I try to avoid long-range plans and visions - that way I can more easily deal with anything new that comes up.

Break Your Plans
[intro]
Whatchu wanna do
Whatchu trying to say
Do you wanna play?
Do you wanna go?
Whatchu wanna do
Whatchu trying to say
Do you wanna play?
Do you wanna play with me?
Oh, baby take your time
Cuz I know you got somebody baby
And I know you want me so
So later, meet me here at 10:00
But I cant call you on the phone
Cuz you got someone at home
So hit me on my cell, 275-4321
I know that you wanna be with me
Tonight, break your plans with your man
Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
Oh baby, understand
Im ready if youre willing
(Im ready to get down)
To take a chance
Cuz if he finds out
He might not like it
So keep it on the down low
Dont tell nobody, oh no
What goes on between us
Stays between us
Some might say that its cheating
But all Im doin is creepin
Cuz all I know is I got you feinin, feinin
I know that you wanna be with me
Tonight, break your plans with your man
Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
I know you want me
Lets get busy
Tonight, lady break your plans with your man
Do you wanna play?
(do you wanna play baby? )
(do you wanna play? )
I know, I know, I know, I know
I know that you wanna be with me
Tonight, break your plans with your man
Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
I know that you wanna be with me
Tonight, break your plans with your man
Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
I know that you wanna be with me
Tonight, break your plans with your man
Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
I know that you wanna be with me
Tonight, break your plans with your man
Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man

Dont Think... Feel
Words and music by neil diamond
Sleepy old sun, sleepy old day,
Sleepy old tree gonna make me some shade.
Sleepy old time on my side of town,
Im feelin fine, Ill explain to you now.
Dont think, feel; aint no big deal.
Just make it real and dont think, feel.
It dont take plans to clap your hands,
When it feels nice just dont think twice.
Some worry all day bout who they can trust,
Some worry all night bout money and lust.
Worry they do and worried they die--
And after theyre gone just the bankers cry.
Dont think, feel; aint no big deal.
Just make it real and dont think, feel.
It dont take plans to clap your hands,
When it feels nice just dont think twice.
Life is a card, you take what you get.
You do what you can to feel no regret.
You do what you can, forget about words,
Just go with the feelin it usually works.
Dont think, feel; aint no big deal.
Just make it real and dont think, feel.
It dont take plans to clap your hands,
When it feels nice you dont think twice.
Dont think, feel; aint no big deal.
Just make it real and dont think, feel.
It dont take plans to clap your hands,
When it feels nice you dont think twice.
Dont think, feel; aint no big deal.
Just make it real and dont think, feel.

Can You Deal With It?
(words and music: duran duran)
There must be somebody
Wholl make love to me.
Blow the rules away
And trash these yesterdays.
Live in simpathy
Use psychology.
To find the twist in me (ah-ha)
Can you deal with it?
Recent enquiry
Showed now boundry.
Loves the only way
Can you handle it?
Can you deal with it? (oowa)
Can you deal with it?
Can you deal with it? (oowa)
Can you deal with it?
Can you deal with it?
When you aint sorry? (can you deal with it? )
For all that you appologise (can you deal with it? )
Working up to something,
I know youre up to something...
Yeahhhh...
Can you deal with it? (somethings got to happen)
Can you deal with it? (somethings got to get me up)
Say you deal with it? (but nothing never happens)
Can you deal with it? (cos nothings ever good enough)
Say you deal with it?
Can you deal with it? (somethings got to happen)
Can you deal with it? (somethings got to get me up)
Say you deal with it? (but nothings gonna happen)
Can you deal with it? (cos nothings ever good enough)
Say you deal with it?

You Got The Deal
I lived my life one way too long.
Deal me straight, I can't go wrong.
A gambler's fate's in the cards he takes,
And now I know it's just a mistake.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
You got the . . .
Left our dreams on a lonely road.
Come back here with a heavy load.
Fight our best when the chips are down.
You go your way, and I'll win this round.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
LEAD BREAK
You live your life for the dollar sign.
And all that you've made,
You're just buying time.
But time takes it toll,
It don't care who you are
You know you're marked for life
With your empty heart.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
I don't know the game,
But you got the deal.
Don't know the game,
But you got the deal.

You Ask If He Is The Kiss And Tell Type
and i said no
and you easily believe me
taking always my words
at its face value
he kissed you
that is true
and he told me
that is also true
but there is more to that
no big deal really
what do you care
and here is the pain
he might have kissed you
but he never loved you
no big deal really
what do you care?
if you did not really love each other
why did you keep that picture
of two lovers kissing
on the hill
a long, long time ago
ask me if he keeps it still
that picture of two
lovers kissing
on top of
the chocolate hill
yes, he sent me through the email.

I Could Easily Fall In Love With You
Aum aum aum aum
Aum aum aum aum
If you should tell me that I'll always be,
The one you'll always love so true.
Then I can tell you I could easily,
"I could easily fall in love with you."
It wasn't long ago I saw you there.
But even then I thought I knew,
That given half a chance I'd easily,
"I could easily fall in love with you."
I've been too long on my ownsome now.
I've been too long by myself.
I couldn't feel more lonesome now.
If I was left on the shelf.
Don't ever change that smile you're smiling now.
And please don't let me see you blue.
Then I can tell you oh so easily,
"I could easily fall in love with you."
I've been too long on my ownsome now.
I've been too long by myself.
I couldn't feel more lonesome now.
If I was left on the shelf.
Don't ever change that smile you're smiling now.
And please don't let me see you blue.
Then I can tell you oh so easily,
"I could easily fall in love with you."

Making Plans
You say tomorrow youre going
Its so hard for me to believe
Im making plans for the heartaches
cause youre making plans to leave
The tears for me will be falling
Like a tree shedding its leaves
Im making plans for the tear drops
cause youre making plans to leave
Youre making plans to forget me
Im making plans to miss you
Im getting ready ti grieve
Im making plans to be lonesome
cause youre making plans to leave
Im making plans to be lonesome
cause youre making plans to leave

Turn To Gold
SHINE!
I don't know why
all the fiction of your sleeping
doesn't visit you awake
I don't know how to get your storybook sunrise
to follow you above your cloudy day
all these gifts you left on you
with heaven painted on you
i wish this now with all my soul
may all your visions turn to gold
to have and hold
may all your visions turn to gold
may all your visions turn to gold
to have and hold
may all your visions turn to gold
terrified the world will never turn to look at you
and the sun won't see you shine
she'll resign for rose cooked blush just from your smiling
let the water form a cry
only better luck should greet you
the road should rise to meet you
i wish this now with all i know
may all your visions turn to gold
to have and hold
may all your visions turn to gold
may all your visions turn to gold
to have and hold
may all your visions turn to gold
loose inside your winter
feel the cold wind blowing
cutting through your head and through your ears
feel the fire growing
no more frozen danger
no more wrteched ice storm fear
may all your visions turn to gold
to have and hold
may all your visions turn to gold
may all your visions turn to gold
to have and hold
may all your visions turn to gold

Sometimes for M lady Tara
Sometimes I just sit quietly
and put my mind in neutral gear.
Set my imagination free
and wait for visions to appear
The visions which inspire me
to pick my pencil up and write.
About the dreamscapes I can see,
which I describe in black and white.
Though those who read my poetry
use their imagination to
visualise quite easily.
The scenes I try to share with you.
Sometimes I fail, sometimes succeed
in entertaining all who read.

Anticipating Not
They move ahead with certainty, what they plan will come to be,
Making plans with an expectation, waiting with sure anticipation,
That the plans which they sow, just like a tree, shall surely grow,
But, without Christ, for sure, the plans they make will not endure.
Nations also make their plans too, with expectations, this is true,
However, the plans they long to see, are not sown with certainty,
Because the Decrees of The Lord, by many nations, go ignored,
So those darker plans of men, God Himself will surely condemn.
Many a people and nations too, plot out a plan that they pursue,
As they pursue their every desire, of other men they may inquire,
Never looking into God’s Ways, for they seek only man’s praise,
In man’s ways they put their trust, in beings who return unto dust.
Many plans which we see today, are put in place by men of clay,
Their plans fail before they begin, for they are inundated with sin,
And these men are like the grass, promoting ways that won’t last,
The dark plans that they create, The Righteous Lord will frustrate.
Man made plans oppose The Lord, and their ways aren’t ignored,
By a Sovereign Righteous God, reigning over all this earthly sod,
In the plans many contemplate, Judgment they do not anticipate,
So plans are ended by the Lord, as Judgment by God is poured.
The Lord’s Spirit will not contend, with man’s evil ways in the end,
Man’s foolishness, in God’s eyes, is thought by many to be wise,
Man’s godless ways and thought, will bring man’s plan to naught,
As the only plan that shall endure, is the Eternal plan of The Lord.

Eye sea visions
Eye sea visions
Turning into shadow
Disappearing with the dark nights,
Eye sea visions
Walking in my dreams
Pushing to join realities
Then eye fold my hands and wait.
Eye sea visions
Smiling in the face of the moon,
Smelling like flowers of the Seasons
Whispering a psalmist eulogy
Then, eye close my eyes and anticipate!
Eye sea visions
And eye feel irritated, as eye begin
To lament deceptions,
Intuition envelops me… as
Eye wonder the genuineness of this
Visions eye see.

“Trust Me As I Trust You”
Shake my hand, count the real
Romantic life for now I feel
A mate the old man and now you are
Yesterday I ran which from far
Temple dove against the hand
Fairly deal the moist land
My great trust no one can change;
I trust you high as long as range;
Bird trusts his wings so he never falls;
So, trust me too and you’ll never fail.

Shape Of My Heart
I live my life in chains
Got my hands in chains
And I cant stick with the cards
That I got with a deal
Like this I must insist
That a girls got more to do
Then be the way you think a woman should
Im taking it into my own hands
In this mans land I can understand
Why Im taking command
Had enough of stuff
And now its time to think about me, me yeah
And you can easily gamble your life away
Second after second
And day by day
You play the game or you walk away
Its a new turn on a blue day
And a cool deal of life for me
And its all good
I know that the spades are the swords of a soldier
I know that the clubs are weapons of war
I know that diamonds mean money for this art
But thats not the shape of my heart
Ive always played it safe nothings ever safe
Give me the courage to back my own convictions
Every decision I make I pay it back and more
Now turn the cards and let them fall to me
Cos I dont need to play on with the hand that they have given me
Ill give it back cos its not the way it has to be
And you can easily gamble your life away
Second after second
And day by day
You play the game or you walk away
Its a new turn on a blue day
And a cool deal of life for me
And its all good
I know that the spades are the swords of a soldier
I know that the clubs are weapons of war
I know that diamonds mean money for this art
But thats not the shape of my heart
Thats not the shape
The shape of my heart
My heart
Thats not the shape of my heart
And you can easily gamble your life away
Second after second
And day by day
You play the game or you walk away
Its a new turn on a blue day
And a cool deal of life for me
And its all good
