A key to the mentality of the left is that it judges itself by its best intentions, and judges its opponents - America chief among them - by their worst deeds.

Diversity on the bench is critical. As practitioners, you need judges who 'get it!' We need judges who understand what discrimination feels like. We need judges who understand what inequality feels like. We need judges who understand the subtleties of unfair treatment and who are willing to call it out when they see it!

In England the judges should have independence to protect the people against the crown. Here the judges should not be independent of the people, but be appointed for not more than seven years. The people would always re-elect the good judges.

A man is morally free when, in full possession of his living humanity, he judges the world, and judges other men, with uncompromising sincerity.

Sour Grapes for M lady Tara
Sour grapes
Crysanthemums flamboyantly
display their multicoloured hues.
Each blossom is potentially
a winner though it is hard to choose.
This is the task the judges face
and all three judges must agree.
Which one of them deserves first place.
Decisions made collectively.
At last the winner is declared.
Against which there is no appeal
they have debated and compared.
Without a doubt the judges feel.
That their decision was correct
unlike the losers I suspect.

I really try at least to come back and answer the question as to whether that was really the best way to do that and was I really thinking straight and how did my opponents behave and how did the judges behave was needed.

Cat Eyes
claws and teeth pulling apart
circular walls of raging eyes
Cries of help are soundless
Because of slitted throat
Left for dead in this dark place
An owl I became, shrieking the night
Bathing in the rain, in the mud, in my blood
Bones are crushed and flesh is shredded
make them pay
for what they've done
judges are injust
and justice are knifes
make them all pay
for what they've done
judges are injust
and justice is Dead

While teaching, I also worked undercover in the lower courts by saying I was a young law teacher wanting experience in criminal law. The judges were happy to assist me but what I learned was how corrupt the lower courts were. Judges were accepting money right in the courtroom.

Miss America
You were the apple of the publics eye as you cut the ribbon at the local mall
A mirage for both you and us. how can it be real?
We love your body in that photograph, your home state sure must be proud
The queen of the united states, or have you lost your crown
Well arent you miss america
Dont you miss america
Wont you miss america
Our love
Well are you really who we think you are
Or does your smile seem to wear you down
Is the girl who you once were screaming jump out
And the dream that you must live - a disease for which there is no cure
This roller coaster ride youre on wont stop to let you off
Well arent you miss america
Dont you miss america
Wont you miss america
Our love
Miss america, miss america
Miss america, miss america
Well its true just take a look - the cover sometimes makes the book
And the judges, do they ever ask to read between your lines
In your cage at the human zoo, they all stop to look at you
Next year, what will you do when you have been forgotten
Well arent you miss america
Dont you miss america
Wont you miss america
Our love

Tests
ALL submit to them, where they sit, inner, secure, unapproachable to
analysis, in the Soul;
Not traditions--not the outer authorities are the judges--they are
the judges of outer authorities, and of all traditions;
They corroborate as they go, only whatever corroborates themselves,
and touches themselves;
For all that, they have it forever in themselves to corroborate far
and near, without one exception.

Injection Sites 6 May
It’s obvious we’re going around the bend with injection sites,
Special-interest groups organized and claiming it’s all civil rights,
They claim its harm reduction for those addicted to drugs,
It seems as though they want us to accept these drug addicted thugs?
These sites should be built on a street where the High Court judges live,
Then the quiet suburban area would become much more active,
And the abortion clinics too which were okayed by these judges,
Killing unborn babies but no one is supposed to hold grudges.
There was once a time when ordinary Canadians felt proud,
But now the appointed High Court wants to put us under a cloud,
With drug addicts and pregnant ladies doing their deadly stuff,
Could High Court judges be elected and have we had enough?

Woman judges you
A woman judges
How you would handle her body
By how you handle the steering
While you drive with her.
A woman judges
How you would fondle her heart
By how you fondle the brake
While you drive with her.

O! Judges Of The World
O! Judges of the World,
The Guardians of peace,
Listen!
In the ablaze valley of Kashmir,
To the dripping trickling of blood.
O! Judges of the World,
The Guardians of peace,
The breathers in the spheres of liberty,
Realize you the human rights,
And fix no limit of cruelty,
In Kashmir who inflict atrocity.
Now our houses remain or not,
Our heads, the bodies retain or not,
We will utter the word “Freedom”,
We will snatch the right “Freedom”.
O! Judges of the World,
The Guardians of peace,
Listen!
In the ablaze valley of Kashmir,
To the dripping trickling of blood.
The sons died tossingly in front of mothers,
The sisters’ shawls ragged in front of brothers,
Coated in blood is each leave and plant,
Each grain of Kashmir now does chant,
Listen to the Freedom’s band,
Look to the loyalty of the land.
O! Judges of the World,
The Guardians of peace,
Listen!
In the ablaze valley of Kashmir,
To the dripping trickling of blood.

Regent's Court
Regent's court
Is the court were the police brings the criminals to be sentenced
Every singe day during the week
Some criminals caused serious offences in the city
That they need to be punished by the Regent's court
Also some of the Judges will be hard on the criminals
Because they need to pay for what they done to their victims
And the crown procecutor also works with the judges at Regent's court
But the criminals have their lawyers at the court that defends the Criminals because the criminals are their clients
When the day comes for the judges at the Regent's Court to deliver The sentence for each criminal every single day they will be there At The Regent's Court every single day giving the sentence to the criminals depending on what crime they commited like assault, Domestic violence, child abuse,
Drug trafficking, manslaughter, and murder
For first degree murder is 25 years and for the second degree murder is less

Brave New World
The police have failed the people;
they don’t protect them on the streets.
The judges have failed the police;
they don’t send the criminals to prison.
The politicians have failed the judges;
they don’t sack them.
The people have failed the politicians;
we don’t vote for someone else.
