these things you'll find.

Love that is forgiving
Love that is true
Love that loves to cuddle
Just to steal the warmth from you.

Beautiful laughter
Beautiful tears
Beautiful children
Growing beautiful years.

Questions being asked
Each day new ideas being thought
Ideas in their childish minds
That no one has ever taught.

Running around and stirring up many a mess.
All these things and more
Are what they do best.

Loving and laughing
Hugging and kissing
All these things without are what I would be missing.

Sitting

Oh Im on my way, I know I am, somewhere not so far
From here
All I know is all I feel right now, I feel the power growing
In my hair
Sitting on my own not by myself, everybodys here with me
I dont need to touch your face to know, and I dont need to
Use my eyes to see
I keep on wondering if I sleep too long, will I always wake
Up the same (or so)?
And keep on wondering if I sleep too long, will I even wake up
Again or something
Oh Im on my way I know I am, but times there were when
I thought not
Bleeding half my soul in bad company, I thank the moon i
Had the strength to stop
Im not making love to anyones wishes, only for that light I see
cause when Im dead and lowered low in my grave, thats gonna
Be the only thing thats left of me
And if I make it to the waterside, will I even find me a boat
(or so)?
And if I make it to the waterside, Ill be sure to write you
Not or something
Oh Im on my way, I know I am, somewhere not so far
From here
All I know is all I feel right now, I feel the power growing
In my hair
Oh life is like a maze of doors and they all open from the
Side youre on
Just keep on pushing hard boy, try as you may
Youre going to wind up where you started from
Youre going to wind up where you started from

Out of place

You mop the messy floor
In the washroom
With dignity
Your hair well groomed
And neatly trimmed moustache
Just hints of silver
And an elegance
More suited
To a boardroom
Than a toilet
But your shoes
Are full of holes
And your eyes
Are full of tears

There's hope for hypocrites...

Yes, there’s hope for hypocrites –

hypocrite poets, who write
from the goodness of their hearts
of the good, the true, the beautiful;

out of the chaos of the well-intentioned
and sometime messy life;

hypocrite readers, who turn
to those same poets for reminders of
the good, the true, the beautiful

out of the chaos of the well-intentioned
and sometimes messy life;

(hypocrite editors, dare we add, who,
knowing the good, the true, the beautiful,
turn down our poems, because
it’s been said oft and better, long before…)

the blessing for all hypocrites
is that they know better; and one day…

may match their actions to their words;
words, well-intentioned, sometimes messy,
written from the goodness of their heart;

and in the heart, as given timeless time,
hypocrisy dissolves…

Want More Hair?

I'd love
I think
more hair
more hair
like a big
old grizzly bear
more hair makes
you manly
more hair
makes you tough
more hair feels
like carpet
more hair keeps
you rough
more hair
for pretty ladies
to rub their faces on
more hair for
guys to jealous of
and more locks that can
be flung
I think more hair would be awesome
but I wouldn't wanna overdo it
because too much hair would make
me like a little furry blanket
and I couldn't cover both of us
just you and that ain't fair
more hair!

Suffocation

Last night I had the weirdest dream
I dreamt that I was lying in bed
With this girl whose hair was
As black as the night and as
Thick as a forest,
And her hair, her hair was
Smothering me
Or at least, I thought it was
Her hair,
Until I noticed it was her hands
Running over my face,
My lips
My eyes
My cheeks.
As hot as the desert
And smooth as silk
But pressing down
Pressing me into my pillow
Until I could see nothing
But the pink of her skin
And I thought,
Im gunna die
Those hands are gunna
Kill me
Until I realized really,
It wasn’t hands,
But lips,
Sucking the air from mine
Engulfing my last breath
And drawing it into her being
And I thought, well,
At least lips are
A nice way to go
Until finally I came
To my goddamn senses
And I realized,
I realized it wasn’t her lips
But the words coming
From those sweet lips
That was suffocating me
And it was “I love you”
I was choking on
Not her hair, hands or lips
At all.

Growing Up

(orbison--dees)
Your life begins when teardrops start, a broken toy, a broken heart
All of these things are just a part of growing up
From kiddie cars to walking shoes from lullabyes to lonely blues
Somehow you never quite get used to growing up
Yeah yeah youre growing up, yeah yeah youre growing up
Its good to know youre growing up.
The wheel of fortune takes a spin
Sometimes you lose, sometimes you win
But you must play the game again
Drink another cup,youre growing up.
Yeah yeah youre growing up, yeah yeah youre growing up
Its good to know youre growing up.
Heeeeey eeeeey now little one youre growing up
Heeeeey eeeeey now little one youre growing up.
To be a man, to be a woman to understand, takes a lot of growing, growing up
Youll live to learn, youll learn to live, youll give to love your love to give
And when youre wise enough youll know, youre growing up.
