It's so logical and so simple. Fat is the backup fuel system. The role it plays in the body is that when there's no carbohydrate around, fat will become the primary energy fuel. That's pretty well known.

It is more important to eat some carbohydrates at breakfast, because the brain needs fuel right away, and carbohydrate is the best source.

Gasoline
You need fuel to get where you're going,
A source of combustion in the engine
That circulates how energy's flowing—
Fluidly in a fast forward motion.
You need fuel to achieve the high speeds,
The rushing feeling of never stopping—
Progress eternal—consumption exceeds
While the necessity of it's dropping.
We have better, quicker, new addictions
Advertised as things you must have to live.
The motivation of constant action
Plugs you in at the pump—stay submissive,
Hooked on personal, commercial vaccines:
Fill up on your fuel, your gasoline.

Food is your body's fuel. Without fuel, your body wants to shut down.
Sex, no depreciation
Face has flash and shade.
To construct is to destruct.
Energy gains while fuel dies.
Exception is the sexual love.
The back is as good as the front.
.Shade shines in flash.
To destruct is to construct.
Desire burns while fuel grows.

Fuel For Fire
Gimme fuel, gimme fire, gimme that which I desire!
Turn on the dynamo, into the wild I go,
No other place I know, I know.
Turn on I see red,
Warhorse, Warhead,
Throttle up for speed ahead, yeah ahead.
CHORUS:
Ooooh, on I burn,
Fuel these pumping engines,
Burning hard, loose and clean,
And on I burn, turning my direction,
Quench my thirst with gasoline.
Gimme fuel, gimme fire, gimme that which I desire,
Can't fight the need for speed,
I'm loose, I'm clean, I'm burning lean and mean, and mean.
Ignite the open trail,
Excite, exhale, comin' on, hot from hell, yeah hot from hell.
CHORUS
Gimme fuel, gimme fire, gimme that which I desire,
Oooh, yeah-heh.
SOLO1
On I burn!
SOLO2
On, and on, and on..
Give me fuel,
On, and on, and on..
Give me fire,
On, and on, and on..
My desire,
On, and on, and on..
CHORUS
Gimme fuel, gimme fire, gimme that which I desire!

Fuel To The Flame
You kindle the fire of love inside me
Each time our lips meet
Im not strong when were alone
Your kisses make me weak
You must know how I feel
But do you feel the same
Everytime you kiss me
You add fuel to the flame
My eyes light up when I see you
I burn with desire
Each time youre near
You say youll care
But still Im not sure
But please dont ask me to love you
If youre not gonna change my name
Everytime you touch me
You add fuel to the flame
This fire you started inside me
Has reached my very soul
Youre adding fuel to a flame
Thats already burning out of control
When you give me your name
I give you everything
Everytime you kiss me
Adds fuel to the flame
Yes everytime you touch me
You add fuel to the flame

A Squeeze On Me (Fun Poem 48)
I had a machine on my arm
and every half hour
it put the squeeze on me.
The Doctor wanted
a twenty-four hour monitor
on my BP.
Not the fuel for my car,
but the fuel in my body
for me.
This machine had a mind
of its own,
if it didn’t like
the first reading it got,
it squeezed a bit harder
until it got a better result
just to show me
that at it disapproved,
the problem was
there was nothing I could do,
but just put up with it
putting the squeeze
on poor old me.

Fuel He Heralds
To be frustrated over fuel, one hates and then loves,
High-flown terms enter the imagination, one heralds.
So then quiet sets in to achieve new tasks of light,
Light has been a confounded substance or just
A strange matter of particles, already the winning.
Fuel is an event of the soul, the very indignant matter
That is housed in the heart, a mansion of love and blood.
To be this fuel called blood, please us with money and then
The foolishness of an obese man is gone, always abhorred.

Cow's Dung
Fuel of cow's dung,
Fuel of human excrement,
And like a sharp blade from a barber's shop! !
Over the hairs of your head and of your private part;
But, i will strecth out my hands to hold you!
Because, you need peace in this land than war.

Too Late
I just want to take you away from everyone
And keep you stashed under my pillow
And then Id take you out simply for my own pleasure
And wear you when the occasions special
Then Id put you on like a diamond
So I can sparkle and be the envy of my friends
Id probably hold the leash that Id have you on
So you cant stray and follow me around all day
Its too late now
I dont think it can fade
Its too real now
Fulfillment just adds fuel to the blaze
Compulsion has stained me
Im nervously cradling our young love
Without known limits love
Like a butterfly cupped in my hands
I peek in to see beauty trapped
Confined it flutters
Then it leaves behind colorful dust
To remind me of the special times we spent
But of course it has to leave my clutch
But enoughs never enough to make a dent
Its too late now
I dont think it can fade
Its too real now
Fulfillment just adds fuel to the blaze
And in time it will end
And there really isnt hope for the two of us
But right now I give in...
Its too late now
I dont think it can fade
Its too real now
Fulfillment just adds fuel to the blaze
Fulfillment just adds fuel to the
Fulfillment just adds fuel to the blaze.

We are like tenant farmers chopping down the fence around our house for fuel when we should be using Nature's inexhaustible sources of energy — sun, wind and tide. … I'd put my money on the sun and solar energy. What a source of power! I hope we don't have to wait until oil and coal run out before we tackle that.

Chakras Energy
..
Chakras are the energy
centers of which our
consciousness, or our
energy system is
composed.
These energy centers run
from the base of spine
to head or crown.
Chakras means wheel or
disc, each circular wheel
of light spins in our
energetic system.
Energy systems function
as a valve regulating
the flow of energy
through our energy system.

Meditating
The still air joins the still earth,
We learn of the ground and the principles.
I turn my thoughts to my side,
And enter the void, this excites me.
This energy-consumption is absolutely small,
It seems more than the fuel of Hell
For we are not scared of knowledge
And the next life is sacred.
The concepts I describe for all are simple,
Judge the beauty of my knowledge finally.

Words That Move
Amazing are the words that move
Us like the sailing seeds of a poppy or
A freight train falling from the sky
A thousand pictures paint the words that
Fuel the fires of passion or drown the
Ambitious with agony. Words
So simple, so plainly profound flowing
With articulate expressions of
stuttering staccato
haiku and sonnet
free verse and rhyme
limerick and ode
So many ways to say one thing
So many things said just one way
Like the sailing
Freight falling
A thousand pictures
Fuel words so simple
With articulate
Verse to say
Amazing
are the words that move.

Down to the last drop
I will take every part of you
That leaks
I’ll have the sweetness
And the salt
Every dropp of your being
To my system
That runs on the fuel of your
