There are clear cases in which ""understanding"" literally applies and clear cases in which it does not apply; and these two sorts of cases are all I need for this argument.

I've been not only articulating the dissatisfaction with Albany, I've been acting on it. I've been very aggressive in bringing public integrity cases and public corruption cases and bringing cases against sitting legislators.

Most cases, I would say, in a huge amount of cases, countries that have worked with us and have used our financial facilities have come out quick... more quickly and in a better shape from a crisis than would have come out otherwise.

Twenty years ago, you might have been pessimistic and said there's no hope. But these days, some of our very biggest companies are acting remarkably cleanly. And in some cases, although not all cases, the CEOs are the driving forces behind that.

You know, there are only about 10 people in the United States that have ever argued 25 cases before the Supreme Court, this man has won 25 cases before the Supreme Court. He's an overwhelming choice.

The law of cases of necessity is not likely to be well furnished with precise rules; necessity creates the law, it supersedes rules; and whatever is reasonable and just in such cases, is likewise legal; it is not to be considered as matter of surprise, therefore, if much instituted rule is not to be found on such subjects.

The Clinton administration brought 65 cases from 1995 to 2000 before the World Trade Organization. The Bush administration has brought twelve. Twelve cases. They haven't even been able to stand up for our jobs.

I am really impressed by lawyers who write books and tell us that they never lost a case. Most lawyers who have never lost a case have not had enough hard cases. But there are very difficult cases out there.

A rationalist, as I use the word, is a man who attempts to reach decisions by argument and perhaps, in certain cases, by compromise, rather than by violence. He is a man who would rather be unsuccessful in convincing another man by argument than successful in crushing him by force, by intimidation and threats, or even by persuasive propaganda.

Love to sustain
When a woman says no to love,
She’s not rejecting you as a person
Her virtue might stand on her way.
When a woman says no to sex,
She’s not rejecting you as a person.
Her temperament might stand on her way.
In both cases, man’s patience
Would help her sustain her love for him
In both cases, man must fast
From intimacy o corporal contacts.

We are told that the possession of nuclear weapons - in some cases even the testing of these weapons - is essential for national security. But this argument can be made by other countries as well.

On Abortion
on abortion...
those who rage against abortion
most often do not put themselves
in the position of the mother.
while all of life is sacred,
there are times when abortion
becomes necessary.
when the mother's life is in danger,
in cases of rape,
in cases where the mother
cannot be the mother...
and only the mother-to-be
has the right to make this decision.
it is the woman's choice, bottom line.
we must educate ourselves
so that we know that all choices
have their costs...
again, it is the woman's choice.
abortion was never meant to be birth control,
but sometimes, it is the best option.
again, it is the woman's choice!

Lawyer's Paradise
Some times law is very confusing
System of courts is quite amusing,
The cases are not disposed off fast
So significance of the justice is lost.
One or for other reason day after day
Months and years, cases are delayed.
Justice seekers wait long in the process
Pay for being victim of the dilatoriness.
Lawyers get adjournment every time
And charge to their clients per diem.
Some times to harass the opposition
Take adjournment for flimsy reason.
Many clients are poor and uneducated
Pay for justice and wait time unlimited.
The client suffers by adjournment practice
And unfortunately fall victim to injustice.
Some lawyers are habitual of adjournment
Some Continue meaningless argument;
For each adjournment client has to pay
Lawyer extract money, clients face delay.
Courts which do not timely decide
Are the places of lawyers paradise.

Monkey & Puppies
“Monkey & puppies”
“A female monkey was loving & playing
with puppies in the presence of their mother”.
This scene & news were flashed by a T.V. channel some days ago.
Such cases are rare in this world.
Such cases are still in existence in this world.
Love & service is a basic instinct in animal & human beings.
The style & quantity of love may be differ but
that is an essential phenomena in both animal & human beings.
We should take lesson from such incidents.

The Hero Princess
Cases there will be
when you can't share what you see
and a secret, don't be guilty
God knows its your journey.
She was a little girl and she's scared
She is a grandma, but still unprepared
She was a little girl and she's strong
She is my grandma, my mom came from.
I will always be a hero
But I wanted to be a princess
I will always hug my pillow
and dream about what she misses
I will always be a hero
I can't be in a long, white dress
and glass heels where one'd be a mess
nor be up there in hundreds of mattresses
The pea is what she always misses.
I will always be a hero, full of secrets
A hero with heaviness in my pocket
It's not easy to be a hero for their dreams
When all I want to do is to stay inside
my own realm.
Cases there will be
when you can't share what you feel
and your juicy
secret?
Don't be guilty
God bless your
poetry.

In no victory do they glory so much as in that which is gained by dexterity and good conduct without bloodshed. In such cases they appoint public triumphs, and erect trophies to the honour of those who have succeeded; for then do they reckon that a man acts suitably to his nature, when he conquers his enemy in such a way as that no other creature but a man could be capable of, and that is by the strength of his understanding.
