I'm in fact a hair under six feet, but I'm very svelte. People would never see me if I turned sideways.

Sideways
Step inside the reason why we look together then we find
Come inside the worlds a ball we rise above it as we fall
Everybodys open air so love me love me -- love me where?
A million things and one to fly (say) lifes a witch and then you smile
Took a trip inside
Your heart has seen much better days
Before we hit the high heres to you
Sideways
The moon is warm the rivers high and love, forever never dies
Check inside yourself and see that life is what you want to be
Took a ride inside
Your heart has seen much better days
And before we hit the right one heres to you, sideways
Heres looking at you sideways
Sideways
Dreaming of you sideways
Sideways
Had a dream where everybody looked like someone else
The farthest I could get from was the closest to myself
Tonite Ill dream tomorrows going to be that better day
And in the morning Ill remember you, sideways
Sideways
Sideways
Heres looking at you sideways
Sideways
Im dreaming of you sideways
Gonna give it to you sideways

I Hate The Fact
I hate the fact
that one can steal your heart
and leave it broken in many parts
I hate the fact
that one can make you feel
but then you looked he had turned the wheel
I hate the fact
that one can catch your eye
and finally find it was for a while
I hate the fact
that one can sweep you off your feet
into a fantasy that only you could feel
I hate the fact
that when you hear ones name
you remember he was once your dame
I hate the fact
that you had to go
and you left me here with a broken soul
I hate the fact
that love was there
but left me in pain that one cant bare
I hate the fact
that memories hurt
and that nothing ever seems to ever work
I hate the fact
that i cry so much
that everyday i long to feel your touch
I hate the fact
that i cant move on
but maybe its something that can make me strong

A dead world
as thy light turned to darkness
As thy world to black from blue
As thy eyes turned from bright to dull
And thy lust for blood became strong
As thy hair turned blood red
As thy clothes turned to black
As thy hands, feet became clawed
And thy lust for blood became strong
As thy people died with red, black
As thy city, town destroyed
As thy hunt for her started
And thy lust for blood became strong
The world died, so did I...

Down By The Seaside
(page/plant)
Down by the seaside. see the boats go sailin
Can the people hear, what the little fish are sayin
Oh, oh, the people turned away. oh, the people turned away
Down in the city streets, see all the folk go racin, racin
No time left, to pass the time of day
The people turned away. the people turned away
So far away, so far away
See how they run, see how they run, see how they run, see how they run.
Do you still do the twist
Do you find you remember things that well
I wanna tell you... some go twistin every day
Though sometimes its awful hard to tell
Out in the country, hear the people singin
Singin bout their progress, knowin where theyre goin
Oh, oh, oh, oh, the people turned away
Yes, the people turned away
Sing loud for the sunshine, pray hard for the rain
And show your love for lady nature. and she will come back again the people turned away
The people turned away

The Thought Of Being Heard
Should I spare you the agony,
Of believing there is a need for your response?
There isn't.
As long as we keep between us,
This rare eye contact...
I will remain appreciative of that.
Since...
I am accustomed to communicating with those,
Who scan anyone from head to toe.
And those who don't have turned up noses,
As they walk down the streets...
Often talk to me standing sideways,
With their eyes staring at my feet.
As if my voice is coming from any place other,
Than my mouth.
With the aid of using my lips and teeth!
However...
The people living in my environment,
Are more prepared to gossip...
Than they are to have a one on one.
Something that is meaningly done.
And having this eye contact you give me,
Makes me feel you understand.
And you don't have to say a word.
It's just the thought of being heard,
That has been worth this entire experience.
Thank you!

Mother's Hair Has Turned To Silver
Mother's hair has turned to silver
Her skin is all wrinkled and cold
But i'd never trade my mother
For the world and all its gold. Yes her hair has turned to silver
Her face is all covered with lines
But there'll never be another
Like this gray haired mother of mine. I think of all the hardships
I have caused her to bare
Then I can see the reasons
For the silver in her hair. Mother's hair has turned to silver
And her hard working days are done
But there's still a smile on her face
And a love for everyone.

The Gomez's of 1970
Books on arms cradled above their waists,
Umbrellas over heads down to tireless feet,
Wearing slippers on a sun-heated street,
Here! They come as girls of the Gomez's.
Shiny-pomaded hair combed sideways,
Pens clipped between their earlobes,
Jeans' back pockets their notebooks rest,
They, too, were the boys of the Gomez's.
Believe it or not, it was a proven fact,
That rainfall was no longer a myth,
Rizals and the Rectos placed a bet on it,
If you see smile on the Principal's face.
In Room 5, Miss. A. de Guzman awaits,
To find out who's best among the bests.
In her Music, no one needed to belch,
Granting all would pass her English quiz.
Beware of our past teacher's twirling eye,
And her noiseless shoes on the center aisle,
If she says, 'Quiet Class! ' you, Gomez's must,
Or one of us would wear that chalkboard dust.

All Different, But Still The Same
Some people have short hair, some have long.
Some people have thick hair; some people’s hair is all gone.
Some people have black hair, some have gray.
Some people have brown hair, some blonde, some red.
Some people’s hair a color unsaid.
Some people are short, some people are tall.
Some people will love you; some won’t like you at all.
Some people like hot weather, some like cold.
Some people are timid, some people are bold.
Some people have dark skin, some people have light.
Some people have black skin, some people have white.
Some people eat meat; some won’t touch it at all.
Some people have a good memory, some can’t recall.
Some people accept Christ, some never will.
Some people are stingy, some people give.
Some people like school, some people don’t.
Some people will excel, some people won’t.
Some people smoke cigarettes, some never will.
Some people are honest, some people steal.
Some people have book knowledge;
But don’t know the Holy Book.
Some people burn food, some people can cook.
Some people are old, some people are young.
Some people do smart things, some people do dumb.
Some people just have a diploma
Some people have degrees.
Some people do things slow, some with a breeze.
Some people are complainers, some easy to please.
Some people hate shopping, some stay in the mall.
Some people hate God, but God loves us all.
We are all different, but still the same.
When I get cut, I bleed red;
You get cut, red blood you’ll shed.
Some people are plump, some people are thin.
But we are all the same, we’re all human being.

Dont Forget Me
Im an ocean in your bedroom
Make you feel warm
Make you want to re-assume
Now we know it all for sure
Im a dance hall dirty breakbeat
Make the snow fall
Up from underneath your feet
Not alone, Ill be there
Tell me when you want to go
Im a meth lab first rehab
Take it all off
And step inside the running cab
Theres a love that knows the way
Im the rainbow in your jail cell
All the memories of
Everything youve ever smelled
Not alone, Ill be there
Tell me when you want to go
Sideways falling
More will be revealed my friend
Dont forget me
I cant hide it
Come again make me excited
Im an inbred and a pothead
Two legs that you spread
Inside the tool shed
Now we know it all for sure
I could show you
To the free field
Overcome and more
Will always be revealed
Not alone, Ill be there
Tell me when you want to go
Sideways falling
More will be revealed my friend
Dont forget me
I cant hide it
Come again get me excited
Im the bloodstain
On your shirt sleeve
Coming down and more are coming to believe
Now we know it all for sure
Make the hair stand
Up on your arm
Teach you how to dance
Inside the funny farm
Not alone, Ill be there
Tell me when you want to go

Port of Tuban
At the mouth of the river overlooking the Java Sea
You tie up your boat
Near the gate
You jump to the horse without a saddle
Trains in the car park inn
The coachman, while the horses were fed
The coachman chatting in the coffee shop, while smoking
Accompanied-svelte svelte, swing-swing and talk Nudity
Delicate fingers thrusting cupcake
China steam wine, glasses handed the svelte
Mingle with tobacco smoke
Swirl by kitchen smoke
affair with the roof of the hall wuwungan
interim pastor
The pupil burned incense and incense
while reciting prayers to Goddess Durga
Shiva's wife
As a prayer for Ancient Desires
Does not know age
Not familiar with the space and time
Because of that desire

The Return
They turned him loose; he bowed his head,
A felon, bent and grey.
His face was even as the Dead,
He had no word to say.
He sought the home of his old love,
To look on her once more;
And where her roses breathed above,
He cowered beside the door.
She sat there in the shining room;
Her hair was silver grey.
He stared and stared from out the gloom;
He turned to go away.
Her roses rustled overhead.
She saw, with sudden start.
"I knew that you would come," she said,
And held him to her heart.
Her face was rapt and angel-sweet;
She touched his hair of grey;
. . . . .
But he, sob-shaken, at her feet,
Could only pray and pray.

Ex Daughter
I hate the fact I look more like you everyday
It scares me that I act like you more than I did yesterday
But I know I will not turn into you
I am not some monster who throws away their kids like nothing,
Stop the act mom
I know you do not give a damn about us
Us as in Richard, me, Hannah, Steven, Jessalyn, April and Ashley, Alexander, and I dont know how many other kids
We all could die and yet you wouldnt know nor would you care
I hate the fact that you gave birth to me
Just because you gave birth to me does not mean your my mom
I have a mom.
And its not you
Stop trying to claim me as your child.
I have nothing to do with you
Nor do I want it
You lost me
Accept that and move on
I hate the fact that I am turning into you
I am a bitch because of you
I hate the fact that I cannot forget the pain
You said you protected us from all danger
If that was true- why did cps come into my life?
Why were you always investigated?
They do not pick on random people
I hate the fact you turned me against the world
You have me scared of people
YOu told me that the world broke you
What a damn lie
Its not the worlds fault you are stupid
Its not the worlds fault you cant keep your legs closed
ANd the government is trying to keep us safe
You broke yourself
Just like you broke your daughter
Or should I say ex daughter

Still Sideways
and you need me every time
i'll wait it out for a while
but someone get me outta here
it's better now that i'm not around
maybe you can see i'm still kinda sideways
i'm wasting away
and something's got me thinking it might be nothing
but i'm wasting away
maybe i'm just tired
tomorrow never let's me see
but i don't know who you are
its hard enough to feel this way
im holding on but you move too slow
maybe you can see i'm still kinda sideways
i'm wasting away
and something's got me thinking it might be nothing
but i'm wasting away
maybe i'm just tired
no one can get inside
no way no not this time
it's too late to get it right
i'll try today
and you need me every time
i'll wait it out for a while
but someone get me outta here
it's better now that i'm not around
maybe you can see i'm still kinda sideways
i'm wasting away
and something's got me thinking it might be nothing
but i'm wasting away
ill never let you see
never let you see
never let you see
maybe you can see i'm still kinda sideways
i'm wasting away

Your Time Has Come
Now one fell asleep in the street
and he never woke up
And now one died in pieces
whose been with a mouthful of ghosts
And one threatning long ago i saw him
melt in the bright of day
And one laid to rest in the field
on the stories and crawled, hey
I've been walking the sideways
I've stared straight into the sun
Still, I don't know why you're dying
Long before your time has come
Your time has come
Now one took some bullets to the chest and the field gone wrong
One got a little too depressed then he went and jumped the gun
One got shoot right in the face and he somehow
survived
But he doesn't know my name or who I am
and I'm not surprised, hey
I've been walking the sideways
I've stared straight into the sun
Still, i don't know why you're dying
Long before your time has come
Yeah I've been wandering sideways
I've stared straight into the sun
And I don't know why you're dying
Long before your time has come
Your time has come, hey
(Solo)
I've seen fifty thousand names all engraved on a stone
Most of them, met em at a grave years before i was born
All of them left brothers and sisters and mothers behind
And most of their family and friends are alive
everytime
I've been walking the sideways
I've stared straight into the sun
And i don't know why you're dying
Long before your time has come
Yeah I've been wandering sideways
I've stared straight into the sun
And I don't know why you're dying
Long before your time has come (x3)
Your time has come

The Legend Of Big Foot
A hairy man once roamed the earth,
a hairy thing, was he from birth,
the years would come, the years would go,
each year that passed, his hair would grow,
it grew so thick, his mum dispaired,
yet she kept trimming off his hair,
til sissors worn to nubs one day,
he shucked his clothes, and ran away,
his back, his bum, his chest, his head,
was covered with thick hair, it's said,
no need for clothes, so he wore none,
people would laugh, and he would run,
no runner born on Earth could beat,
this hairy critter with big feet,
he slept by day and roamed by night,
for cruel folk, had made him shy,
quite good in heart was he, bigfoot,
he never stole, he never took,
one day while he munched watercress,
he found a maiden in distress,
amazed, he looked upon her form,
her feet were bare, her dress was torn,
he towered over her and stared,
at all this chick's excessive hair,
he helped her up, not one word said,
he touched her hand, and smiled instead,
hand-in-hand, they walked from there,
to go where people could not stare,
the legend of big-foot began,
the night two hairy people ran,
into the lovely forrest green,
To mostly lived their lives, unseen

Black And White Makes Grey...
If I was to snap my fingers and everyone turned black
How would we be any different from one another?
If I was to snap my fingers and everyone turned white
How would we be any different from one another?
We wouldn't be different.
We could walk down the street
and no one would 'think' any differently.
So all the discrimination and deaths over the years
are just superficial?
Please tell me that people are not that shallow..
tell me that all those people didn't die
just because they have more melanin in their skin
or because their eyes were a different shape..
or because their hair is curly.
Tell me people didn't die just because
I didn't snap my fingers.
If I had, and we were all the same colour..
would there have been the word..discrimination.
Are we really that shallow? ? ! !

No single object is like you
In a heap of coal I see your hair;
In bean’s petals, I see your odd lips,
In cashew apple your invisible breasts,
In empty bladder your flattened stomach,
In leanness of crane your svelte limbs,
In freshness of shoot, your youthful skin
But none of them in its own is akin
To the glow your parts have, the angel!
