We're trying to set up a movie for me in the near future. It's going to be similar to the story of how I got discovered. Kinda like my own version of '8 Mile.'

They're trying to beat out this movie, the Ring, which is a similar idea. Our movie is about a website you visit and die in three days. Their movie is about a videotape you watch - and die in three days.

Thats The Kinda Love I Got For You
(d. fletcher / d. parks)
From a mountain high to a valley low
Stronger than the strongest and even more
Running deep, as deep can go
And can even turn your darkest clouds to falling snow
Thats the kinda love I got for you, yeah
Thats the kinda love I got for you-hoo-oo
I cant help myself
I cant help myself
Oh, I love ya
Well, I just cant help myself
Like falling water on desert sand
Making flowers grow on barren land, yeah
Ever growin, growin long
Heaven only knows just how much it grows, ah
Thats the kinda love I got for you-oo
Thats the kinda love I got for you-hoo-oo
I cant help myself
I cant help myself
I love ya
Baby, I just cant help myself, no
Im playing with fire
Ive lost control, yeah
Oh this lovely feeling
Burns to my very soul
Burning hot, as hot as I can go
Cant seem to help myself
Just got to let you know
Thats the kinda love I got for you
Thats the kinda love I got for you-hoo-hoo
Thats the kinda love I got for you, baby
Thats the kinda love I got for, yeah
Oh, come and get it, honey
Cant help myself
This love of mine
Oh, its getting stronger
Cant help myself
Cant wait much longer, yeah
I feel it for you, yeah
Oh, thats the kinda love I got for you
Thats the kinda love I got for you, yeah
Thats the kinda love I got for you-oo
Thats the kinda love I got for you-hoo

The dynamic is extremely similar to Gremlins and the hero is very similar, plus the small town atmosphere. It really is in a way the third Gremlins movie.
Chasing Behind What Has Gone
No time is there left for you to take,
To waste procrastinating which way...
Provides an easier taste of life.
That decision should have been made.
And you have discovered time doesn't wait.
Why you are baffled by this is no surprise.
And no longer can you find anyone,
To accomodate your point of view.
Those who have similar visions too,
Are chasing behind what has gone.
Those who have similar visions too,
Are chasing behind what has gone.
Those who have similar visions too,
Are chasing behind what has gone.
Chasing in a race...
For a time that has long moved on!

I discovered early in my movie work that a movie is never any better than the stupidest man connected with it. There are times when this distinction may be given to the writer or director. Most often it belongs to the producer.
Fundamental of Liar Chapter LXXX: Story
Story about future is called imagination
Story about past is called memories
Story about present is called reality
Story that becomes true is called prophecy
Story that becomes unfulfilled is called regret
Story that becomes no end is called boasting
Small story is called experience
Epic story is called history
Forgotten story is called lesson
Story that becomes obsession is called ambition
Story that becomes untold is called secret
Story that becomes go its own way is called life

Some Kinda Good Kinda (Hold On Me)
She's got some kinda good kinda hold on me
She's some kinda fine sho-nuff sweet
Wrapped up in her love is I wanna be
She's got some kinda good kinda hold on me
I can't get enough of my baby's huggin' and kissin'
I never knew a girl who could do what she's doing to me
With just one touch she cast a spell
I'm tangled up

Expecting You
I am a woman and i know the father of my child,
But holding up the silver side of love to tell you my story;
For i am nineteen years old and, i am like a woman of words already!
One mile from 'Mile-Seven',
One word from 'Mile-Eleven',
And like a small world from 'Mile-Twelve'! !
But invisible with my passion to him who impregnated me;
For i am nineteen years old and, i am like a woman of words.
I am now in a world of my own and,
It is just like another day without the rain;
But are you ready to follow me into the woods with my child? !
For i have been expecting you lately on this issue of mine,
Because i am a woman and i know the father of my child;
But holding up the silver sde of love to tell you my story!

Loves Story.
This is the true love story
in loves movie it may get a little gorey
so wheres the punch lines wheres the pequal
sad to say that my love has no sequal
love is a sad story
in loves movie you may get little worried
but dont get carried away with the moving scene
love is more than gettin layed
more so about trust.honesty loaylty
so much more indeed
so when i see the wrong love story
i run and flee...

The Kind Of Fella I Am
Well I dont like it when I see your eyes dartin
Back and forth across the room
And I dont like it when I see you doin dances
Baby that I aint used to
Chorus:
But thats the kind of fella I am
Thats the kind of fella I am
Im a jealous kinda fella
And I might fall in love with you
Im a jealous kinda fella
And I just might fall in love with you
Hey
Well I dont like it when you try to impress me
With your daddys jewels and his car
And I dont like it when I hear you talkin
bout your ex-boyfriend the movie star
What I like is when you walk me home
And you let me hold you tight
But I dont like it when I hear that you learned
All this from some other guy
Chorus:
But thats the kind of fella I am
Thats the kind of fella I am
Im a jealous kinda fella
And I might fall in love with you
Im a jealous kinda fella
And I just might fall in love with you
Hey
So look out
Chorus:
But thats the kind of fella I am
Thats the kind of fella I am
Im a jealous kinda fella
And I might fall in love with you
Im a jealous kinda fella
And I just might fall in love with you
Hey

Once when I was in Hawaii, on the island of Kauai, I met a mysterious old stranger. He said he was about to die and wanted to tell someone about the treasure. I said, "Okay, as long as it's not a long story. Some of us have a plane to catch, you know." He stared telling his story, about the treasure and his life and all, and I thought "This story isn't too long." But then, he kept going, and I started thinking, "Uh-oh, this story is getting long." But then the story was over, and I said to myself "You know, that story wasn't too long after all." I forget what the story was about, but there was a good movie on the plane. It was a little long, though.

Some Kinda Love
Written by al hodge, leslie duncan & tony cox
They set the wheels in motion adam and eve
The beginning of romance
He was a lonely man I do believe
So he thought hed take a chance
I know just how he was feeling
Hed been advised not to fall
But when his senses were reeling
That man he wanted it all
Honey this is some kinda love
You are my sweet temptation
Honey this is some kinda some kinda love
Like a moth to a flame all you gotta do is call my name
Ill come running to you
I was a lonely man until you came
Life was black life was blue
Without a word being spoken
I saw you then I knew
Now my defences are broken
Theres not a thing I can do
Honey this is some kinda love
You are my sweet temptation
Honey this is some kinda some kinda love oh baby
Honey this is some kinda love
Were just one step from heaven
Honey this is some kinda some kinda love
Oh girl theres a fire in my soul
Im just burning for you
Oh girl Im out of control
Tell me can you feel it too
Im burning up Im burning up
Theres a fire in my soul
Im burning up Im burning up
For you
Honey this is some kinda love
You are my sweet temptation
Honey this is some kinda some kinda love
Honey this is some kinda love
Were just one step from heaven
Honey this is some kinda some kinda love
Repeat

Department Of Re-Creation
We have heard your side of the story.
And fiction based with a wholesome taste,
Is what has been discovered...
Has made it that way.
And although your story lacks,
Both truth and any basis of uncovered facts...
It has been decided to hire you to head,
The Department Of Re-Creation.
With a keeping intact what is needed most,
To inspire and motivate all of our actions.
We take this opportunity to congratulate you,
In maintaining your determination...
To suspend from the usage of any reality produced.
Our future in your hands,
Has been sealed indefinitely!
We can all now sigh a most needed relief.

Some Thoughts To Ponder: V
what's there to hide
in one's life...
doesn't every life have
similar story to tell
doesn't every life contain
similar secrets

My Kinda Life
Right from early days from the moment I was born
I would take my guitar in the early early mornin
And go down to the fields and play-ay-ay
Sittin down there in the long grass strummin
I could see the people from miles around comin
To hear me sing my music and play-ay-ay
Well thats been my kinda life my kinda life (yes and I like it)
Well thats been my kinda life my kinda life (yes and I like it)
Well thats been my kinda life yeah and I wouldnt spend it anywhere
Other than sittin down somewhere playin away my days
Well we made it to the city just me and my guitar
That was where I found a freaky little bar
I sat there on the stage and play-ay-ayed
Well up came a guy who said it wasnt plastic
He wanted me to sing away my life or something drastic
But all I wanna do is play-ay-ay
Well thats been my kinda life my kinda life (yes and I like it)
Well thats been my kinda life my kinda life (yes and I like it)
Well thats been my kinda life yeah and I wouldnt spend it anywhere
Other than sittin down somewhere playin away my days
Well fame and fortune Ive let them pass me by
No one in the country could say I didnt try
To turn the people and to play-ay-ay
You can keep all the money and the places that go with it
Cos all I want is freedom and no cash could ever get it
All I wanna do is play-ay-ay
Well thats been my kinda life my kinda life (yes and I like it)
Well thats been my kinda life my kinda life (yes and I like it)
Well thats been my kinda life yeah and I wouldnt spend it anywhere
Other than sittin down somewhere playin away my days
