When I need the idea, I can find it immediately. I have a horror of rewriting or deleting; the parts of my composition are carried in my head 'till I can write them down, even to the last note. Then I do not alter a jot.

Once The Idea Comes To My Mind
i may find a pen and make a note in any of those
papera in my pocket anticipating such a situation
of radiance
without light at all
i may have captured the new idea
on paper
in writing, so it may not escape and slip like an eel
like a droplet of water
on my raincoat from my head,
but sometimes, i am too lazy to listen and
impatient to write what comes to me
as a gift
and i let it go, let is slip in my tongue like a spit
a phlegm
after all, it may not be important, so important that i may soon die
if i forget it
or the world stops spinning
or this whole world ends,
there is no such an idea,
there is no such person even, so indispensable, so important
there is no such line
no such poem, everything here is always something throwable
into some trashcans
sometimes, i have them inside myself, and then
without so much regret
i vomit,
who cares anyway?
oh well, nobody, except the critics who are there
always to kill your urge
to write poetry, who are always there to compare you to someone
deserving
the laurels of despair, the crown of literary gall
the thorns of misery

Carry Me Away
Patrick simmons / jeffrey baxter / michael mcdonald
There was a place in east st. louis
It was in nineteen fifty nine
When they played they filled the streets with music
That lonely blue note music
That takes your cares away, far away
They packed the place when the band was playin
To get some joy from a smoke filled room
Through that door you could see the bodies swayin
The blue note band was playin
Some lonely blue note song, all night long
Oh, it carried me away, oh, carried me away
Oh, it carried me away, oh, carried me away
No place Id rather stay
If you should ever make it to st. louis
On some hot and lonely night
If you listen you can hear that blue note music
They fill the streets with music
It carries you away, far away
Oh, it carried me away, oh, carried me away
Oh, it carried me away, oh, carried me away
No place Id rather stay

What to write
What to write and what not to write?
Life is full of struggle and fight
Always confusion for choosing wrong and right
Only lucky people find the little light
It is totally a new enterprise
How to cry when meet with surprise?
Sun is always up from east and rises
I earnestly bow the head and praise
There will no adding or deleting
Everything will new and relating
Each day will bring new love with message
Life will become smooth for passage
Everything is to be remembered for coming days
Bowing head in recognition for showing the ways
How can I disregard friends and foes?
When all are knee deep trouble with pain and sorrows
You came at a time when I was lost
I needed help and required most
Your hand to hold with determination
As if to pass the toughest examination
I would love to write story
It may not mention any glory
It will say no regret or sorry
As life is happiest event without worry

Whatevah
write
till it does not hurt anymore
write
till all the happy moments are consumed.
write
till all the aches are justified
write
till all your revenge is dissipated
write
till all angles are examined
write and keep on writing
till all of you is hidden, till all of you is folded back
write and keep on writing still
because you are your writer and there is no one who knows you well
except yourself, and what they know shall only be
skin deep
because you want it so,
you are the king in the jungle of your uncertainties
the Tarzan hitting his chest before Jane came and ruined it.

All about fate
Before you come to know about fate
Before it is realized or come to know very late
Take it on with full and final assault
Nothing should termed then as your fault
You are destined to meet certain things
I may result concrete or into anything
You may have some satisfaction of trying
You may accept it as final without crying
It is how life moves on with all ups and down
You may gain the popularity and be the talk of town
Your name may sometimes be dragged in controversy
You have the ability to come out of it with diplomacy
It is personal matter and has its own charm
It may always help and not result into any harm
You are to maintain relations very warm
There is no need to worry or feel alarmed
You might be carried away by strong wind
You may have awkward position to find
People may try to be hostile and unkind
You got to come out of it and don’t mind
No one can alter the position
It is blended in nice composition
There is no disbelief or superstition
It comes to life with some ignition
It may add to our woe
It may unseat you or throw
Amidst all you have to grow
Stick o position and sustain the blow
You are gifted with powers to change
You have ability to write on page
It is the strong resolve that may create history
Success only as others to leave behind as mystery

Just a Few Things I Don't Like About Writing Poetry
Why do some of my best ideas
Wake me out of a sound sleep
At 2: 06 somtimes 3: 28 AM
Damn green digital numbers
Then I can't find
My beside notebook until
I bump into something
That wakes my wife
By the time I've assured her
There has not been
An attempted break-in
Found the notebook where's the pen
Finally quiet as I can
Get to the bathroom
Turn on the light
Get comfortably seatd
I am sure I have
Forgotten most of the good parts
The ones that remain make little sense
Now that I am fully awake
Another thing
Why is most of the heavy lifting
Done at my end of the process
If you don't think so
You're not the one
Who carries my full wastebasket
Of drafts to our blue recycling can
It's only the paper worth saving
Not what's on them I assure you
Fridays that blue sucker
Has to be rolled to the curb
Later I hear the automated arms
Of the truck straining to lift
Some of my best first tries
As they are unceremoniously
Carted away to be recycled
For someone else's next attempts
(Note to self: Learn to write and revise
Live on the computer
'Do not save' will save trips
To the unvirtual garbage can
I'll find other ways
To get my exercise
Gathering material
To write about
As long as I can get
Enough rest before
Another great idea
Rudely wakes me up)

Let Me Compose Myself
let me compose myself
like a symphony
note tumbling upon note until
they are chasing each other
down the staff
and through the measures until
i have composed an opus
a song calm as the thrust
of the ocean upon sand
so i can turn
and have a song to play
trembling fingers on the violin
dragging from the strings
song and sound
a composition, a calmness
the thought of my body
in your arms
when you cradled all of me
and carried me home
and the song i have sounds
the way the air smells like winter
in the morning
around november when
the wind carries a bite
and the bite is its warning:
'Get out while you can
the winter is harsh
your skin will be chapped and red
and the cold will kill the crops
your stomachs will rumble
like the roll of a drum
your winter hunger will expand
beyond the need of food
your cold fingers will
long for the warm press of summer'
as they press the strings against
the fingerboard
pulling the silence from the air
and funneling it down my throat:
i am quiet;
you are bringing forth into
my wordlessness the reality of sound
you are replacing the silence
with song
a composition i remember
as my own

A composition in a ricefield
The white herons
Are commas
The carabaos are periods
An eagle flying over my head
Is the head note
The trees are the margins
And the fences
The nipa huts
Are footnotes
The rice field is one big
Pad of paper
And so this is the composition
Of a ricefield
Commas on top of periods
Two head notes will do
Four footnotes
Can make a story of a village
My hand is always the ampersand
And I think
Like there are no carabaos on this pad of paper.

I Couldn't Say Goodbye
I watch you as you're sleeping
As I'm standing at the door
I don't want to let you go
But I can't hold on anymore
I just can't find the strength
To say I'm leaving you
It's over now, it's over now
And there's nothing I can do
I couldn't say goodbye
Couldn't stand the pain
Couldn't watch you cry
Knowing that your heart would break
So I let you sleep
Till the morning light
When you wake up and you read the note I write
Telling you that I
I couldn't say goodbye
I'm walking down this rainy street
Thinking you're awake by now
As you read my letter
And the tears fall from your eyes
Just know I tried to make it work
It just wasn't meant to be
I needed you, I needed you
But not the way you needed me
I couldn't say goodbye
Couldn't stand the pain
Couldn't watch you cry
Knowing that your heart would break
So I let you sleep
Till the morning light
When you wake up and you read the note I write
Telling you that I
I couldn't say goodbye
I didn't mean to hurt you
I didn't want to make you cry
It's over now, yes it's over now
I just couldn't say goodbye
I couldn't say goodbye
Couldn't stand the pain
Couldn't watch you cry
Knowing that your heart would break
So I let you sleep
Till the morning light
When you wake up and you read the note I write
Telling you that I
I couldn't say goodbye

Carried Away
(barry gibb/albhy galuten)
There you are
Shiny as a morning star
Its a figure of speech
But youre still out of reach
You never told me loving you could be so wrong and right
And its gonna be a lonely night
I turn to you
You turn away
Youre looking at someone else
And here am i
Loving you more and more
Weve got an open door, my love
Oh let it be just a state of mind
And suddenly you appear
Im carried away
Im carried away
To be carried away
Im carried away
To be carried away
Im carried away
Cest la vie
So you wanna play another part
Can you say goodbye
Can you live a lie
Shell never give you what I gave you was my breaking heart
Better than I ever knew
And if you can live without my love
Youre really gonna be alone
And here am i
Walking against the crowd
Calling your name out loud, my love
Oh let it be just a state of mind
And suddenly you appear
Im carried away
Im carried away
To be carried away
Im carried away
To be carried away
Im carried away
Carried away
Baby there aint no final word
Ill be yours again
I got a world of tenderness
Yours until the end
Im carried away
Im carried away
To be carried away
Im carried away
To be carried away
Im carried away
Im carried away
Im carried away
To be carried away
Im carried away
Im carried away
To be carried away
Im carried away
To be carried away

Critics in Our Life
When someone criticizes you, listen,
It means your subconscious created a burden.
Can mean that you are wrong or it is just fear of success,
Anyhow, you must look into it, find the truth, be fearless.
This world is full of critics
You find them everywhere in every topics.
There is a saying: if you tell your truth of opposition
They will chop your head in for their own protection.
Sure, nobody likes to hear what is not their idea,
And get mad when someone is opposing their area.
However, we are here on earth to edit each other
When someone say something, listen & see if their idea is better.
Sometimes it is just your own mind questioning what goes on,
So, be ready to stand up for your idea or be over run.
If they can convince you that their idea is wiser or better
Be flexible, humble and be their follower.
But, when you see someone who just want to pick on you
And you feel in this moment their idea for you is untrue,
Stand up, thank them, but let them know your answer,
That too bad, in this moment they are not your way shower.
It can happen later in your life existence,
You find they were right, then make a change in your intelligence,
But until you are not quite understand
Stand up for your own opinion, that I can recommend.

Is it not the business of the conductor to convey to the public in its dramatic form the central idea of a composition; and how can he convey that idea successfully if he does not enter heart and soul into the life of the music and the tale it unfolds?

Little Altar Boy
Little alter boy, I wonder could you pray for me?
Little alter boy, for I have gone astray
What must I do to be holy like you?
Little alter boy ,oh, let me hear you pray
Little alter boy, I wonder could you ask your lord
Ask him, alter boy, to take my sins away
What must I do to be holy like you?
Little alter boy, oh, let me hear you pray
Lift up your voice and send a pray above
Help me rejoice and fill that prayer with love
Now I know my life has been all wrong
Lift my your voice and help a sinner be strong
Little alter boy, I wonder could you pry for me?
Could you tell our lord Im gonna change my ways today?
What must I do to be holy like you?
Little alter boy, oh, let me hear you pray
Little alter boy please let me hear you pray!

Horror Show
Uuuhh
Since I was a little kid I tried to get out of my head
Trapped on the playground I would stare at the sky...
I didnt even know why
But daily life
It took an evil shape
Some conformed
And some tried to escape
And those are the misfits that Ive known
Like a sock in the eye
They feel it to the bone
Its a joke that we all know
Were the bait in a horror show
Yeah, we are alone
In a horror show
Banish me and mine to outer space
Id shoot there in a second
Just for the breathing space
Id put the punks on the moon
For head-room, mods rule the galaxy
Thats the way
I think things should be
The creep in you
Is the creep in me
The gravity presses down like a lie
We want wild sex
But we dont wan ta die
Do you feel theres no where to go?
Were the bait in a horror show
And were all alone in a horror show...
Yeah, we are alone in a horror show
Ooeewww , if I spoke in words of only hate
Tell me would you know?
Could you relate?
And i, I wish I met lou reed
Woo, out on his darkened sea
cause I felt it when his blood would flow
It doesnt take a thousand years to know
That ship burned a long time ago
Were all alone in a horror show
Doot do
Oot oot
Were all alone
Were on... our own
In a horror show
Yeah
Ooeeww i

Frammento
A fragment is something incomplete
Something broken-off, severed,
Detached, segregated,
A fragment of a conversation,
Extant fragments of an ancient
Document written on stone,
A fragment of my poetry,
How
do
i
say
it?
………………………………….
Some fragments of myself
Missing some fragments of
Myself hidden, and you will
Not find them, too many fragments
like lice in a native woman's
hair spreading on her head
I place them where
You cannot find them because
You presume too much
To know me to love me,
Along this line, so many parts
are detached, perhaps my navel
my mole, my thumb
my right ear, my left eye
So many parts severed, perhaps
My head from my heart
my mind from my soul
my past from my future
Some extant fragments of
My past self, written on some
Stones still unturned, yes
I have pretended so much
And you cannot detect
Which is true from false
i have become so many parts
of myself, now in the last hours
fragmented
wanting to be whole again..

The well-known fact that the form of a specific substance, e.g. water, and hence its properties can alter without a change in composition was disposed of by the formal view that a physical, not a chemical, process was involved.

Critiques
when they read your poem
and find some fleas there
and they scratch their heads
like saying: this is bad, this is really bad
and they crumple your poem
and throw it in their waste basket
and they junk the best poem you
have written taking you days and days to revise it
like it is a composition
of another nincompoop. a moron, a lesser kind of
the human being
like a bubble, a bumble, a bum, a belle, a keg,
a piece of feces
a ning nang nang nang
well, write another one.do not ever stop writing.
if you find the one that they have thrown in the waste basket
again, by chance,
redeem it,
take it back and iron out what difference have you
with that critique
(who has not written even a poem for his dog)
have patience. and always remember
you did not write the poem for him
you write it for you and your lover
and your loved one,
and another lover and many more lovers
of life and its
ecstacies
till kingdom come
be patient.
be ever patient.
it is you who has
seen the light. not them.
open another door.
go inside where your lovers dwell.
they will kiss you.
they will clap their hands
and drink beer with you.
and it will be dark again,
and you cannot sleep after you make love.
three times on the floor
and there and then
in your nudity
another voice comes inside your ears
asking that you write
about a floating blue butterfly
looking for the opening
of an orange
flower
another poem shall be written
early morning
be glad
the voice is still there
your shrink may tell you to name the voice.
for he thinks you are schizephrenic
to the max
do not tell him.
it is your secret with God.
be glad.write it.now.
