Until You Completely Understand What I'm Going Through, Don't Tell Me My Life Is Not Stressful
how can you look at my life,
and just judge it,
yes i do have stuff going on in my life,
it not as transparent,
but it's there,
i'm reminded by the nightmare,
by the body flashbacks,
don't tell me i don't have much,
i battle them everyday,
but when i do,
it behind close doors,
i guess i hide my problems well,
if you can't tell what it is,
i'm really going through,
i guess im doing a dang good job,
dealing with it and handling it,
if you just don't know,
at times i don't have a choice,
i have to push my feelings aside,
just to deal with what going on,
and when i get back to them,
they coming back harder,
and alot more crazier,
i can't always change what i want,
even though i have to deal,
don't tell me,
that my stresses are nothing,
compared to yours,
let me see you walk a mile,
in my shoes and you tell me,
how it feels to deal with baggage,
that is not so easy,
to just toss to the side,
it's a never ending battle,
that seems to only get harder,
the more i begin to heal,
but healing is the only way,
i can be at peace,
it won't be the end of it,
it just means,
all of what was done to me,
all this hurt and anger,
that i feel,
will stop being so strong,
yeah, i'm waiting for that day,
but i'm still manage to push through,
even if it means i'm crawling,
past the finish line.

Erodes In Substance And Diminishes In Value
When the physicality of things seen,
Determines a respect given to another...
As a means that expresses one's point of view,
About a life lived and the quality of it...
Is also the determining factor,
Why many can not see a way of life...
Trapped by insights limited to materialism,
Erodes in substance and diminishes in value.

I Can't Take This
why are you yelling at me?
do you care?
that i'm just thinking of taking pills,
why bother with this life?
it not getting better,
i have no idea where i be in ten years,
call me crazy,
but this stuff is just too much,
trade places,
go through life being me,
i can't take it,
i have all of this stuff,
but, yet can't fix what i want,
why should i get help?
life is always going to be unfair,
why put up with it?
there no happy ending,
this not a fairy tale,
when are people going to wake up?
i can't deal with this,
i just want to put my life to an end,
people may care,
but, am i just being selfish?
wanting to take life,
because this here,
i call it HELL!

The quality of mercy (conditions apply)
The quality of mercy,
Portia declared,
the quality of mercy is
suspended during the present conflict
the quality of mercy is
not the business of a Minister of Justice
the quality of mercy is
not a matter of individual conscience
the quality of mercy is
too subtle for public discussion
or law
the quality of mercy is
only for Shakespeare and stuff
the quality of mercy is
less stimulating than revenge
the quality of mercy is
no business of yours
the quality of mercy is
no concern of religious authorities
who should stay silent
the quality of mercy is
an outdated concept
the quality of mercy is
nothing to do with forgiveness
or circumstantial evidence
or the remission of sins
the quality of mercy is
no longer a matter of pride
the quality of mercy is
no longer a mark of humanity
the quality of mercy
would be OK if Obama said so
the quality of mercy
is one hell of a hot potato
cooked in oil
the quality of mercy
droppeth as the gentle
dew from heaven
upon a broken fuselage
and it is too much
or too little
for our understanding.

Frantic
If i could have my wasted days back
Would i use them to get back on track?
Stop to warm at karmas burning
Or look ahead, but keep on turning
Do I have the strength
To know how i'll go?
Can i find it inside
To deal with what a shouldn't know?
Could i have my wasted days back
Would i use them to get back on track?
You live it or lie it!(You live it or lie it)
My lifestile Determines my deathsstile
(My lifestile determines my deathstile)
Keep searching, keep on shearching
This serch gose on, this serch gose on
Frantic tick tick tick tick tick tick tock
Frantic tick tick tick tick tick tick tock
I've worn out always being afraid
An endless stream of fear that I've made
You live it or lie it!(you live it or lie it!)
My lifestile determines my deathstile
(my lifestile determines my deathstile)
Keep serching, keep on serching
This serch gose on, this serch gose on, on and on
Frantic tick tick tick tick tick tick tock
Frantic tick tick tick tick tick tick tock
My life style (Birth is pain)
Determines my deathstile (Life is pain)
A rising tide (death is pain)
that pushes to the other side (Its all the same)

You Got The Deal
I lived my life one way too long.
Deal me straight, I can't go wrong.
A gambler's fate's in the cards he takes,
And now I know it's just a mistake.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
You got the . . .
Left our dreams on a lonely road.
Come back here with a heavy load.
Fight our best when the chips are down.
You go your way, and I'll win this round.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
LEAD BREAK
You live your life for the dollar sign.
And all that you've made,
You're just buying time.
But time takes it toll,
It don't care who you are
You know you're marked for life
With your empty heart.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
I don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.

Lifes Real
*There are so many things in life you face
There are many things in life that brings you down
But, life’s short, sometimes you have to keep going and just smile
Try not staying down to long
Try to put it aside and move on
You can’t live your life stressing on how to deal with things
Life’s much more than that
Sometimes it’s thinking things through
And deal with the important things first
And worry about the other things later
I know you battle with you brain
And your thoughts you chase
I know dealing with feelings and stress is one big debate
*Life’s has a lot of hard work
Life has a lot of headaches
Life has a lot of drama
But believe it or not stressing not the way to deal with things
Life has a way to put you down
And makes you feel you’re beneath it
But, you have to put yourself on top
*Life may play tricks on your mind
That you start to go crazy
Or just plain out of your mind
But believe it or not
There’s always a way to shine
*Life’s real, that I understand
Life’s real, Life you have to EXCEPT
Life you can’t STRESS
Life you have to live at your BEST
Life also you must live to the FULLEST

You Need to Write This Stuff Down
The state of all quality of life,
Has weakened in the face of greed...
Isolation and a dedication,
To advance the marketing of ignorance.
And a debate continues as to the experience,
Of a new leader who comes fresh with ideals.
And of this sacrifice he makes,
They have stated he will not maintain their values.
'LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL...'
St op!
None of this is funny!
'You have no idea how ridiculous this is!
This is hysterical stuff!
It is reminiscent of a sermon I heard.
Actually delivered from a pulpit.
And I sat in a pew...
Holding myself together.
Doing the best I could,
To keep my ass from laughing.
Man,
Just like I told that reverand...
You need to write this stuff down!
Or do 'stand up'.
Don't waste this stuff.
You might have found a new career.

Fighting Through Life
losing patience with life,
can't handle things that are not working,
feeling frustrated every step of the way,
how do you deal?
when stuff not going your way?
i would say life just $uck$,
but that would be too easy,
life is hard,
i'm tiried of fighting through it,
it's a uphill battle,
that i seem to be losing,
don't know why?
maybe because along the way,
i gave up a fight,
i want nothing to do with,
would you agree?
life is never what it seems,
i guess only in dreams,
but fighting for what you want,
is just not that easy,
everybody strive for that peace in life,
when would the hell would i get mine! !

I am playing with the assumptions that we have in our everyday life when we are tripped up or fooled and we learn something, that makes things exciting - I am having fun with that stuff, but you have to manage it so it doesn't get too cute, that's what I trying to work toward.
We must accept life for what it actually is - a challenge to our quality without which we should never know of what stuff we are made, or grow to our full stature.

Where Has That Quality Of Life Gone Today?
Those that grow old but not 'up',
Live lives in recycled patterns.
A process that benefits routine...
Within set limitations,
That have come to demean common sense.
Those living to break away from those 'molds',
Had been referred to as nonconformists at one time.
Now the 'mavericks' have replaced them,
With no concern for the quality of life.
And when nonconformists were shunned...
They sought a better way of life for everyone.
And many attempted to do this,
Without the purchasing and selling...
Of illegal weapons such as guns.
And where has that quality of life gone today?
To the pleading of the needs of those greedy...
Who have left that quality of life stray,
Into corrupted decay.
With other 'necessities' politically and religiously valued.

Inner Life
Life hangs on life inner,
It corroded the life we have told,
Just death brings all time a shove,
Then shovels and buckets are of colours,
The life has gained me a prize of streams of life.
It was geometric progression on a massive scale,
It was beautiful breaking an oath now.
Life has bent its head on the body of joy,
An exact opposite of the heavenly bodies in space,
In space you read a sign.
In space you have life, life is away,
Like the living ones who discuss their nightmares.
Of this life then the living know meaningful dreams,
Dreams of life have sung joyously like a statue and sculptor.
Life has inner quality,
And we agree to the quality that brings joy.

A life in the day of
It was a late, late night;
a wild, wild night;
primitive urges which people
might never have suspected of you
demanding to be slaked,
and slaked and slaked and slaked again
copulation and
population meeting
more than once in ways
no way related to
planned parenthood
but that’s already in
the distant past – the nights
are your own; the day
belongs to others;
it’s morning now; you open
an eye or two; stretch
luxuriously without a hint
of shame; then
a quick grooming – the fancy stuff
can wait til later..
and deal with what your inside
wants to put outside..
maybe a quick stroll in the garden
before or after breakfast
to see what’s new; a few
moments to collect yourself; then
the business of the day
which seems to consist largely
for you, of satisfying the needs
of those strange and otherly
human beings with their irrational
urges for love, pleasure,
consolation, power, control -
compensation for the burden
of being a human being…
you do your best
to doze through this farrago;
you might call it life’s office politics
if you knew what that phrase meant
but you’re a cat,
and know no other life.

Published by mfg sing sing music/socan - ascap
Everytime I get restless, I see my hand knockin on your door
And everytime Im in a fix baby, I start actin like I need you more
Well Ive been lookin for someone to talk to
And Ive been searchin for a better way
And Ive been runnin all over town, girl
Ive been lookin each and every way, yeah
But you got somethin special
And Im bein on the level with you
You got that thing that moves me, yeah
(great stuff, luv your stuff), mmm, I luv your stuff
(great stuff, luv your stuff), at five oclock in the morning
(great stuff, luv your stuff), still cant get enough
(great stuff, luv your stuff)
Livin like a fool in flames
You know that I been usin you, girl
And Im the one to blame
But babe, I got my cupboards all stocked and ready
What you get girl, is what you see
And youve been lookin inside my head now
And you got your arms wrapped around me, mmm
I got no thing for our candy
Its your lovin girl, that gets me down
You got that thing that moves me, yeah
(great stuff, luv your stuff), ooh, I luv your stuff
(great stuff, luv your stuff), send the bill in the morning
(great stuff, luv your stuff), I luv your stuff
(great stuff, luv your stuff), get busy
I got no sense of reason, I know I gotta make a deal
Its all comin down to somethin baby, its tellin me I got to get real, huh
I got my senses in a tuft, Im all mixed up, my temperatures starting to rise
And I cant seem to stay away from you, girl, I think its more than we realized, yeah
Wont you look what its doin
Its your lovin girl, that gets me down
You got that thing that moves me, yeah
(great stuff, luv your stuff), ooh, I luv your stuff
(great stuff, luv your stuff), Ill pay the price in the morning

How Do You Deal?
how do you deal?
when life not what it seems,
everthing falling apart,
nothing going your way,
lost and confuse,
just not knowing what to do,
yeah life sucks,
but, do you just give up?
never knowing how to deal is crazy,
but, doing things that don't help
is wrong,
but, how do you deal?
when things are crazy,
nothing going your way,
just wonder when it will get better,
because this question lingers,
'how do you deal! '
