A Sane Revolution
If you make a revolution, make it for fun,
don't make it in ghastly seriousness,
don't do it in deadly earnest,
do it for fun.
Don't do it because you hate people,
do it just to spit in their eye.
Don't do it for the money,
do it and be damned to the money.
Don't do it for equality,
do it because we've got too much equality
and it would be fun to upset the apple-cart
and see which way the apples would go a-rolling.
Don't do it for the working classes.
Do it so that we can all of us be little aristocracies on our own
and kick our heels like jolly escaped asses.
Don't do it, anyhow, for international Labour.
Labour is the one thing a man has had too much of.
Let's abolish labour, let's have done with labouring!
Work can be fun, and men can enjoy it; then it's not labour.
Let's have it so! Let's make a revolution for fun!

A Child Laborer(2)
122 kinds of goods,
that are produced,
include diamond, jade, teak wood,
soccer ball, glass bangle, leather,
firework, carpet, foot wear,
rubber, gold, silver,
sweet strawberry,
and pornography.
International Labor Organization estimates
that more than 12 million working in forced labor or bondage,
that more than 200 millons of children
working in evironment with danger,
around the world in 58 countries,
where there are widespread poverty.
The big boss exploits the child labor,
Making big money is what he cares.
The products are cheap.
Low labor cost gives him profit...a big heap.
The consumers should think twice before they buy.
What if the child laborers were their daughters and boys?
These children lose their childhood of studying and playing.
Instead they are working, sweating and back-aching.
Labour Of Love
Marriage is a two-headed transplant,
Sometimes thats how it seems.
When the sex wears off its all give and take,
And its good-bye to all your dreams.
One head wants to go to a movie
While the other wants to stay at home,
And just like a two-headed transplant
You get the feeling that youre never alone.
Mr. and mrs. horrible are an example of what I say.
They used to be so in love, now they fight so much
That theyve frightened all their friends away.
They never get visits from neighbors,
Theyve alienated everyone.
And what started off as all cuddles and kisses
Has finally become
A labour of love, labour of love.
The torment, the worry and woe,
Loves full of fears, bruises and tears,
Thats the way that a true love grows.
Its a labour of love, labour of love.
Its a struggle, without a doubt,
But if they keep on trying, screaming and crying,
Somehow theyre gonna work it all out.
It turned into a two-headed transplant,
But it started off with here comes the bride.
But cut off one of the heads and youll soon find out
That the other just couldnt survive.
Because they couldnt stand to be separated
They still each others to have and hold.
Anyone who thinks the transplant is easy
Really ought to be told
Its a labour of love, labour of love.
The torments, the worries and whoas,
The battles, the fights, the bruises and bites,
Thats the way that a true love grows.
They took the vows, for better or worse,
And they had it blessed by heaven above,
But what started so brightly as a tender romance
Turned into a labour of love.
Turned into a labour of love.

Labouring Under Child Labour
A child is born out of labour.
A child is sent to school
And made to recognise
Read, recite, and write
Draw, count, and play.
The child undergoes labour
In all these movements
Of mind and limb
Whether he likes it or not.
If a child learns too fast
And sets a precocious record
In his studies or GK
Or in singing or dancing
Or in acting or in a sport
You laud him as a prodigy.
A school child is made
To work or wait for hours
Under the scorching sun
For a political or governmental event
With no snacks or water
Whether he like it or not.
It’s civic training,
Practicals of theory,
Shrama daan (labour of love)
Of the citizen tomorrow’s.
So catch them young!
If a child wants to be free
In this free country
From loads of books
And exams of rote
And play in the lap of nature
Like a fawn or a cub
And begin to study life
In the open school
And learn the letters
Of the art of living
And helps himself
And his parents too
By willingly working as a help
And earns a few dimes
To drive the wolf
Away from the door
And survive
In the rat race of this world –
No, he isn’t allowed.
It’s child’s labour
A cognisable offence!
The child with a silver spoon
In his mouth
Who labours with his mind
Is hailed with accolades
And promoted by sponsors
And reaps golden harvests.
The child with a pewter spoon
In his mouth
Who labours with his hands
Is called child labour
And rudely snapped
From his patrons
Who are raided, reviled, and punished.
And the tear-dried starveling
Is left in the lachrymose lurch and
Heartlessly denied his only honest means
Of keeping body and soul together.

Labour Of Love
(j.p. maunick)
Im a man, I know that youve been hurt by one and more
Understand, you have never known a love like this
A love like this before
A love like this before
Promises, I know that they come knockin at your door
But its me who stays, true to every word and more than this
I can give you more
I can give you more
Chorus:
Youre living on the run, tell me baby, when will it all stop
Im waiting for the chance I wanna give you, everything I got
Slow down take it easy, all youve got to do is reach out for me
We can work and make it
A labour of love
Im a man, I know that youve been hurt by one and more
Understand, you have never known a love like this
A love like this before
A love like this before
Chorus
(reach our for me)
A labour of love
(reach our for me)
A labour of love
(reach our for me)
A labour of love
(reach our for me)
Chorus
Stop think it over, where Im coming from
Im not here to fool anybody, please dont get me wrong
Slow down take it easy, all youve got to do is reach out for me
We can work and make it
A labour of love

We must ensure that while eliminating child labor in the export industry, we are also eliminating their labour from the informal sector, which is more invisible to public scrutiny - and thus leaves the children more open to abuse and exploitation.

By far the greatest part of those goods which are the objects of desire, are procured by labour; and they may be multiplied, not in one country alone, but in many, almost without any assignable limit, if we are disposed to bestow the labour necessary to obtain them.

New Labour was the most short-sighted, self-serving, incompetent, useless, and ineffective government that Britain has ever known. Make no mistake, Labour's economic policies were a national security liability.
I was a Labour Party man but I found myself to the left of the Labour party in Nelson, militant as that was. I came to London and in a few months I was a Trotskyist.

Labour And Delivery
Labour and delivery,
Competent and experienced;
And like the steps which are needed to be taken in advance.
Blood and urine samples,
From the mother and the unborn child;
But these simple steps are needed to be taken in advance.
Pregnancy and childbirth,
Are you unable to cover your medical costs? ! !
Then be very wise to seek help from the people around you;
For labour and delivery consists of many steps,
But feasible and deliverable without any complex technology is what you need as at now.
