We believe you will not have to pay more than the current rate structure proposes - which is, for 50 percent of the public, nothing; for another 25 percent, only a 10 percent increase; and for the remaining 25 percent, a 34 percent increase.

I'm Sorry To You
I'M SORRY FOR BEING MEAN
WHEN YOU WERE DOWN
AND NOW I'M DOWN
AND STILL YOU HUNG AROUND
HELPING ME TO LOSE MY FROWN
BY BEING A CLOWN
I THANK YOU AND STILL I'M SORRY
I'M SORRY FOR THE WAY I ACTING
WHEN YOU NEEDED ME THE MOST
AND NOW I NEED YOU EVEN MORE
WHEN I WAS UPSET
AND YOU CAME WITHOUT ANY REGRET
I THANK YOU AND STILL I'M SORRY
I'M SORRY FOR NOT AGREEING WITH YOU
SAYING YOUR WRONG AND I'M RIGHT
JUST TO FIND OUT YOU WERE RIGHT
AND I WAS WRONG
BUT STILL YOU STAY THE NIGHT
AND YOU NEVER SAID I TOLD YOU SO
FOR THAT I THANK YOU
AND STILL I'M SORRY

Storybook
In the storybook, we are introduced to an elf,
A mind to exact wrong on the fellow man;
I was twenty-three when I heard of him in the real world,
After entering the astral gate transporting me there.
For one of us are three of them,
More golden are their appearances.
My book lies but not so often,
My charismatic elf lives a long life,
He will be my friend for the remainder of the visit.
He will not exact wrong on fellow men.
Thus, the book is straightforwardly my own story.

Science Fiction Woman
She was my science fiction woman,
I was her science fiction man,
Yet our love was no fiction
In our science fiction land.
I wore my science fiction spacesuit,
She wore a spacesuit just like mine,
While we were floating together
In our science fiction minds.
She said her name was Taylor Trippy-
A flower child light years beyond-
She was a science fiction hippy-
A spacey and vivacious blonde.
She told me of our global warming,
Greenhouse gases, acid rain,
She told me everything I know
About the structure of the brain.
So we cruised through constellations
In our science fiction ship,
Transcending time and generations-
Forever free, forever hip.
She came from some unknown planet
In some uncharted galaxy,
And we were both kindred souls
In our cosmic fantasy.
And I don't know how I knew her
Or how we came to meet that night-
She was my science fiction woman,
Who traveled at the speed of light.
At night I look upon the ocean,
The distant stars where she might be-
She was my science fiction woman,
Who set my heart forever free.

Symbolic Gesture
A symbol has been born, of vitality,
Offering the world the chance to bind.
Bonds of luxury are acting like flowers
Of every colour, of every degree.
The world has surmounted the role
Of protector, protection is the symbol.
A symbolic gesture has actuated the real
Demand for authority to be exact.
The exact aims of a generation are upon us,
Their fences are of wood, wooden bricks.
