The one thing that's closest to my story is the thing about trying out for the juvenile delinquent role and getting it. That was the start of my acting career... which I've resumed, by the way.

Yeah, her mama says shes lazy
But her mama drives her crazy, every day and night
Yeah (yeah), shes a juvenile exciter
And her daddy was a writer, for the tv guide
And shes so bad now, shes so hot, and everyone knows it
Well we know, well we know it, yeah yeah
Yeah, hes a juvenile delinquent
Been in trouble bout as frequently, as he can be
Yeah, he said his father was a sailor
His mother was his tailor, till he turned 16
Hes so bad now, hes so hot, and everyone knows it
Hes so bad now, hes so hot, and everyone knows it
Well we know, well we know it, every day
They wanna put the dude away
Well its worth it just to hear you say, theres something wrong
Were all juvenile delinquent
Juvenile delinquent, thats what we all are
Were all juvenile delinquent, were
Juvenile delinquent, thats what we all are
And everybody knows, my babys got new clothes
And she aint changed, she aint changed none
So go on and be the same, you know you cant escape
Its all the same, its all the same
Well its worth it just to hear you say, you wanna put us all away
Well you should have done it yesterday, cause its too late, yeah
Were all juvenile delinquent
Juvenile delinquent, thats what we all are, yeah
Were all juvenile delinquent, you and me
Juvenile delinquent, thats what we all are
Were all juvenile delinquent, everybody
Juvenile delinquent, thats what we all are

Closest Thing To Heaven
28 days of rain
Flash floods in February
Back in our boats again
Bath water and the baby
What am I gonna do?
There's been a lot of drinking
Looking at ghosts of you
While all the world is sinking
10.000 miles into the atmosphere
My body shakes
Is there a welcome here?
Closest thing to heaven
How do you do it?
Closest thing to heaven, heaven
Throw your arms round the world
Make love your destination
Here we go boys and girls
Act like a generation
Give me that ball and chain
By now it must be hurting
Dragging your feet again
Just like a beast of burden
When one and one and one make two
I know I'm high because I've captured you,
yeah
Closest thing to heaven
Yeah, it's you
Closest thing to heaven, heaven
Look the world right in the eye
Eat the countries that are making billions
Sweet as homemade apple pie
Saved by crumbs for all the starving millions, yeah
Closest thing to heaven
Closest thing to heaven
How do you do it?
Closest thing to heaven
Uhh, hey
Closest thing to heaven

I guess Species was a movie made for me and hence I bagged the role. In fact even when acting, I never thought the outcome would be so good which I think it was! The entire role was a challenge. I was to be this strange yet sexy thing which was challenging!

Anderson's Home
Teenage runaways, problem child,
pregnant girls try to smile.
telling their story
to a counselor all the while.
About how they became so bad,
I was just disappointed and very sad.
Yes, I was the scapegoat
where everything is my fault.
I was a part of the juvenile delinquent cult.
Luckily I was taught,
to wait for the man of your dreams,
don't get pregnant like my friends in their teens.
All my friends sent away that summer,
just like me, it was such a bummer.
Ate so much I got fat,
went swimming once, that was that.
This all happened at Anderson's home,
teenagers sent there because they where wronged.
Wronged by parents because they are blamed
for things totally insane.
Hopefully homes like this will be a thing of the past,
child abuse will end, it will not last.

Getting Married
So it's done you said
While packed your old wardrobe
Acting like you've been paid
And new role has been dropped
So what's your new cast now?
You shake your head and smile
Your life is now part of the show
Of what people think worthwhile
Many question left to ponder
Disclosed story as secret thing
You said nothing to wonder
It's just a forever trade for a ring
You used to say that it's not you
To bet in lifetime option between happy and misery
Engaged in commitment start with ‘I Do'
Take a 24-7 endless responsibility
There you are, signing a new fate
Admit nothing but plain affirmation
Forget all the years before this date
Nothing more to say but ‘Congratulation! ! '

If one thing that bothers me about acting, it's that there's no clear-cut number one. The closest you can get is winning an Academy Award, and I'm going to work on that if it takes me the next 50 years. To my peers, it will mean that I'm the best!

Hot Thing
Hot thing!
Hot thing, barely 21
Hot thing, looking 4 big fun
Hot thing, whats your fantasy?
Do u wanna play with me?
Hot thing, baby u dance so good
Hot thing, baby I knew u would
Hot thing, tell me what u see
Hot thing, when u smile, when u smile, when u smile
Are your smiles, are your smiles 4 me?
Hot thing, maybe u should give your folks a call
Hot thing, tell them youre going 2 the crystal ball
Hot thing, tell them youre coming home late,
If youre coming home at all
Hot thing, tell them u found a brand new baby doll
Hot thing, I cant wait 2 get u home
Hot thing, where we could be alone
Hot thing, I could read u poetry,
And then we could make a story of our own
Hot thing
Hot, hot, hot thing
Hot thing, hot thing
Hot thing, hot thing
Hot thing, barely 21
Hot thing, looking 4 big fun
Hot thing, whats your fantasy
Hot thing, dont u wanna play with me?
Hot thing, hot thing
Hot thing, I cant wait 2 get u home
Hot thing

Angel In My Eyes
I watch her layin in bed asleep
Thank my lucky stars
For every second she's here with me
I wanna hold her in my arms
She is my day, She is my night
She is the breath that gives me life
But sometimes we laugh and sometimes we cry
Sometimes we fight and we don't know why
But no matter what she believes in me
She's the closest thing to heaven I'll ever see
She'll always be an angel in my eyes
Sometimes I feel her by my side
Like she's watching over me
I get a chill running down my spine
And that's all the proof I need
But she fills my heart, She fills my soul
She is the half that makes me whole
Well sometimes we laugh and sometimes we cry
Sometimes we fight and we don't know why
But no matter what she believes in me
She's the closest thing to heaven I'll ever see
She'll always be an angel in my eyes
Well sometimes we laugh and sometimes we cry
Sometimes we fight and we don't know why
But no matter what she believes in me
She's the closest thing to heaven I'll ever see
She'll always be, she'll always be,
She'll always be an angel in my eyes

Ive Got A Good Thing
(jerry ragavoy / mort shuman)
I got a good thing
I got a good thing
I got a good thing going
Take the sun and take the moon
And stars that shine so bright
All I need is my guy
And everythings all right
Everything about him thrills me
The way he looks at me just kills me
Hes got a way of getting to me
Every kiss just goes right through me
I got a good thing
You know I got a good thing, baby
I got a good thing going
Take the rainbow from the sky
Oh, I dont really care
I will have a pot of gold
As long as he is there
I never knew such sweet affection
And its all in my direction
If he left theres no mistaking
My poor heart would start to break and
I got a good thing
You know I got a good thing going
I got a good thing going, yeah
I got a good thing, yeah
You know I got a good thing going
You know I got a sweet thing baby
Everything is everything, baby
Everything is uptight, all right, out of sight
Yeah, I got a good thing going, yeah
You know I got a good thing

Obsession
i wanna be
the everything you need
the every sight you see
the closest thing to epidemic
slightly your disease
a love without a cure
no uncertainties for sure
the closest thing to alcohol
that calls you back for more
your sensual tough
it's all too much
unbearing love
my obsession
i speak your tone
dance to your song
of my confession
of my obsession
it's fearful when i
replay over life
no existing night
feels like this one
i feel your presence
underrates romance
no fear

Come Get Some
[Lil Jon]
We gon' start this thing off right (say what?)
We got the Dirty South in the house tonight
We gon' start this thing off right (say what?)
We got the ATL in the house tonight
We gon' start this thing off right (say what?)
We got some sexy ladies in the house tonight
We gon' start this thing off right (say what?)
We got TLC in the house tonight
Chorus:
Baby, if I drop it down to the ground
Then put it in your face, now what'chu gon' do?
Shorty, if I shake it then turn around
Then back it up on ya, what'chu gon' do?
If you want some, come get some
If you want some, come get some
If you want some, come get some
If you want some, shorty come

There Is Such A Thing
There is such a thing as bravery.
That would be me.
But still I quake in my boots.
Acting cool.
There is such a thing as honesty
But you have to have bravery
To wield it
There is such a thing as
Knowledge of Self
But you have to brandish honesty
To learn it
There is such a thing as peace
But you have to Know your Self
To find it
There is such a thing as Happiness
But you have to find Peace
To embrace it
There is such a thing as Fear
But if you’ve found your bravery
You can stare it down
Quaking in your boots

When I attack a role, be it TV, film or stage, the first thing I say is, I don't want to know anything. If it's good I don't want to hear it; if it's bad I don't want to hear it. The only thing either thing can do is distract me. I like to stay focused.
