It is the artist who realizes that there is a supreme force above him and works gladly away as a small apprentice under God's heaven.

It Works

He rattles his glass
She jumps up fast
And pours him a glass a tea
Deep in her heart she believes
Thats the way it should be
Yeah, now Ive seen my dad get fightin mad
Over on little four letter word
Hell tell you fast you dont talk like that around her
We may not see it the way they seee it
We may not do the way they do it
But she lives her life for him
And he gladly die for her
And even in this modern age it works
Though hes been down on his back
He still jumps out of that sack every morning at 5 am
Havin her home with the kids has been worth it to him
And she takes pride in being his wife
And making thier house a home
Sometimes she wishes the world would just leave them alone
We may not see it the way they seee it
We may not do the way they do it
But she lives her life for him
And he gladly die for her
And even in this modern age it works
If the good Lords willing
There will come a day
When our children will say
We may not see it the way they seee it
We may not do the way they do it
But she lives her life for him
And he gladly die for her
And even in this modern age it works
And even in this modern age it works

Making social comment is an artificial place for an artist to start from. If an artist is touched by some social condition, what the artist creates will reflect that, but you can't force it.

The Artist

The Artist and his Luckless Wife
They lead a horrid haunted life,
Surrounded by the things he's made
That are not wanted by the trade.

The world is very fair to see;
The Artist will not let it be;
He fiddles with the works of God,
And makes them look uncommon odd.

The Artist is an awful man,
He does not do the things he can;
He does the things he cannot do,
And we attend the private view.

The Artist uses honest paint
To represent things as they ain't,
He then asks money for the time
It took to perpetrate the crime.

A Local Outsider

To the local community he is not one of their own
And apart from them in every way he has grown
He does not share their interests of work, sports, small talk, drinking and football
In fact with them in common he has nothing at all.

He works in the big town some twenty miles away
But he returns to his home in the small town every day
Single in his mid twenties in the peak of his prime
And he does feel happy at least most of the time.

A spiritual person and an artist at heart
In community meetings and projects he never takes part
He draws and sketches at night and his art readily sell
And as a hobby artist he is doing well.

He was born in the small town but it does seem sad to say
That as a local outsider he is destined to stay
Even with those he grew up with little in common he share
He is an endangered species and his type are rare.

He is not a student of sports or football
And who won last year's Grand Final he does not recall
And though his praises none of the other locals do sing
He is his own man and he does his own thing.

Sonnet -Indelible Art?

How far an artist takes his art forward?
If labour hard is continued for long,
It dedication has not disappeared,
And Pride has not polluted his art’s song.

One's art improves if Will of God is there;
If Luck and Pluck come timely to his aid;
If vices poison not his mind to err;
And love enters his art when it is made.

For art lives longer than the artist's age;
And brings alive the beauty it derived;
All life, the artist must truly manage;
To perfect works of art in which he’d strived.

Such art alone will stand the test of time,
For it has made the Artist's life sublime.

Value Fever Pitch: An Artist’s Time

Bhoman F Jamhari said

'I am an artist - This does not
mean I will work for free.
I have bills just like you.
Thank you for understanding.'

Polite and to the problematic point.

Anyone who thinks believes
an artist’s time is worthless,
is definitely a person an artist
should avoid; such individuals

cannot comprehend
or remotely understand
aesthetic value of art.

Art takes time to produce.

Vision and artistic skill takes
even longer to realize to attain
expanding horizons. Time costs.

Artists of differing genre value
appreciate each other and art
which suits their temperament.

To create art
is the life blood
of an artist.

The air we breathe
is the home of art.

Creativity is our fevered mind songs
we sing in a legacy of image visions.

What kind of a con artist wants
to steal bread from an artist’s mouth;

therefore limiting the quality quantity
of future works of art, to be produced
by that artist. Answer an enemy of art.

The First Artist and Author.

The first artist painted the sky with colors, such beauty,

Look at those sunsets, and the mountains, such reality;

The mountains, have shadows, of splendor that only the Master can do,

Yes! It's God who was the first Artist, and He also taught me too.

The first great artist painted the colors on the sea,

Blues, greens, aquas, Only one could do this you see;

And when there is a storm near, the sea goes so dark blue,

Yes! God is the first great artist, to paint it for me and you.

The first great Artist, loved to teach David to write poetry,

And also king Solomon, writing words of such beauty;

Oh such magnificent works, of color and in each word,

Yes! There is only one who could do this it is the Lord.

Then. We see in every rainbow, and in each shell as well,

Look at the colored sands, and in every bird, it does tell;

Then look at each animal, and also the petals of each flower too

Then as you look at these, , give Thanks for doing it for me and you.

The Conept of the Birth

What is birth? Why is it? Who causes it?
The birth is the fusion of matter and force
That came into being by accident
And since then evolves like planets revolve.

As the wind blows and the water flows
In accordance with the external force
The living things grow and reproduce
In accordance with the external force.

The fire is to burn; the life is to burn.
The burning is growth, which both of them do.
Both must feed the matter to live and grow.
Both must get the fevour of wind to burn

The conversion of matter into life
Is the action of the internal force.
The conversion of life into matter
Is the action of the external force.

The external force is the Supreme
And the internal is the soul, you may say.
They are not separate nor opposite.
The soul is the outcome of the Supreme.

The life is like water in rivers.
The body is like banks in rivers.
The water extends the river course
The banks regulate the river force.

The air fans the flame and put it out.
The God flames the life and put it out.
What happens to the flame when it is shut
That happens to the life when put to death.

The living kingdom is just like a tree
The growth of each bud is the growth of the shoot.
It grows aided by the external force
And dies thwarted by the same force.

Andrei Tarkovsky

An artist never works under ideal conditions. If they existed, his work wouldn't exist, for the artist doesn't live in a vacuum. Some sort of pressure must exist. The artist exists because the world is not perfect. Art would be useless if the world were perfect, as man wouldn't look for harmony but would simply live in it. Art is born out of an ill-designed world. This is the issue in Andrey Rubliov.

An Apprentice Artist's Dilemma

Stillness of the night,
Can't get the sketching right.
Trying to draw a diva,
So close and yet so far.
An apprentice artist's dilemma.

Tomorrow a new day come,
I will not remain glum.
I've got the eyes down pat,
The nose differs a tad.
The face needs more work.
That's definitely the irk.

This last time, a charm!
Pencils sharpened,
Kept my calm.
Grid was lengthen,
Now it's done!

Though not an exact science,
I think I've got the lines.
I know that I have tried
and now, I'm satisfied.

Thats How Love Moves

(jennifer kimball, fitzgerald scott, ty lacy)
Its such a mystery
How you found something in me
That I never knew was there
But you uncovered it so easily
You turn me like the season
And I began to change
You wrapped your arms around me
Now Ill never be the same
Thats how love works
Thats how love moves
Like a river running through you
Sometimes it lifts you high as heaven
It consumes you
Thats a given
Thats how love moves
Ive seen walls that could never be broken
Come tumbling down
Ive heard the voice of love calling
Without making a sound
See I was touched by an angel
The day you took my hand
You know that youre the miracle
That makes me everything I am
Thats how love works
Thats how love moves
Like a river running through you
Sometimes it lifts you
As high as heaven
It consumes you
Thats a given
Thats how love moves
Sometimes its a whisper
Sometimes its a storm
Sometimes it reaches forever
With its everlasting arm
Thats how love works
Thats how love moves
Like a river running through you
Sometimes it lifts you
As high as heaven
It consumes you
Thats how love works
Thats how love moves
Like a river running through you
Sometimes it lifts you
As high as heaven
It consumes you
Oh, thats a given
Thats how love moves
Baby, yeah
High as heaven
Thats how love moves
As high as heaven

A force of light an angel
Sent through time to destroy
Avenging the dark ones
Descending angelic force

Her mission to crucify
Slay the hellborn
His offspring demonic force

The angel sworn to bring him down
The hunter the thunder
The wrath of heavens comin' down
