We must agree to live in this world, with all that is unfair about it, without knowing why, if we wish to have a God in our lives.

9/11 September 11

in remembrance of the people who have lost their lives on a dreadful day
this wont be so much of a poem, but I've got something to say

On September 11th people all over the world will remember that day. So much violence and hatred in this world. It is so unfair to the parents who had to endure this day knowing their child iss somewhere else than with you at a time like this. It is also unfair to the people who died because of people's careless acts. September will always be a day of silence for me. Knowing that my parent got deeply affected by peoples acts.

I bow my head in silence.

I Don't Play Your Game

this world is filled with hate
can you relate?
you get placed under a label
would you agree?
life is unfair
how do you deal?
people say things
what would you do?
this world filled with hate
what can you do?
change the way you think
why should it bug you?
people are itches
would you agree?
people are just cowards
who pick on the weak?
people going to be who they are
should we lower ourselves to there level?
say what you may
think what you want
because you see me
i just don't play your game.

Ghetto

Chorus:
I believe that this world believes in love (x 2)
We might never really agree
On anything about the lives we live
Between you and me. so differently.
We dont always see things the same
We should agree to disagree
If we meet at love we can work it out
Chorus:
I believe you and I will overcome
I believe you and I believe in love
Whether you think Im so confused
Or if you feel the way I do
So dont give in to this hate within
Living in this world of pain
Dont let it bring you down
The world is a ghetto
Chorus:
I believe that this world believes in love
I believe you and I believe in love

Mr Man (feat. Jimmy Cozier)

Jimmy Cozier)
Somethin' about the way you smiled at me just drove me wild
Wish I could know if your alone, don't wanna cramp your style
But I cannot deny the feel that I feel when I look straight through your eyes
Feel my heart beating fast for her challenge may you try
I wanna know if you feel the way I do (I do)
I wanna know if theres a chance for me and you (and you)
If theres no way, meet at the bar and you say can't (You can't)
Cuz I don't wanna be, I don't wanna be. I don't wanna be
Unfair to Mr. Man, unfair to Mr. Man, Unfair to Mr. Man, unfair to Mr. Man, unfair
(Alicia Keys)
Like the way you've given me attention through the night
Maybe I've had too much Remy, my man's right by my side
Every time I catch you watchin' me, feel somethin' down my spine
I play the game; it's just for fun and only for tonight
I wanna know what makes you feel the way you do (You do)
I think youre hopin' theres a chance for me and you (and you)
Should I meet you at the bar and say we can't? (We can't)
Cuz I don't wanna be, I don't wanna be, I don't wanna be
Unfair to Mr. Man, unfair to Mr.Man, unfair to Mr.Man, unfair to Mr.Man, unfair to Mr.Man
(Alicia)
I know all you wanna know is answers
(Jimmy)
Cuz you could give me what I need
You could give me everything I need
(Alicia & Jimmy)
We both know that we're attracted
Should we let our desires lead?
I wanna know if you feel the way I do (I do)
I wanna know if theres a chance for me and you (and you)
If theres no way, meet at the bar and say you can't (you can't)
Cuz I don't wanna be, I don't wanna be, I don't wanna be
Unfair to Mr. Man, unfair to Mr.Man, Unfair to Mr.Man, unfair to Mr.Man, unfair
I wanna know if you feel the way I do (I do)
I wanna know if theres a chance for me and you (and you)
If theres no way, meet at the bar and say you can't (you can't)
Cuz I don't wanna be, I don't wanna be, I don't wanna be
Unfair to Mr. Man
I wanna know if you feel the way I do (I do)
I wanna know if theres a chance for me and you (and you)
If theres no way, meet at the bar and say you can't (you can't)
Cuz I don't wanna be, I don't wanna be, I don't wanna be
Unfair to Mr. Man

Unfairness

This world is grossly unfair;
The heart of man is unfair too;
All opportunities are unfair;
There are not many things fair, one can do.

But there’s just one most fair One who is God-
With love unfathomable and just a rod;
Yet, man unfairly blames the one God!
Does not man’s unfairness look rather odd?

I Said 'Suppose' Because

You posed an opposition,
'Cause I said, 'Suppose'.
Without a hint or clue,
Of why my 'supposing' rose.

You doubt me without even knowing...
Whether or not I might agree.
You doubt me without even knowing...
Whether or not you'll disagree with me.

You posed an opposition,
'Cause I said, 'Suppose'.
Without a hint or clue,
Of why my 'supposing' rose.

You doubt me without even knowing...
Whether or not I might agree.
You doubt me without even knowing...
Whether or not you'll disagree with me.

I said 'suppose' because a picture painted...
Needed for me and it to get,
Acquainted.
You have tainted my intention!

You posed an opposition,
'Cause I said, 'Suppose'.
Without a hint or clue,
Of why my 'supposing' rose.

You doubt me without even knowing...
Whether or not I might agree.
You doubt me without even knowing...
Whether or not you'll disagree with me.

Redemption’s Testimony

Does my life bring evident reality, to the souls that need to see,
The redemptive work of Jesus Christ, active in my present life?
Do they see a change within, my life, knowing who I had been?
Knowing how I lived before, I entered through Salvation’s Door.

Am I truly willing to pay the price, to be for my Lord a sacrifice?
Putting all my wants aside, to serve The One, who for me died?
Willing today, to deny myself, to point others to Eternal Wealth,
A wealth they’ll not see on earth, until they experience New Birth.

Born through the Spirit of Christ, that day Jesus enters their life,
And they too, become sanctified, as The Spirit now lives inside,
Now, to dwell within their heart, while by God, they are set apart,
As His children, with me and you, to now, begin their lives anew.

A life we must let God display, within our lives from day to day,
Christ’s Love with His Grace, while He moves us place to place,
As we live life for God’s Glory, while living out salvation’s story,
As The Savior uses all of us, redeemed sinners, in Christ Jesus.

Redeemed from the market of sin, to live this life anew for Him,
To be redemption’s testimony, no longer just a religious phony,
No longer here to be conformed, to this world, but transformed,
As Christ’s Light to the world, with Redemption’s Truth to herald.

Where The Birds Always Sing

The world is neither fair nor unfair
The idea is just a way for us to understand
But the world is neither fair nor unfair
So one survives
The others die
And you always want a reason why
But the world is neither just nor unjust
It's just us trying to feel that there's some sense in it
No, the world is neither just nor unjust
And though going young
So much undone
Is a tragedy for everyone
It doesn't speak a plan or any secret thing
No unseen sign or untold truth in anything...
But living on in others, in memories and dreams
Is not enough
You want everything
Another world where the sun always shines
And the birds always sing
Always sing...
The world is neither fair nor unfair
The idea is just a way for us to understand
No the world is neither fair nor unfair
So some survive
And others die
And you always want a reason why
But the world is neither just nor unjust
It's just us trying to feel that there's some sense in it
No, the world is neither just nor unjust
And though going young
So much undone
Is a tragedy for everyone
It doesn't mean there has to be a way of things
No special sense that hidden hands are pulling strings
But living on in others, in memories and dreams
Is not enough
And it never is
You always want so much more than this...
An endless sense of soul and an eternity of love
A sweet mother down below and a just father above
For living on in others, in memories and dreams
Is not enough
You want everything
Another world
Where the birds always sing
Another world
Where the sun always shines
Another world
Where nothing ever dies...

He Comes Knowing

He comes knowing he is challenged.
He has live his entire life...
Challenged.
Disciplined and observant.

Do you think he is oblivious to the obvious?
And living in a preferred time zone.
Comforted by hidden insecurities...
And deluded by the absence of practiced truths?

He comes knowing he is challenged.
He has live his entire life...
Challenged.
Disciplined and observant.

Do you believe,
One who has been made to feel an 'outsider'...
Does not perceive,
Who receives him as he is!
Amongst those who are quick...
To ridicule him with their negative judgements.

He comes knowing he is challenged.
He has live his entire life...
Challenged.
Disciplined and observant.

And...
He is guided by the 'Divine'!
In time,
You will discover that.

He comes knowing he is challenged.
And knowing he does...
What will and must take place,
To clean up disgraceful traces left,
By those who have lived their entire lives unchallenged...
Thoughtless.
And,
Born to feed their greed!

Prepare...
For the 'We Can and 'We Will'
Winds of change to blow,
Dramatically across the land!
And free of addicting pollutants.

Six-Toed Tina

There was a young queen who knew a boy's love,
who ruled a great yard and led a small pride.
From her extra toes to her noble ears,
she was incongruent in scope and size.
Yet her purr was the world to one odd child,
for whom every word was a bur unfair.

Calico and beige, with a mange unfair,
she appeared unkept and bereft of love.
Even the boy, so different a child,
was led astray by his diffident pride,
and couldn't quite take her strange paws and size,
until loving rubs made him scratch her ears.

Satiny soft- those tall Bastet-like ears-
made her nightly hunts endeavors unfair,
for Tina teased out sounds tiny in size-
even large rodents in the throes of love-
and dragged them writhing to the grateful pride,
who devoured them whole in front of the child.

Then something died deep inside that strange child,
as a slate of new sounds pricked up his ears.
He sought sensation and elusive pride-
baring it all yet becoming unfair.
Cool was he, and insensitive to love,
paying no heed to it's presence or size.

Yes, women- not felines- zero in size-
became the prize for this once awkward child,
who delighted himself in faking love
'til news of Tina at last touched his ears,
and life was again an affair unfair,
ruled by the cruel and their f***ed up pride.

So clutching her image, he faced the pride,
dreaming of justice, caliber and size,
and what he'd do to those humans unfair-
but now he was grown and not a small child,
and his soul soon mellowed as did his ears.
He'd bury poor Tina and try to love.

Dark days unfair would again test his pride,
but knowing of love would limit their size,
and the child moved on with enlightened ears.

She Is My Angel

I came to existence in this world,
O' mother, You brought me to this world,
You only brought her, my wife, to my world,
I have to live with her and thrive in this world;

Don't quarrel with each other,
Both of you are important to me,
Both of you live peacefully,
Allow me to live peacefully;

You are my God,
She is my Angel,
Let our lives go smoothly,
We will live happily!

Giving In.....my Everything

my spirit that sings, brings me in,
a wonderful world to live without end
make me of what iam, embrace the
time when i am gone, take the pantheon
that takes you all the fun

today, as you see, you will tell that iam in
your arm, wondering that, is this the day
when everything is what we call none,
as it goes on, all of what is made is off
and gone

wishing me luck, that makes you crack, a
day that all of everything in me is making
you to say that iam the one the only one
that made you one in the world we stand

knowing me is giving the endless breath that
i take from you, a day that beacons my
heart till it ends, cherish to take what is life
in you

giving in me, everything is free, your the every
thing in me, that makes the world set free
i stand, i live, i share, i die in thee, for the
whole of everything, lives in giving the only
me in you, who loves me so dearly

Sonnet: The World today

The present world's a virtual one to most;
Where people tend to live lives unreal!
The threat of sin and temptations- a ghost;
As devils manage many souls to steal.

Man lives in thoughts fantastic to the core;
He alters mood, performance and skills too;
And never satisfied, he wants much more;
Immoral ways to achieve, he doth woo.

The surreal world cannot last for long;
Some day, man realises facts of life;
When mournful turns his earthly final song;
Death stealthly somes to cut Life's thread like knife!

And knowing all this, man refuses to change;
His desires are umptine and in range!

Joy

All lives live for joy,
One works for joy,
One reads and writes for joy,
We help each other for joy,
Every life loves the other lives for joy,
Amassed wealth is sacrificed for joy,
In one's life one cannot live sans joy.
Oh! Lord Nataraja, you dance with joy!
You are ever and ever in supreme joy!
You are ensconced in my mind, I'm in joy!
Without joy who can live in this world?

In A Windowpane

I looked into a windowpane
Last evening in a city far away
I was feelin sad and blue
I wondered then if I should really stay
Wanting someone to be with me in the light of this uncertain time
Waiting by the window for the man inside
To please make up his mind
Will you be one who passed through but never saw
Never knowing never feeling anything
Will you live your whole life through never knowing what to do
Will you be one who passed through but never saw
I walked along the roadway to a fountain
Where lovers come to meet
A hobo walked up to me, I could tell
He didnt have enough to eat
He said, good sir you look so kind
And though the years have stripped me to the bone
It seems I am the better man
For in this place Ive never walked alone
Will you be one who passed through but never saw
Never knowing never feeling anything
Will you live your whole life through never knowing what to do
Will you be one who passed through but never saw
Where will you be, my friendly, when your
Telephone aint givin out no calls
And when the seasons come to haunt you
Will you still find springtime in the fall
And when youre on your island
Will you wave at every ship that passes by
And will you feed a hungry man
I thank you, sir,
Now Ill just say goodbye
Dont you be one who passed through but never saw
Never knowing never feeling anything
Will you live your whole life through never knowing what to do
Will you be one who passed through but never saw
Will you live your whole life through never knowing what to do
Will you be one who passed through but never saw
