Happiness To Me
Does Happiness depend upon comfort? ’
The answer is definitely a big, ‘No! ’
Happiness lies in not comforts alone!
Happiness is not a static quality of the
human mind, body and soul.
All can’t remain happy all the time.
It would be foolishness to wish for a life,
filled with happiness alone;
Life could become boring, when happiness is prolonged.
Even A pauper can be happier than the prince.
Even A beggar smiles and sleeps well, despite much strife.
Happiness is a frame of mind that’s dynamic in nature;
Happiness is a kind of mood of feeling very well;

Between Happiness And Me
The only thing between happiness and me is my attitude;
Who or what’s in the driver’s seat directing my mood.
It has nothing to do with my status or measure of wealth.
It doesn’t even have to be related to the state of my health.
Whether I’m happy or sad is not changed by food or drugs;

Happiness And Success
Looking ahead I see happiness and success.
Both related and having a ball.
Hardship and toil the prerequisites to achieve both, starting from preschool we prepare
From a distance they look glorious our final resting place.
Once there we will embrace success but will it be a fading novelty and happiness nowhere in sight
I am still on that road, yet somehow I seem to know the outcome. Success alone will not be my happiness. Yet as if I have been programmed I strive for both.
I know or perhaps I should say I think happiness is contentment in the present, acceptance of the now, staring the journey in the face, accepting the bumps and not losing hope.
It is easy to say but hard to practice. Most of us are in mode of waiting for something to happen, something better.
Each day passing us by like a blur while we prepare for the big pay day.

It’s All Relative
This life some say is all relative, effecting how they choose to live.
Times may change, this is true, but should it change me and you?
If indeed this life is relative for you, whom or what is it related to?
Not all, you can be assured, is approved or endorsed by The Lord.
Cultures do rise and cultures fall, all at the hands of The Lord of all.
Christ who created all, my friend, will be the same in the very end.
In these ever changing days, sure and unchanging are His ways.
Eternal laws aren’t compromised; by Him wickedness is despised.
Anything that is contrary to Him, could my friend, be laced with sin.
For Satan wraps sin in a disguise, making sin pleasing to our eyes.
But Believers have the mind of Christ, to point us all to Eternal Life.
Are you moved by things on earth, or by the spirit of your new birth?
A Christian’s life should be relevant, to The Spirit whom Christ sent.
For we are to become sanctified, to live our life for Christ who died,
This is to live life as a sacrifice, reflecting the ways of Jesus Christ.
While we live our life down here, we should live it in reverent fear.
All our ways should be relative, to Him who died so we could live.
Living our life for Jesus Christ, recalling He paid the ultimate price.
And knowing that it was related to, His Father’s will for me and you.
And everything is related friend, to where in Eternity you shall end.
Perhaps You Do Look At Life In The Wrong Way
Others you just cannot seem to impress
And you have low self esteem from your lack of success
But why worry if others your praises don't sing
Since success after all is a relative thing,
Down the social hill you have slid it does seem
And this has done little for your sense of self esteem
But going by how you feel and going by what you say
Perhaps you do look at life in the wrong way
For those who admire you for your material success
Are people that you do not need to impress
You need people to respect you for the person you are
Not for your great job or your new mercedes car
And if to those with material success respect you feel you should pay

The bliss of happiness,
is something I always seem to miss,
Is it beautiful to be happy?
I can see the joys of happiness...
but how can you truly know something exists if you cannot feel it yourself?

Happiness is knowing,

Failures infinite in life
