I actually enjoy being heckled; it keeps it interesting, and I think it is a nice feeling for people once they have left the show.

Nice
There is nothing better than being with you,
And I'm feeling so Nice!
Verse 1
Take the beautiful sting of a scorpio,
A careless smile and it begins to snow,
And it hurts me to think that you might never know,
That I've got this thing about you,
In case you don't understand,
There's something else I meant to tell you!
Chorus
There is nothing better than being with you,
And I'm feeling so Nice!
There is nowhere better than here with you,
And it's feeling so Nice!
Verse 2
Staying up with the moon,
And walking home in the rain,
Mixed with your perfume and never twice the same,
I got a lot to lose but everything to gain,
When I really think about it You haven't got a clue,
It's all that I can do to hide it!
Chorus
There is nothing better than being with you,
And I'm feeling so Nice!
There is nowhere better than here with you,
And it's feeling so Nice!
Verse 3
Did I already say?
Because you make me forget,
I might as well be brave and tell you,
And it hurts me to think that you might never know,
Will it hurt as much being true?
I might as well be brave and tell you!
Chorus
There is nothing better than being with you,
And I'm feeling so Nice!
There is nowhere better than here with you,
And it's feeling so Nice!
There is nothing better than being with you,
And I'm feeling so Nice!
There is nowhere better than here with you,
And it's feeling so Nice!
Yeah i'm feeling,
And it's feeling So nice!

The World Around Me
The world around me is a knife like a friend who
stabs you when you least expect it.
When the tensions are high,
and you have to cut through it.
And when you chop up your life,
to make it more interesting.
The world around me is a lecture,
being somewhere you don’t want to be.
Just sitting there zoning out,
into a better place.
Looking around not really noticing,
the people around you,
or what the say.
The world around me is a storm.
It will be nice one moment,
and the next it will be hectic.
Be waiting for that nice day,
but it don’t seem like it’s clearing up.
Wishing you could have that one nice day,
but the world wants it to be dark and unhappy.
The world around me is a story.
It can be long and interesting.
Or it can be short and boring.
Open the imagination and it can do wonders,
to any story.

In this business, my business, I get to meet all kinds of incredible people, fascinating people, glamorous people and sexy people and highly intellectual people. And you meet them and you go 'interesting, interesting, interesting'. They're interesting, but not very many people stop you in your tracks.

Feels So Good
It feels so good
I knew that it would
Nothing's gonna take this day away
Cos it feels so nice
Oh so right
Nothing's gonna take this day away
Was only yesterday
I tried to get away
And now this feeling makes you turn around
I was so very sure
What I was wishing for
And now my feet can hardly touch the ground
Cos the sun is shining
Holiday timing
I needed something to rescue me
Feeling ordinary
Now I'm ready
So come on with me
Cos
It feels so good
I knew that it would
Nothing's gonna take this day away
Cos it feels so nice
Oh so right
Nothing's gonna take this day away
I'm where I wanna be
Life in so bottle me
I took my cares
And left them all behind
I had to get away
Deal with them another day
They're outta sight and out of mind
Cos the sun's still shining
No denying
Something came along to rescue me
Feeling ordinary
Now I'm ready
So come on with me
It feels so good
I knew that it would
Nothing's gonna take this day away
Cos it feels so nice
Oh so right
Nothing's gonna take this day away
It's just what I needed
It's an emotional healing
It's a wonderful feeling
Nothing left to lose
Yeah
Cos it feels so good
I knew that it would
Nothing's gonna take this day away
Cos it feels so nice
Oh so right
Nothing's gonna take this day away
Cos it feels so good
I knew that it would
Nothing's gonna take this day away
Cos it feels so nice
Oh so right
Nothing's gonna take this day away
Cos it feels so good
I knew that it would
Nothing's gonna take this day away
Cos it feels so nice
Oh so right
Nothing's gonna take this day away

You Show Me Yours
If you're feeling salty,then i'm your tequila
If you've got the freedom i've got the time
There ain't nothing sweeter than naked emotions
So you show me yours, hon, and i'll show you mine
No ma'm i know this ain't all that you've ever been used to
You with your rings on your fingers and time on your hands
Sometimes it's nice to have somebody nice to be close to
God knows i've been there before you and i understand
Chorus.
I wish that i was the answer to all of your questions
God knows i know you wish you were the answer to mine
Darling if you ain't a thing but a change in direction
Lord don't you know you'd be somethin' i'm lucky to find
Chorus.
So you show me yours and i'll show you mine.

Echo
Theres something about
The look in your eyes
Something I noticed when
The light was just right
It reminded me twice
That I was alive
And it reminded me that
Youre so worth the fight
My biggest fear will be
The rescue of me
Strange how it turns out
That way, yeah
Could you show me dear?
Something Im not seeing
Something infinitely interesting
Could you show me dear?
Something Im not seeing
Something infinitely interesting
Theres something about
The way you move
I see your mouth in slow motion
When you sing
More subtle than something
Someone contrives
Your movements echo that
I have seen the real thing
Your biggest fear will be
The rescue of you
Strange how it turns out
That way, yeah
Could you show me dear?
Something Im not seeing
Something infinitely interesting
Could you show me dear?
Something Im not seeing
Something infinitely interesting

People were talking while I was playing, so I got up and left the stage. I've gotten to the point where I'm not really very patient with patrons rapping during the show. And the people were all nice and quiet when I cam back.

I Better Be Good
If I ain't cool
My daddy gonna send me
To Military School
If I ain't nice
My girlie gonna freeze me
With cold shoulder ice
If I'm real late
My teacher gonna use me
For alligator bait
So, I better be good
I better be good
If I jump on the gas
The cops are gonna jump
All over my back
If I smoke too much
Doctor says he's gonna
Put my lungs in a crutch
If I'm caught without my pants
Consuelo's dad is gonna shoot
Until he sees me dance
So, I better be good
I had better be good
You better be nice
You better be nice
You better be nice
You better be nice
Nice, nice, nice - you better be
Nice, nice, nice - you better be
Nice, nice, nice - Uh, uh, uh, uh
Nice, nice, nice
Nice, nice, nice
Nice, nice, nice
You better be nice tonight
If I spray it on the seat
Lady gonna tie a big knot
In the meat
If I spewey too fast
Lover's gonna stick
My Wrangler in a cast
If zipper grabs skin
I'll know I had it out
When I shoulda kept it in
Ow.
I better be good
I better be good
I better be good
Ooh.
You better be nice
You better be nice
You better be nice
You better be nice
Nice, nice, nice - you better be
Nice, nice, nice - you better be
Nice, nice, nice - Uh, uh, uh, uh
Nice, nice, nice
I'd better be nice tonight - yeah
Nice, nice, nice
Nice, nice, nice
Nice, nice, nice

Everyday Is A Winding Road
{written by sheryl crow, jeff trott and brian mcleod}
{additional vocal by larry graham}
Everyday is a winding road, is a winding road, is a winding road, oh
(is a winding road)
I hitched a ride with a crazyhorse showgirl
She says shes been down this road more than twice (time)
She wanted 2 know if I could tell the future (tell the future)
I said, Ive never been there before, but the brochure looks nice
Jump in, lets go (lets go, baby)
Lay back, enjoy the show
Everybody gets high (high), everybody gets low (low)
These r the days when anything goes
Everyday is a winding road
I get a little bit closer
Everyday is a faded sign
I get a little bit closer 2 feeling fine
(oh-oh)
(listen now)
Shes got a daughter she calls easter
She was born on a tuesday night
Im just wondering y people feel so all alone (all alone)
Feeling like a stranger in their own life
Jump in, lets go (lets go, baby)
Lay back (ooh-ooh), enjoy the show
Everybody gets high (high), everybody gets low (low)
These r the days (days) when anything goes
Everyday is a winding road
I get a little bit closer
Everyday is a faded sign
I get a little bit closer 2 feeling fine
(jump in)
(everyday is a winding road, is a winding road)
Ive been swimming in a sea of anarchy
Ive been living on compliments and herbal tea
Ive been wondering if all the things Ive ever seen
Were ever real (were ever real, were ever real ...)
Were ever really happening
Jump in, lets go ([...] lets go, baby)
Lay back, enjoy the show
Everybody gets high, everybody gets low
These r the days when anything goes
Everyday is a winding road (come on, come on)
I get a little bit closer (get closer baby)
Everyday is a faded sign
I get a little bit closer 2 feeling fine
Everyday is a winding road (is a winding road, is a winding road)
Everyday is a faded sign (faded sign, lets go)
Da-da, da-da
Everyday, everyday
(da-da, da-da)
Everyday, everyday
Oh-yeah
Everyday, everyday
Everyday, everyday
Do u love your brother? (everyday, everyday)
Do u love your sister? (everyday, everyday)
Do u love us? (everyday, everyday)
Do u love god? (everyday, everyday)
Everyday is a winding road
I get a little bit closer (ooh, yeah)
Everyday is a faded sign (ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh)
(closer)
Everyday is a winding road (ooh-ooh-ooh)
Come on
We can make it
We can new power soul
(dance, dance, dance ...)
Dance on the funk
Dance on the funk
Everyday is a winding road

Everyday Is A Winding Road
I hitched a ride with a vending machine repair man
He says hes been down this road more than twice
He was high on intellectualism
Ive never been there but the brochure looks nice
Jump in, lets go
Lay back, enjoy the show
Everybody gets high, everybody gets low,
These are the days when anything goes
[chorus]
Everyday is a winding road
I get a little bit closer
Everyday is a faded sign
I get a little bit closer to feeling fine
Hes got a daughter he calls easter
She was born on a tuesday night
Im just wondering why I feel so all alone
Why Im a stranger in my own life
Jump in, lets go
Lay back, enjoy the show
Everybody gets high, everybody gets low
These are the days when anything goes
Chorus
Ive been living in a sea of anarchy
Ive been living on coffee and nicotine
Ive been wondering if all the thing Ive seen
Were ever real, were ever really happening

Nice To Know
When you write a poem,
it is nice to know people enjoy it
enough to leave a comment behind.
The enjoyment grows when they add it
to their list of poems they want to read again.
The thrill is even greater when your words
inspire someone to write,
paint, photograph and more.
Helping them to fulfil a dream,
I know this is true,
as my words have reached out
more than once to people.
It is a satisfying feeling
that is so hard to explain,
but you will know what I mean
when it happens to you
again and again.

Force Me to Love
Oh dream, simply come,
Make me awake but keep nothing at stake
I am for sure,
It will certainly be pleasure,
I love not to loose
As it is nice to choose,
You are companion
And prove to be nice union
You are with me as if I have treasure,
Nothing can measure,
You come and go
Yet I wish you not to forgo,
You bring lots of joy,
I smile in bed and secretly enjoy
You come again everyday
Show me the spirit and lead the way
I dream not for love
But enjoy as it is silently drove
Take me to the river
And test me fragrance with lots of fervor
I wish it to happen every time
When I am in shocks sometimes
You bring the hope to survive
Brighten the chance and force me to live

I am in crazy in love with Girls
It amazing how life is transformed sometimes
I don’t know whether it because of the changing of the season
But let me tell something interesting
When I was young I could pay no interest that there are people who are beautiful
As soon as I grew up I had people talking to me
They say what a beautiful child am I.
But today I am old
As long as I could see I could see that there people who are beautiful
Next to me I sit along a beautiful girl both left and right
Even the room where we are is beautiful
That is the way why I offer a smile to each and everyone for the first time
I can see the reason why I lick my finger no more
It because such nice people give a warm welcome baby
Yes they can say what ever wrong to me but I think I must forgive them
It because they are beautiful –ladies
Beautiful ladies
It because they are beautiful –ladies
Beautiful ladies
It because they are beautiful –ladies
Beautiful ladies
It because they are beautiful –ladies
Beautiful ladies
Wooo hhooh woo huhu hugh

Say Something Nice
Say that you like me the way I am
Just take some time out to understand
It may not be much, but I do all I can
Say something nice
Id never do it to one of you
Id say something nice if it wasnt true
Id make you feel better when youre feeling blue
Id say something nice
Say something nice, only once or twice
Say something nice, only once or twice
Say something nice
I wanna hear that Im beautiful
But you wouldnt say it even if I were
Wearing my diamonds and a coat of fur
You wouldnt say nothin nice
Tell me you think that my hairs real nice
Dont stand around and just criticize
Cant you understand that when a person tries
You say something nice
And its oh so hard, oh so hard
To listen to the words that you say
Oh, say something nice, just once or twice
It wouldnt hurt, dont you see
I wanna hear something nice, say something nice
Say something nice, just once or twice
It dont hurt you at all, say something nice
Say something nice baby, only once or twice
Say something nice
Say something nice baby, only once or twice
Say something nice
Hey dont you hear me, hey dont you hear me
Hey dont you hear me, hey dont you hear me
Say something nice
Say something nice
And its oh so hard, and its oh so hard
And Im dying to hear what Ive never heard (fade out)

People have often asked me, "If you weren’t in show business, what would you be doing?" The truth is, I don’t think there’s anything else I could be doing, so the answer would have to be, nothing. Then again, there's nothing I love more than making people laugh, so I guess you could say I’m in the only business I could be in. I was born to enjoy life and I've always wanted everyone to enjoy it along with me.
