But, sir, I shall take the path of duty and shall not swerve from it.

If you stop to be kind, you must swerve often from your path.
This Is A Forgery
This is a forgery,
This is a forgery.
Every single word is plagiarized.
Copied twice and thrice inscribed.
This is a forgery.
There is a path,
and to get where its leading,
you've got to be sharp and never bend easy.
This is an enemy.
Compliments and chemistry.
Cavalier and so charming.
This isn't everything,
this isn't everything.
I had a fit,
and you had a feeling.
There was a path,
and to get where its leading,
you head to be sharp,
you couldn't swerve side to side.
I was a razor,
you were a straight line.
This is a travesty,
this is a travesty,
every sentiment has been contirved.
Palatable and so refined.
Sugar and sweet to appetize.
I had a fit,
you had a feeling.
There was a path,
and to get where its leading,
you head to be sharp,
you couldn't swerve side to side.
I was a razor,
you were a staright line.
This is a forgery,
this is a forgery.
Every single word is plagiarized.
Copied twice and thrice inscribed.
This is a forgery.
And we were looking out,
for some shining light,
but it was casket black,
so we would search all night.

During 65 years, I have walked the path of duty and discipline... And today, looking back at that long path of service, my soldier's heart stirs and murmurs from deep within: Thank you. Thank you, my homeland.

On That Path
I'm on that path,
So was my mother,
I'm on that path,
Just like my brother.
I'm on that path,
I didn't know my father,
I'm on that path,
And i am the master.
I'm on that path,
upon the good, straying from evil.
I'm on that path-
There is no cheating.
I'm on that path,
God knows i need him.
I'm on that path,
and i hope i'm never leaving ;)

Crime
Shirking duty
Is crime
Shirking duty
Is sin
Shirking duty
Brings discredit
And losing honour
And fame
Shirking duty
Is painful and infamy
Shunning duty
Is a crime
Is a sin.

Civilized
Civilized
Even these wonderful inventions,
The flying iron birds,
Swimming steel fish,
The nests touching the sky,
Could not prove you are Adam,
O man! You are Milton’s Satan,
Planning to destroy,
Or swerve Adam’s off spring,
From the right path,
Of Humanity

Duty And Work!
Sun rises and sets everyday;
Moon rises and sets everyday;
Plough man ploughs the field;
Poets love to compose poems!
Some love to do duty well;
But many do only for profit.
How duty has to be done?
What do duty, work mean?
Duty is done expecting none;
Work is done expecting some.
Duty and work all have to do;
But duty, works are different!
Duty is life work for everyone;
Work is done to live life here!

Duty is for Kant the One and All. Out of the duty of gratitude, he claims, one has to defend and esteem the ancients; and only out of duty has he become a great man.

Go On Duty
Go On Duty
And be a man like GOD.
Concentrate yourself
On your duty and
Do not utter.
Do your duty
As a gardener
Do not think yourself
As a owner.

It is better to do one's own duty, however defective it may be, than to follow the duty of another, however well one may perform it. He who does his duty as his own nature reveals it, never sins.
The path of duty lies in what is near at hand, but men seek for it in what is remote.
It is one of the worst of errors to suppose that there is any path for safety except that of duty.

Lifes path
There are so many paths in life
I guess I could say
I ve walked them all
The right path
The wrong path
The path of pain
The path of good
The path of bad
Which path do I now take
At this present time of life
The path I take is the path of pain.
The path of hurt
So many paths I have walked
But im lost in the path
The path of pain

OUR Duty...
It is my duty to stand up for my country and belief
It is my duty to end my brothers’ and sisters’ grief
It is my duty to fight for my country and to spread goodness and trust
It is my duty to proclaim peace and harmony as a must
If everyone could just shake hands
Where difference no longer stands
If everyone could just walk together
Then the peace and harmony that I’m calling for shall last forever
If we could just unite and abolish all the wars
Then we shall unlock all of the friendship doors
If we could put an end to all the pain from people no matter what color or faith they are
Then the road to heaven and eternal happiness shall not be far
It is OUR duty to stand up for OUR country and belief
It is OUR duty to end OUR brothers’ and sisters’ grief

Epitaph
All beauty to pourtray,
Therein his duty lay,
And still through toilsome strife
Duty to him was life—
Most thankful still that duty
Lay in the paths of beauty.

Brave Passion
Brave passion whose fire
is quenched by another’s reason.
The journey to the light of love
is consumed with agendas.
Other paths and presentations
dim and darken the way.
He’s angry who does not
find an easy path to joy
chance might place
within an easy grasp
one whom she can persuade.
Knowing pain and pleasure
at passion’s passing.
Thy love is a binding treat,
It is as wiley as a wood nymphs
path one attempts its capture.
For more than a span of time
Beings run wild to attain it
Kisses grown cold from lack of use
Heat quickly when love’s embrace
lights the embers of desire.
Brave passion thee are not
forgotten only left to glide
In space between duty and desire.
For the span of day let passion reign
and reason chase duty to the edge
of reason’s blessed disaster.

Mother and Earth By Vavroovahana Patra
Earth exists with mother;
She is entire universe's operator.
Is all creatures' life;
Chanting hymns evaporate grief.
Mother shows the light's path;
In our hearts provides mirth.
Mother is everywhere;
Is the Deity of Nature.
Mother provides us duty;
Through duty provides delight.
I like mother gaily;
Pray devotionally.
I behold mother everywhere;
She is the Deity of Nature.
Pray daily;
Derive peace gaily.
