War is a game that is played with a smile. If you can't smile, grin. If you can't grin, keep out of the way till you can.

Smile and Grin
Smile even when the path is rough
Grin even when the competition is tough
Smile when the battle is fierce
Grin when the words[truth] pierce
Smile as the head aches in severe pain
Grin as your hard work brings no gain
Smile to the bank when the figures there are few
Grin to tank when all in it is dew
Smile with your siblings in sorrow
Grin with the tidings that says you borrow
Smile when you pursue but you seem lazy
Grin when the future seems hazy
Smile just as a love is lost
Grin though the cost is a lot
Smile as you lose your freedom
Grin as you belong to the thorn's kingdom
Smile when you fall into a ditch
Grin when you encounter a hitch
Smile when locked lies you door
Grin when you appear climbing but still lay on the floor
Smile when situations are not conforming
Grin when circumstance is not reforming
Smile when dreams are not becoming goals
Grin when goals are leading you to gaol
Smile as the flight to wealth is delayed
Grin as the bad news is relayed
Smile for your foes and enemies
Grin as you await your nemesis
Smile as you pay for what you bought not
Grin as you say words you thought not
Smile when you meet with a cheat
Grin when you move like a watch the speed of cheetahs
Smile as you pass through the journey of perseverance
Grin as you wish but must dwell in temperance
As a smile is a confidence of change
and Grin, an outward symbol for revolution residing within range.

When The Wind Gave Me Her Name
The wind once asked if I knew her name.
She said if I didn't, we'd play a game.
A game of guess, within this game of life.
If I won, never again would I know strife.
I guessed her name till the ends of the earth,
she would smile, and grin, and laugh in mirth.
'There is one name you haven't tried..'
She whispered it in my ear, and made me smile with pride.
Grin
If you're up against a bruiser and you're getting knocked about --
Grin.
If you're feeling pretty groggy, and you're licked beyond a doubt --
Grin.
Don't let him see you're funking, let him know with every clout,
Though your face is battered to a pulp, your blooming heart is stout;
Just stand upon your pins until the beggar knocks you out --
And grin.
This life's a bally battle, and the same advice holds true
Of grin.
If you're up against it badly, then it's only one on you,
So grin.
If the future's black as thunder, don't let people see you're blue;
Just cultivate a cast-iron smile of joy the whole day through;
If they call you "Little Sunshine", wish that THEY'D no troubles, too --
You may -- grin.
Rise up in the morning with the will that, smooth or rough,
You'll grin.
Sink to sleep at midnight, and although you're feeling tough,
Yet grin.
There's nothing gained by whining, and you're not that kind of stuff;
You're a fighter from away back, and you WON'T take a rebuff;
Your trouble is that you don't know when you have had enough --
Don't give in.
If Fate should down you, just get up and take another cuff;
You may bank on it that there is no philosophy like bluff,
And grin.

Smile At Me :)
Smile at me
that smile, that finds me in the crowd
The one that lights up the room
And makes the world not seem so loud
Smile at me
that smile, that dances upon your laughter
The one that settles into the charming grin
I always remember after
Smile at me
That smile, that always makes me smile
The one that’s completely contagious
And lasts a whole long while
Smile at me
That smile, when my world feels grey
That smile, that smile
The one that chases sorrows away
Even for a moment…
Won’t you smile at me that smile?
If only for a moment
Smile at me…

Smile For Me
'Smile for me!
Is somebody waiting for me?
She took this picture
Did she take it for me?
Time is ticking,
Her smile insists, just to tell her was she waiting me?
When she smiles, I feel it, I know, I see it.
When she’s happy,
Smiles so bright, gives me another reason
For her her I’d fight!
I am happy when she’s happy
I smile when she smiles
I face the fact that it’s just her smile.
But I know inside,
Deep inside that smile,
She smiles for me, just for awhile.
A picture perfected, you should see
I just love it when she smiles for me.
She inspires me to reach out my hand
Hold her close
Let her stand
That smile of hers, no one can take,
No matter how early, no matter how late.
The time it takes, you must understand
It starting now, it starts again.
When you see her smile
It makes you see, just how deep is her real beauty.
To display her I would
Smile for me she should
My day would be complete, when she even smiles for me.
Those eyes, that skin, her hair, that grin
Makes you forget what world you are in
Her eyes I gaze
Her hands so soft
When she?
Will she?
I think she ought.
Smile for me, not the first or the last
Just smile for me, my time has past
I wait to see that smile she wore
She smiles for me forevermore.
Did I miss it?
Here it comes, a smile for me is coming out
But when, If, I wonder how.
She smiles when she sees me, when I am no where around
That smile she has inspires us all.
Will she smile? will she smile at all?
I wait to see, is it coming out? That smile is here,
It’s out it’s out
Taken with time
A grin so new
Just one more smile
Ok make it two.
Held in my arms.
Waiting’ to see.
Smiling, waiting, too much to ask,
But smile for me, at last, at last!
I saw one coming out
Here’s another
She smiles, she smiles like no other.
When she, will she, I should wonder,
But that smile of hers is the 9th world wonder.
Smile for me, smile wide smile bright!
Give me a smile to rest with tonight.
My smile is yours as you can see,
But smile for me so they all can see.
Hidden behind that timeless frame,
Is a smile I would love to see again and again'

Win
(hey, it aint over)
Me, I hope that Im crazy
I feel you driving and rolling the wheel
Slow down, let someone love you
Ohh, Ive never touched you since I started to feel
If theres nothing to hide me
Then youve never seen me hanging naked and wired
Somebody lied, but I say its hip
To be alive
Now your smile is spreading thin
Seems youre trying not to lose
Since Im not supposed to grin
All youve got to do is win
(thats all ya gotta do)
(ooh, it aint over)
Me, Im fresh on your pages
Secret thinker sometimes listening aloud
Life lies dumb on its heroes
Wear your wound with honor, make someone proud
Someone like you should not be allowed
To start any fires
Now your smile is spreading thin
Seems youre trying not to lose
Since Im not supposed to grin
All youve got to do is win
(thats all ya gotta do)
(ohh, it aint over)
Now your smile is spreading thin
Seems youre trying not to lose
Since Im not supposed to grin
All youve got to do is win
(thats all ya gotta do, ohh)
All youve got to do is win
(it aint over)
When your smile is spreading thin
(seek and believe in you)
Since youre trying not to lose
(it aint over, no, no)
Since Im not supposed to grin
(thats all ya gotta do)
All youve got to do is win
(it aint over, no,,, ohh)
(seek and believe in you)
All youve got to do is win
(it aint over, no, no)
Wo-ohh, all youve got
Is all youve got
(it aint over)
It aint over...

Find Your Smile
'Smile and the world smiles with you, ' so the saying goes,
where it came from, where it was born, no-one really knows.
But truth will out, where theres a smile because it is contagious,
be it just a little grin, or a smile completely outragious.
A smile come not just from the lips, for it does not then begile,
it comes from within your eyes, for it is there, you find a smile.
From the eyes of a small child, or from a face up in years,
a real smile stretches, yes, from both of your ears.
Some days though, to smile is very hard, if you have worries or trepidation,
it could be health, work of even costly inflation.
But for today, let those thoughts and worries drift far, far away,
help the world shine with your smile, and make it last all day.

What I thought was a smile
Sigh
how to write with such a meaningful title
i guess it all started with a simple smile
that smile so gentle and oh so sweet
how to define
something so divine
the way those lips felt
and to know how they feel
made that smile seem oh so real
to be crushed with a smile oh so sweet
when all it was, was a grin of deciet.

Love-hate relationship
I scream, you grin.
You grin, I grimace.
I grimace, you laugh.
You laugh, I smile.
I smile, you smile.
You smile, I move.
I move, you move.
You move, I lean.
I lean, you kiss.
You kiss, I kiss you.

Sound Effects And Overdramatics
When the shirt came off, it was all in time
When a m-m-m-minute turned into a mile
And then I broke that grin, and I cut it out
And you got all turned on by the taste of your sin
When I mention blue, all you thought was color
When you mention drugs, all I thought was sober
When your pants came off and I turned you over
When you mention blue
Kill! Smile! Cut it out for me this time!
Smile, haven't seen him smile in a while
Keep the mask aligned
Get it up in time
There's a space between valleys
and try and catch a vibe
Make a circle square, a rectangle curve
Use a smile as a noun and I think like a verb
Run quick switch sides
Spill the filled up canister
And the room is shaking
Now you're changing places,
and I switched my pace,
and my breathing races when you mention blue
Kill! Smile! Cut it out for me this time!
Smile, haven't seen him smile in a while
Kill! Smile! Cut it out for me this time! (This is not [x6])
Smile, haven't seen him smile in a while
Kill, smile, cut out for me cut it cut it out
Smile, cut cut it out for me cut it cut it out
We cut it out!
Kill! Smile! Cut it out for me this time!
Smile, haven't seen him smile in a while
Kill! Smile! Cut it out for me this time! (This is not [x6])
Smile, haven't seen him smile in a while
Get down and stay awake

Wont Get Fooled Again
Wont get fooled agian
Well be fighting in the streets with our children at our feet and the morals
That they worship will be gone and the men who spurred us on sit in judgement
Of all wrong they decide and the shotgun sings the song Ill tip my hat to the
New constitution take a bow for the new revolution smile and grin at the change
All around pick up my guitar and play just like yesterday then Ill get on my
Knees and pray we dont get fooled again the change, it had to come we knew it
All along we were liberated from the fold, thats all and the world looks just
The same and history aint changed cause the banners, they are flown in the
Next war
Ill tip my hat to the new constitution take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around pick up my guitar and play just like
Yesterday
Then Ill get on my knees and pray we dont get fooled again no, no! Ill move
Myself and my family aside if we happen to be left half alive Ill get all my
Papers and smile at the sky though I know that the hypnotized never lie do ya?
Theres nothing in the streets looks any different to me and the slogans are
Replaced, by-the-bye and the parting on the left are now parting on the right
And the beards have all grown longer overnight Ill tip my hat to the new
Constitution take a bow for the new revolution smile and grin at the change all
Around pick up my guitar and play just like yesterday then Ill get on my knees
And pray we dont get fooled again dont get fooled again no, no!

A Pair Of Smiling Teeth
A pair of smiling teeth, took me by suprise
One miserable november day
Caught by the light that shone from those pearly whites
I was at once diminished in sight
Sore, knocked to the floor
Once bitten twice shy
The smiling teeth bit into my thigh
And then jumped into my bag
They appeared in several anonymous photographs on their own
The smiling teeth arrive without a face
And kept bugging me
Though they remained silent (mostly)
They occasionally snapped back
Like a pair of castanets
The smiling teeth were not easy to forget
The smile was penetrating and fixed
A sinister smile
A horrible monstrous hungry happiness
That pressed down on me from afar
Even when the teetb were trapped in a jar
And thrown out to sea
I could feel that smile pressing down on me
My thin lined lips were beginning to curve at the edges
My teeth pushed through the chaos of my serious state
Until a fix grin emerged from my chin to cheek
So fixed was the grin I lost the power of speech
Nor could I eat no more
That smile those smiling teeth had possessed me
Like a fake hollywood smile on a cheap boardwalk of fame
I smiled an eternal full toothed smile
I never spoke again

Smile At Me
Can't you just smile back at me
When I send a smile to you,
Why is it that your lips are tight
And seem so frosty blue,
Can't you let your mouth just raise
Both sides a little bit,
Or is it that my face just doesn't,
In your mind, quite fit.
If you would smile, your face would be
A very handsome one,
And I believe that you and I
Could have a lot of fun,
But until you give a welcome grin,
There's nothing I can do,
Except, when you look across at me,
I'll keep smiling back at you.

Behind The Smile
(glover)
Behind the smile is great and nice,
Beware of what is in his eyes.
Looks like fun but hes after you,
Its not so funny what that smile can do...
Behind the smile there lies a face,
Filled with cunning but is full of grace.
Comes on friendly but is deadly too,
Beware for hell take care of you...
An innocent soul well it hurts
Im so nieve, thats all you ever see
Behind the smile you cannot see
Lies another fool in misery
Dont be fooled by that friendly grin
The jaws of death are going to draw you in...
Call you in...

Smile On Me
As bright as the desert sun come the rays
Of your smile, and as weak as the winter flowers
I wither in it-yet again I wake up the next day yearning for it
Smile on me……………………………
Some times I stumble into the world like an ageing soldier
Spent by the many years of war and when I meet your glance
The joy of it sends me to my knees with a trance, tiring as it’s to me
Smile on me……………………………………………..
As I go about my daily work, all I need to take a break is your smile
My be today I don’t deserve the days pay but that’s the price for encountering
Your text book smile, I come back home my pockets empty but my heart full
Of immeasurable pleasures with my empty stomach
Smile no me……………………………………………………….
To other people, getting a grin from me is good enough; all I hear is my smile is as
Hard to get as it’s to squeeze juice from raw oranges but in your hot smile I die in it
Direct to eternity smiling like a soaring eagle-yet again all I ask is……….
Smile on me……………………………………………………………….
Today as I rest on this bed I know am confronted with the reality, that one
Of these days there will be a moment when you will smile to me for one last time
And we will depart to the unknown world-but if it came to that all I will ask is
Smile on me………smile on me……..smile on me…………smile on me!

Bob Hope Esquire
My good friend, Bob, deserves acclaim! He loved to make folks laugh!
Indeed, this was his claim to fame... and now his epitaph...
His mind was like a library - one-liners as a rule!
His heart was good as gold, you see! That's why he played the fool!
His long nose was like a ski slope that's always heading south!
Despite his 'snozz', he learnt to cope and utilised his mouth!
Do you remember fondly, too? He flirted all the time!
He told each girl, 'Sure, I love you! Hey, babe, you look sublime! '
He charmed us all: half wit, half style! He made us grin and grin!
God blessed us with Bob's roguish smile... and also with his chin!
Bob played the hero with panache! We hoped he would succeed -
Especially as folks paid him cash to star and play the lead!
I pray my good friend Bob's received in Heaven, by the Lord...
And all lost golf balls are retrieved as part of his reward!

Play It On Your Lips :)
Wear a smile all day, smile away the day
and watch the effect you pass around
It might just cheer up the not so gay
and happiness might as well abound.
And don't you look your best when you do smile?
No wonder you are asked to say 'cheese' for a photo
But the trick is to wear it all the while
'Smile without distinction', that be thy motto.
When someone creases their forehead into a frown
you curve your lips into a smile
Don't let their scowl get you down
then they'd be the one to look the clown
while you show off an enchanting style.
When people stare 'n' glare at you
Return their stares and glares with a grin smile
Keep smiling whether they boo or pooh pooh
they might just reset their mental file.
Thus forever flash your pearlywhites
A crescent smiley on thy face
They aren't merely meant for chow and bites
Flash them into a smile that lights
Experiment with facial expression delights! :)
