Goddamn Devil
Rape, d.u.i., assult and battery
These are things that will bring you to me
Murder and theft and all of the above
You can bet your life I know what youre thinking of
Ive takin you and Ill take your friends
Dont worry, well all meet in the end
cause lifes a bitch and then you die
Trust me baby cause I dont lie
Im the goddamn devil, this job pleases me
Im the goddamn devil and I do it for free
I know the story about your life
If you killed your brother or you beat your wife
And I am here to punish you
You cant fool me cause I aint no fool
The time has come to say goodbye
The end is here for those who cheat, steal and lie
There will be torture and there will be pain
Cause this is hell, baby, die in flames.
Im the goddamn devil, this job pleases me
Im the goddamn devil, satan if you please
Im the goddamn devil, this job pleases me
Im the goddamn devil, and I do it for free
I dont care about you, dont care about your life
Dont care about your children or about your wife
Im here to do my job so if you broke the law
Youre checking in with me
But you can never leave....
Theres one way out if you dare
Well make a deal, youll grow your hell
As satans child youll start a band
And spread the word across the land
Im the goddamn devil, this job pleases me
Im the goddamn devil, satan if you please
Im the goddamn devil, better believe in me (only me)
Im the goddamn devil!

The path of pleasure
To punish pleases us
And to pardon does as well.
To revenge pleases us
And to pity does as well.
To pride pleases us
And to be humble does as well.
If getting pleased is the goal
The wise will chose the second.

You Wrote The Book On Love
When I first met you my life turn a page
Chapter one was our true love we speak
You caught me with your kiss
Speaks about the mess I hate
You knew where you came from
and you see
What pleases you and what pleases me
Girl when you touch me
I began to understand
Refrain
You

Do I Move You
Nina simone
Do I move you, are you willin
Do I groove you, is it thrillin
Do I soothe you, tell the truth now
Do I move you, are you loose now
The answer better be (yes, yes)
That pleases me
Are you ready for this action
Does it give you satisfaction
Are you hip to what Im sayin
If you are then lets start swayin
The answer better be (yes, yes)
That pleases me
When I touch you do you quiver
Form your head down to your liver
It you like it let me know it
Dont be psychic or youll blow it
The answer better be (yes, yes)
That pleases me

Conforming
I cannot unilaterally,
decide to do what pleases me.
How very easy life would be
if that was satisfactory.
Although it makes me furious.
I must confer, debate discuss
until it is unanimous.
I find it rather curious.
It seems your free will is not free.
Although you think it ought to be.
In order to live peacefully
as part of our society.
We have to voluntarily
place limits on our liberty.

Free At Last
Now I am trying to tell you something about my life
Maybe give you insight might just change your life
Im free at last, Im free at last, Im free at last, Im free at last,
Im free at last, Im free at last, Im free at last,
Im free from fooling round wasting time,
Floating in this abyss of your dreadful love
Free is a feeling so high in the sky
Higher higher higher
Free from the quarrels unsatisfaction
Free from the false dream that you planted
In me with your submissive love
Im free at last, Im free at last, Im free at last, Im free at last,
Im free at last, Im free at last, Im free at last,
Now I am open like the sky
For the sun to shine and colors true
To find me blue
Oh what a joy to be free
Im free at last, Im free at last, Im free at last, Im free at last,
Im free at last, Im free at last, Im free at last,
Im free of cheating your poor heart at my own damn expense
The cost was heavy and it rent as a thunder cloud
A hurricane sure racked in my heart
Now the rain is gone and I am gone
Yes, I am moving on
Im free at last, Im free at last, Im free at last,

Ride Or Die
Crazy over you
I don't know what to do
I don't understand why I'm crazy
Over you, I don't know what to do
I do
I would give up everything just to feel and be with you (if I had to)
I would pawn the ring you gave to me just to feed you (if I had to)
I would give my very last breath just to help save you (if I had to)
I would tell a lie just because I know you are the truth
[Chorus:]
I'd ryde for you
'Cause you're the truth
I'd die for you
Ooh, 'cause I'm a fool in love with you
And I'll do anything that pleases you
Only you
If I had to
I would throw away my only wish just to prove to you (if I had to)
I would die all alone if living meant without you (if I had to)
I would go through all the pain again just to find you (if I had to)
I'd surrender all my love just because I love you
I don't understand why I'm crazy
over you, I don't know what to do
I don't understand why I'm crazy
over you, I don't know what to do
I'd ryde for you
'Cause you're the truth
I'd die for you
Ooh, 'cause I'm a fool in love with you
And I'll do anything that pleases you
I'd ryde for you
'Cause you're the truth
I'd die for you
Ooh, 'cause I'm a fool in love with you
And I'll do anything that pleases you
I wanna run to you
Breathe as one with you
Absent in time without you
Existing only for you
Every dream is of you
Only turn to you
My baby, my love
Only turn to you, woo, woo
I'd ryde for you
'Cause you're the truth
I'd die for you
Ooh, 'cause I'm a fool in love with you
And I'll do anything that pleases you
I'm gonna run for you
I'd ryde for you
'Cause you're the truth
I'd die for you
Ooh, 'cause I'm a fool in love with you
And I'll do anything that pleases you

Love Me For What I Am
We fell in love
On the first night that we met
Together
Weve been happy
I have very few regrets
The ordinary problems
Have not been hard to face
But lately little changes
Have been slowly taking place
Youre always finding something
Is wrong in what I do
But you cant rearrange my life
Because it pleases you
(*) youve got lo love me
For what I am
For simply being me
Dont love me
For what you intend
Or hope that I will be
And if youre only using me
To feed your fantasy
Youre really not in love
So let me go
I must be free
If what you want
Isnt natural for me
I wont pretend to keep you
What I am I have to be
The picture of perfection
Is only on your mind
For all your expectations
Love can never be designed
We either take each other
For evrything we are
Or leave the life
Weve made behind
And make another start
Repeat (*)
And if yore only using me
To feed your fantasy
Youre really not in love
So let me go
I must be free
Youre really not in love
So let me go
I must be free

Expatriated! With a Wish to Ease Into This Leisurely
Expatriated!
From continued thoughts of conflicting loyalties.
Feeling a need to escape from trivia.
And unchanged steadfast philosophies.
Fixed in frozen mindsets.
To fizzle correctness and burn sensibiliities.
Paraded by those who refuse to 'see' reality!
Or make attempts to move in that direction.
There is a growing need within me to release,
From nonstop debates that take place to feed...
On those who sacrifice to push forward from devisiveness.
With a discipline to keep my vision on that which pleases me!
A life to live...
Acknowledging my happiness.
With a wish to ease into it leisurely.
I believe in a deserved peace one recognizes and keeps.
Free from turmoil that brews,
As if this is what one should harvest...
With expectations for gloom to reap.
My deeds planted were for joy to bloom.
Not to excite to see weeds grow!
Nor to give them room in my mind to breed.
No!
I've learned to discriminate,
Between self inflicted ignorance...
And participating in repeated stupidity.
Lessons at first learned with difficulty.
But learned I did!
With an acceptance of isolating maturity.
A life to live acknowledging my happiness.
With a wish to ease into it leisurely...
Is as basic as I desire to get.
With no convincing what it is that pleases me.
Expatriated!
With a wish to ease into this leisurely.
That's it.
Requiring no BA, MA, BS or PhD degree!
This is the peace I seek for me.
And free of declaration...
Of who it is I 'should' or 'should not' be.

Chant For Dark Hours
Some men, some men
Cannot pass a
Book shop.
(Lady, make your mind up, and wait your life away.)
Some men, some men
Cannot pass a
Crap game.
(He said he'd come at moonrise, and here's another day!)
Some men, some men
Cannot pass a
Bar-room.
(Wait about, and hang about, and that's the way it goes.)
Some men, some men
Cannot pass a
Woman.
(Heaven never send me another one of those!)
Some men, some men
Cannot pass a
Golf course.
(Read a book, and sew a seam, and slumber if you can.)
Some men, some men
Cannot pass a
Haberdasher's.
(All your life you wait around for some damn man!)

Live Your Life Be Free
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open up your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
I see you walking with her
I see you all around
But you don't seem very happy now
You seem very down
I know you feel an obligation
To her emotional state of mind
This is the time in your life baby
When you should be having a good time
And if you want me I'll be there
To run my fingers through your hair
And if you need me its alright
Come on over baby, and see me tonight
You got to
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
You know that I'll be waiting
You know my heart is true
I will be your everything
And give everything to you
So if you want me baby I know
Don't have to knock knock down my doors
Her heart was meant to be broken that day
You got a lot of love to live
So why dont you
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
And when you free your mind
You will leave your past behind
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me

Pitseleh
Ill tell you why I dont want to know where you are
I got a joke I been dying to tell you
A silent kid is looking down the barrel
To make the noise that I kept so quiet
I kept it from you, pitseleh
Im not whats missing from your life now
I could never be the puzzle pieces
They say that God makes problems
Just to see what you can stand
Before you do as the devil pleases
And give up the thing you love
But no one deserves it
The first time I saw you I knew it would never last
Im not half what I wish I was
Im so angry
I dont think itll ever pass
And I was bad news for you just because
I never meant to hurt you

Free Me
Free me, free me
Why wont you free me
Free me from your spell
Come on and free me
Why wont you free me
Come on and free me
Free me from your spell
Why should I worry
That you might not love me
Youre not the only love
That Ive ever had
Your sweet memory
Will always comfort me
So why should I be feeling sad
As far as I can tell
You knew so well
I was always
At the end of the line
Ive loved you as much
As any man can
But not enough
To make you mine
So long, easy rider
I know Ill miss you for awhile
But sooner or later
I know that Ill forget you
And I tell you babe
Free me
Come on and free me
Why wont you free me
Free me from your spell
Oh babe, free me
Why wont you free me
Come on and free me
Free me from your spell
We let a good love die
We let it pass us by
Though you tried to
Keep me hangin on
But with all this doubt
Itll never work out
So tomorrow Ill be travellin on
And saying:
So long, easy rider
I know Ill miss you for awhile
But sooner or later
I know that Ill forget you
And I beg it babe
Free me
Come on and free me
Why wont you free me
Free me from your spell
Come on and free me
Im on my knees, babe
Free me
Why wont you free me
Free me from your spell
Oh babe, come on
Come on and free me
Why wont you free me
Free me from this spell

No Master
Indeed this is the sweet life! my hand
Is under no proud man's command;
There is no voice to break my rest
Before a bird has left its nest;
There is no man to change my mood,
When I go nutting in the wood;
No man to pluck my sleeve and say --
I want thy labour for this day;
No man to keep me out of sight,
When that dear Sun is shining bright.
None but my friends shall have command
Upon my time, my heart and hand;
I'll rise from sleep to help a friend,
But let no stranger orders send,
Or hear my curses fast and thick,
Which in his purse-proud throat would stick
Like burrs. If I cannot be free
To do such work as pleases me,
Near woodland pools and under trees,
You'll get no work at all, for I
Would rather live this life and die
A beggar or a thief, than be
A working slave with no days free.

Full Of You
Closer to fainting with every thought
To stay awake so hard have I fought
When thinking about your immaculacy
My heart is lifted; I fly; I am free
Free to let my mind wonder the world of my dreams
But life is better than imagination it seems
How great this would be never I knew
My life so purposed and full of you
I try my hardest and do my best
That one day I might pass your test
Then we will live in harmony
My life, a mystery, but soon you'll see
Everything I have worked to achieve
Our destinies together interweaved
To you I could never bid adieu
You have purposed my life, I'm full of you

Rêve et Reveil
Warmth which with wonder, waking we
rediscover with the dawn,
is printed, coded cunningly
upon life’s sheets well worn.
Sustaining this intimacy
is reassurance sworn
in mutual acceptancy -
mosaic multi-modal form
where each is willing partner, free,
when new day’s lines are drawn
with or without consistency
as pleases strings untorn
vibrating with a harmony
which must not be foresworn.
