When I sit at my table to write, I never know what it's going to be until I'm under way. I trust in inspiration, which sometimes comes and sometimes doesn't. But I don't sit back waiting for it. I work every day.

Inspiration..
Inspiration comes and goes.
I write it down or I’ll forget while searching for a pen.
Inspiration comes and goes.
I get is from dreams or experiences.
Inspiration comes and goes.
But tell me, what inspires you.
I’m inspired by beauty, love and lust.
Giving me words and thought I dare to trust.
It’s inspiration that separates me from the rest.
‘Cause when inspiration comes words fall into place.
And things are beginning to make sense.
Sometimes I’m inspired by sorrow.
When I’m waiting in my bed for tomorrow.
And words start to become sentences.
I will start to write just to understand.
And to make me feel better so I can go to bed again.
Sometimes I write because of a pain that runs so deep.
I write cryptic lyrics about the secrets I keep.
I express them in other words so no one will understand.
But they feel not knowing what I’m trying to tell.
It’s a just way to clear my conscience.
Sometimes I write how the world could be.
Or I write about the girl of my fantasy.
Then I’m inspired by a fragment of my imagination.
And now I told a few ways where I get my inspiration.
So now tell me what inspires you.

Once Again I Write...
This pen, this paper is once again my savior.
I write to save my sanity.
I write to ease my heart.
I write to cleanse my soul.
I write to feel alive.
I write to keep my mind strong and my thoughts clear.
I write my words of sorrow, despair, pain, and love, as well as words of wisdom.
I write so that one day someone will truly know me.
This paper, this pen is once again my inspiration.
It is the inspiration to what I see.
It is the inspiration to what I hear.
It is the inspiration to what I feel.
It is the inspiration to the art I create.
It is the inspiration to what I draw.
It is the inspiration to the love for my daughter.
It is the inspiration to the love for my husband.
This pen, this paper is once again my savior.
Once again I write to say thank you my timeless friends.
Thank you for saving me time and time again.

Yes, and I can sit down on a white piece of paper and work because I don't believe too much into inspiration, only I'm waiting for inspiration, work and then inspiration may come. It's a little too easy to say that.

Write Erase Write Erase
this is what happens to this poem
when you have nothing to write
tonight....write, erase, write, erase
you are waiting
for an inspiration that does not come
you keep on waiting and then something comes
you write it, you think about it, you read it and you find nothing
worth the letter you assign to it
then you erase it and you are honest enough to admit that there is nothing
beautiful
not even a purpose, and then you write the word again, you ponder, there is
nothing worth its existence
there is nothing to grow in that word chosen
you erase it again, you write it and then there is this space of thinking,
what is it? you ask. what is it really?
it is this denial.
this negation of
what you are
that keeps you writing.
you stand by the window. Look out
the road. You see a dog, and it is howling again
to the moon
and to the wrong tree
it is barking.

In Search Of Inspiration
searching the world for inspiration
searching books, music and nature too
a lot of effort gone into it, a lot of concentration
inspiration i think is hard to find
in the songs of birds, in the whistle of the wind
i search for inspiration, even a tiny little bit
when a baby laughed or when a woman grinned
i searched folr inspiration, guess it's harder to find
in the words of shelly, keats and shakespeare too
inspiration i searched and searched, no use
in 'gone with the wind'and 'the sound of music'
movies i searched for a bit of inspiration
'
without inspiration, what do i write
i wanna fill the pages with the poem that's right
i need to write a poem, i need inspiration
i wanna write a poem. wait a minute! ! , i just did! ! !
note: i never write poems for the sake of writing.......it comes from the heart......in reality...i dont need to search for inspiration much.....it comes when it needs to... :)

Oh, you!
your my Inspiration,
your my revelation,
Because of you i write,
with your hope i might,
with you i shall
not fall,
Your way to encourage me,
is just too much,
you only,
shall be the flow of my blood,
With you i would wear a hood,
without you i can't live,
with you i could be diff,
you are my indeed,
when i am in need,
i see you,
standing, waiting for my smile to shine,
while your shining diamond dazzle my world,
i smile,
you smile back,
you say i am Confident,
while you make me,
your my inspiration,
your my revelation,
your my source,
thank you my friend! !

It...
IT IS everyday
like everything that you do: waking up
washing the face
brushing the teeth
combing the hair
defecating on the
throne
in the comfort room
taking breakfast
reading the news
watching tv
waiting and going
and coming back
on the table
searching for words
to mark your day
above all those
rantings
take the cure: write, write,
write
they follow you and
read and say something
about you
perhaps it will matter
that your existence
is being confirmed
by all
you too stalk as they
stalk you
it is fair then.
They are your ITs
And you are their
It too.
but actually it would have been
a better world
if we did not write at all.
simply because
we have chosen the
right course:
talking.

Literature Formulae
I am waiting for inspiration,
but it seems never to get in,
It is a matter of correlation,
Where the thoughts are in..
As the blood is beaten by the heart,
The blood is in for my mind,
inspiration coming from the heart,
and to the mind within..
Reaching the conclusion,
To my hilarious illusion,
Through the observation,
And practicing solutions..
Everything is science,
Even the words you write,
The way you write,
And how you write,
The observation is in your eye-sight,
But you can’t see,
Not because you’re blind,
But you don’t wanna believe..
The formulae of mathematics,
Are numbers and signs,
But the formulae of literature,
Are words and lines..

Can't trust him.Cant trust love. Can't trust him when he days hes in love. He doesn't know how to cherish love. He says it but doesn't mean it.Love is just a saying to him, but to you its the world.Don't believe it until you see it. Its nothing but real lies.Hes telling you things you wanna hear, but you cant trust him. He doesn't even relize that hes hurting you.Its all fun and games to him. Do you trust him? Do you trust love? Love has no Meaning!

God, save me! ! !
I trust myself
I know i can reach out my dreams
I trust my parents
I know how much they care and love me
I trust my friends
I know what they can do for me
I trust the night
I know the stars that shine
I trust the moon
I know its inspiration remains forever
I trust the wind
I know its winding ways
I trust the sky
I know its wonderful days
I trust the sun
I know its rising light
I trust the things I love
God, I know that all that trust may
disappoint and betray me one day.
But, only your trust save me.

An Ode for David
Inspiration
From a lopsided table?
Words written down
Told as a fable
Strange request you have
My dear friend
Inspiration I will find
This I do intend
Wooden Table
Possess my tongue
Wintered table
Cry from my lungs
Pen striking paper
You shall be my muse
May the bleeding ink
Cry of your blues
Splintered skin
In a corner rest forgotten
Winding legs
You stand wild as cotton
Pen stroke slide
Across your lofty floor
Three legs you stand
When you should have four
Awkward table
You have no friend
Ancient table
You've reached your bitterend
Should my pen learn sea legs
I'd love you once more
But, on three legs you stand
When you should have four

And I Couldn’t Give A Twinkle
There are times when the inspiration just comes,
and others when there is none.
You pick up your pen
and it is a great struggle to write.
You try to force it out,
but it doesn’t do any good.
You throw your hands in the air;
scream why is this happening to me?
Your brain answers back,
you fool can’t you see.
I want a day off like everyone else.
Lately you have been taxing me a bit,
and I couldn’t give a twinkle
what you want to do.
Go away leave me for a while.
I may come back later
and give your face a smile.

My Ever Profound Inspiration
My Ever Profound Inspiration
Is a fortress in my romantic garden
With rounded eyes filled with rage
And a heart that never harden
I don't know him personally
He doesn't know me as well
But he is My Ever Profound Inspiration
The man to whom I fell
My Ever Profound Inspiration
Is my every day morning dew
He is the bitterest nightmare
My sweetest dream that won't come true
He'd been my only one
All throughout these years
My Ever Profound Inspiration
Had bring me lots of tears
My Ever Profound Inspiration
Is now lost in nowhere
I don't know where he is
And this is hard to bear
I know someday we'll meet again
Perhaps he can already give me affection
Be his woman, his bride
His Ever Profound Inspiration

Inspiration doesn't really work like that - you're not looking out for it. Inspiration is something that tends to capture you rather than you capture it.

Sweet Inspiration
Lyrics and music by dan penn and spooner oldham
I need your sweet inspiration
I need you here on my mind
Every hour of the day
Without your sweet inspiration
The lonely hours of the night
Just dont go my way
A woman in love
Needs sweet inspiration
Yeah, and honey thats all I ask, thats all I ask from you
Ive gotta have your sweet inspiration
You know there just aint no tellin what a satisfied woman might do
The way you call me baby, baby
Is such a sweet inspiration
The way you call me darlin, darlin
Sets my heart to skating
And if Im out in the rain, baby
And in a bad situation
You know I just reach back in my mind
And there I find your sweet, sweet inspiration
Sweet inspiration
Oh, what a power
And Ive got the power
Every hour of the day
I need your inspiration
To go on, to go on living
To keep on giving this way
I need your sweet inspiration
Sweet inspiration, sweet inspiration, sweet inspiration
Sweet, sweet inspiration
Sweet, sweet inspiration
I need, sweet inspiration

I Really Want to Write
I really want to write.
For years
I’ve been saying,
“I really want to write.”
I want more time,
more inspiration,
more motivation.
That’s what I’ve been saying.
I haven’t made the time,
have ignored inspiration,
and avoided motivation.
Perhaps it requires self-denial,
depravation,
pain,
sorrow, or
commitment.
Maybe I don’t want to write.

For hundreds of years people have talked about artists having inspiration, but often, some persons would say, write us a symphony or write us a song, on commission. The artists would come up with a masterpiece without waiting to have their muse inspire them.

Waiting for Inspiration
What are you doing I asked
I am waiting
What are you waiting for
Inspiration
Are you not surrounded by it
Does the sun not shine upon you
Do the waters not run clear
Are you not sitting on it
Do I not blow for you
It is not what you won
It is not what you steal
It is what you live and how you live it
Do not sit here waiting
Stand and greet it
This inspiration you desire
Run and live it
These things
The sun, water, earth and wind.
Like a Freight Train Coming
I am a poet, writer and psalmist,
Thanks to the events of a wedding reception.
Those three titles have been added to my list,
And now I write like my life is almost done.
I receive inspiration from just about anything,
From memories of old and new.
Thoughts of friends and family to me do spring
To mind, and my hand has a lot of work to do.
However, there are times when I am empty,
I can't think of anything to write.
I try so hard, it almost frustrates me
When my poem mill is void, therefore adding to my plight.
But then, there I'll be, not even trying to write,
When all of a sudden, like a frieght train coming,
Like a bolt of lightning, inspiration strikes. So, right
Then and there, I grab my book, and words from me start humming.
A mile a minute, word after word appears,
My pen can barely keep up
With my heart as it bears
The words like wine filling my cup.
