To validate someone else's insecurities,
Seems such an injustice...

We all have our doubts and fears,

Big beautiful bashful eyes
with lashes oh so long
I love your beautiful bashful eyes.
They remind me of a song.,
a song to describe their color
and their lids that are half closed.
They never let me see behind them.
What they're feeling is never exposed.

are lost in timid intent.
I wish for them to open wide
to see where they have spent

A Life Changed
I used to get into fights
drink heavy as well
thought I was living
but really I was in Hell.
I used to sleep around
thought I was Jack the Lad
everything felt good
but really it was bad.
Got myself a reputation
but not the right kind
so had to change things
before I lost my mind.
So I prayed really hard
and slowly it came
a change in me happened
and I've never been the same.

I know it is bad to tell lies
