Humility is a great quality of leadership which derives respect and not just fear or hatred.

Organizations endure, however, in proportion to the breadth of the morality by which they are governed. Thus the endurance of organization depends upon the quality of leadership; and that quality derives from the breadth of the morality upon which it rests.

No Respect
Respect,
Always everybody looking for some
Respect,
Who do you think youre gonna get it from
Respect,
Anybody here deserving of none
Respect,
Tell me what makes you think
Youre not the one
No respect, no respect none
No respect, no respect none
No respect, no respect none
No respect, no respect none
Respect,
Why be concerned with
Public adulation
Respect,
Pat on the back crying
For attention
Respect,
Finding out what it really
Means to me
Respect,
Honor comes only after
Humility

Harmonic Creed
the one who knows less
knows more of humility,
the other who knows more
knows less.
the one
applies humility.
the other applies
what humility there is
in respect of
the greater humility of
the one.

Love and Hatred
Love is not so heavy as hatred,
Love is gentle and soothing,
While hatred is rude and disturbing,
Love is an attribute of God,
While hatred is the quality of devil,
Love makes,
Hatred mars,
Love teaches how to live,
Hatred is tired of life,
Love is soft as gentle rain,
Hatred is hard as drought,
Love is deep like an ocean,
Hatred is shallow without commotion,
Love makes sacrifice,
Hatred escapes sacrifice,
Love is everlasting,
Hatred is transcient,
Love releases fragrance,
While hatred stinks,
Love relies on heart,
Hatred relies on mind,
Love loses,
Hatred gains,
In a nutshell,
Love is life,
Hatred is death,
So let's spread love.

Fear vs Respect
Fear breaks; Respect mends.
Fear hurts; Respect heals.
Fear suffocates; Respect motivates.
Fear arrests; Respect enables.

I really have a great deal of humility in that department, and a great deal of respect for people who spend their lives learning how to make these amazing preparations.
Understanding
Why do we fight both black and white
'Cause we don't understand
If you give-you get-but if you want respect
Then please understand
Hatred begins and no one wins
Tell me who pays the price
From our generation to the next
Have respect for human life
A man kills another man for things he doens't understand
How can someone take a another life
If people just don't give a damn
Can't respect a man for what he is a man
Then the world will destruct from racial strife
I do believe in self-and self-respect is where it starts
You have to love yourself before you love me
And if love must play a part-then it has to come from the heart
In order for the pain of hate to cease
We got-we got-we got to stop hatred
Hatred is something perpetrated by lies
We got-we got-we got to have justice
The system plays god by who lives or dies
We got-we got- we got to have equality
Do not judge a man by the color of his skin
We need-we need- we need understanding
To make this world a better place to live in

Ludicrous Tricks!
What democracy would breed
Devastation upon its own people?
And to segregate its citizens,
To have some perceive...
They should have better lives,
Because this is what
They have been led to believe.
And to isolate in divisions,
To spread hunger and helplessness.
In a self righteousness...
That digresses all the people,
To endure conflicts
Promoting fear and unrest!
Whose freedom is protected,
When a few selected benefit.
As a quality of life...
Diminishes with this sickness.
And what respect for leadership,
Can be expected from the youth observiing this?
Especially when they mature to know...
What they've been told,
Has been based on lies and ludicrous tricks!
Revered from the pulpits.
And supported by the government!
With a clown assigned to 'play' ringmaster.
Who sets fire to their circus tent!

Losing Life to Fear
In fear of being heard,
In fear of being understood,
In fear of not being heard,
In fear of not being understood,
In fear of being misheard,
In fear of being misunderstood,
In fear of hearing too much,
In fear of understanding too much,
In fear of saying too much,
In fear of saying too little,
In fear of being too enlightened,
In fear of not being factually correct,
In fear of being too bright,
In fear of being too ignorant,
In fear of being praised,
In fear of being bullied,
In fear of not being like others,
In fear of loosing my individuality,
In fear of being ostracized,
In fear of being camouflaged,
In fear of being the attraction,
In fear of being ignored,
In fear of being too different,
In fear of being too common,
In fear of following others,
In fear of disobeying others,
In fear of being too gullible,
In fear of being too stubborn,
In fear of being used,
In fear of being misused,
In fear of rewards,
In fear of punishments,
In fear of responsibility,
In fear of expectations,
In fear of being trusted,
In fear of being mistrusted,
In fear of your lack of response,
In fear of your over-reaction,
In fear of eternal silence,
In fear of noisy communication,
In fear of your acceptance,
In fear of your rejection,
In fear of exciting you,
In fear of upsetting you,
In fear of loving you,
In fear of hating you,
In fear of your love,
In fear of your hatred,
In fear of being loved,
In fear of being hated,
In fear of thinking,
In fear of existing,
In fear of living,
In fear of dying,
In fear of being myself,
In fear of being another,
In fear of knowing myself,
In fear of neglecting myself,
I lost my voice;
I lost my identity;
I lost my self.
I lost this life;
I lost my life;
I lost life's life.

My best quality is that I'm a big hearted person. I'm resilient, too. My worst quality is selfishness, although everyone is guilty of that to an extent. Everyone should be, I think -- you need to respect yourself.

The first test of a truly great man is his humility. By humility I don't mean doubt of his powers or hesitation in speaking his opinion, but merely an understanding of the relationship of what he can say and what he can do.
