I am still feeling my calf strain, so I have been unable to train this week. I will again have to sit out the weekend action, but the lads are climbing ever higher to safety.

The Rock Climber Of Stone Woods
He is innocent like a child
A pure soul
Climbing up rock and mountains
Head up in the sky
He has no answers for kids
No answers for loved ones
Climbing up higher and higher
Head up in the sky
Children need strong words
Need limits and discussions
He climbs higher and higher
Head up in the sky
No lover, no father, no brother and friend
Light like a feather climbing higher and higher
Head up in the sky
Mountains embrace him
World will forget him

Climbing
High up in the apple tree climbing I go,
With the sky above me, the earth below.
Each branch is the step of a wonderful stair
Which leads to the town I see shining up there.
Climbing, climbing, higher and higher,
The branches blow and I see a spire,
The gleam of a turret, the glint of a dome,
All sparkling and bright, like white sea foam.
On and on, from bough to bough,
The leaves are thick, but I push my way through;
Before, I have always had to stop,
But to-day I am sure I shall reach the top.
Today to the end of the marvelous stair,
Where those glittering pinacles flash in the air!
Climbing, climbing, higher I go,
With the sky close above me, the earth far below.

Seven Day Weekend
See the girl in the cabriolet
Im gonna make her mine someday
The traffic stops and she steps out
Every man starts to scream and shout
Theres a space in the week
Its a date I can keep, oh yeah
Seven day, seven day, seven day
Its a seven day weekend
Seven day, seven day, seven day
Its a seven day weekend
See the girl in the pale peach dress
Shes got a body build to caress
Like a one-eyed cat
Outside a seafood store
Shes got me begging
Ive been saving and saving
And saving my money
To spend it on her
* seven day, seven day, seven day
Its a seven day weekend
Seven day (seven day)
Seven day (seven day) seven day
Its a seven day weekend
Seven day (seven day)
Seven day (seven day) seven day
Its a seven day weekend
(* repeat)
Seven day (saturday)
Seven day (every day) seven day
Its a seven day weekend
Seven day (seven day)
Seven day (seven day) seven day
Its a seven day weekend
Seven day (seven day)
Seven day (seven day) seven day
Its a seven day weekend

End Of The Week
I get out of work
And then I throw away all of my cares
I get out of work
And then I wash the week out my hair
Monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday
Its hard as could be
But by old friday evening
Were free, were free, were free
End of the week
The weekend started
Been working so hard to play
End of the week
Its time to party
End of the week
End of the week
End of the week
Youre tasting freedom
No one to push you around
End of the week
And life has a reason
End of the week
End of the week
End of the week
Street are alive
You know everybodys going somewhere
You put on the slide
You gotta beat the crowd just everywhere
And all the music all the dancing
Get you so high
And all that sweet romancing
Oh my, oh my, oh my
End of the week
The weekend started
Working so hard to play
End of the week
Its time to party
End of the week
End of the week
End of the week
Feels good now
Feels good now
End of the week
End of the week
Its real good now
Real good now
End of the week
End of the week

Fundamental of Liar Chapter CX: Ability
It’s not unable, it’s just not a favor
It’s not unable, it’s just reluctance
It’s not unable, it’s just not my style
It’s not unable, it’s just wrong
It’s not unable, it’s just no time
It’s not unable, it’s just out of place
It’s not unable, it’s just not consideration
It’s not unable, it’s just objection
It’s not unable, it’s just not effective
It’s not unable, it’s just stubbornness
It’s not unable, it’s just not important
It’s not unable, it’s just mercy

Jacobs Ladder/this Train Revised
We are climbing
Jacobs ladder
We are climbing
Jacobs ladder
Out of these boxcars
And out of these chambers
Out of the bed where we lay
With ten strangers
We are climbing
Jacobs ladder
We are climbing
On jacob, jacobs ladder
Its a fish white belly
A lump in my throat
Razor on the wire
Skin and bone
Piss and blood
In a railroad car
One hundred people
Gypsies queers
And davids star
This train is bound for glory
This train is bound for glory
This train is bound for glory now
This train
Yeah
Measure the bones
Count the face
Pull out the teeth
Did you get them all?
Do you belong
To the human race
Doctor doctor
Are you unkind
Do you shock the monkeys
Cover our eyes
With clear blue skies
Ah
This train is bound for glory
Ah
This train is bound for glory
Ah
This train is bound for glory now
Ah ah
This train
Here is a dancer
Who has no legs
Here is a teacher
Who has no face
Here is a healer
Who has no hands
Here is a runner
Who has no feet
Here is a thinker
Who has no head
Here is a builder
Who has no back
Here is a writer
Who has no voice
These are the questions
These are the answers
Stacked like wood
This train is bound for glory
This train is bound for glory
This train is bound for glory now
This train
This train is bound for glory
This train it carried your mothers
This train is bound for glory
This train it, it carried your fathers
This train is bound for glory now
This train it, it carried your sisters
This train
This train it, it carried your brothers
(here is a teacher)
This train it, it carried my sisters
(here is a writer)
This train it, it carried my brother
(here is a thinker)
This train is
This train is bound for glory
These are the questions
Stacked like wood
These are the answers
Here is potential
And its gone for good

My Weekend
My weekend started with great expectations,
a chat with two very dear friends online,
but after that the weekend settled into a decline,
and went right down the pan as they say.
I had a backlog of poems to type,
then suddenly and without warning,
everything was plunged into darkness
and candlepower became the norm.
You cannot run a computer on candlepower
so my typing came to abrupt end
with only six poems left to type.
Sunday wasn’t much better
as each poem that I typed was a sad one
and it left me feeling the same way.
At least I managed to finish them,
but the sadness remained.
I was glad to see the weekend gone;
hoping that the week ahead
will bring some smiles instead.

Weekend Love
[Queen Latifah]
Weekend love
Gonna spend a weekend love
Weekend love
Just a case of weekend love
[Queen Latifah]
Have you been misled
Anything I said
Didn't mean to turn you on
The bite is oh so strong
You got things to do
But I have got things too
So I'll catch you on the weekend
Mondays to Fridays I don't see you then
[Unknown Reggae Artist]
A W-E-E-K and a E-N-D
And a L-O-V-E we were meant to be
A W-E-E-K, a E-N-D
L-O-V-E we were meant to be
[Queen Latifah]
Weekend love
Gonna spend a weekend love
Weekend love
Just a case of weekend love
[Queen Latifah]
Seems it's been so long
Since you thrilled me with your charms
I tenderly imagine me
Resting in your arms
You've got things to do
And I have got things too
So I'll catch you on the weekend
Mondays to Fridays, I don't see you then
[Unknown Reggae Artist]
Because we're sorry when we part
And we love when we meet
I know we only do that ?
Once in a week
Sorry when we part
And we love when we meet
I know we only do that ?
Once in a week
[Unknown Reggae Artist]
I know, you know
We all occupied
From our own love life
This has been denied
Many feelins high
Many tears of pride
But by the weekend
Let my spirit devide
[Queen Latifah]
Weekend love
Gonna spend a weekend love (maybe someday we'll change)
Weekend love
Just a case of weekend love
[Queen Latifah]
If you've been misled
By anything I've said
Didn't mean to turn you on
The bite was oh so strong
You've got things to do
But I have got things too
So I'll catch you on the weekend
Mondays to Fridays I don't see you then
[Unknown Reggae Artist]
A W-E-E-K and a E-N-D
L-O-V-E we were meant to be
A W-E-E-K, a E-N-D
L-O-V-E we were meant to be
[Unknown Reggae Artist]
??????????
To nourish and cherish every moment
To deliver the goods I am ???
And I know you're posessed with the ingredients
Till the weekend the days seems to be long
But by the weekend I wish I could reverse its time
Good things can come in a small bag
So let's make use of the time that we have
When we are together cos we stay popular
???????????
When we are together you and I wonder
If this love is gonna last forever
Well then I think and I start remember
That we are a ? star
[Queen Latifah]
Weekend love
Gonna spend a weekend love
Weekend love

One More Weekend
Slippin and slidin like a weasel on the run,
Im lookin good to see you, yeah, and we can have some fun.
One more weekend, one more weekend with you,
One more weekend, one more weekendll do.
Come on down to my ship, honey, ride on deck,
Well fly over the ocean just like you suspect.
One more weekend, one more weekend with you.
One more weekend, one more weekendll do.
Well fly the night away,
Hang out the whole next day,
Things will be okay,
You wait and see.
Well go someplace unknown,
Leave all the children home,
Honey, why not go alone
Just you and me.
Comin and goin like a rabbit in the wood,
Im happy just to see you, yeah, lookin so good.
One more weekend, one more weekend with you,
One more weekend, one more weekendll do (yes, you will!).
Like a needle in a haystack, Im gonna find you yet,
Youre the sweetest gone mama that this boys ever gonna get.
One more weekend, one more weekend with you,
One more weekend, one more weekendll do.

Love And Romance Weekend
Once again the time has come
Where Cupid and his bow and arrows enter and roam the kingdom
Regular colored roses are carried in baskets
Along with being dropped on the ground
Or being tossed through the air
Or being worn in the girls and women's hair
For the lads and lasses
It's love and romance weekend
Love hangs in the air as we all breathe it in
And we're all sheathing our swords
As well as putting our weapons away
And with the lads and lasses in each other's arms
There's no reason for a call to arms
There's no need for a clash
In my mind
I'm spouting out my sonnets
As 100 poems are waiting to be read besides mine
Ready to be read by all the true star crossed lovers
It's love and romance weekend
I may feel and may be single but I feel in love in ways I can't comprehend
So let the activity between the lovers in the shire commence
Because I feel in love and I have no defense
For it's love and romance weekend
And come what may to me and whatever happens

Weekend
Friday night and everythings right on the weekend
Crazy clothes and anything goes on the weekend
John called in and jim got sue
I made a date with a little ol jew
Off he went to make a date on the weekend
No harm done, just having some fun on the weekend
Cartop down, just a ridin around on the weekend
Took a ride to lookout hill
The view up there was sure a thrill
That was all, we had a big fall on the weekend
There we were just sitting cool and cozy
I just had time to steal a little kiss
A police with a flashlight tried to nose in
He said, holy mackerel there, what is all this?
No harm done just having some fun on the weekend
Took a chance on crashin a dance on the weekend
We were almost inside the place
Then some boy slammed the door in my face
Hey you guys, you gotta wear ties on the weekend
Crazy clothes and anything goes on the weekend
That was all we had a big ball on the weekend

Silent Weekend
by Bob Dylan
Silent weekend,
My baby she gave it to me
Silent weekend,
My baby she gave it to me.
She's actin' tough and hardy
She says it ain't my party
And she's leavin' me in misery.
Silent weekend,
My baby she took me by surprise.
Silent weekend,
My baby she took me by surprise.
She's rockin' and a-reelin'
Head up to ceiling
An' swinging with some other guys.
Silent weekend,
Oh Lord, I wish Monday would come.
Silent weekend,
Oh Lord, I sure wish Monday would come.
She's uppity, she's rollin',
She's in the groove, she's strolling
Over to the jukebox playin' deaf and dumb.
Well, I done a whole lotta thinkin' 'bout a whole lot of cheatin',
And I, maybe I did some just to please.
But I just walloped a lotta pizza after makin' our peace,
Puts ya down on bended knees.
Silent weekend,
Man alive, I'm burnin' up on my brain.
Silent weekend,
Man alive, I'm burnin' up on my brain.
She knows when I'm just teasin'
But it's not likely in the season
To open up a passenger train.

Jacobs Ladder
I met a fan dancer
Down in south side birmingham
She was running from a fat man
Selling salvation in his hand
Now hes trying to save me
Well Im doing alright the best that I can
Just another fallen angel
Trying to get through the night
Step by step, one by one, higher and higher
Step by step, rung by rung climbing jacobs ladder
Coming over the airwaves
The man says Im overdue
Sing along, send some money
Join the chosen few
Well mister Im not in a hurry
And I dont want to be like you
And all I want from tomorrow
Is to get it better than today
Step by step, one by one, higher and higher
Step by step, rung by rung climbing jacobs ladder

Action seems to follow feeling, but really action and feeling go together; and by regulating the action, which is under the more direct control of the will, we can indirectly regulate the feeling, which is not.

Vultures
Girls and lads are not vultures each other.
They are depraved and ensnared by uncles and aunts.
Lured by urge and cared for safety
Girls and lads succumb to the greater

Higher & Higher
Blasting, billowing, bursting forth
With the power of ten billion butterfly sneezes
Man with his flaming pyre
Has conquered the wayward breezes
Climbing to tranquility
Far above the cloud
Conceiving the heavens
Clear of misty shroud
Higher and higher
Now weve learned to play with fire
Go higher and higher and higher
Vast vision must improve our sight
Perhaps at last well see and end
To our homes endless blight
And the beginning of the free
Climb to tranquility
Finding its real worth
Conceiving the heavens
Florishing on earth
Higher and higher
Now weve learned to play with fire
Go higher and higher and higher

Crushed in the arms...
Crushed in the arms of a bear.
Crushed in the arms...
Crushed in the arms of a bear.
In my strain...
In my strain...
In my strain...
In my strain...
Now I could never fall in love.
And feeling such a thrill
Why don't you anger me, anger me, I will.
Oh... Why don't you anger me?
Anger me I will.
Oh Why dont you anger me?
(crushed in the arms)
Now I could never fall in love. (i strain)
And feeling such a person. (in my strain)
And feeling such a person
Anger me. You anger me.
Strangle me. You strangle me.
Strangle me... and I strain...
And I strain... (of a bear)
And I strain... (crushed in the arms)
And I strain... (of a bear)
And I strain... (crushed in the arms)
And I strain...
Why don't you just go...
Why don't you just go...
Why don't you just go...

Top Of The World
(tom snow)
Ooh, baby Im going crazy
Everytime I think of you
Im excited, so delighted
I finally see the light shine through
I can see a million dreams come true
So hold on
Here we go
Ive got a feeling that is gonna grow
Up to the top of the world
Here I am
There you are
Ive got a feeling that were going far
Up to the top of the world
Gotta go higher, higher
Now the world seems like a sweet dream
When I look into your eyes
Its mystified
Theres no denying
The way you make me feel inside
And its getting stronger all the time
So hold on
Here we go
Ive got a feeling that were gonna grow
Up to the top of the world
Here I am
There you are
Ive got a feeling that were going far
Up to the top of the world
Let me go higher, higher
So hold on
Here we go
Ive got a feeling that is gonna grow
Up to the top of the world
Here I am
There you are
Ive got a feeling that were going far
Up to the top of the world
So hold on
Here we go
Ive got a feeling that is gonna grow
Up to the top of the world

Fairy Tale High
On a fairy tale high
Don't you believe that your dreams all come true
The fairy tale world inside can bring it to you
You just have to wish, and you'll take off and fly
On a fairy tale high, fairy tale high
Fairy tale high, fairy tale high
On a fairy tale high
Just look around you, the dark clouds are far
Stand on your tiptoes, and reach for a star
As stardust comes sprinkling, it will brighten your eyes
On a fairy tale high, fairy tale high
Fairy tale high, fairy tale high
Fairy tale high, fairy tale high, fairy tale high
On a fairy tale high, feeling higher and higher
On a fairy tale high, feeling higher and higher
On a fairy tale high, feeling higher and higher
On a fairy tale high, feeling higher and higher
