My Direction
Perfection is my direction
Even if thats all I had

Perfection is a life-time work,
We try attaining through sheer toil,

some people often wonder if they have found that
one true person that is the other part of them
the one true person that makes them complete they wonder thru their days and nights longing for the answer
the answer is right there they just don't know how to look for there answer to

can you say with out a doubt the person you are with makes you feel whole

Perfection?
Why should I want to be perfect?
There are too many trying to be that.
And those 'acts' are commonly observed.
With proper etiquette intact!
Leaving many on the verge,
Of being 'whacked out' and cracked!
I'd rather be considered unusual and 'weird'.
At least I will always have something,
Others believe I offer I can claim as my own.
And left alone with all of its originality!
Without one concern of my 'weirdness' being stolen.
They will have to come to me to get samples of that!
But perfection?
There is too much of that around.
With copies of it tossed.
Snuffed from being stressed!
And found left trampled on the ground!
Proving that 'perfection'...
Seems to always leave behind,
Someone criticized and victimized...

Precipitous And Fluid
What is love? Is it the inimitable force which binds us to one another?
Perhaps it is the ability to choose one from all the others!
It's power felt by all, through all- near, far and all around!
Ne'er to return to normalcy nor mundanity, once found!
Many search for it's equal, for lives entire-
Once it is found though- then until ever- your heart's on fire!
Nothing won't you achieve, with and for it's guard-
None exist to slow its ascension, nor to retard!
Precipitous and fluid as the most massive of waterfalls,

Even in our adopted realities,
We cling onto habits.
What has been defined...
And labelled to be slimed by mankind,
Has found a permanance in our minds!
With a steel and concrete defense...
We are uplifted by our pretensions.
Although the foundation cracks and disturbs!
We are encouraged...
And fed well on this nourishment,
That leads us to bleed for our beliefs.
Shaking like Autumn leaves from sturdy trees...
We do!
To bury, forget and repeat this unforgiving cycle!
