Freedom Doesnt
freedom doesnt starve it's children,
freedom doesnt sell it's people into slavery.
freedom doesnt see skin color,
doesnt always speak english.
freedom doesnt have one religion.
freedom doesnt choose sexual preference.
freedom doesnt regulate love.
freedom doesnt trade joblessness for profit.
freedom doesnt take your home.
freedom doesnt create reservations, slums,
and low rent trailer parks.
freedom doesnt ban books.
freedom doesnt invade and conquer.
freedom doesnt trade blood for oil.
freedom doesnt imprison those it cannot use.
freedom doesnt live by the lie.
freedom doesnt have different levels of justice,
depending on how much money you have.
freedom doesnt abandon it's elderly.
freedom doesnt turn away the sick.
freedom doesnt kill in the name of god.
freedom doesnt lie about the past.
damn it to hell!
this doesnt smell like freedom!

It Doesnt Have To Be
You are on one side
And I am on the other
Are we divided?
You are on one side
I am on the other
Are we divided?
Why cant we live together
There are no rights
This isnt your decision
We need to talk of changing things
But no one wants to listen
It doesnt have to be like that
It doesnt have to be like that
It doesnt have to be like that
A heart on the inside
The same as any other
Are we divided?
Someone always has to suffer
We are broken
Theres no one left to change it
Is that the way it has to be?
Why cant we rearrange it?
It doesnt have to be like that
(one against one)
It doesnt have to be like that
(one against one)
It doesnt have to be like that
What is the secret
In calling me a brother?
Are we divided?
Always one against the other
We are strong now
Put down the ammunition
For what we know is right
Is gonna breakdown this division
It doesnt have to be like that
(one against one)
It doesnt have to be like that
(one against one)
It doesnt have to be like that
(one against one)
(one against one)
It doesnt have to be like that
You are one side
And I am on the other
Are we divided?

Freedom (When It Speaks!)
freedom doesnt come in black or white,
doesnt always speak English,
doesnt like being lied to,
used, or bartered with....
is not a commodity on the highest shelf,
out of the reach of most....
is not concerned with owning,
and will not be owned....
freedom doesnt have any one religion,
is not capitalist, or communist!
freedom is often quiet, but when it speaks,
the whole world has to listen!

Change! Change! Change!
change! change! change!
everybody talkin' about change.
change your look,
change your luck,
change your politics,
change your religion...
change the country,
change the world....
change the day!
change your underwear!
loose change, pocket change,
winds of change, march for change....
but all real change begins within...
let's work on that,
and then everything else
will change in turn!

He Doesnt Know Im Alive
Cha
No no
No no no no no
Ooh baby
Ive got his picture
Its on my dresser
Right next to my bed
He doesnt know me
But I sure know him
I cant get him out of my head, no
(talk to him)
No no
I havent even tried
He doesnt even know that Im alive, no
He doesnt even know that Im alive
I got his number
I call him up, hehe
Just to hear him say hello
And when he answers
I always hang up
Ooh, that boy scares me so, woah
(talk to him)
No no I havent even tried
He doesnt even know that Im alive
(he doesnt know that Im alive)
He doesnt even know that Im alive
No-oh
No no no no
Oohhh yeah
No no yeah
Someday Ill find the nerve
To talk to him and stop acting so preserved
I told myself girl you gotta change
cause nothing ventured is nothing gained
No-oh woah
Late last evening
I dropped on by
Just to see if he was home
And when he opened the door
I could have died
There we were all alone
(talk to him)
I said excuse me I thought my friend lived here
Well he doesnt even know that Im alive
(he doesnt know that Im alive)
He doesnt even know that Im alive
He doesnt even know that Im alive
(he doesnt know that Im alive)
He doesnt even know
(he doesnt know)
Ooh
Im alive
No no, no no
No
No no, no no
Ah!
No no, no no
Ooh ooh yeah, no woah

Ditch The Religion
Ditch religion and come to Christ, the Only Way to Eternal Life,
God’s single Way, for all men, is that they must be Born Again,
From the words of The Creator, Who is both Judge and Savior,
Who desires all men to be saved, upon the path He has paved.
God’s path is narrow, not wide, and in His Word we must abide,
It is the Lord’s Word alone, that comes from His Eternal Throne,
With great Power and Authority, over each man’s eternal destiny,
God’s Authority not that of man, which provides salvation’s plan.
In Christ alone, we have salvation, without man adding revelation,
Things not revealed by God at all, but sadly tainted by man’s fall,
Added instruction and men’s rules, commands by religious fools,
Men whose religion is their god, not led by Christ’s staff and rod.
Christ is the Author of Salvation, the Living Word and Revelation,
God’s final Revelation revealed to us, in His Son, our Lord Jesus,
For religion God does not need, as it’s His Word men must heed,
God’s Word, revealed to everyone, fulfilled, in God’s Eternal Son.
Religion is lost man’s way to God, but God saved us on this sod,
Through just one perfect sacrifice, Christ, who paid sin’s full price,
Our religious works were diminished, as Christ said “it is finished.”
Completing salvation for every man, as one accepts His only plan.
Wasteland
Out into the wasteland
Out into the wasteland
No religion
No religion, no religion at all
No religion
No religion, no religion at all
No religion, no religion at all
No religion
No religion, no religion at all
No religion
No religion at all
No religion
Emissionary man amongst the heathen
Cant you see a modern primitive
I came back, Im gonna find,
Im gonna give religion
When there was, no religion at all
Im outta the wasteland
Im into this head man
Im outta the wasteland
No religion at all
Im outta the wasteland
Im into this head man
Im outta the wasteland
No religion, no religion at all
Theres a man in need of resurrection
(no religion)
Cant you see a modern primitive
(no religion)
But Im a man I need my love and
Freedom (no religion)
When there was no freedom at all
Im outta the wasteland
Im into this head man
Im outta the wasteland
No religion at all
Im outta the wasteland
Im into this head man
Im outta the wasteland
No religion, no religion at all
No religion
No religion at all
No religion
No religion at all
In vr land
The future of fun
Tell me what to do
In vr law
Computer crime
Um, so sublime
A fantasy scene
In my machine
Give me secret of life
Let me know, yeah, what I am
And you know that I could get
Outta the wasteland
Im into this head man
Im outta the wasteland
No religion at all
Im outta the wasteland
Im into this head man
Im outta the wasteland
No religion, no religion at all
Im outta the wasteland
So far from the the deadland
Ow, Im outta the wasteland
No religion, no religion yeah
Im outta the wasteland
So far from the the deadland
Yeah, Im outta the wasteland
No religion, no religion at all
No religion, no religion at all
No religion
No religion, no religion at all
No religion
No religion, no religion at all

Revelation
Written by bob welch.
He had all the rivers, under his power
He had all the mountains, under his command
You know that he had all the cities, in his own two hands
Yes and he had control of the four winds
And of the hunger of starving man
And now were passing on the reins
Cause in my heart I can feel the change
You know the lord of light is laughing
Cause things dont stay the same, revelation
Revelation
He controlled the brimstone, and eternal fire
Surrounds himself with downers, in the king of cold
You know that he had all the princes kissing his diamond ring
And I heard that he walled up, the door to summer
And cut the heart out of mister spring
And now were passing on the reins
And in your heart you can feel a change
You know the lord of light is laughing
Cause things dont stay the same, revelation
Revelation
Dream on, keep your eyes wide open...
On a sunday morning, with a voice thats cold
The future gives a warning of the fire that burns below
He puts his hands together, cause his faith is strong
And thats what youve been needing
Oh but it dont seem to last too long
Cause now were passing on the reins
And in your heart you can feel a change
You know the lord of light is laughing
Cause things dont stay the same, revelation
Revelation

Free Your Mind
I wear tight clothing and high heel shoes it doesnt make me a prostitute
I like rap music wear hip-hop clothes
That doesnt mean that Im sellin dope
Oh my please forgive me for having
Straight hair
It doesnt mean theres another blood in
My heirs
I might date another race or color
Doesnt mean I dont like my strong
Black brothers
Chorus:free your mind and the rest will follow, be colorblind, dont be so shallow(before you read me you gotta learn how to see me)
So Im a sista
Buy things with cash
That really doesnt mean that all my
Credit is bad,
So why dispute me and waste my time,
Because you think that the price is too
High for me
I cant look without being watched
You rang my buy before I made up my,
Mind
Oh now attitude why even bother
I cant change your mind you cant
Change my color
Repeat chorus two times

It Really Doesnt Matter
I spent some time across the waves
I learned a lot of things I never could
I waved my magic wand over the past
I never understood
It really doesnt matter at all
It really doesnt matter at all
If you found what youre lookin for
It really doesnt matter at all
We strolled around on different ground
There must have been some kind of reason
Nothing ventured, nothing found
Must have been the wrong season
It really doesnt matter at all
It really doesnt matter at all
If you found what youre lookin for
It really doesnt matter at all
I flew you high, I flew you low
I flew you all the way around
You played for me your pretty tune
Now look what I have found
It really doesnt matter at all
It really doesnt matter at all
If you found what youre lookin for
It really doesnt matter at all
It really doesnt matter at all, doesnt matter at all
It really doesnt matter at all, doesnt matter at all
If you found what youre lookin for, doesnt matter at all
It really doesnt matter at all

No Way Out
No intentions
Whatsoever
I was gone for a night
Nothings forever
The cruel daylight
Brought me back to my senses (back to my senses)
Got caught in here
Under false pretenses
No way out
None whatever
I made up the story
Thought it was clever
She didnt ask
And I got no reply (got no reply)
But later that night
I heard her cry
Chorus:
No way out she doesnt buy my story
No way out she doesnt buy my story
No way out she doesnt buy my story
No way out she doesnt buy my story
No accusations
Whatsoever
But can she forget
Nothings forever
Since yesterday
Shes a little bit colder (little bit colder)
Wont happen again
What could Ive told her
No way out she doesnt buy my story
No way out she doesnt buy my story
No way out she doesnt buy my story
No way out she doesnt buy my story
Doesnt buy my story
How can she tell the truth from the lies
When does she know when to close her eyes
She doesnt want to lose me
So she only sees what she wants to see
No way out she doesnt buy my story
No way out she doesnt buy my story
No way out she doesnt buy my story
No way out, no way
No way out...

Serious
Oh, woman you make me feel, like Im on fire
Oh, woman you make it real, its the only way for me
So, if we sometimes fight, doesnt mean we got problems
Aint always black and white, who cares anyway?
Ooh - doesnt have to be serious
Ooh - doesnt have to be serious
(serious)
Doesnt have to be serious
Doesnt have to be serious
Oh baby you get so wild, mmm too much understanding
Oh baby youre such a child, put up with all the tears and cryin
Dont worry if youre confused, we all tend to be sometimes
The whole world is getting used, its just the way it is...
Maybe right, oh, but maybe wrong
Doesnt have to be serious, being hard isnt being strong
Doesnt have to be serious, fighting for love, fighting for pain
Ooh doesnt have to be serious, and if you win, oh what do you gain?
Doesnt have to be serious..
-
Ooh, doesnt have to be serious maybe right, ooh, but maybe wrong
Ohh doesnt have to be serious, fighting for love, fighting for pain
Ooh doesnt have to be serious, and if you win, oh what do you gain?
Ooh doesnt have to be serious, maybe right, oh but maybe wrong
Doesnt have to be serious, being hard, isnt being strong
Doesnt have to be serious, fighting for love, fighting for pain
Ohh doesnt have to be serious and if you win...

Revelation
Revelation
This is the time for revelation
You cant impress me with your education
Cause what I want from you is not your head
But I tell you what to do with it before we go to bed
And that is:
Throw it away
Revelation
Youve got a boyfriend with long black hair
I tell you what baby I dont care
You took my finger so test the rest
Compare me to your heinz and then
Tell me whos best, and
Throw him away...
Revelation
This is the time for revelation
So let down your pants
She believes in a God above
She says the Bible is the book of love
She says: take me in your arms
And Ill tell you what Ill do
I love you tonight and then Ill kick you, and:
Throw you away...

It Doesnt Really Matter
It doesnt really matter that I loved you
How many reasons call
It doesnt really matter at all
It doesnt matter that I failed to
Break down your fathers wall
It doesnt matter at all
Why tell me you dont understand when you do
I thought I had something to say
But it really doesnt matter at all...
I changed my name
To be rid of the things that I want from you
Its strange
But a name is a name and the truth is the truth
Oh, there is always
Always someone to remind me
So I learn to live with shame
Tell myself I feel no pain
But I do
And if I have to tell you
Then it really doesnt matter at all...
And its no good looking back
Because times a thief and I believe that
Im too old for that
Were just saying the things that weve said
Forever
It doesnt really matter that I loved you
How many seasons fall
Its too bad
It really doesnt matter at all

She Doesnt Need Me Anymore
Dont know when she started changing
Dont know how its come to this
Seems like yesterday she was in my arms, begging for a kiss
Now the winds of change are blowin
And theyre taking her away
I will do my best not to hold her back,
But theres nothing more to say
She doesnt need me
Shes gonna leave me
She needs some time on her own
I should have told her
Now I cant hold her
Wish it could be like before
But she doesnt need me anymore
Its so hard to watch belive me
Its so hard to be alone
I just hope and pary that therell come a day,
Shell find the road back home
She doesnt need me
Shes gonna leave me
She needs some time on her own
I should have told her
Now I cant hold her
Wish it could be like before
But she doesnt need me anymore
If I pretend to be happy, Id only be fooling myself
cause here in my heart I know that Im dying
And its tearing me apart, baby Im crying
I should have told her
Now I cant hold her
Wish it could be like before
But she doesnt need me now
Wish it could be like before
But she doesnt need me anymore

Zeroes
Yeah yeah
Yeah yeah yeah
Yeah yeah yeah
Youve arrived in the land of a thousand different names
And the fabulous sons have crashed their planes in flames
Now tomorrow is back claiming redemption is on your heels
And a toothless past is asking you how it feels
And me my little red corvette has driven by
Fair weather heart has fallen in
My rainy day girl is feeling down
And she tells me that the world is spinning round
I say the dream was all for you
Youre nobody else
Tonight the zeroes were singing for you
Yeah
Hi, can I walk you home again today
Gotta get forgive and forget hey-hey
Something good is happening and I dont know what it is
Dont you know were back on trial again today
And its breaking wine for you
Hell its only cause youre true
Someone outtimed my heart
Stopping and preaching and letting love in
You are my moon, you are my sun
Heaven knows what you are
Tonight the zeroes are singing for you
Yes they were
Tonight the zeroes were singing for you
You
Tonight the zeroes were singing for you
You
Doesnt matter what you try to do
Doesnt matter what you try to do
Doesnt matter where you try to go
Doesnt matter who we really are
Doesnt matter
Doesnt matter
Doesnt matter
Doesnt matter
Doesnt matter
Doesnt matter
Doesnt matter
Ohh
It doesnt matter
Ohh
Oh it doesnt matter
Oh
Doesnt matter
Oh
Doesnt matter
Oh
Doesnt matter
Doesnt matter
Doesnt matter
Doesnt matter what you try to do

Doesnt Anybody Stay Together Anymore
You keep on walking so you dont fall down
Its the same old story
You keep on hiding so you cant be found
Its the same old story
Oh but I know you, youre the one who ran
You know why, its because you can, oh
Its alright, cos I dont mind
Im just trying to help, but I wonder why
Doesnt anybody stay together anymore
I wonder why, doesnt anybody stay together anymore
My friends keep falling and they cant get up
Its the same old story
Well one says white and the other one black
Its the same old story
And I dont know why you keep emotions walled up
Your hearts on your sleeve, but your sleeve is rolled up
But its alright, cos I dont mind
Im just trying to help, but I wonder why
Doesnt anybody stay together anymore
I wonder why, doesnt anybody stay together anymore
Things can change, from a misunderstanding
Nobody talks, nobody hears, oh oh oh
Makes me wonder why, doesnt anybody stay together anymore
Oh I wonder why, doesnt anybody stay together anymore
You keep on looking for that higher ground
Its the same old story
Your glass is empty and the chips are down
Its the same old story
But I dont know why, your emotions walled up
Your hearts on your sleeve, but your sleeve is rolled up
But its alright, cos I dont mind
Im just trying to help, but I wonder why
Doesnt anybody stay together anymore
I wonder why, doesnt anybody stay together anymore
Oh I wonder why, doesnt anybody stay together anymore

Failed Love-war
When their steadfast love
Waged war against the world
They never asked their religion
He never asked her
To change her religion
To change her name
At the culmination
Of the love- war against all
The universe
The Gods
He asked her
To wipe out the vermilion dot
On her fore-head
To break her bangles
To suit to his religion!
She stood with him
To wage war against
Her religion
Her beliefs
Her village diktat
Yet for a sublime love
Untained with religion
The caste or beliefs!
He commanded her
To immerse
In his religion, belief
And caste customs
And customs of the clan
The love converted her
To his religion, belief
And clan to keep
The nuptial knot intact!
He lost nothing for the love
But she lost everything for it
It was he who emboldened
Her to accept the Christ,
The prophet and Jahoa
With no discrimination
As the fundamentals took sword!
As the black shadows
Of disbelief crept in
She as defeated warrior
As the failed crusader
Abandoned and hood -winked
Asked him on parting:
Can you not love me
With no identity
But with the identity as women
Whom you found at first sight!

New type of guy
im with a guy who treats me right
He makes happy and warm inside
He doesnt try to go too far
Hes very sweet and cares for my heart
He doesnt talk to me like im nothing
He makes me feel like im his something
I havent dated many guys like him
I actually date jerks who dont care about whats within
I date guys who want nothing but sex
I date guys who i always regret
I am trying to change for i deserve more than that
So lets see where this goes and hopefully it doesnt end bad
