In contrast to what most prosecutors do, we try to treat all individuals with complete fairness. We do not go out and hold press conferences and the like.

And I would be the first to admit that probably, in a lot of press conferences over the time that I have been in coaching, indulging my own sense of humor at press conferences has not been greatly to my benefit.

Battles of Fairness
Fairness?
To honesty, fairness is Fair,
To sincerity, fairness is Accuracy,
To integrity, fairness is Absolute!
To the law, fairness is JUSTICE!
To dedicated public servant
FAIRNESS IS MORE THAN A SALARY,
MORE THAN TEARS, MORE THAN JUSTICE,
MORE THAN SWEAT, MORE THAN HONOR,
MORE THAN LOVE and
MORE THAN JUSTICE.
But to the twisted society
FAIRNESS is
BEYOND DOUBT
and BEYOND
QUESTION!
I have no doubt,
I have no question.
The gavel is yours.
But...
you can't stop me
remembering

Learning from the Good Friday
Animals do not cry over death and loss.
Death and loss are not avenged by them too.
Prosecutors, victims and rescuers unheard,
Sins and punishments are man's handicrafts.
Forgiveness is the man reasoned virtue.
The forgiver does not feel a victim
And preempt the possibility of
Making the forgiven a victim in turn.
Jesus has forgiven the prosecutors,
Who ordered Him to be crucified.
He held no more himself a victim
Nor were the prosecutors made victims.

Is The Battle Worth Fighting?
some individuals fight battles
with other individuals needlessly
some individuals are never long
content with getting their own way
some individuals fight ferociously
to dominate all those around about
some individuals who cannot safe vent dominate
their own desires seek to next dominate all others
some individuals who cannot control own emotions
seek to control all within range sphere of influence

Godard is incredibly brilliant, the things he says. Apparently here in France, the most interesting thing when a new film of his is going to come out are his press conferences, because he's so brilliant.

Oh Gin
Oh, gin
How could you treat me this way
Oh, treat me this way
Oh, gin
How could you treat me this way
Baby, treat me this way
You know you broke my heart
Ever since you went away
You gotta feel it and like it
And if you move you gotta drill it and hold it
Oh, oh, oh, oh, gin
How could you treatin me this way
You know you broke my heart
Ever since you went away
Oh, gin
How could you treat me this way
Hey, you treat me this way
Oh, gin
How could you treat me this way
How you treat me this way
You know you broke my heart
Ever since you went away
You gotta feel it and like it
And if you move it like it
Oh, oh, oh, oh, gin
How could you treat me this way
You know Im gonna stay alone
til youre coming back and play
You know Ive been so sad
Ever since you went away
You know Ive been so sad
Ever since you went away

Ant
Ant ant
Do not chant.
I know
All day long
You are there
Like or dislike
You do not care.
Ant ant
In and out
You do not
Like tout.
Toddle toddle
Like you
I am going to
Yet to complete
Alloted task.
And you
In sharp contrast
Day and night
Complete all works
Step by step
With rules
With procedures.

Giving the same value to fiction as to fact in the interest of so-called fairness is to mislead the American people and the press has become party to that.

Of-course we did, but we didn't reply because we knew once this leaks the others will scatter, so in the few days we moved quickly before the press got hold of it. The press did get hold of it a few days later, we nabbed, we were able to get 15, the others got away.

You Really Got A Hold On Me
You've Really Got A Hold On Me
(W. 'Smokey' Robinson)
I don't like you
But I love you
Seems like I'm always thinking of you
Oh, oh, oh,
You treat me badly
I love you madly
You've really got a hold on me
You've really got a hold on me
I don't want you,
But I need you
Don't wanna kiss you
But I need you
Oh, oh, oh
You do me wrong now
My love is strong now
You've really got a hold on me
You've really got a hold on me
I love you and all that I want you to do
Is just hold me, hold me, hold me, hold me
Don't wanna leave you
don't wanna stay here
Don't wanna spend another day here
Oh, I just don't fit now
I just can quit now
You've really got a hold on me
You've really got a hold on me, baby
I love you and all that I want you to do
Is just hold me, hold me, hold me, hold me

No Way To Treat A Lady
(bryan adams/jim vallance)
Producer for bonnie: jim steinman
You can please me
You can sweet talk and lead me on
But believe me
Wont be long till Im catching on
Now you left me here with nothing
And you put my love on hold
Well there must be something behind those eyes
Because I believe every lie you told
That aint no way to treat a lady
That aint no way to treat a woman in love
That aint no way to treat a lady
I could of sworn that youd had enough
So you leave me
Well Im lonely and in despair,
It intrigues me
How you dont really seem to care
Well I aint here for nothing
And my love doesnt come that cheap
I will hold you to all your promises
If I could find one you meant to keen
That aint no way to treat a lady
That aint no way to treat a woman in love
That aint no way to treat a lady
That aint no way, no way to treat a woman in love
You can tease me
You can sweet talk and lead me on
But believe me
Wont be long till Im catching on
For I aint here for nothing
And my love doesnt come that cheap
And I will hold you to all your promises
If I could find one you meant to keep

Originality Lurks Within Minds
however complete thoughts
theories are within hearts minds
prepared to be still prepared
to wait meditate focus
thoughts into a complete whole
originality lurks within minds
of curiosity perception
should challenge individuals
to think reason upon values
cause and effect consequences
creating multiplicity within society
changes within our shared world

Delayed Justice...
(This poem is dedicated to Hollister #22.)
Delayed justice is better than no justice.
The world will always be round.
Facts cannot be altered; prejudice
Is a major impediment to reach sound
Justice. Justice is all we want,
Fairness is what we fight for,
Justice is what we cry for,
Fairness is what we want.
All lives are special.
All God's children are beautiful.
All colors are essential,
To make the rainbow normal.
Justice, Justice is what we want,
Fairness is what we fight for.
Equality under the law is critical.
Equal shade can only make the rainbow
More beautiful and more impartial;
No justice will always be a Big No, No.
Justice is what we cry for,
Fairness is what we want.
The world will always be round.
Finally, we can hear the sound
Of the bells. Justice is around
The corner; she is upward bound.
Delayed justice is better than no justice.
