As a consequence, the Court ruled that the limits on campaign spending violated the First Amendment, but it accepted the $1,000 limit on individual contributions on the ground that the need to avoid the appearance of corruption justified this limited constraint on speech.

One camp accepts the Court's limits on contributions but urges the reinstatement of spending caps - even if this requires a constitutional amendment subjecting political speech, if not pornography, to government regulation.

It is essential that there should not only be a limit on campaign spending but it should be required to say where that money is spent and how it is spent. I think there has been more abuse in campaign spending, actually, than in campaign contributors.

Thrive
An end to big
agri-corporate
subsidies
rise of local
independent growers
farming crops GMO free
an end to the forced sterility
and self poising
mutation of the food supply
clean energy powering a
healthy vital economy
wind and solar in place of
nuclear and coal
zero point optimizing creation
cutting world military spending
removing the tape worms
sucking dry the guts of
government spending and private investment
fair and honest individual enterprise
no longer protecting the fortunes of the few
sacrificing the rights and well being of the many
no more manipulating mass thought
through private owned media conglomerates
the internet protected under first amendment right
nonpunishable freedom of speech available to all
the people unified
under truth which
cannot be bought

Corruption
From the drip drip drip of the teardrops
To the chink chink chink of the cash
To the end end end of the friendships
To the wack wack wack of the bash
Corruption corruption corruption
Rules my soul
Corruption corruption corruption
Rules my soul
From the tick tick tick of your times up
To the yes yes yes of Ill sell
From the fact fact fact of the souless
To the pact pact pact with hell
Corruption corruption corruption
Rules my soul
Corruption corruption corruption
Chills my bones
Corruption corruption corruption
Rules my soul
Corruption corruption corruption
Chills my bones
From the scream scream scream of the babies
To the retch retch retch of the youth
From the lie lie lie of the righteous
To the lost lost lost way I feel
Corruption corruption corruption
Rules my bones
Corruption corruption corruption
Chills my bones
Corruption corruption corruption
Rules my soul
Corruption corruption corruption
Rules my soul
Corruption
Corruption
Order in the court
Decision to abort
The monkey wants to speak
So speak, monkey speak
Speak monkey, speak
Speak monkey, speak
Speak monkey, speak
Everything leads to corruption
Everything leads to corruption

Limits
Limits can mark the boundaries,
Line the road of Life we travel on.
We make our own self vagaries
And put the boulders we stumble upon.
We limit Knowledge with prejudice
And limit Creativity when we copy,
We limit our Growth by deceitful practice
When we steal to replace Originality.
We limit our minds with refusal to Think
And instead grab ideas from others,
We warp and decay, and in Laziness sink
In delusional charade that we are... 'writers'.
Once limits are laid there is no Experience
No flight, no soaring in life's free horizon,
An empty conquest, gained acclaim in Pretense
No Challenge there laid in a game we have won.

Skies The Limit
Written by christine mcvie
If Ive been acting just a little strange
And you have noticed it too
Its cos my life has been rearranged
With the presence of you
The sky is the limit now
We can hit it on the nail
And when we do
Ill think about you
How can we fail
Can you give me one reason why
Youd ever let me down
I wont believe it baby, but Ill try
The truths goin to come around
The sky is the limit now
We can hit it on the nail
And when we do
Ill think about you
How can we fail
The sky is the limit
Oh the sky is the limit
How can we fail
Sooner or later
Ill keep the promise
I made to you
Sooner or later
It will be greater
Then we ever knew
The sky is the limit now
We can hit it on the nail
And when we do
Ill think about you
The sky is the limit now
We can hit it on the nail
And when we do
Ill think about you
How can we fail
The sky is the limit
Oh the sky is the limit
How can we fail
Oh the sky is the limit
How can we fail
The sky is the limit
Oh the sky is the limit
How can we fail
The sky is the limit
Oh the sky is the limit
How can we fail
The sky is the limit
Oh the sky is the limit
How can we fail
The sky is the limit

It just seems to be a human trait to want to protect the speech of people with whom we agree. For the First Amendment, that is not good enough. So it is really important that we protect First Amendment rights of people no matter what side of the line they are on.

Violated
I feel as if I have been violated.
Like an intrusion has taken place.
And I can not put my finger on it.
It was if something entered my space...
Uninvited and unseen!
Within seconds an emptiness I had faced,
Was suddenly replaced.
Stripping away my peace to erase...
Any selfishness.
And the safe pace I kept with it!
No longer common was my sense.
I could not move.
Even though I was incensed
I was being violated.
Like my mind was being raped.
I laid half unconscious and half awake.
'Something' was examining my mental state!
I say to you I was violated!
And it was no mistake!
Something had visited...
Without an invitation!
Taking what I valued and changing it!
As I accepted the rearrangement,
Without a muscle from me to lift!
'What is this? '
I thought and drifted back to sleep!

It is not good for a man to be too cognizant of his physical and spiritual mechanisms. Complete knowledge reveals limits to human possibilities, and the less a man is by nature limited in his purposes, the less he can tolerate limits.
