I know nothing about platonic love except that it is not to be found in the works of Plato.

Platonic Love
do not mistake
the kind of
love that
plato offers
during
his times
you say
platonic
one that
is pure
and free
from lust
one
that merely
gazes
at the other
without
hormonal
considerations
nothing
chemical
but pure
feelings
of being
intimate
and
sweet
i hear
it once
that plato
also loves
boys
and he
must
have called
it
platonic
baloney

Platonic Disease
Your grips fallen.
I'm fallen, we've fallen beyond.
Expired, we've acquired platonic disease.
No jury, your cause.
Speak laws afford the bigot.
Back load myself.
Lay down the sentence of never ending said.
Platonic disease.
Platonic disease.
No jury. The pain.
The chance wronged release pain.
The stakes torn, lives cross.
Deep waters, willing loss.
Download main site.
Lay down victims right.
The fuels burnt, worlds part.
Seems like a never ending vicious cycle of death, of death.
Platonic disease.
Platonic disease.
Now see, world dies.
Strips down the face of disguise.
No rules, my way.
My way of things to say.
Your pore boils, burnt sore.
Lift off the face of wood.
Platonic disease.
Platonic disease.
Platonic disease.

Enter not, love - for EH
Plato would have favoured
That internet dating site -
All ideal and Platonic
('til that risky meeting night...)
Socrates I'm not so sure about -
He asked too many questions -
I don't think he would fall for
Those rather sly suggestions

What A Friend
Lady of the G..spot...
You are just a dot...
I've always wish that you...
Sh- or get off the pot...
In you I do not plot...
To me you are...
A save-a-lot...
You are truly my friend...
And that I want to never...
End...
But every now and then...
I ask if I came come in...
But I keep in mind that we..are...
Truly freinds...Platonic at best...
So my asking...is always in jest...
And maybe that is best...jset...
And anything other...I would be a pest...
That would be a mess...
But you rest...
We both have pass..the test...
I would love to fail...in jest...
We shall remain platonic...
Now that takes balls...
But that is my call...
We are friends after all...
And I am the freind in need...in deed...
Keep one eye open...
And the other eye on...
Jest...

Hate Works But Love Does Not
I have seen the love
In the eyes around me
Caring and hugging my feelings
As the root of the tress
I know the warmness of the arms
The soft touch of the palms
But love is lazy and lethargic
Seldom it can be found energetic
The promptness it does lack
It never works back to back
But the hate works very ferociously
With red eyes it acts very quickly
A full pack of energy
Blitzkrieg and scorching
Swashbuckling and blistering
It cuts very deeply and burns very badly
It works havoc but love does not.

That's How Love Moves
It's such a mystery
How you found something in me
That I never knew was there
But you uncovered it so easily
You turn me like the season
And I began to change
You wrapped your arms around me
Now I'll never be the same
That's how love works
That's how love moves
Like a river running through you
Sometimes it lifts you high as Heaven
It consumes you
That's a given
That's how love moves
I've seen walls that could never be broken
Come tumbling down
I've heard the voice of love calling
Without making a sound
See I was touched by an angel
The day you took my hand
You know that you're the miracle
That makes me everything I am
That's how love works
That's how love moves
Like a river running through you
Sometimes it lifts you
As high as Heaven
It consumes you
That's a given
That's how love moves
Sometimes it's a whisper
Sometimes it's a storm
Sometimes it reaches forever
With it's everlasting arm
That's how love works
That's how love moves
Like a river running through you
Sometimes it lifts you
As high as Heaven
It consumes you
That's how love works
That's how love moves
Like a river running through you
Sometimes it lifts you
As high as Heaven
It consumes you

She Works Hard For The Money
She works hard for the money
so hard for it honey
she works hard for the money
so you better treat her right
She works hard for the money
so hard for it honey
she works hard for the money
so you better treat her right
Onetta there in the corner stand
and wonders where she is and
it's strange to her
some people seem to have everything
Nine a.m. on the hour hand
and she's waiting for the bell
and she's looking real pretty
just wait for her clientele
She works hard for the money
so hard for it honey
she works hard for the money
so you better treat her right
She works hard for the money
so hard for it honey
she works hard for the money
so you better treat her right
Twenty five years have
come and gone
and she' seen a lot of tears
of the ones who come in
they really seem to need her there
It's a sacrifice working day to day
for little money just tips for pay
But it's worth it all
just to hear them say that they care
She works hard for the money
so hard for it honey
she works hard for the money
so you better treat her right
She already knows
she's seen her bad times
she already knows
these are the good times
She'll never sell out
she never will
not for a dollar bill
she works hard
She works hard for the money
so hard for it honey
she works hard for the money
so you better treat her right
She works hard for the money
so hard for it honey
she works hard for the money
so you better treat her right
She works hard for the money
so hard for it honey
she works hard for the money
so you better treat her right

The Location of Love
Love can be found in Pompeii
But not in Rome
Love can be found in the sewers of Paris
But not in the Eifel tower
Love can be found floating down the Nile
But not within the Pyramids
Love can be found in a lower east side apartment
But not the Hearst Castle
Love can be found in a junkyard
But not in a factory
Love can be found in front of a Chinese tank
But not at the United Nations
Love can be found deep in a dream
And still be there when you awake

I had a teacher in art school who said something about the only works he really enjoyed seeing or found much in were works where he had a sense that a discovery was made in the course of making this object. I like to hold to that as my marching orders.

The only obsession everyone wants: 'love'. People think that in falling in love they make themselves whole? The Platonic union of souls? I think otherwise. I think you're whole before you begin. And the love fractures you. You're whole, and then you're cracked open.

Never Fall in Love
I believe in love
but never fall in love
true love or lust love
I want love
but never fall in love
am I so cold
and don't have a heart
or so stubborn
and raise wall stone
I search love
but never fall in love
platonic love or passionate love
I'm loved
but never fall in love
am I afraid
to be hurt by the one
or kill it silently
before I find it's gone
I get everything
but never fall in love
I want to love
and wait all my life
should I pick one flower
and pretend it's love
pseudo love, unrequited love or mutual love
so desperate to feel
but never fall in love

In The Love Garden
In the garden where Love
Could be found
I found a beautiful Princess
Whose Love I share.
Inside the garden where Roses
Could be found
I found a mighty Angel
Whose Love is mine
Within the garden where Love
Could be found
I found a white Flower
Whose beauty is that of a bride
Between the garden where Love
Could be found
I found a mighty princess Diana
Whose heart I share
Underneath the garden where Love
Could be found
I found a charming Diamond
Whose charm is that of my Love
And
Outside the garden where Love
Could be found
I found me a Lover
Whose heart is mine!
And
Inside the garden where Love
Could be found
I found me a pen
And write this lovely ballad for my babe!

A hero is born among a hundred, a wise man is found among a thousand, but an accomplished one might not be found even among a hundred thousand men.
To my Valentine,
The only way,
I've known this day,
Is to wish Mumma 'Valentine's Day'
On my own when I woke up early,
Managing my hairs, pillow made them curly;
Rubbing my eyes, putting my glasses,
Without my slippers, running on the grasses.
Just to pluck the brightest rose,
(thinking) To my first Love, this red rose goes.
To the one who have loved me more than anyone,
Right from the day when I was born,
And everyday her love goes stronger,
Even compared to Dad, her love's nine months longer.
But,
today I've plucked two,
One for her and one for you.
She easily knows sadness in my laugh,
Yes in my No.
And then makes my worry look dwarf,
Drive them away with just a blow.
I expect somewhat same love from you,
And I believe you deserve rose no. two,
Thanks for being so tender and affectionate,
Thanks for scolding me when I got late.
Thanks for being the first to kiss on my lips.
Thanks for giving me a place in your left ribs.
Thanks for understanding all my excuses.
Thanks for tolerating all my abuses.
Thanks for patting me on my successes,
Thanks for sharing moment on my looses.
This Valentine made me realize how lucky I am,
But still there's love of another person, I want to claim.
Sorry Sweetheart,
But I want to pluck yet another rose,
Love for another girl in my heart has aroused.
You loved me so much and I'm the culprit,
And for my fault I don't even expect you to forgive me.
-------
I wish to pluck Rose no. three,
For our daughter the third one would be.. ;)

Srivastav
Electric,
Fornsic,
Genetic;
I know that you are very brilliant and,
I need your muse!
And like the sweet muse of your love.
The serpent,
Carried away!
But, the earth opened her mouth and swallowed the flood;
And the inhabitants didi watch.
Your love is so delicious to me!
Your act is so sweet to me,
Your muse is so lovely to me,
But, i am Srivastav with the muse of love;
And, i have some jobs for you to take care of.
So nice and so delicious! !
My works,
My words,
Your works,
Your words,
His works,
His words,
Her works,
Her words;
And like the sweet muse of love!
But the new ones are like a welcome message to you.
