I’m Proud, an Indian Doctor
I’m proud an Indian doctor;
I have a billion lives to save;
In practice, let me not falter;
But with my patients well behave.
’Tis thrilling to serve fellowmen,
Suff’ring from newer disease;

The wind is on the river and the tide has turned too late,

To throw us silken whispers: catch us by the anchor chains -

Let us celebrate it;
‘A noble profession', all say;
Accolades, let's befit.
All doctors must improve health-care
Of world's sick/suffering souls;

Obama's health care plan will be written by a committee whose head, John Conyers, says he doesn't understand it.
