Most of us take it for granted that the person performing our radiologic procedures is a competent professional. But the fact is, poorly trained individuals examine and treat thousands of patients in this country every day.

You see, one of the best ways to assure quality radiologic procedures is to require a basic level of education and skill for the people responsible for performing these procedures.

Under the CARE bill, personnel performing radiologic procedures in every state would be required to meet minimum educational and credentialing standards. Each state would then be responsible for regulating radiologic technologists according to those standards.

Not What I Pictured
There is nothing like a man in car heart jeans
A white beaded and
A cowboy hat
A good looking cowboy could still my heart away
We could ride into the sun set
But when I looked into your eyes
I was delightedly surprised when I feel in love with you
Because you're not the guy I pictured
I was going to fall in love with at all
You're more
Your hair not as blonde and not as long
Your eyes not blue
And 6' 4' is a lot taller then I thought
Your not even country
I can make you break just in a couple words
But you can me
You do tell me every day I love you
That I'm the prettiest woman you have ever seen
That your only wish is to be with me
You'll never want anything
As much as you want to be with me
When I cry you're the first one to take the blame
Even if it has nothing to do with you
Your always there trying your hardest to cheer me up and
Not caring what you have to do today you'll put it off and make sure
I'm smiling when you leave me
You even have qualities I don't have like patients
You need patients for not only kids but also in being awesome husband
Like I know you will be because you're always worried you're not doing enough
When really you're doing too much and I don't feel like I'm doing enough for you
But you would never ask for me to do no more
For I could do no wrong
You treat me like I am some kind of angle
When really you are the king of my world
And I try to treat you like one but I'm afraid I'm not doing enough
If you treat our kids half aw well as you treat me then
You'll be the greatest dad to our kids
Your hair and your eyes are not what
I expected at all
The way you treat me is much much more then I expected
What is in store for the future I don't know but knowing you
It's not what I pictured

Examination
Abolish examination.
And who are you to take examination?
Do you know whom to examine
And how to examine?
If you are so keen to take examination
Examine yourself first.
It is not easy to examine self
And pass the examination
scoring top.
Examine self while alone
Alone at night
Alone at bed.
Dare not examine others and
Dare not examine especially children.

The 2 million people who work in the NHS and social care are also themselves patients and users. I know they all want to treat patients and users the way they and their families would want to be treated and that is the purpose of our reforms.

Treat Me Like The Dog I Am
Red rover, red rover
Got a bone but I cant come over
Never broken, never trained
You got me in the doghouse
On this dog chain
You treat me
Like the dog, like the dog I am
You beat me
Like the dog, like the dog I am
Oh master, go faster
Youre my bitch and Im your bastard
At the dog pound make me beg
Got me with my tail between my leg
You treat me
Like the dog, like the dog I am
You shame me
Like the dog, like the dog I am you treat me
Like the dog, like the dog I am
You kick me
Like the dog, like the dog I am
Just beat me, just bite me, just break me
Treat me like a dog
Just blame me, just shame me, then cage me
Treat me like a dog
Cause I need it
And I want it
And I deserve it
Treat me like a dog
Please slap me, please smack me
Crack me, whack me
And attack me

What we're really trying to do is level out the health care system. It has gotten so one-sided as more and more people have been put into managed care; in fact, about 70 percent of the patients in the country.

Forget all that!
You know, I graduated with an HND, which is higher technical, para professional.
Then topped up to a science degree.
I then taught for about four years, after which I went back and trained to be a teacher proper.
After that i taught for a few years in London.
Not to mention the fact that I have a post graduate diploma in business.
No no no forget all that, forget all thaaaaat...but there's a job going on the till in Tesco's of you're up for it; how about that then?

Basically, what Economic Hit Men are trained to do is to build up the American empire. To create situations where as many resources as possible flow into this country, to our corporations, and our government, and in fact we've been very successful.

Wide World of Intellectual Iliteracy-WWII
Slavery Institutionalized Slavery
You didn’t take me away from aplace
You extricated me from a sacred space Me
You developed and trained mu mind
To blend in with your kind
To put you in the fore front
And leave myself behind
My mind was open to assimilation
And closed to self-realization
Education was the agent of control
Substituting society for my soul
An act of self-suicide for the good of the whole
Was it not the great minds of our times that sanctioned
Self hatred
Made the truth oblique
Made education a conditioning process
To obliterate being unique
Seek a role model, seek a hero
Don’t seek being yourself, you are a zero
If education is the answer
It has a function similar to cancer
Americanization another appellation for education
Mind control, behavioral modification
Violence is a form of militaristic communication
I’m a clone, a mere cheap imitation
If I kill it’s because I’m trained
If I hate it’s because I’m trained
If I steal it’s because I’m trained
I don’t know who I am but because I am trained
I Am A Professional

I think the aim - and certainly the aim of what I've tried to do since leaving - is not political and certainly not a witch hunt at individuals. It's to try to direct our attention at what I believe is a fundamental fault analysis that we must now examine.
So Difficult It Becomes Not To Diminsh Life
A mind that compares but is not there,
To evaluate or self examine...
Can not be held accountable,
For a thought process...
Those conscious expect and take for granted.
And those who are conscious,
Have discovered too few prepared...
With an awareness that has awakened,
To appreciate the benefit and value...
Of that which they have as a gift to nourish,
The broadening concept of comprehension.
A mind that compares but is not there,
To evaluate or self examine...
Can not be held accountable,
For a thought process...
Those conscious expect and take for granted.
With the shining of bling and other things,
Bringing into the mix the teasing of temptation...
So difficult it becomes not to diminsh life,
As an opportunity to feed our selfish whims.
With a dismissing of others,
Who do not join in with the fleecing...
Of a weakened and dieing golden lamb.
'It is not a dead horse.
No need to beat it.'

Is The Battle Worth Fighting?
some individuals fight battles
with other individuals needlessly
some individuals are never long
content with getting their own way
some individuals fight ferociously
to dominate all those around about
some individuals who cannot safe vent dominate
their own desires seek to next dominate all others
some individuals who cannot control own emotions
seek to control all within range sphere of influence

Day of Grief
Day is...
Day is not...
The sun
Continues to rise...
And set...
Only to rise again.
Life goes on...
Day in...
Day out...
And yet, somewhere,
Buried deep in my soul,
The tears continue
To fall,
And the pain goes on,
Always and ever,
For those lost souls
Of September 11,
And for the loss
Of the world
As we knew it.
As FDR said about the bombing of Pearl Harbor, at the start of World
War II, 'A day that will live in infamy...' So is the day the Twin Towers
fell, and thousands died...Thousands who planned to go home that night, and yet never had the chance. Thousands who never dreamed their world would end on that day, in that way, became immortal before the setting of the sun, September 11,2001. God rest their souls.
