Truth will flourish in fantasy, only to wither and die in what you are pleased to call reality.

Fantasy Is Reality/bells Of Madness

Sunset blood drained from the sky
Desires found the night to die
But when I hear the bells of madness ring
I will listen to the silence
Love is louder than anything
And peaceful in its violence
Serious in making chains
The voices of greed all sound the same
But when I hear the bells of madness ring
I will listen to the silence
Love is louder than anything
And peaceful in its violence
Fantasy is reality
I love my fantasy
Reality is fantasy
Just dont call it reality, oh no
Tunnel pain is falling fast
Into the fear that time will last
But when I hear the bells of madness ring
I will listen to the silence
Love is louder than anything
And peaceful in its violence
Im so tired of the lies they tell
Find the truth they cant buy or sell
But when I hear the bells of madness ring
I will listen to the silence
Love is louder than anything
And peaceful in its violence
Fantasy is reality
I love my fantasy
Reality is fantasy
Just dont call it reality, oh no

If 'That' Is Kept Pursued

'Why does reality have no chance of surviving,
In a land where fantasy is worshipped...
And prioritized for all to understand,
Throughout one's life as a demand? '

Fantasy is worshipped in a land,
Where reality has no chance...
And is repimanded,
From birth as a command.

'Oh...
So there is no choice involved? '

Of course there is.
If one chooses to be deluded by truth.
And decides to become ostracized,
If 'that' is kept pursued!

Centerstage

Embellishments were the rage and was craved,
By them.
Their lives depended on their use.
Especially in recreating moments of reality.
And where they were when events took place.
And who did what as they relished being there!
While entertaining the lack of facts,
Dances upon their exaggerating faces.
They would never call what they do lieing!
Or misrepresenting the truth.
No! Not these troupers.
Remnants of reality,
Mixed with sweetened tweaks to flourish...
Is the best way to describe their 'romanticized' lives.
With their actual participation left undebated!
Since anyone listening would not know what to believe!
And those getting the attention,
Loved being centerstage!
This was a behavior encouraged...
By those seeking to be amused!
Why pay for the 'bow' when it can be had for free?

But I don't want to for M lady Ernestine

I wander freely mentally.
Enraptured by the things I see
within my worlds of fantasy.

I just reject reality
where nothing ever works for me.
Quite certain I would rather be

divorced from harsh reality
There is no comfort here for me
and live in my own fantasy.

A dream which cannot possibly
be realised apparently
Reluctantly I must agree.

That I am where I’m meant to be.
You can’t escape reality
and learn to act responsibly.

Her Truth

Your truth claims to be a reality
While her truth is the reality
Your truth is just another fallacy
While her truth states actuality

Your truth tries to call her an insurgent
Just another agent
Trying to spread hatred
When her truth really speaks for those you have murdered
For those you denied existence
After they fought for their freedom
Went to the streets to express their position
And you accused them of being destroyers
Ended their lives like they worth nothing

Your truth tried to oppress them
Suppress their voices
While her truth spoke for them
Went to the squares screaming for their liberty
Fighting for their authority

Your truth is only believed by those who shared your earnings
Those who sold their souls for the Benjamins
Used religion, race and lies to serve your purpose
While her truth refused to take it all
Her truth was so pure it refused to sell the martyrs blood

Your truth has become so little
So her truth rose above it and took over the scene
Your truth was caught out
Your truth was discovered
More and more are finding her truth
Seeing the Real Truth
And yours, of course, just wished it would have listened…

Moments of Thought

Moments of thought, flowing in like a river wild
Crashing against the shore of my inner most self
Motions of reality, intertwined with fantasy of bright skies and solid gold
One moment of this thought, another moment of that thought

Moments of thought, as construction workers build a structure
hammer, nails sounds of progress, higher my thoughts are built
Motions of truth, mixed with purpose of success and prosperity
One moment of this thought and another moment of that thought

Moments of thought, flowing, building
My thoughts of self, my intimate me
Reality, fantasy, truth with success and prosperity
Thoughts come and thoughts go, this that and the other

Sugar Coating The Wholesomeness Of It

How can anyone look at a tree...
And not notice the leaves on it?

It's done!

How can someone not acknowledge,
A greeting said to them heard?
It's done.
Or the disrespect spoken from the lips of children.
And a total breakdown of discipline!

That too is done!

Truth is there.
Available and free.

Perhaps the reason for it not being sought as much...
Or has the popularity that fantasy and delusion flaunts,
Is its attachment and close association with reality!
And many people use that as an excuse not to deal with it!

And today...
Facing truth and reality,
Is more difficult for many...
Than it is to get a child to eat vegetables.
Without sugar coating the wholesomeness of it!
Making it an accepted game to play.

(V - 2009) The Truth of the Truth

The Sages and Seers
That be and have been
Cannot have seen
The truth of the Truth!

What they see as Truth
Is Truth merely
It’s not really
The truth of the Truth!

The Ultimate Truth
Cannot be known
We aren’t that grown –
The truth of the Truth!

We’re part of the Truth
We’re trying to see
We’re yet so tiny –
The truth of the Truth!

Though hard and great
The pains we give
We cannot outlive
The truth of the Truth!

What’s Truth to you once
Remains not the same
So changing the game –
The truth of the Truth!

What’s Truth to a man
Is not Truth to all
That’s what we call
The truth of the Truth!

These thoughts as I pen
It’s Truth to me
It’s to me only
The truth of the Truth!

Fantasies

An easy option to give
His escape to inner sanctum
Clothing the naive
With Fantasy's perfume.
In there is no rejection
Nor harsh judgement to weigh
No need to gain perfection-
All acceptance there arrayed.

From reality, the cover
Comes blanketing desires
Differing choice of partners
With all levels of the fire
Consuming hidden passions
Away from reality
A prison in delusion...
His life of fantasy.

Quatrain #242 - The truth, the whole truth and.........

The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth is what the law demands
but then the law is based upon the truth by which is issued its own commands.
The truth is based upon Reality where there can't be any idea of falsehood,
Reality is in fact the Absolute or Supreme Being that is really all Godhood.

Curiosity

For fallacy and fantasy,
for venture and adventures,
for detectives and comedies,
for romance, for music
for vulgarity and tranquility,
for knowledge and truth,
for thinking and reasoning,
for reality and for truth,
I wandered one after the other.
I left them one after the other.
But curiosity for women rules.
As long as it rules I am not dead

A Rock n Roll Fantasy

Hello you, hello me, hello people we used to be
Isnt it strange, we never changed
Weve been through it all yet were still the same
And I know its a miracle, we still go, and for all we know
We might still have a way to go
Hello me, hello you, you say you want out
Want to start anew, throw in your hand
Break up the band, start a new life, be a new man
But for all we know, we might still have a way to go
Before you go, theres something you ought to know
Theres a guy in my block, he lives for rock
He plays records day and night
And when he feels down, he puts some rock n roll on
And it makes him feel alright
And when he feels the world is closing in
He turns his stereo way up high
He just spends his life, living in a rock n roll fantasy
He just spends his life, living on the edge of reality
He just spends his life, in a rock n roll fantasy
He just spends his life, living in a rock n roll fantasy
He just spends his life, living on the edge of reality
He just spends his life, in a rock n roll fantasy
He just spends his life, livingt in a rock n roll fantasy
Look at me, look at you
You say youve got nothing left to prove
The king is dead, rock is done
You might be through but Ive just begun
I dont know, I feel free and I wont let go
Before you go, theres something you ought to know
Dan is a fan and he lives for our music
Its the only thing that gets him by
Hes watched us grow and hes seen all our shows
Hes seen us low and hes seen us high
Oh, but you and me keep thinking
That the worlds just passing us by
Dont want to spend my life, living in a rock n roll fantasy
Dont want to spend my life living on the edge of reality
Dont want to waste my life, hiding away anymore
Dont want to spend my life, living in a rock n roll fantasy...

Wither, Im A Flower

Whether, I'm a lover
Wither, I'm a flower
Whether, I'm a lover
Wither, I'm a flower
So city is my sister
And country is your brother
Learn to lose your battles
Cryin' on a shoulder
Whether, I'm a lover
Wither, I'm a flower
Whether, I'm a lover
Wither, I'm a flower
Whether, I'm a lover
Wither, I'm a flower
Whether, I'm a lover

Someday

Written by ricki & kim wilde
Do you remember when tears fell like rain
When hearts got broken again and again
The disillusionment after the pain
Seems everything stays the same
But time goes by and youve further to fall
You build your life like youre building a wall
Then it surrounds you, and though you may call
Youre voice is so small
And all your expectations of how life should be
Have needed correction
There is no perfection but
Someday maybe youll stop living
In a world of fantasy
Someday open up your mind and see
Live in a reality
Lifes in your hands but youre closing your mind
Cos youre afraid of the mess you will find
Youre scared thats love gonna leave you behind
That youre running out of time
And all your expectations of how life should be
Have needed correction
There is no perfection
But
Someday maybe youll stop living
In a world of fantasy
One day open up your mind and see
Live in a reality
Someday maybe youll stop looking
For a world of make believe
One day open up your eyes ans see
Make it a reality
Stop crying
Looking at life through bitter tears
And face your fears
To reveal the thruth inside
Just like a child
Someday maybe youll stop living
In a world of fantasy
One day open up your mind and see
Live in a reality
Maybe youll stop looking
For a world of make believe
Someday open up your eyes and see
Make it a reality
Someday...
Someday...

It Can Be Hard To Take

'What is fantasy? '

Devoid of any reality.

'What is reality? '

That depends on...
How much of it is being fed.
Where it comes from.
How much can one stomach.
How much is being regurgitated...
And what is left in the body to nourish one's mind.

'OH! ? So...
Why does 'reality' have to go through that process? '

It has always been that way.
It's just harder to digest.
And some folks have problems keeping it down!
It can be hard to take!
Especially on an empty stomach!

Travails of Truth

Like a blast from a referee’s whistle
Emerged the unbridled truth,
Clear, cold, hard
With taste
Like a bitter pill
Smell
Like the still water
A stark dullness,
Like a mumble
From uncertain mind

I ducked from boring truth
Longing
For the beautiful lie
Spewed
From the crafty tongue
Clothed in
Fantasy,
And a promise
Of happy ending
I seek the truth!
But preferred the lie
For the promise of fantasy
Of love, and
Happy ending
Is sweeter
Than
The common truth

Latter-Day Liar

Ah, the beautiful Latter-Day liar,
Whose fallacious failings continue to draw my ire!
Pray tell, what is the rhyme or the reason
For the world of lies, that serve as her heart's treason?
Apparently, it eases her mind and the burden of her guilt,
To leave the Truth out in the Sun, to wither and wilt, -
And not allow Adam's Ale to continue to nourish it?
Why would she ever want Truth to flourish? ! It
Is surely I who is facetious, yet this point I make:
Why would she ever want to cheapen or forsake
What not even she could possibly deny-
And live a life that is an Unholy Lie! ?
Now so far from reality's base,
She continues to disregard and deface
Both, God's Divine Laws and those of our land-
And has broken one of the Laws that God Himself, doth Command:
'Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neigbor';
Did she forget this one-or perhaps, she forgot her way! ? For,
All who have paid attention along the way,
Know that she has chosen to cower, from that day
When she chose false fear, in the face of verity-
Because, her 'dearly beloved' chose chaos instead of clarity!
She went too far with the ruse she has undertaken,
By the deceit her lies have manifest, and those it has forsaken!
For shame-instead of taking responsibility, she tried to save face-
I have always chosen Truth, Blessed by His Amazing Grace!
This makes me Right, and her, on the side of wrong-
She need come back to this side, where she doth belong!
