Taking the entire globe, if North America and Western Europe can be called the 'cities of the world', then Asia, Africa and Latin America constitute 'the rural areas of the world'.
Related quotes
The peoples of Asia, Africa, and Latin America have common interest and are in the position to support each other in their anti-imperialist and anti-U.S. struggle. As long as Africa and Latin America are not free.

People don't understand rural America. Sixteen percent of our population is rural, but 40 percent of our military is rural. I don't believe that's because of a lack of opportunity in rural America. I believe that's because if you grow up in rural America, you know you can't just keep taking from the land. You've got to give something back.

Viceroy Sonata
I am the king called Viceroy
And in my ship I sail the Red Sea
All the way to North America because I want to see the other world
That the people call the American dream
But I know that is not easy to migrate to North America
Because if you want to stay you will need to apply for a green card
And you will be a gringo for the rest of your life
But I don't have any plans to live in North America
But my plans is just to visit North America and that is all
Because I am a jew and I belong in Telaviv that is my birth place

Its Roots
It came out of Mesopotamian and settled in the Middle East,
Then it gave forth its roots to spread all over the world!
And like Isaac and Ishmael in the land of your muse;
All over the globe today to learn from each other,
But, we all came from one source.
Out of Mesopotamian,
Out of Egypt,
Out of many lands! !
And like Isaac and Ishmael in the land of your muse;
But, we all came out from one source.
Crossing the Red Sea,
Getting into another land;
But spread all over the world today to identify you nad me!
And like the Jewish and the Arabs;
Asia, Africa, Europe, North and South America and, Australia! !
But, we all come from one source.

Worlds Inheritance
Nations and nations, y’all arise
Africa was indeed to be the first
But rigging and wriggling was its class
Henceforth dwelt in hunger and thirst
Other nations pounced on this chance
As it slipped Africans palms and hands
The quest unquestionably began
On whom was to inherit, the fruits of the land
Europe blessed as the wisest of all
Broke the spell and impressed “World”
He grew from strength and strength to the core
This not meant, so unbalanced the law
There were disagreements, minds were biased
Focus were lost, vital opinions clashed
This, another chance for others to break free
Just North America had a family tree
North America took charge of His affairs
Encouraging others to do same
He only helped if the price was fair
Give and take was the price to tame
Asia been the most resourceful of all
Took a clue from uncle nature
Growing from the little piece of advice
Grew to a large enterprise
Africa had no feasible way out
While Europe nurtured and groomed Australia
North America dined with his twin “SOUTH”
Africa was just left with “Antarctica”
They all had round table to discuss issues
But issues became problems, due to Africans skin
Africa was the only black, which indeed was true
So had nothing to share or begin
Africa was given an option, only to serve
Until His bones were weak and tired
No integrity or dignity at all to preserve
The little He wore was technically wired
Africa got a clue from God knows where
And built on the basis of wear and tear
Not only if He comes to His right senses and merit
Would He realize the fruits of the land He is to inherit

Seven Continents
There are seven continents
Right here on the planet Earth
Each gorgeous in it's own way
Africa
Antarctica
Asia
Australia
Europe
North America
South America
Each precious land has its own culture, customs and traditions
Each continent has different weather conditions
Most beautiful of all, it has people
People, just like you and me
Some are good, some not so good
Let's pray for faith, peace, justice,
good health, food, shelter, unity,
A decent job and prosperous opportunity

America
(Francis Scott Key)
Oh, say, can you see
By the dawn's early light
What so proudly we hailed
At the twilight's last gleaming
Whose broad stripes and bright stars
Through the perilous fight
O'er the ramparts we watched were so
Gallantly streaming?
America, America, America
America, America, America
And the rocket's red glare
The bombs bursting in air
Gave proof through the night
That our flag was still there
Oh, say, does that star
Spangled banner yet wave
Over the land of the free
And the home of the brave!
America, America, America
America, America, America
America, America, America
America, America, America
America, America, America
America, America
ooohhh

Angels On Assignment
Angels
get assigned
to specific
geological locations
specific cities towns
regions by order
of angelic seniority
the more important
destination location
the more important
the assigned angel
one angel responsible
for entire planet earth
one each for northern
southern hemispheres
then angels assigned continent
specific to Europe Asia Africa
North America South America
Australia Antarctica then islands
Angels assigned continents
are extremely important angels;
but are they doing badly? or well?
assigned briefly? or for millennia?
in for duration; an unseen war rages;
angels versus demons; war in heaven;
fought; since fall; in Garden of Eden;
like microscopic life; bacteria viruses;
All the angels
in America
in Europe
fighting wars...
war in heaven
war on earth
World War I
World War II...
Especially intense
extreme fighting
wearing what uniforms?
Issued angelic wings?
Carrying God
given swords?
Do angels die?
In body form?
Immoral souls
Immediately
resurrected
to fight other in
battles other wars?
unseen raging angelic war
with deadly consequences
like unseen bacteria viruses
raging within diseased body
unseen but real deadly peril
smiting down dead regardless
all men caught in crossfire or
struck down dead at Creator’s
command like angel of death
sent in plague against Pharaoh
like four angels still bound at river
Euphrates; to kill a third of mankind. Revelation 9: 14

Down There
Between the stars were sitting here
Our wifes are having breakfast now
Down on earth the skies are clear
Oh how we wish that they were here
Tell me what were doing here
Watching the dirty atmosphere
Were searching for a place
For the human race
Out in space
Down theres america
Down theres africa
Down there are still people who think
That mankind is the most important thing
Well circle till eternity
Around the world in minutes we
Understand the history
The whole human catastrophy
Good morning ground control
Down theres america
Down theres australia
Down there are still people who think
That mankind is the most important
Will my dog still know who I am
(get shaved and itll be alright)
Will we return to what we know
(everthings gonna be allright)
But if you ask me I dont know
If I really want to go
Back down there
Down theres america
Down theres asia
Down there are still people who think
That mankind is the most important thing
Down there glows america
Down there glows africa
Down there burn the people that think
That mankind is the most important thing

And God created man!
Yellow, black and white men
They all love each other?
Yellow men in Asia
Black men in Africa
White men in Europe
All color of men in America
They all love each other?
And God created woman!
Yellow, black and white women
They all love each other?
Yellow women in Asia
Black women in Africa
White women in Europe
All color of women in America
They all love each other?
And God created man and woman!
Yellow, black and white men and women
All living together in a love, hate relationship
All living together in America
With rainbow colored children
Black and white children
Yellow and black children

We must restore the soul of America. Our nation is shaped by the constant battle between our better angels and our darkest impulses. It is time for our better angels to prevail. Tonight, the whole world is watching America. I believe at our best America is a beacon for the globe. And we lead not by the example of our power, but by the power of our example.... Now, together — on eagle's wings — we embark on the work that God and history have called upon us to do. With full hearts and steady hands, with faith in America and in each other, with a love of country — and a thirst for justice — let us be the nation that we know we can be. A nation united. A nation strengthened. A nation healed. The United States of America.

America The Land Of The Free
America the land of the free.
The land of the free?
America has the highest
imprisonment
rate in the world not
just in the free world
in the entire world!
America number one
imprisonment double most contenders!
Imprison ethnic poor
imprison your citizens
double above most
imprisonment nations!
America the land of the lie
the land where dreams are sold!
The country devoting most
money into building prisons
massive state penitentiary!
A country delighting in
convictions for serious crimes!
Did you ever think
it might be cheaper?
it might be a better?
system to spent
more on health care
education crime
prevention!
America the land
that can provide
outlet liquor store
outlet gun store
within all worst
crack crime urban
areas because
we all know
alcohol guns
readily available to minors
gangs desperate people is the best
crime prevention policy in
America the land of the free?

Africa of My Dream
Africa, my Africa of my dream
Here is where I want to be
And here I have always been,
At my end, here is where I want to sleep.
Africa, I have been away for too long
Please don't cry for me my mother
Twenty years is a long time to be
Away from home,
But I am still here, my one home
My Africa, my Africa of my dream
Many are leaving, leaving for America,
But I am still here and here
Is where I will always be,
My Africa is my America.
We are working towards that,
A better Africa, a great Africa!
This is Africa of my dream,
My Africa is my America.

z-The Muse- Whither America?
I asked the Muse Whither America?
'I see millions in the broken cities
crowding debt,
unhappiness.
I see families un-affordable,
single parents struggling;
.
I see the children no longer able to afford the big houses
and the old ones abandon the homestead,
and crowd back to the cities.
The young ones can't find work;
its five to a house.
.
The Americans, the British, the Italians
the Russians, all of Western Europe
can not
duplicate themselves and they perish
replaced by the poor ones from the South
and the East.
All the world comes together to confront Destiny.
Whither the Planet?
But hope there is:
There will be in America
repatriation of the rural lands;
the abandonment of the cites
and massive building of rural technology-based enclaves;
smart technology driven, green based and self sufficient.
America's salvation there.
Economies will move toward barter exchange
because currency will fail,
replaced by new systems and gains in efficiency
Government will devolve to less control
less bureaucracy;
more local control
weak confederations instead.
The village life returns.
Crafts replace portions of profit-based technology.
Old skills of self-sufficiency revive.
Nation states are weakened,
and cross-national enclaves emerge
where ideas cross boundaries.
Real democracy will thrive in smaller settings.
This will be
whether there is disaster
or planning for this.
Disaster will give us small enclaves
but bands of mauraders
and bandit bands
who leave the cites
when the five day supply of food gives out;
their enclaves are forced and violent.
The better way is the one I describe.
In your life-time son
40 years hence
this will be
but which future.
will it be?

I believe in an America that is on the march — an America respected by all nations, friends and foes alike — an America that is moving, doing, working, trying — a strong America in a world of peace. That peace must be based on world law and world order, on the mutual respect of all nations for the rights and powers of others and on a world economy in which no nation lacks the ability to provide a decent standard of living for all of its people.

You Will Find Poverty
You will find poverty in the U S and Great Britain, in France and in Japan,
In Canada and in Australia, New Zealand as well as Iran
In South America and Europe, Africa and all through Asia as well
Throughout the Human World some in their Earthly Hell
In the past decade millions of people of hunger have died
As the gap between the haves and the have nots grow wide
In the World's wealthiest Countries homeless people not rare
So many poor people for every millionaire
And the social divide growing wider by the day
And that the poor are growing poorer does seem sad to say
In The Human World poverty of varying degrees
In the refugee camps millions of refugees
And poverty not a stranger anywhere
So many poor souls in the big World out there.

Spirit Of America
Spirit of america
Spirit of america
Spirit of america
The bonneville salt flats had seen some strange things
But the strangest thing yet was a jet without wings
Once as a jet it played in the stars
But now on the ground its the king of our cars
Spirit of america
Spirit of america
Spirit of america
Spirit of america
An airplane an auto now famous worldwide
The spirit of america, the name on the side
The man who would drive her craig breedlove by name
A daring young man played a dangerous game
Spirit of america
Spirit of america
Spirit of america
Spirit of america
With a j-47, a jet for his power
Craig breedlove had averaged four-o-seven per hour
Both man and machine had given fair warn
Theyd set a new record on that warm august morn.
