Temptation has been here ever since the Garden of Eden.

Garden of Choice
Two in the Garden of Eden
who had everything to lose
the bounty of all creation
save one fruit forbidden to choose
Their fates, and our fate as well,
were resting in their own hand
in what splendor would we dwell
had they honored that sole command
Two in the Garden of Eden
each charged with that sacred choice
Either one could have chosen
to disregard the serpent's voice
Yet one, then the other, failed
abdicating Eden for one bite
their naked wickedness unveiled
lost forever Garden's delight
Two in the Garden of Eden
did they think but once or twice
before initiating rejection
of God's bounty beyond price
Two in the Garden of Eden
which one should bear the blame
for being the greater heathen
which one would we dare name
Two in the Garden of Eden
but either one of the two
might have differently chosen
passing blessings as their due
Two of us in that Garden
with same choice to make today
would we not likewise give in
as well throwing all away
Though we do not live in Eden
we inherited much the remain
Do we cherish our earthly garden
or pollute every inch of terrain
We too may opt for an Eden
in our hands we hold Earth's fate
Will we empower serpents again
or tend our garden before too late?

Snake And Two People
There is a snake with the evil
In the garden of eden
There is a tree with the apple
And the apple was eaten
Now the trouble has started
In the garden of eden
But there is only two people
And its evil believing
Where did adam go ?
And how was eve to know ?
This is how it all started
In the garden of eden
Now what does it matter,
That the apple was eaten ?
What does it matter,
That the people were leaving ?
Let me tell you the truth now
About the trouble and (? )

Where did adam go ?

Eat Of This Fruit
Men just think…you've always…
Been close to God…
You are HIS first creation…
The vicegerent…
Over the Garden …now that Garden…
Walks on two legs as you…
Just think of the blessings…
God would bestow upon you…
For respecting, that which HE…
Birth from you…and then gave to you…
Your own Garden of Eden (paradise) …
If you will…you, would have never…
Never abused (paradise) as you have woman…
Which is now your personal Garden…
(Paradise, Eden,) you are to protect, love, honor, and
Cherish Her…
So She may acknowledge good fruit…
Can't you see…THAT She is your…
Blessing of all time…
Wake, walk-up my brother or you will surely…
Die…often…
She is yours to respect and protect no matter what…
Level of life she may live…
God…Left Eden in your control…
My…how the mighty (man) forgets…
How he became so mighty…

Gates Of Eden
Guy Allison, Keith Knudsen
EarthWalk Music (ASCAP) / K-KUAD Music (ASCAP)
We've been together for a long, long while
We've seen some bad and better days.
But heart and soul are meant for all time
These are the keys we can't replace.
Let's go back to Eden,
Don't make the garden wait.
At the gates of Eden,
This golden key is all it takes.
Simple things are better said in simple ways,
I'm a simple man in love with you.
These are the gates of Eden,
Take my hand we'll walk on through.
Let's go back to Eden,
Don't make the garden wait.
At the gates of Eden,
This golden key is all it takes.
Remember we're the ones who make.
You and me
This golden key that's what it takes.
There's only one.
Let's go back to Eden,
Don't make the garden wait.
At the gates of Eden,
This golden key is all it takes.

Time For Temptation
Time for temptation, what you see is there for you
Time for temptation, no damnation for what you do
(good, good, good, good temptation)
Why you chasing a lost religion of guilty feelings
-that belong in yesterday?
Spy the preachers a politician, he carries the cross like a gun
- whip you into shape
Heres the rub, now, no secret hours locked in the backroom if you
- come together right
Check your vision and push it out there
- you make the question, define what its all about
(chorus)
(oh) oh...
With chains or heaven across your shoulder,
A slave for promotion to the afterlife
The boss gets fat while you just get older, here comes a mission
- set to put you right
Time for temptation, what you see is there for you
Time for temptation, no damnation for what you do - oh
Time for temptation, what you see is there for you
Time for temptation, no damnation for what you do
(no damnation...)
Time for temptation, what you see is there for you
Time for temptation, no damnation for what you do - oh
Time for temptation, what you see is there for you
Time for temptation, no damnation for what you do - oh
Time for temptation, what you see is there for you
(good, good, good, good temptation)
Time for temptation, no damnation for what you do
(good, good, good, good temptation)

Digging The Garden
If you're looking for the Garden of Eden
Looking for Divine Inspiration
Seek and you shall find
Savagery so refined
Oxygen poor water and mud
Turned decay into coal's life blood
A burial process of rise and fall
Made Eden so geological
Eden squeezed and cooked
Did trap solar power long overlooked
Eden tucked away just for luck
Until Good Christians dug it up

To Eden's Weeping
Eden! Eden! Why do you weep?
O Eden! You have lost your sheep.
Do not grieve,
you must now believe,
soon your exile will end.
O Eden! You I'll always defend.
Deign not Eden's glory, and with Eden do not contend.
O Eden! You I'll always defend.

Iraq
The Garden of Eden is in Iraq,
But today we've destroyed that land with bombs!
And life is like an arrow which follows the narrow path.
Go to Iraq and look for the four Riverheads,
Of Pishon, Gihon, Tigris and Euphrates;
There you will gain wisdom to enhance your status.
A River went out of the Garden of Eden,
And it parted and became Four Riverheads;
But the fruit of Eden was pleasant to the eye-sight and,
Desirable for food like what the serpent gave to Eve.
A deep sleep fell unto man and,
Out of him came woman;
So go to Iraq today to see things for yourselves.
She lived luxuriously and had no sorrow,
But the morrow came and she has to borrow;
Like the works of man and the things we do learn from,
With an arrow to follow our footpaths always.
Go to Iraq today and learn from what you see,
It was the same land where the Garden of Eden was positioned;
The Creator made it very beautiful for us but,
We've destroyed the land!

Temptation
Ive never been closer
Ive tried to understand
That certain feeling
Carved by anothers hand
But its too late to hesitate
We cant keep on living like this
Leave no track
Dont look back
All I desire
Temptation
Keep climbing higher and higher
Temptation
Adorable creatures
Temptation
With unacceptable features
Temptation
Trouble is coming
Temptation
Its just the high cost of loving
Temptation
You can take it or leave it
Temptation
But youd better believe it
Youve got to make me an offer
That cannot be ignored
So lets head for home now
Everything I have is yours
Step by step and day by day
Every second counts I cant break away
Leave no trace
Hide your face
All I desire
Temptation
Keep climbing higher and higher
Temptation
Adorable creatures
Temptation
With unacceptable features
Temptation
Trouble is coming
Temptation
Its just the high cost of loving
Temptation
You can take it or leave it
Temptation
But youd better believe it
Keep us from temptation
Lead us not into temptation
Trying to find it
Temptation
Youve got to get up behind it
Temptation
Put your dime in the hot slot
Temptation
But its a million to one shot
Temptation
You think that youre right no
Temptation
Youre going to fake it tonight now
Temptation
Give me a breakdown
Temptation
Because its time for a shakedown

Everything Were Symbols
in the garden of Eden
the apple, the snake,
Adam and Eve
and God
and why do we ask
if the apple was actually
an apricot, or that the snake
was not a cobra but a boa,
or that
Adam and Eve were actually
humans
or that God exists
or that indeed there was
really this garden of Eden?
they are all symbols
all figuratively speaking
metaphors of this
divinity and mortality
entwined
they are matters of
the heart
and why not let them
just be as they are
in our hearts, in our hearts
alone

A Place Called Eden
There was a paradise that ruled long ago.
Quiet.
Peaceful.
More beautiful than the human eye can ever perceive;
untainted by humans,
this Place called Eden.
This Garden was eternal, life-giving,
as perfect as the Heavens brought to Earth.
But along came Man,
swept in with a storm,
hiding the sun.
A pummeling rain flattened the flowers
and lightning licked at trees, destroying
this Place called Eden.
The clouds finally parted.
The sun peaked out fearfully, looking down
at Man, who stood alone.
Who felt himself powerful.
Betrayal drowned the Garden.
Mad smiled at his feat:
He had taken over with sin,
this Place called Eden.
Man cursed himself,
Perfection was lost, Misery
had taken over Man as Nature
healed itself for its revenge on the Destroyer.
Man learned self-loathing
and the true power of
this Place called Eden.
Death came to Earth. It punished Man fiercer
than Nature had: any man close
to finding the lost Land
was taken from Earth,
and Man was never to find it again,
this Place called Eden.

We must cultivate our own garden. When man was put in the garden of Eden he was put there so that he should work, which proves that man was not born to rest.
Here Comes Temptation
(written by kostas)
When I see you Im drawn to you
Theres a certain look in yours eyes
Its hard to say no to this feeling
No matter how hard I try
Catch me if Im falling to you
Catch me if Im breaking away
Oh Im looking at paradise
Oh Im looking at paradise
Here comes temptation
Tempting me with you
Here comes temptation
Tempted to get close to you
Here comes temptation
Tempting me with you
If you were to know my secret
I wouldnt feel so shy
Sometimes I think you can see it
Its something I cant hide
All youd have to do is touch me
And all my resistance would melt away
Oh Im looking at paradise
Oh Im looking at paradise
Here comes temptation
Tempting me with you
Here comes temptation
Tempted to get close to you
Here comes temptation
Tempting me with you
Ill have to wait until my chance comes by
I know that you will be mine
Here comes temptation
Tempting me with you
Here comes temptation
Tempted to get close to you
Here comes temptation
Tempting me with you

Eden In You
I finally found my
Garden of Eden
when I met you.
All of my life,
I searched for
someone who would
make the stars
shine bright each night,
and make each day sunny.
I wanted someone
in my life who would
make me smile,
someone who would
make me feel cherished,
someone who would
give me a lift
when I'm feeling down,
someone who would cheer me on,
when I hesitate,
someone who would
hold and comfort me
through the storms.
You've done all of this
and so much more.
You've brought the beauty
peace, and love
of the Garden of Eden to my door.
Now, every night,
and every dawn,
I need you here with me,
because I love you,
and I'm only complete
when you're beside me.

Beautiful Garden
A blooming garden
The Garden of Eden.
The flowers grow.
Where butterflies go.
Rainbow colors.
Hot summer showers.
A butterfly lands
On lass's hands.
Eden
Eden be not a place on Earth
The Garden of Eden is Earth
Place Adam/Eve were birthed
A tiny Orb that Satan cursed

Adam & Eve
The lord named Adam and Eve,
to live a happy life.
In the garden of Eden,
but they disobeyed.
I wanna know,
why they sin,
in the garden of Eden.
It's a devilman's affair,
in the shake of a surfband.
And they broke the fruit of life
and everyone of us is living in sin.
Any anywhere you go,
woman is the root of all evil.
He was the first one to break a fruit
and everyone of us is living in sin.
The lord named Adam and Eve,
to live a happy life.
In the garden of Eden,
but they disobeyed.
I wanna know,
why they sin,
in the garden of Eden.
It's a devilman's affair,
in the shake of a surfband.
And they broke the fruit of life
and everyone of us is living in sin.
Any anywhere you go,
woman is the root of all evil.
He was the first one to break a fruit
and everyone of us is living in sin.

Temptation
My temptation is coming from my heart
That skips a bit just like a game
Everytime you call my name, call my name
Its only you
I want you too
Its only you
I want you too
Come
Do you see what I mean talking bout fever
The fire burns inside of me
And you can quench me easily, so....
Let me hold you and squeeze you like a fool
Because I'm crazy about you
When you sit down and cross your legs, cross your legs
Temptation
Temptation...
Come
Youre sweeping away without a reason
Unless someone else is loving you
Id want to have you by my side, by my side
Temptation
Temptation...
Its only you...
I want you too!
Its only you .
I want you too!
My temptation is coming from my heart
That skips a bit just like a game
Everytime you call my name, call my name
Temptation
Temptation...

Looking For Eden
As I drove down the road to look for eden
Saw two young girls but left them standing there.
They were too late to get home on the underground
And probably too drunk, too drunk to care.
Can anyone tell me the way to eden?
Ill ask them there, have they a job for me.
Im not a fussy man, I can weed and hoe.
Ill be her adam, she can be my eve.
And where on earth are all those songs of eden.
The fairy tales, the shepherds and wise men.
Just one old dosser lurching down oxford street
To spend his christmas lying in the rain.
Dont anybody know the way to eden.
Im tired of living my life in free-fall.
They say its somewhere out on the edge of town.
Perhaps it isnt really there at all.
Looking for eden.
