I probably spent the first 20 years of my life wanting to be as American as possible. Through my 20s, and into my 30s, I began to become aware of how so much of my art and architecture has a decidedly Eastern character.

Wanting To Be Near You

Wanting to be near you.
Wanting to be near you,
Once again.
Baby.
And wanting you to know,
I am your friend...
Until the end.

Somedays I feel defeat.
And this shows.
Somedays I'm not as strong...
Or comfortable.

I can be weak in mind.
And from time to time...
I am needing more from you!

You're deep within my heart.
This you should know.
Right from the very start,
We were one.

And if I've said or done,
Something you can't forgive.
Please tell me then and there!
Make me be aware,
Instantly!
Baby.
I'm wanting to be near you!
Wanting to be near you,
Once again.
'Til the end.

And wanting you to know,
I am your friend...
With no one and nothing,
In between!

Wanting to be near you.
Wanting to be near you,
Once again.
Baby.
And wanting you to know,
I am your friend...
Until the end,
Of time!

I am wanting to be near you.
Come what may.
Everyday...
We live.

I believe very strongly, and have fought since many years ago - at least over 30 years ago - to get architecture not just within schools, but architecture talked about under history, geography, science, technology, art.

27 Years! ! ! ! !

27 years of my life-
I lived like a wife,
waiting for my husband kiss;
Which i always missed.

27 years of my life -
Waited all the nights,
To share my happiness and sadness;
And i felt it was madness.

27 years of my life-
I spent with unknown husband,
Who has time to work;
And I felt like a jerk.

27 years of my life-
I spent with boredom,
And being a loyal wife;
I lost my freedom.

After 27 years of my life-
I still feel something missing,
I still keep looking;
And still waiting.
And the next 27 years will pass by:
Without my husband near by.

To start your life as a character of 120 years when you are in your late thirties, and then go back in time about 20 years later to play the same character who is your own age then, its very complicated, but very interesting.

All The Years

You ask me what I think,
I tell you you ignore it.
The reasons for it make me crazy.
You ask me what is right,
Huh, you never hear it.
Youre never nowhere near it baby.
I spent my life believing,
It would not end this way.
All the years we wasted
All the years we tried
All the restless hours
All the times we cried.
You ask me what I want,
I got no answer.
I know Im only dancing faster.
So now were stuck with us,
With you and all your stories.
Whos the fool and whod the liar.
I spent my life believing
It would not end this way.
All the years we wasted
All the years we tried.
All the restless hours.
All the times we cried.
All the years we gambled.
All the years you lied.
All the hopeless dreamers.
All the dreams that died.
Repeat chorus

We Are Converging

Wanting to be heard.
Wanting to be valued.
Wanting to be acknowledged.
Wanting to sustain a way of life...
Fading.
To emerge once again and surge.
Wanting to be admired.
Wanting most to be thought as best!
Wanting to imprint an impression...
That conflicts and unrest,
Did not from them initiate...
The perpetuating of protests.
Nor did the rise of destruction, fear and insecurities...
Leave this world in a chaotic mess.

We are converging!
And peace...
Will be the final test.
Many want.
Many wish.
Many hope to fill all hearts with love.
Instead of a digressive emptiness.

I just think with the way I look and since I have a broad range I ended up becoming a character actor. But you start to really enjoy that, if you are successful. You get to charge out on almost every character. Doing one character for like seven years or whatever may get really boring.

It was instant recognition
We just looked at one another
and instantly the years melted away.
With open arms, we hugged

A wonderful sensation
and then the talking began.

Forever Mine

The room is dark, all alone am I.
Sitting here thinking of times gone by.
Remembering the past, the way things were.
A different time, when so much was unsure.

During these times, you came to my life.
Bringing happiness and laughter and love into sight.
Never such a feeling had I felt before.
Every moment spent with you, just left me wanting more.

More glances and stares, from your eyes so bright.
Eyes that see deep in my soul, making everything alright.
Wanting more kisses, from your soft lips so sweet.
Lips that make my legs weak and my heart skip a beat.

Wanting more time spent in your loving embrace.
Arms so strong and gentle, such a safe, loving place.
Wanting your warm touch, as you caress all of me.
Such a sensual feeling, setting my body so free.

Here we are, so many years more.
Not much has changed, I just want you even more.
Not a day goes by that I don't give thanks for you.
Every morning I think that our love is like new.

A new beginning. A fresh new start.
A new day to tell you what's deep in my heart.
You've made me feel loved, wanted and adored.
No one could possibly ever love me more.

And now here we are, loving each other from a far.
Waiting for the day, to awake in your arms.
To look upon your face, and deep in your eyes.
Knowing we'll never have to say our good byes.

Until that day comes just know this is true,
Everything I have to give, I have given to you.
I give you my heart, soul, body and mind.
And dream of the day you'll forever be mine.

An American

An American,
she thought he was,
the hair cut
and the style of clothes

gave her a clue,
at least that
and the drawn out
drawl like he was drawing

the words
from a deep well.
Her father called him a Yank,
didn’t take to him at all,

wouldn’t even speak
when he said, Hello Sir,
all kind of polite,
thoughtful and well bred,

and her mother
was always gazing at him,
taking in his walk,
his talk and remembering

years before,
some similar American
with his big blue eyes
and wide wallet

brushed her off her feet
and broke her heart
and left a bundle
in her womb,

a daughter,
wanting to go
with an American now,
history trying to repeat,

break a heart
after sweeping of her feet.

Easier To Be Revealed

When I began to affirm happiness in my life
Every obstacle possible seemed to appear
As if long lost friends I had not seen in years
With a making of their special visits
At odd hours days or nights for purposes
To joke in laughter with a demeaning of my character
Like children trying to keep my vision off the ball

Everything began to show on my path
To distract with determination
To prevent my journey to be freed
Of unnecessary nonsense
And player haters planting their misdeeds
I am glad I was able to identify their works
Early in my life

But I had already made my mind up
To recognize my wants from my needs
And I knew I did not need to repeat miseries
Allowing my wants to become easier to be revealed
It took me awhile to pinpoint the roots of my headaches
And a bit longer to confront my denial to get rid of them
Clarifying for myself that having patience was not weakness
