When an individual, a sect, a clique or a nation hates and despises another individual, sect, clique or nation, he or they simply do not know the objects of their hatred. Ignorance is at the bottom of it.

Down With The Clique (LP Version)
First Verse:
Well now I guess it's time for me to wreck shop,
So show your peace while the beat drops,
And if you're in the house just throw your hands up,
And let me see my brothas and sistas spread luv
And if you're not down there's sumthin wrong see,
'Cause see my project homies, they got my back G,
Droppin' a old school with a new school..
PA's in the house and it's a good thang..
(chorus)
Well if you down with the clique,
let me hear you say (I'm down wit it)
(repeat 4X)
Second Verse:
Now it's a phone checker, I musn't do this
And if you didn't know I thought you knew this,
It took a little time but now it's on see

It's a clique and I think a clique exists in every business. There's a circle of people that are guaranteed to open a movie and we all know their names and whether they're right or wrong for the role.

There is no force like success, and that is why the individual makes all effort to surround himself throughout life with the evidence of it; as of the individual, so should it be of the nation.

It Takes Two To Tango (This Is For The Girls)
I'm in the clique, I'm in the clique
I'm really slick, I know every trick
And I can get a chick, 'cause I'm in the clique.
Get your greasy hands off the guitar,
Get your slimy seat off the drums,
Go and take a chair in the corner,
And wait until your time comes.
Maybe you're a wheel in your hometown,
Maybe you're the best on the block,
But by the time you make it in New York,
Your axe will be in hock.
Gettin' in the door will cost a fin
Minimum is another three
It takes a year of heavy spending
Before they let you in free.
You may dress like everybody
But there the similarity ends
You need more than a uniform to be
In our little circle of friends.
Maybe I could give you advice
But what can I say to you?
Some people get it together
And some people never do.
Just try and get your foot in the door
And maybe, with luck, you may
Also be in a position to look
Down your nose on somebody someday.

But this is the great danger America faces. That we will cease to be one nation and become instead a collection of interest groups: city against suburb, region against region, individual against individual. Each seeking to satisfy private wants.

I wish to say to you that the life of an enlightened people and a vibrant nation cannot be measured by the life of an individual. A successful person is one who manages to lay down a new stone, a brick that would help firm up his nation's existence.

Treason
Spare not the culprit
When the act is antinational
When the act is treason.
The soil of ones country
The safety and security
Of the Mother motherland
And mothertongue
Is in highest order
And when all these are
In danger and
In danger spare not anybody.
The nation is sacred
And more than individual life.
Life of a person is
Not permanent
The nation is permanent.
Spare not the culprit
Who put the nation
In the open market
Like anything.

The function of religions
I belong to my religion
To belong to the people
Who are with the religion.
I remain with a fixed sect
To remain with the people
Who remain with that sect.
I identify a shrine
To identify myself
With those visiting the shrine.
The people of the religion,
Not the ideal of the religion,
Is my motive to follow.
The religion wants my membership.
The sect wants my participation.
The shrine wants my attendance.
Neither they nor I am strict
That the ideals be pursued
As the idols are worshipped.
How can then the religion
Reform and refine the human
Other than consolidation?

On the one hand, there are individual actions such as throwing, pushing, touching, rubbing. It is these individual actions that give rise most of the time to abstraction from objects.

Every optimist moves along with progress and hastens it, while every pessimist would keep the world at a standstill. The consequence of pessimism in the life of a nation is the same as in the life of the individual. Pessimism kills the instinct that urges men to struggle against poverty, ignorance and crime, and dries up all the fountains of joy in the world.

Laws, wisely administered, will secure men in the enjoyment of the fruits of their labour, whether of mind or body, at a comparatively small personal sacrifice; but no laws, however stringent, can make the idle industrious, the thriftless provident, or the drunken sober. Such reforms can only be effected by means of individual action, economy, and self-denial; by better habits, rather than by greater rights. The Government of a nation itself is usually found to be but the reflex of the individuals composing it. The Government that is ahead of the people will inevitably be dragged down to their level, as the Government that is behind them will in the long run be dragged up. In the order of nature, the collective character of a nation will as surely find its befitting results in its law and government, as water finds its own level. The noble people will be nobly ruled, and the ignorant and corrupt ignobly. Indeed all experience serves to prove that the worth and strength of a State depend far less upon the form of its institutions than upon the character of its men. For the nation is only an aggregate of individual conditions, and civilization itself is but a question of the personal improvement of the men, women, and children of whom society is composed.

Clique
clique
like a camera's snappy sound
you get a face on paper
you remember
pain.
clique
you hear the sound of clapping hands
exhorting the fame within your circle.
each to his name, his bias, and prejudice.
the bold line is drawn.
outside, they move around their circles too.
they're not sad.
those excluded, too, know how to find
themselves
they have their own feet and hands
their sticks
and carrots too,
to munch
in accordance with their own kind
the way how their teeth
are designed
their mouths spouting invectives
against those
not towing the line
'we have our guidelines' the ugliest of them all say that.
i, too, draw a circle of my existence.
in keeping myself in
i keep them out too.
there i take my own bed and pillow
and blanket.
to have a nice sleep alone.

Stupidity Sows Wisdom Seeds
Adonai we understand
stupidity is necessary
individual stupidity
cultural sect stupidity
collective stupidity
all teaches lessons
stupidity strife sows
wise wisdom seeds
morals as life lessons
so where are instructions
safe laws as authority basis
early script interpretations
collections ancient writings
commentaries as warnings?
All are written in Talmud.
