Javier Bardem

I look at myself, and I see a Spanish person who's trying to be understood by an English-speaking audience and is putting a lot of energy into that, instead of into expressing himself freely and feeling comfortable.

Nature Baby

Nature Baby as free as a bird
Nature Baby not speaking a word
Nature Baby living day by day
Nature Baby always floating away. Feeling the soil around my feet
The sun rays beating down with heat
My being feeling like I'm not physically here
And when I look around I'm so much more aware. The energy keeps coming my way
As I buzz through life and play
Nature Baby being free
Nature Baby that is me
That is what is meant to be. Nature Baby gave the garden lots of love and energy
And now the gardens have surrounded me with beauty
And the heavenly scents from each flower in bloom
As we share the space within this big room. Nature Baby as free as a bird
Nature Baby not speaking a word.

English Dream

I once had a dream
A feeling inside
A yearning so bad you have to shout it out
Hey kid look at me
You can make it real
You can get it if you want
When I first started out
They shut all the doors
But I laughed at all the doors
And I kicked them down
Heres my energy for you
Step into the light while you still feel young
I look in your eyes
And I reach for your hands
Well Ill do anything
To make you understand
That Im still the seeker
For your english dream
Dont you give up trying
And dont you let me down
The english dream - dont let me down
The english dream - dont let me down
The english dream - dont let me down
The english dream - dont let me down
I look in your eyes
And I reach for your hands
Well Ill do anything
To help you understand
That Im still the seeker
For your english dream
Dont you
Dont you give up trying
And dont you let me down
The english dream - dont let me down
The english dream - dont let me down
The english dream - dont let me down
The english dream - dont let me down

I Thought I knew I understood you well... As my friend... Not my female friend? I unsderstood you well... As a person... Not a feamle person? I understood you well... As the girl next door... Awesome understanding of everything

There were times when I was a very young child, that a feeling…
A sense of well being would flood over me. When I felt completely
At ease with…and understood fully the great scheme of all things great
And small, without knowing exactly just what it was that I understood so
profoundly, nor why it made feel so good.

That was so long ago. But then inexplicably It happened again!
While sipping morning coffee and reading two versions of Jean Auel’s
“The Mammoth Hunters” one in Spanish and the other in English, while
Taking my morning coffee at McDonalds in Walmart.

My weary ol’ eyes drifted from my books upon which I had laid my glasses,
To rain clouds misting over the mountains that rim the Vegas valley. I rubbed
My eyes and then my brow…and that was when my childhood epiphanies returned.

Sitting with eyes closed, fingers wrapped round my foam coffee cup, That sense
Of wonder…of profound peace, serenity and complete understanding flooded over
me once more….And for a few precious seconds I knew all…and had the answer to
Everything!

That feeling of bliss and awesome wisdom was fleeting indeed, and reality returned
To the staccato chatter in Chinese, of someone speaking loudly (as almost all cell phone users are
given to do) accompanied by giggles from a gaggle of young Mexican girls a few booths away.

My feeling of being one with the universe slipped back to whence it came. I replaced my
Glasses on my nose, sighed, with a monumental sense of loss, took a sip of my lukewarm
Coffee, focused on my books once again and regretfully returned to reality, while wondering
“is this some quirk, peculiar only to me?

If you’ve bothered to bear with me this far, and have ever experienced this, and/or can
relate to this phenomenon, then perhaps we share something special or…perhaps something
not so special at all.

That One Who Condones Assumptions

One who leeches and perceives,
They can not mooch off another...
Because it is believed,
That person has nothing to offer...
Or bring to the table for that one to feed,
And eat to feast freely...
Assumptions are kept.
And that person is left alone.

However...
When it is discovered a person can impress,
But refuses to address it...
To leave that to go unexpressed or addressed,
That person...
Who may have been the same one,
Sitting alone to condone assumptions...
Often becomes pestered by the ones,
Who 'thought' there was nothing there to mooch.

But there is always one thing known,
By that one who condones assumptions...
A peace of mind that has been earned and not borrowed,
Will never be nibbled upon to feed anyone...
Who first knows nothing about respect.
And yet expects...
Not to be suspected to be a selfish and self centered leech.

A wisdom obtained,
Isn't always something exposed and known...
To be part of a public domain.
And often it is best,
To play and hold one's cards...
As close to the chest as they can get.
Especially in some environments,
Where expressing disrespect to others...
Is not only accepted but expected.

To Amuse At The Expense Of Wasted Time

Would these be betting odds,
That an asking of someone...
Who has done something in their life,
For more than 'sixty years'.
And approached to be questioned,
What they have been doing...
Since they were last seen ten years ago?

And that question has been asked,
By that same person rerpeatedly.
And the response is known.

What would be the likely odds,
That the person asked the question...
Would 'not' be doing,
What has become an obvious love...
For what that person does.

Should the one asking that same question,
Take a gamble and ask another question...
That would initiate a conversation,
Expressing a real interest?
And not just say the same thing to re-tread.

I maybe wrong about this,
But...
Leaving the person feeling a sense of being appreciated,
Would probably reveal a human being existing.
Instead of a novelty to amuse at the expense of wasted time.

Too Happy to Fit a Bitterness into My Schedule

Never once,
Did I suggest, hint or insinuate...
Your way of life and outlook,
Was a prefabrication.
You knew my beliefs were different.
And we did not let that become between us,
As friends.

But of late,
You have become more irate.
And you seem to be annoyed,
I am not expressing disappointment...
That you are struggling,
To keep your head above water.

When I faced obstacles on my chosen path.
You laughed.
Expressing no empathy at all.
In fact,
You and your 'friends'...
Would wine and dine,
And socialize without end.
If fact,
You had more time with them to spend.

You then would ignore my calls,
When I needed your company...
As a friend to another.
To say something to me,
In the support of keeping me from not feeling...
Completely lonely.
And this is what you said...
'You made that bed,
Now lay in it by yourself.'

Well...
You made that bed,
Now lay in it by yourself.
You should be comfortable with those words.
But then,
To them I would add...
~Where are those 'friends'?
The ones you chose over me? ~

Am I harborng a bit of bitterness?
No.
Just stating to you what I know to be true.
I'm too happy to fit a bitterness into my schedule.

Honored To Teacher Salah

In the hands of a gifted teacher
a classroom is a magical place
in the hands of a gifted teacher
There is a smile on each child's face
In the hands of a gifted teacher
Creative energy is everywhere
happiness and love spread all the way
god understood our thirst for knowledge,
And our need to be led..
That's why he sends us creature like this
That by being the right person at the right time
That may be enough to change someone's life
A teacher is a world by itself
That hold hope for anyone else…
A teacher is someone who could see potential
and believe in the best in others
a person that can understand you when you eyes blink
a great teacher is a person deserve to be blessed.

In my pseudonymous works

‘ there is not a single word which is mine’
there is only this third person
this second person this first person
who shall speak for me in different
tongues and minds, there is no
knowledge of their meaning
except as a reader expressing
himself now, in relation to myself
not, it is now his private relationship
to himself opening to himself
revealing himself, and I will
not be responsible. He is now
giving himself, and devouring
himself when I am not looking.
I take the door, I take the exit
Now he comes, he then lives.
