Talk Of Tongue In Anger
In anger, whatever
The tongue utters,
May be loud to ear
But, are the words bitter.
Anger talks hot words,
Provokes and instigates,
Bitter the relationship
And happiness desolates.
Utter in anger un-pleases,
Heart beats increases,
Peace and patience seizes,
Emotions, controls un-eases.
Happiness lies in love,
Loving fetches the joy,
What you give same you take,
Anger or love receive back.
For happiness keep you normal,
Emotions and anger controllable,
Liquidate the ill thoughts,
And keep you hospitable.

Anger fills my heart and soul
Anger fills my heart and soul
Anger takes a mighty toll
Anger lessens but can never leave
Anger you hope to never receive,
Anger stays forever within
Anger acts with the might of all sin
Anger is deadly to all around
Anger gets mad at the thought of sound
Anger is the thoughts in my head
Anger that’s mine all should dread
Anger for me is different from you
Anger you see tells me what to do
Anger will sit and whisper in my ear
Anger he sits and tells me all that you fear,
Anger…
He is here
He’s here to stay
Anger is the hole
In which we lay
Anger is
And Anger will
Always be with us
He is in me, and he is in you
He can make you do
What he wants you to
Anger will make you
Make you cry
Anger can make you
Want to die
Anger can make you
Go insane
Anger….. ... A blood filled rain
No more anger
No more…..
Walk to the bright light
Shinning through that door…
Not knowing what’s in store
But even then
Anger lives on
But you… nevermore

My Anger
My anger wants to kill.
My anger wants to spill.
My anger wants to smash a wall.
My anger wants to make someone feel small.
My anger makes me carve my skin.
My anger is locked up within.
My anger is fierce and fatal.
My anger isn't stable.
When my anger is out stay away.
Because my anger destroys everything in its way.

The downside isn't really injury, fear of injury or the process of fighting back from injury. The downside, the very worst thing in the world, is surgery.

Hurtful Hours
So many hurtful hours
until I'll hear your voice.
Just seconds, just seconds
that would be my choice.
The wait is long. The wait is hard.
It's so very tough.
And when I finally hear from you
the minutes are not enough.
I sit on pins and needles
and let the time go by.
Sometimes I get weepy.
I try hard not to cry.
'Cause crying is a hurtful thing
and is no help to me.
So I dry my tears and wait for the phone
to bring sweet peace to me.
Speak to me. Speak to me.
Tell me what I want to hear,
that those hurtful, hurtful hours
are the same for you, my dear.

Damn this anger
Damn this anger deep inside
Its hurtful painful fire
She dont care the sudden shock
She's just another lier
She must rather turn and walk
I only have one heart
It cant be torn and mended torn
She knew this from the start
Damn this anger haunting me
I hope she suffers most
Cos I'll return one day I will
In flesh or blinded ghost

Ch 01 Manner of Kings Story 30
A padshah having issued orders to kill an innocent man, the latter said: ‘"O king, seek not thine own injury on account of the anger thou bearest towards me." He asked: "How?" The man replied: "This punishment will abide with me one moment but the sin of it for ever with thee."
The period of life has passed away like the desert wind.
Bitter and sweet, ugliness and beauty have passed away.
The tyrant fanded he had done injury to us.
It remained on his neck and passed away from us.
This admonition having taken effect, the king spared his blood.
Impressed: Anger Is a Habit
Tim LaHaye is an excellent psychologist,
he devised seven steps for curing anger,
resentment and bitterness:
Recognise anger as harmful and counter-
productive, a problem to be overcome by
achieving the victory
Clearly express anger while repeating the
decision to let go of angry thought-patterns
over and over
Forgive those who caused anger, knowing
you have done, or have the capacity to do
the same or worse
Repeat the procedure when hostile thoughts
return, giving thanks in every case of insult,
rejection and injury
Be thankful for everything as thankfulness
is therapeutic, helps to reduce the flaming
anger and brings positive thoughts
Filled with love for others, including object of
wrath - then you cannot be plagued by anger
and hostility yourself
Anger is a habit of temperament ignited by any
distress or unpleasant conditions; anger can
ruin your mind, health, business
And family life; repeat above formula when-
ever you get angry because doing it only
once cannot help immediately
The formula has to be acquired by carefully
cultivated habit which can then become
second nature

So Angry, so Sad
Anger is a form of fear
Anger is a force that can never die
Anger building up
Anger is a virus
Anger is a like vicious circle it goes,
around and around
Anger,
The root of all evil
Anger is such a strong emotion
So angry,
So sad
Anger is bubbling away at me
I have good reason to be angry
No one understand,
No one cares
It tears out my heart

Frequently the wood are pink
6
Frequently the wood are pink—
Frequently are brown.
Frequently the hills undress
Behind my native town.
Oft a head is crested
I was wont to see—
And as oft a cranny
Where it used to be—
And the Earth— they tell me—
On its Axis turned!
Wonderful Rotation!
By but twelve performed!

Anger!
early morning anger,
raw, jagged edges,
cant-feed-my-family,
cant-pay-the-rent....
anger!
pounding my fists
against a stone wall,
anger!
working, scuffing, trying
to just get by...
anger!
just like so many others,
all of us, struggling
just to keep going...
anger!
standing up, marching,
sitting down, making a statement,
anger!
turning this anger
into positive action...
the key!
