I went to Ft Bragg and learned that Delta was indeed gearing up for the rescue. Still I was concerned the Reagan staff would not be willing to take the risk of sending an official military force into Laos.

I think most Americans believe that although it's better not to use military force if you can avoid it, that the world simply doesn't provide us the luxury of giving away military force as an important tool of foreign policy.

Love Rescue Me
Love rescue me
Come forth and speak to me
Raise me up and dont let me fall
No man is my enemy
My own hands imprison me
Love rescue me
Many strangers have I met
On the road to my regret
Many lost who seek to find themselves in me
They ask me to reveal
The very thoughts they would conceal
Love rescue me
And the sun in the sky
Makes a shadow of you and i
Stretching out as the sun sinks in the sea
Im here without a name
In the palace of my shame
Said, love rescue me
In the cold mirror of a glass
I see my reflection pass
See the dark shades of what I used to be
See the purple of her eyes
The scarlet of my lies
Love rescue me
Yea, though I walk
In the valley of shadow
Yea, I will fear no evil
I have cursed thy rod and staff
They no longer comfort me
Love rescue me
Sha la la...sha la la la
Sha la la la...ha la la...
Sha la la la...sha la la la
Sha la la la...sha la la
Sha la la la...sha la la la
Sha la la...
I said love, love rescue me
I said love
Climb up the mountains, said love
I said love, oh my love
On the hill of the son
Im on the eve of a storm
And my word you must believe in
Oh, I said love, rescue me
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah...
Yeah Im here without a name
In the palace of my shame
I said love rescue me
Ive conquered my past
The future is here at last
I stand at the entrance
To a new world I can see
The ruins to the right of me
Will soon have lost sight of me
Love rescue me

The idea that Anarchy can be inaugurated by force is as fallacious as the idea that it can be sustained by force. Force cannot preserve Anarchy; neither can it bring it. In fact, one of the inevitable influences of the use of force is to postpone Anarchy. The only thing that force can ever do for us is to save us from extinction, to give us a longer lease of life in which to try to secure Anarchy by the only methods that can ever bring it. But this advantage is always purchased at immense cost, and its attainment is always attended by frightful risk. The attempt should be made only when the risk of any other course is greater.

Relative wind
I came as a breath
take you to my tiny world
but you were trapped in a cobweb.
How do I rescue you?
I rolled as a wave
take you to shore
but you were hidden in the sea bed.
How can I rescue you?
I flew to the infinity like a bird
and take you out from the risk
but you were twinkling in your illusory sky.
Then only I realized that we are far away.

Sending Me Angels
(frankie miller/ jerry lynn williams)
Producer for bonnie: gene capel
I walked down to the river
Stood on the shore
Seems like the devils always
Tryin to get in my door
Just when I thought
I couldnt take anymore
You come again, my friend
He keeps sending me angels
From up on high
He keeps sending me angels
Teach me to fly
He keeps sending me angels
Sweet and true
He keeps sending me angels
Just like you
As I stand on this mountain
Face to the wind
Amazed by the number of times
You go and sin
The countless enemies
That couldve been friends
Oh here he comes again
*he keeps sending me angels
Here they come a flyin
He keeps sending me angels
To keep me from cryin
(he keeps) sending me angels
So Ill never he blue
He keeps sending me angels
Just like you
He keeps sending me angels
From up on high
He keeps sending me angels
Teach me to fly
He keeps sending me angels
So Ill never be blue
He keeps sending me angels
Lust like you
Some say that its comin
Say its already here
But love is among us
Through the joy and the fear
When I look in your eyes
Everything is so clear
My friend, here it comes again
(*repeat)
** he keeps sending me angels
From up on high
He keeps sending me angels
To teach me to fly
He keeps sending me angels
Sweet and true
(he keeps) sending me angels
(* *repeat)
Sending me angels
Here they come a flyin
Sending me angels
Keep me from cryin
Sending me angels
So Ill never be blue
Sending me angels...

Do I Have To Say The Words?
Rescue me from the mire
Whisper words of desire
Rescue me - darling rescue me
With your arms open wide
Want you here by my side
Come to me - darling rescue me
When this world's closing in
There's no need to pretend
Set me free - darling rescue me
I don't wanna let you go
So I'm standing in your way
I never needed anyone like I'm needing you today
Do I have to say the words?
Do I have to tell the truth?
Do I have to shout it out?
Do I have to say a prayer?
Must I prove to you how good we are together?
Do I have to say the words
Rescue me from despair
Tell me you will be there
Rescue me - darlin rescue me
Every dream that we share
Every cross that we bear
Come to me - darling rescue me

Shockwaves
(bill wray/diana ross/mark cawley)
Bloodpressures rising
Cant catch my breath
Everytime I hear footsteps coming nearer
These strange vibrations
I cant resist
The feeling scares me so
I lose control
My head is shaking
And my knees are weak
I feel the ground moving under me
Youre sending
Youre sending me shockwaves, shockwaves
Youre sending
Youre sending me shockwaves, shockwaves
This strong sensation
Is burning in me
Everytime I hear you whisper in my ear
Got to have hold of my heart
Like gravity I cant try to hide it
No way to fight it
My hands are shaking
And my knees are weak
I feel the ground moving under me
Youre sending
Youre sending me shockwaves, shockwaves
Youre sending
Youre sending me shockwaves, shockwaves
Youre sending
Youre sending me shockwaves, shockwaves
Youre sending me
Youre sending me shockwaves, shockwaves
Heaven knows I tried
To keep my sanity
But mama never told me
What a man like you could do to me
Hey shockwaves
Hey shockwaves
Youre sending, youre sending me shockwaves
Youre sending, youre sending me shockwaves
Youre sending, youre sending me shockwaves
Youre sending, youre sending me shockwaves

President Goodluck
President Goodluck of Nigeria,
What news do you have for the Nigerians?
For many are already dead and gone in the name of the oil fields in the Niger Delta!
But the trees are still standing and watching us all on this issue.
Try to put things right to save your own people from the Niger Delta,
For the Niger Delta means a lot to the Nigerians and the world at large;
So i am ready to hear more positive news on this issue about the Niger Delta.

Message In A Bottle
Just a castaway
An island lost at sea
Another lonely day
With no one here but me
More loneliness
Than any man could bear
Rescue me before I fall into despair
I'll send an SOS to the world
I'll send an SOS to the world
I hope that someone gets my
i hope that someone gets my
Message in a bottle
message in a bottle
A year has passed since I wrote my note
But I should have known this right from the start
Only hope can keep me together
Love can mend your life
But love can break your heart
I'll send an SOS to the world
I'll send an SOS to the world
I hope that someone gets my
i hope that someone gets my
Message in a bottle
message in a bottle
Walked out this morning
Don't believe what I saw
A hundred billion bottles
Washed up on the shore
Seems I'm not alone at being alone
A hundred billion casatways
Looking for a home
I'll send an SOS to the world
I'll send an SOS to the world
I hope that someone gets my
i hope that someone gets my
Message in a bottle

Keeping Of Such Statements Spared
The only concern I have,
Is keeping you aware...
That I 'am' concerned.
With the keeping of such statements spared.
If there is anything I've learned,
About being concerned.
It is better shown to produce the knowing,
When one is in the act of it.
Yes I care.
Do you dare to say I don't?

Delta
Delta,
The finest shelter
For air flying birds and
Fishes swimming in the river
Peace friendly, to the land-occupant
The big heart
Best of arts
And most conducive habitat.
Fenced away from trouble
Bundled with riches
And customs
Delta the luxury land
Caused to be gorgeous
Crowned to be triumphant
Sh…h
Sleep on delta.

Dear Mrs. Reagan
Dear mrs. reagan, i hope you're feeling well
Fighting drugs and abortion will keep you out of hell
Send in the troops, they'll shut the system down
Take away their leaders and replace them all with clowns
Out in the rose garden, time for a speech
Make up your face so it looks like a peach
Aw, nancy dear, what shall i say?
Tell ole ronnie it's all ok.
