My Anger is Angry
My anger is angry.
Its pain.
Its frustration.
Its irritation.
My anger is angry.
My anger is confusion.
My anger is past, present and future.
My anger's disappointment.
My anger builds
up and explodes
like thunder on
a stormy day.
Its fiery red.
Its envy.
Its greed.
Its temptation.
My anger's TOO angry.
Won't you please help me stop?
I'm a blazing volcano
that's ready to pop.

So Angry, so Sad
Anger is a form of fear
Anger is a force that can never die
Anger building up
Anger is a virus
Anger is a like vicious circle it goes,
around and around
Anger,
The root of all evil
Anger is such a strong emotion
So angry,
So sad
Anger is bubbling away at me
I have good reason to be angry
No one understand,
No one cares
It tears out my heart

Sonnet: When Angry!
Help me, O God, to hold my anger fast;
I must be cool while facing foolish mobs;
Their irritating methods cannot last;
Their misdemeanor gives me extra sobs!
In angry mood, mind’s function can be lost;
Avengeful is the angry heart of man;
Even the life of one, anger can cost;
Anger reduces the human life-span.
Control your anger ’fore it ruin brings;
An angry man can’t think or reason out;
An angry muse cannot unfurl its wings;
When anger strikes, man has about God doubt!
Just inhibit the vicious emotion;
Anger works like a dementing potion!

Anger, Oh, No... Train Me Control
Sometimes when I'm angry, loud, I would like to shout!
Other times when I'm angry, I would rather pout.
Anger's an attribute I'd like to see jump out.
‘Cuz this anger, when it's in me, it makes my mind have doubt.
Anger! Oh, no!
Train me control! !
To always control my anger…
I hope to always do.
Good luck avoiding danger…
In everything you do!

This Anger
This anger is eating me up inside
I dont know what to do
Will this anger ever stop
Or eat you up too?
Do you ever get this angry?
so angry you want to scream?
Or do you write an angry letter
and tear it at the seams?
So please wont you help me father?
Help me not to fade
For I am your faithful servant
And to you I will obey

~Anger's Friend
Is there a human, young or old,
Who has never felt frustration’s hold?
Ah yes, my child, you’ve felt it too,
For so had I, as young as you.
For as we walk and learn and strive,
Anger is part of being alive.
And someone will tell you the way they told me
That anger is sin, but don’t you believe.
Have you seen a robin chasing a crow?
Were you not angry, for did you not know,
That the crow stole her egg right out of her nest?
You shared her anger and that was the best
That you could do for that poor mother bird.
The world’s full of injustice, I know you have heard.
Ah, now remember the day we had planned
A trip to the beach to play in the sand,
But you woke in the morning to the sound of the rain
Out on the roof-top and on each window pane.
How angry you were to think that it could
Rain on the beach as well as the woods.
Now, as you grow older, soon you will find
That you can feel anger of an other kind.
You’ll be angry at those who find fault with you
When you think that you’ve done the best you can do.
You’ll be angry at me when I’m angry at you,
Or when I make you do what you don’t want to do,
When I have to teach you and don’t know what to do
To help you to see it’s important to you.
So I’m angry at you and I’m angry at me,
For all I can do is stand there helplessly.
Or maybe I’ll yell, I might even scream,
For that moment my hope is as lost as it seems.
Then, you may acquiesce because that is your love
Till someday you’ll know what I’m speaking of.
And because you know that anger’s not sin
We’ll be able to make up again and again.
So never fear the feelings we have
Or deny that you feel what all of us have.
Make friends with anger and, like you and I,
You’ll be able to reason and understand why.
Say, “Anger, my friend, come rushing in.
Tell me your tale that we may begin
To discuss and subdue it into a sigh.”
For anger is fleeting when recognized.

4.10 Anger
Anger makes a dull man witty,
But keeps him poor in eternity,
A man shrinks when he is angry,
And grows in tranquil serenity.
When anger flow in the body,
You lose your temper - your folly,
When distempered - a tragedy,
You lose reason - a calamity.
Anger at lies last in infinity,
Anger at truth is momentary,
Speech - when you are angry,
Will but make you feel sorry.
It is not worth being angry,
And any threat is a folly,
Reason is your tool mighty,
Think of consequences finally.
Anger causes resentment only,
A headache and tension clearly,
Forgiveness propels growth surely,
With laughter and lightness totally.

Anger fills my heart and soul
Anger fills my heart and soul
Anger takes a mighty toll
Anger lessens but can never leave
Anger you hope to never receive,
Anger stays forever within
Anger acts with the might of all sin
Anger is deadly to all around
Anger gets mad at the thought of sound
Anger is the thoughts in my head
Anger that’s mine all should dread
Anger for me is different from you
Anger you see tells me what to do
Anger will sit and whisper in my ear
Anger he sits and tells me all that you fear,
Anger…
He is here
He’s here to stay
Anger is the hole
In which we lay
Anger is
And Anger will
Always be with us
He is in me, and he is in you
He can make you do
What he wants you to
Anger will make you
Make you cry
Anger can make you
Want to die
Anger can make you
Go insane
Anger….. ... A blood filled rain
No more anger
No more…..
Walk to the bright light
Shinning through that door…
Not knowing what’s in store
But even then
Anger lives on
But you… nevermore

Fundamental of Liar Chapter CXXXVIII: Anger
Why it makes you angry?
Because you care
Because it disturbs your peaceful life
Because it insults you
Because it is true
Because you are not prepared
Who could make you angry?
It is someone you hold dear in your heart
It is someone you could not bend to your will
It is someone who doesn't understand about you
It is someone who has a power in you
It is everyone in the world
How do you do in your anger?
Do you unleash harsh words without thinking clear?
Do you kick and slam everything near you?
Do you keep it hidden?
Do you manage to push harder?
Do you plan for something malicious to show them who you are?
What left in you after the anger?
Will you regret it?
Will you feel relieved?
Will it still scratch to be set free?
Will you be able to look from the other side?
Will it always be remembered?
And which affect you the most in anger?
The hurt when the trust is broken
The shame when you can't control the anger
The depression when you think you don't even have a right to be angry
The weakness when everything seems turn wrong
The loneliness when you don't actually know the reason

AnGer..
Anger will let you lead to
someday you might regret and
will hurt you...
This is the feeling that you can
learn how to forgive...
you can feel this when somebody
had cause you too much
pain, discomfort and disrespect.
Anger is the root of taking revenge
to those people who made you angry..
However, it is also a way to know
your companions attitudes...
But you still need to realize each
others point to avoid anger to
each other.
Not all the times those who are
angry are those who are right.
Nevertheless, that feeling will
fade once you have forget your
anger and what they have done to you
and learn how to forgive those people
when the time comes.

Flawless Anger
he knows shes angry with him,
but he can not be angry with her,
she is beautiful,
and even when in anger,
she still remains flawless,
a beauty no less,
and no more than an angel,
so perfect,
and passionate,
he can not be angry with her,
even if her anger rises with no reason,
because he loves her,
and he knows she loves him anyways,
he promised to love her forever,
he had no reason for that,
and yet he had every reason,
she is his reason,
for love,
and he knows with him,
she will make it last,
for even when in anger,
her beauty is flawless,
on the inside and out.

Impressed: Anger Is a Habit
Tim LaHaye is an excellent psychologist,
he devised seven steps for curing anger,
resentment and bitterness:
Recognise anger as harmful and counter-
productive, a problem to be overcome by
achieving the victory
Clearly express anger while repeating the
decision to let go of angry thought-patterns
over and over
Forgive those who caused anger, knowing
you have done, or have the capacity to do
the same or worse
Repeat the procedure when hostile thoughts
return, giving thanks in every case of insult,
rejection and injury
Be thankful for everything as thankfulness
is therapeutic, helps to reduce the flaming
anger and brings positive thoughts
Filled with love for others, including object of
wrath - then you cannot be plagued by anger
and hostility yourself
Anger is a habit of temperament ignited by any
distress or unpleasant conditions; anger can
ruin your mind, health, business
And family life; repeat above formula when-
ever you get angry because doing it only
once cannot help immediately
The formula has to be acquired by carefully
cultivated habit which can then become
second nature

Lets Promote Peace
Can I give u some advice, don't be angry
you can't fight anger with anger,
you can't fight ignorance with hate
you can't put out a fire by throwing fuel on it
true we want peace, so let's encourage peace
laugh, smile be happy, do what u do
dance, sing, be merry
but don't be angry
Don't give in to the terror
don't be like them, don't be angry
Trust me I know, its a disease
it won't go away, and it grows and grows
Yes we will fight, but not with anger
not like an animal, not like that beast
Don't serve that beast
Their is a purpose, a mission
reach out to the heart of others
there must be education, enlightenment
let us promote peace
but don't be angry, let it go
If u were to wash someones heart,
like a stone idol is washed outwardly
the hate will be removed
the soul will be cleansed
dont let the anger sit in your mind
don't let him sit their,
keep that seat; for peace of mind
the calm mind, that will bring peace
within you, and outside of you

Gnawing Anger
She sat looking at me,
Not listening to a word.
Every time we talked, she
Said my opinion was absurd—
You should have seen my face;
The anger I showed was a disgrace.
For years, I have lived with such anger,
Gnawing anger, the kind that lingers
Like roadkill. To be sure, I am not stranger
To rage. Its long bony fingers
Have touched my heart many times,
Urging me to commit heinous crimes.
But to blame anyone for my rage is unjust.
No one is responsible for my fury,
Though I may think so, my eyesight is simply blurry
Anger is seeking a new slave;
As for me, I’d rather be brave,
Before anger puts me deep down in a grave.

Anger
y do we show anger on others,
and dont spare even ur mothers.
to b angry is good?
or it shows ur bad mud?
anger in any case,
brings only a million dollar mess.
then y do every one show anger,
when all know we cannot even with it buy a banger...
some show anger only to say dey r strong,
but only to realise soonafter dat dey were very wrong.
some show anger when dey r sad,
but dey forget its da job of a mad.
so my dear friends listen to me,
as m givin advice without teking any fee.
donot spread anger rather to others b kind,
only if u do dat others ll say u have a great mind..............

Anger Rages Inside
Anger is bubbling away at me.
Burning a whole in my heart.
Making me burn with rage.
I have good reason to be angry.
I only wish
I could make them pay.
Put them through
What they did to me.
Anger is destroying me.
For Im hell bent on revenge..
I would love to dish out.
My own justice.
But I cant.
Anger Buabbles away.
Like a swishing sound
Of the waves.
Like a brook babbles
Anger takes ahold.

Anger (rated 19 in group)
Anger, a spark, within all of us.
There, anger is lurking, waiting to
ignite the dynamite, that will
cause an explosion of words,
and actions, that can not be taken back.
Anger, is the roadblock, to anything
and everything, worthwhile in life.
Anger, seemingly an involuntary reaction,
to rejection of thought or action.
Anger, an interpretation, of unacceptable behavior.
Anger, almost always followed by regret.
Anger, an emotion. who's children are,
anxiety, fear, frustration, animosity, passion,
outrage and a thousands of other, emotionally
affecting articulations.
Anger, the replacement of reason.
What is the enemy of anger? The
enemy of anger, is, patience, understanding
and love.
