John Galsworthy

There is one rule for politicians all over the world: Don't say in Power what you say in opposition; if you do, you only have to carry out what the other fellows have found impossible.

The Lust For Power Is An Addiction

The lust for power is an addiction the Government their own praises do sing
And rubbish their main opposition as to Government they try to cling
The voters bombarded with propaganda right up until election day
The true fact of all politicians is they seldom do mean what they say
The winners take all of the glory and the winners they do celebrate
The prize it is great and worth lying for that's how they feel those who wish to rule the State
The lust for power is an addiction and not a harmless addiction 'twould seem
Without such power some people feel worthless and suffer of low self esteem
Some people become so power hungry that power to their egos is fuel
They feel it is their right to Govern that they have been born to rule
The Opposition as bad as the Government they too want power in the worst way
Any respect to their political opponents they have no desire for to pay
It is all about power and their egos power to them is the best thing of all
Their pride to them is all that matter though pride it can come before a fall.

So Hard To Find

There are a few honest politicians so honest and faithful and kind
But they are such a small minority honest politicians are so hard to find
They would do almost anything for to hold on to power as power in their lives is their central theme
They put power in their lives before principle or at least that is how it does seem,
There are a few honest politicians though their type are becoming quite rare
And shady deals are concocted in high places in the bigger World out there
So much corruption in high places where success can come through deceit
Far decenter than them poor and homeless and living it rough on the street
To most politicians to lie is so easy and one lie leads to another they say
And they are referred to as 'the honorable' yet they tell more lies every day
They are tainted by their lust for power to power they so desperately cling
Yet many see them as quite special and many their praises do sing
And many out there are so gullible and to the faults of the power wielders quite blind
And 'tis sad that honest politicians are becoming much harder to find.

Fundamental of Liar Chapter XXXV: Rules part 2

What’s the rule, when money could buy
What’s the rule, when power is absolute
What’s the rule, when feeling involved
What’s the rule, when pride is important
What’s the rule, when look affects
What’s the rule, when victory is a must
What’s the rule, when worlds are vain
What’s the rule, people don’t change
What’s the rule, when good is not always right
What’s the rule, freedom is misunderstood
What’s the rule, anger conquers
What’s the rule, past neglected
What’s the rule, crime that committed

How Do We Get Ottawa Control Mar 15 2011

What we need to do to control Ottawa is change things around,
How does binding referendums and compulsory voting sound?
Our politicians are busy taxing and spending and more,
It’s not easy to get their attention – not now or before.

We don’t have set-date elections and weighed down with first-past-the post,
Where with three candidates, the combined opposition may have more votes,
Where proportional representation is completely banned,
Regardless of how much the opposition scream and demand.

They expect to win the next election and maybe they will,
Then they will celebrate here and there and up on Parliament Hill,
But how do we impress our politicians that we need to change?
And why should our democratic ideas be so strange?

Constitutional Point

Power corrupts,
whereas sound opposition
builds up our free

Born To Rule

Lay down your arms this night
Surrender to the power
Embracing your metal heart
On your final walk through the snow
A hammer made of steel
From the river of blood
With magic, forged in flames
Delusions, a curse of the damned
What do you see?
Imaginary visions or reality
When you're free
Then you'll see that you are bound to rule
Rule - Born - Rule
We were Born to Rule
Rule - Born - Rule
We were Born to Rule
Born to Rule - Born to Rule
We're Born to Rule forever more
Born to Rule - Born to Rule
We're Born to Rule forever
The revolution forced us all to heed the final call
And if tomorrow never comes
Then we will strike the hammer down
Rule - Born - Rule
We were Born to Rule
Rule - Born - Rule
We were Born to Rule
Born to Rule - Born to Rule
We're Born to Rule forever more
Born to Rule - Born to Rule
We're Born to Rule forever
Forever, forever Rule!

Dreams

Written: kylie minogue/ steve anderson/ david seaman
To have any man but to love only one
To wake with the moon and sleep with the sun
To be a sinner a saint, a lover and friend
To know a beginning but never an end
To fly in the ocean, swim in the skys
Believer in truth, defendant of lies
To be of purest love, the deepest pain
To be lost and found again and again and again
These are the dreams
Of an impossible princess
To know the power of wealth and poverty
To taste every moment and try everything
To be hailed as a hero, branded a fool
Believe in the sacred and break every rule
To give into pleasure with no boundaries
Living in chaos and harmony
To feel the touch of a man, a womans caress
To know the limits of torture and tenderness
These are the dreams
Of an impossible princess
Man and woman boy and girl
They want to escape this world
(nothings what it seems)
These are the dreams of an impossible princess
Its a way of dealing with all the feeling
Keep believing in dreams

Murder is Bad and Why?

The Man spoke:
'It is in the murdering' he said
that I find the most puzzlement.
Why should I or anyone not murder
one and all. It is, I think, human's basic instinct.

'Look' he said to the priest 'is not all of history;
more a story of murderous war than peace and tranquility?

'So what is most common to human nature?
Seems clear to me, humans murder their fellows, rest up during the peace
and, as soon as possible, get back to the murdering.'

The priest:

'Murder is wrong in God's eyes and in the eyes of society and
the murderer will pay with fire and brimstone, and the death penalty.
Ending murder is the bedrock of all society, even pirates have a code
that says don't murder your fellows.

Humm, said the man 'Society has several faces; it is ok to murder in war, but
not in peace. Where here is the consistency?
Even your God says do not take life but vengeance is mine and murdering in retaliation, he says, is mine. Seems murder is at best relative; sometimes the act of the monster and sometimes the act of the hero in war.
Who decides which is which; and I tell you father I see no hand of God in this but that of politicians. And no one will mistake them for God.

The Sociologist spoke then:

Well, here the point is clear; we kill those who threaten the peace and make society impossible by preying upon the weak. Without restraint bandits and warlords would rule, look abroad Iraq, Afghanistan and the rest. Rule by guns and by the strong is a recipe in the end for mankind's extinction. Therefore, we have the rule murder is not only bad, but stopping murder promotes the good.

The Little Girl:
I think God, and society makes murder bad to protect the children. I think God and society makes things crimes to protect us from adults who would be cruel and leave no one to grow up to inherit this earth.

The Democrat:
There lies the convincing point. Murder is bad because not murdering gives the species a better chance at survival. What species eat their young and have survived? None.
But the larger point is I think is that the genius needed for society to meet all its challenges cannot be predicted. Therefore, all must be preserved because no one can predict from where, or whom, critical keys to human survival will evince.
Take Einstein: who would have made the prediction that a math-challenged youngster would change the world? No one. So the point, kill no one since you are not God and can't know where human salvation will come from.

The Priest said:
Yes, and imagine the world, if Jesus had lived.

A Blow For The Manifesto…

Enough food is produced to feed the whole world,
Africa included, but it cannot be distributed, infrasystem
and political power is non-existent, politicians usurp
foreign aid, police ordered to control an election aren’t
paid because corrupt politicians pocket their money,
police have to bribe and steal to eat

There is enough food, Europe has to destroy surplus
production – distribution to needy nations is too costly
and well-nigh impossible in Africa, like Ethiopia where
stockpiling weapons and bad policies are guaranteed
to create a starving population that simply breed more
kids as fodder for political machinations -

What a terrible blow for the

It's Impossible

It's impossible to tell the sun to leave the sky,
It's just impossible.
It's impossible to ask a baby not to cry,
It's just impossible.
Can I hold you closer to me
And not feel you going through me,
But the second that I never think of you?
Oh, how impossible.
Can the ocean keep from rushing to the shore?
It's just impossible.
If I had you could I ever ask for more?
It's just impossible.
And tomorrow, should you ask me for the world
Somehow I'd get it, I would sell my very soul
And not regret it for to live without your love
Is just impossible
Can the ocean keep from rushing to the shore?
It's just impossible.
If I had you could I ever ask for more?
It's just impossible.
And tomorrow, should you ask me for the world
Somehow I'd get it, I would sell my very soul
And not regret it for to live without your love
Is just impossible
Oh impossible,
Impossible.
Impossible.

Politics In Art Shakespearean Style

In the play King Lear for example,
the king must be either very wise,
like King James I, or very stupid, so
it cannot possibly be, King James I.

View first historically documented
performance of this play, took place
on December 26,1606, before King
James I, Shakespeare embeds conceit.

Cunningly Shakespeare embeds support
shades opposition, first outlining cleverly
King James Stuart's, ideas, of absolutist
Monarchy, belief in divine right to rule.

Stuart's style of legitimizing his reign is
wisely promoted; secret opposition made
through a masked linking of King Stuart’s
character to Lear hidden behind ill health.

Self imposed censorship of art and press is
constantly in vogue due to issues of legalize
and dire ramifications of offending power
embodied in government or rule as dictated.

Oh Dear King Lear absolute rule fails ignores
needs of individuals nation is ripe system axed.
When government is not by the people for real
benefit of her people exploitation ensures hexed.

Impossible

If they had ever told me how sweet a kiss could be
I would have said impossible, impossible for me
And if they said Id find you beyond the rainbows end
I would have said impossible, impossible, my friend
To dream about what might have been
Is strange enough for me
But now it seems Im living in
A dream too beautiful to be
If they had said a moonbeam could calm a stormy sea
I would have said impossible but now at last I see
That nothing is impossible if you are here with me

I would have said impossible but now at last I see
That nothing is impossible if you are here with me

Appointed Commission

Dying-with-dignity might be a media-forbidden fact,
The aristocrats believe that this fact could infect,
And cause Canadians to demand some legal change,
But if they don't read about it; there will be no need to rearrange.

And besides; it's probably against every religion,
Especially those well organized about sin; those Christians,
So the opposition is strong and educated and very aware,
Though that death-with-dignity issue becomes louder every year.

Several European countries already have euthanasia,
It tends to be looked at these days; as a musical fantasia,
So there's no doubt that it's coming our way despite the opposition,
Politicians might stop it with another appointed commission.

Commander Of All Evils

Politicians are the commander of all evil spirits
Their belief: deities are vain trifles
They have vowed to devotion themselves
Damnation, shoes, or slap does not frighten them
Nor they have distinction in hell and heaven
They are the least worried for the terrors of hell

Gulf exists between politicians and people
Politicians’ element is of devils
People are purely idol of virtuosity
Pride of power has allured them into hell
They will never see the face of God
They will never taste the eternal joys of heaven

When you kill a tiger you say a sport
When the tiger attacks on you, it is ferocity
When you kill millions of men
Politicians propagate peace and prosperity
You design to kill the innocent
Often the innocent are called the mastermind
Your evil spirit of policies creates the path of terrorists
Often our judiciary pronounces their innocence

People should not feel tormented with the sufferings
Inflicted by the politicians
People will have everlasting happiness of peace
And enjoy in heaven
Heaven is of God and for His dear one
Let them rule in hell

The breaking news flashes on channels
Politicians have embraced everlasting
Damnation by entertaining dangerous thoughts
Against people, nature and God’s fury

Like it or not, we have placed our destiny in the hands of the experts. A politician is, after all, a kind of expert, if self-styled. Even the fact that competent experts must serve under politicians of mediocre intelligence and little foresight is a problem that we are stuck with, because the experts themselves cannot agree on any major world issue. A logocracy of quarreling experts might be no better than the rule of the mediocrities to which we are subject. The declining intellectual quality of political leadership is the result of the growing complexity of the world. Since no one, be he endowed with the highest wisdom, can grasp it in its entirety, it is those who are least bothered by this who strive for power.

Trust no one but yourself!

Who Can You Trust?
Who Can you trust in the world today?
Your friends?
They'll be just as trifling as your enemy
When you are stuck at a dead end

Who can you trust in the world today?
Your blood?
Blood is thicker than water
Don't let this be your rule
By this same rule was I fooled.

Who can you trust in the world today?
Your instructors?
Their job is to teach not to care
Your problems will appear just as thin as air.

Who can you trust in the world today?
Those who inforce and carry out the law?
This is where the world tears
They should be the ones we fear

Who can your trust in the world today?
Don't put your emotions up on a shelf
Trust no one but yourself!
