Seduce Me
Dont ever say you do
Dont ever say you want to make me shine
You keep your mystery, dont ever try
To be my guiding light
Mmm...
Dont ever say you care
Dont follow when Im here and everywhere
Im blinded by your looks but theres a scent
Of heartache in the air
In the air...
Hey you!
Walk out through that door
And into that dream
Where I met you before
Oh oh...
Babe, you seduce me
You take my heart and use me
My feelings all run wild
When you seduce me all the time
Dont ever call me up
I never wanna hear your voice again
Oh lay your pretty hands on someone else
Somebody who dont know you well
Know you well...
Hey you!
Your sweet sweet talk cant stay
And get back to that dream
Lets both keep it that way
Hey hey...
Oh you seduce me
You pull my heart and use me
And I keep running blind
When you seduce me all the time
Mmmm... get back to that dream
Lets both keep it that way
Hey hey...
Tell me once again...
You seduce me
You take my heart and use me
My feelings all run wild
When you seduce me all the time
When you seduce me all the time
You seduce me all the time
You seduce me...

You do your work as a photographer and everything becomes past. Words are more like thoughts; the photographer's picture is always surrounded by a kind of romantic glamor - no matter what you do, and how you twist it.

What is Sometimes Hidden.
Just as Minnie gets in the mood
to play the Debussy Violin
Sonata her mother says the
photographer is waiting and
so she has to go along to the
lounge and pose and have her
picture taken and as she stands
there with her violin dressed
to the nines the photographer
says no do not smile it cheapens
the effect and so she stiffens
her lips and stares at the young
photographer's moustache and
her mother says do has the man
wants dear and don't pout so
and so she ceases to pout and
gazes at the box camera and man
hidden behind the cloth his hand
visible and do not move he says
hold it do not fidget dear her
mother says and puts her hands
on her shoulders and places her
in the position her mother thinks
the photographer wants is that it?
her mother asks the photographer
smiling in that way she smiles that
gives the impression of an imbecile
yes yes he says that is it and so she
stands as placed the sensation of
wanting to urinate suddenly upon
her and so she squeezes her thighs
together her knees touching her
hands gripping the violin trying
silently to keep the urine in.

What is right? Simply put, it is any assignment in which the photographer has a significant spiritual stake... spiritually driven work constitutes the core of a photographer's contribution to culture.

And What Is A Photo
And what is photo
The photographer can tell you.
And what he told
Is to conform the pose.
And the pose if neglected
Spoiled you and the picture.
And your life is in danger
O Photographer please guide
You are my master.

Dirty Diana
Oh no...
Oh no...
Oh no...
You'll never make me stay
So take your weight off of me
I know your every move
So won't you just let me be
I've been here times before
But I was too blind to see
That you seduce every man
This time you won't seduce me
She's saying that's ok
Hey baby do what you please
I have the stuff that you want
I am the thing that you need
She looked me deep in the eyes
She's touchin' me so to start
She says there's no turnin' back
She trapped me in her heart

A Morning
Dates are a melody of supreme joy,
Master them by your memory, do not destroy;
The years of memory fill us and entertain,
When our feelings are full as if in an air plane.
Ascertain again why our emotions confuse,
Why do we shudder, lose and amuse?
This day kidnaps the night before so well,
It is sunrise not sunset, when the moon fell.
One new morning gives creation to health,
Those who speak use their legs to work with stealth.

Loving life to the death: Robert Capa
Behind the lens, the eye of the photographer;
behind the eye, the observer;
behind the observer, the immortal soul:
Robert Capa shot
(as they say) five major wars
as mankind’s record
of man’s inhumanity to man.
Finally, was shot himself.
When asked for advice
by a young photographer, he said,
“Like people; and let them know it..”
And so he printed out his soul.

Portrait
As I gaze blink-less
At the bare beauty of your persona
Behind the thin satin coat
Your portrait steps out alive
Out of the golden frame.
Your portrait generates
A multitude of elemental emotions,
Some romantically elusive like fluttering butterflies,
Others tangible like love-making,
Yet some others audible like the dying cadence
Of a stringed music played on my lyre.
Am churned by the immaculate portrait
Like the ocean
And I deliver nectar and parijat
From the dark womb of my private secrecy.
I owe it to your portrait timeless,
As I take the yet-to-be christened
Eleventh incarnation of Indian pantheon
Embodying love and truth
With an assured confidence.
The Amateur Photographer
Beware of those who slyly pilch
In many cunning ways;
Beware of little lyres that filch
From undisputed bays!
Beware the tumbler's beaded brim,
The ass in fiercer fur;
But most of all beware of him
Who makes my pen to stir--
THe Insecure
And Amateur
Implacable Photographer!
Beware lest, thieving for your thirst,
An earwig's in the plum!
Beware of folly, gay at first,
That later makes you glum!
Beware of pits when stars are dim,
The tooth of vagrant cur;
But most of all beware of him
That makes my pen to stir--
The masterful
Disasterful
Implacable Photographer!
Beware of angling in a stream
Whose trout are not for you;
Beware of trusting in a dream
That's gone before the dew!
Beware of truckling to a whim;
Of folks that always purr;
But most of all beware of him
That makes my pen to stir--
The premature
And Amateur
Implacable Photographer!

Adventures
A ball rolls in dozens of ways,
Like dice or spells of magic-days.
The game we play is to entertain,
You must roll dice and it is hard to attain.
May scores result from luck and guile,
A good fantasy is about to compile.
May rigid rules subside at times,
Then strict composure at bedtimes.
For they roleplay and talk over issues,
No politics allowed, just to amuse.

It is not likely that posterity will fall in love with us, but not impossible that it may respect or sympathize; so a man would rather leave behind him the portrait of his spirit than a portrait of his face.

Photographer From Chicago
In the department store
on Nicollet Mall,
a photographer
photographed me
from Chicago.
He came back before
snowy and blurry,
MN Twins were winning
The World Series.
photographs were taken
when I was young,
it was great I
had a lot of fun.
now the roll of film
almost became lost,
another photographer
found it before it was tossed.
if anything I still have
photos to show
I was young and a glow.

When you start with a portrait and search for a pure form, a clear volume, through successive eliminations, you arrive inevitably at the egg. Likewise, starting with the egg and following the same process in reverse, one finishes with the portrait.
